I ordered distress wooden cabinet worth 11k. I got the product after 2month and the product is not as same as the design given. I tried for returning the product. But they are not returning saying you wont get the same design. So I am paying 11k just for wooden cabinet with no design which is actually worth of 3-4k. The website is fooling people....

Not usable Stratus King Bed 78x72x4 Inch Coir Mattress by Clouddio

Mattress is becoming worse for usages in the last 6 months, now it is not usable and causing back pain to me and my wife.
I request you return this mattress as it is covered under warranty for 24 months.

- sagging is more than one inch.
- it is completely deformed in the middle, having a groove, which makes it not usable....

No return pickup for wrong item delivered

I ordered lamps costing 8k on pepper fry (order id :[protected] i got plastic cup and plates which will not cost more than 500 INR. i have raised return request but no body is bothered about return pickup. i have already uploaded the photos and also sent to dispute mgmt. but there is not reply. Its such a pathetic company its just headace very unprofessional company. with this i am asking them refund my money to the origin source....

I placed an order[protected] on 6th October and delivery date was conveyed as 6th November 2020. The product is still not delivered and the customer care is saying it will be take more 5 days. I placed the order anticipating the delivery on 6th November as the delivery was in Goa and my parents are suppose to leave from Goa house on 8th November and we wanted to take possession of the tables before they leave. The order is worth Rs. 23000/-....

My king size bed broken less then 2 months

Return/ refund

I bought a polymer cup planter from the website spending about Rs 1200. After I placed the order I could not place the cancellation request when I realised the product is actually plastic and I had to wait for the product to be delivered in order to raise the return request.
The company is not accepting the return, stating there is no damage in the product. I had even requested them to deduct the cancellation charges or courier charges...

Pepperfry denying refund replacement of Bad quality King Size Bed

This Is Regarding The Subjected Order Delivered In March Just 2 Days Back From Countrywide Lockdown. Due To Lockdown Situation I Visited My Hometown Delhi Without Using The Bed. I Got Back To Bangalore On 19th October. After Using It For 2-3 Days We Found That Bed Is Of A Poor Build. It Is Also Making A Lot Of Noise On Even A Slight Movement. On The 4th Day It Broke Down As Shown In The Picture Below.

Pepperfry Refund Not Received

I received a chest as part of my order number[protected] on October 22, 2020. The chest (kiku chest of 5 drawers in brown finish) had scratches and so the assembly person said he will send someone to fix. Worst quality

I have bought a Shoe rack from this website, Quality delivered was way worst then I expected on the engineered wood they are selling crap. Which start bending in just few weeks without putting half of the weight on that. I filed a complaint they send one carpenter, He has done some patch but after that it start bending from bottom as well. Causing obstacle to close the doors.

I ordered a shoe rack (Kiki 3 door shoe rack in wenge finish by mintwud) from pepperfry in december 2019. We started noticing mold (Fungus) growing on the shoe rack and we got it cleaned. However, the mold kept recurring and it came back very severely. We also called a carpenter to get it checked and treated but he said it was very bad quality of wood and its happening because of it.

I understand this is the monsoon season...
