My order number is[protected]. Above order was placed on 4th of February, and an amount of Rs. 2153 was paid upon completion of order. I received the item around the 11th of February, noticed that the item was defective, hence placed a request for return. On the 13th of February, Pepperfry writes to me stating that the refund has been initiated to the original mode of payment. Today we are the 24th, and till date I have not received my refund from them. I have been chasing them constantly since a week now, yet they are not willing to give any concrete proof that the refund has been made. They asked for my bank statement and a letter from the bank stating that the refund has not been credited to my account, and the same has been provided to them.
I get a strong feeling that they are just playing around as they are unable to provide concrete evidence of the refund they claim to have given to me. I have not come across such unprofessional company.
