I ordered a ergonomic chair from pepperfry. Chair turned out be a mess, terrible product for 9k.
I requested the return of this chair, it's been a month since I raised the request, they sent a carpanter to confirm if the chair is faulty.
Carpenter confirmed that the chair need to be replaced, can't be fixed. As a customer I have experienced worst customer service from pepperfry, everyone here takes you for granted and are as casual as they can be.
Customer service don't give you a call, they never respond to your email.
Even when chair pickup is scheduled, their team gives you a call, ask for your time, and then cancel the pickup. And now if you call them back they will just ignore your calls aur disconnect it right away.
As a customer, I am really having a hard time dealing with their customer service.
Their escalation matrix is a joke, because no one responds to your escalation emails.
