This is to inform you that the Morinari Wardrobe is a pathetic product.
The wardrobe was delivered on February 29, 2020 and after installation even without being used, the drawers have given away.
the material used/ plywood is so light and of low quality and standard and the drawers have broken.
Toll free nos are never reachable and emails go unresponded.
Request you to note that I could not reach anytime soon as I was stuck out of town due to covid Pandemic.
Kindly fix the drawers or exchange the wardrobe.
Pepperfry is supposed to be a reliable brand in furniture yet such cheap product is delivered.

    Order delivery status

    My order no.[protected], ordered a tv unit on 17th Nov, 20 n promise date was 15th Dec, 2020 but not delivered again I got a msg for delivery date is 18th Dec, 2020 still not delivered. I complaint on customer care but not getting any update. When it will be delivered. So pepprfry is such a online big brand u promote ur brand on tv, paper, etc. But sorry to say, ur brand is just name pepprfry brand not fullfiled customer demand n queries......

    Dear team,

    On dated 5th Dec 2020 I had booked bean bag Black colour 2 qty Rs.3269/-

    On same day I have cancelled the same and requested for refund because I want brown colour instead of Black.

    But till date I have not got by refund amount.

    I have countinuesly following for my refund. please help me in this regard

      I ordered a Wall Clock and Lamp from pepperfry app and paid though Google pay. Amount has been deducted from my account but order shows Canceled in pepperfry app. Either refund my money or confirm my order as i am not being able to contact the customer service or have no option to write a complaint in my own words to pepperfry directly.

        I had booked 7 items through Pepperfry on 16th Nov, most crucial out of which were 2 beds meant for senior citizens . Pepperfry sent an email stating the product will be delivered by 28th Nov . Now Pepperfry is just citing reasons of delays and will not be delivering the product before 18th - 20th dec . There are 2 other products which were defective and their replacement will also not be delivered before 20th Dec . It’s highly irresponsible on the part of Pepperfry since they are not just delaying the delivery, but are also playing the blame game stations Godrej Interio is delaying the delivery of beds . How is it justified that 2 senior citizens have to sleep on the floor thanks to Pepperfry’s irresponsibility

          I had purchased two products from Pepperfry - Green fabric wall light Nutcase and White fabric wall light Nutcase. Till date I have spoken to 5 or more different Pepperfry executives who have washed their hands saying the refund is already registered and have blamed the bank for this. The purchase was made from SBI bank and they said they cannot do much on this issue other than lodging a simple complaint which has no guarantee of getting my money.
          I want Pepperfry to resolve this and get me my money ASAP.

            Please avoid Pepperfry, they are worst if you want peace never try the ### pepperfry.

            Till now not received any reply from the designated USELESS person Mr. Anirudh, 48 hr was the time provide for providing new date but that also in not possible from pepperfry team, useless persons and useless shop.

            received a mail from Mr. Anirudh received at 17:15 hr, a new date of 15th Dec-2020 for delivery.

            Just to inform Pepperfry, we coordinated separately with GATI and the product is already delivered today afternoon at 1:00 PM and at 5:15 PM we receive a mail stating that the product will be delivered by 15th Dec, really USELESS pepperfry.

            Just giving a [censored] dates didnot helps, thats the prove kind of efforts you do, i feel sleeping during the working hours and day dream like material will reached by 15th Dec, joke of the day.

              On 27th Oct20 I placed an order no.[protected] Amore Active Dual HR Foam King Size 5" Thick Mattress, which was delivered to me in stipulated time. I found the product(Amore Active Dual HR Foam King Size 5" Thick Mattress) isn't as per the specification mentioned in the pepperfry website.
              Since I suffer from back pain, I needed the firm mattress. Before placing the order, I checked the specifications of the ordered product and found it suitable for me as it is clearly mentioned that the mattress is Firm in nature.
              But to my surprise it wasn't firm and found it a bit soft or medium soft which is absolutely useless for me.
              I also referred to the official website of Amore mattress https://www.amoremattress.com/ to check the specification of the same mattress on their website and found that they have specified it as medium-firm. May pls refer below link or enclosed attachment for more detail.

              I would like to draw your attention towards three things .
              1.The specification mentioned under specification section of pepperfry website/app product discription states the mattress is Firm where as it is not. The images used to describe the product has the word "Soft" which could mean anything from the softness of mattress cover to the feel of mattress.

              2. The mattress which are soft in nature are clearly mentioned as soft under specification section of Pepperfry website's/App product description. Moreover in product selection filters there are only four subtypes under Firmness (a). Soft (b) Medium Firm (c) Medium Soft (d) Firm (image attached for reference). There is no "Soft Firm" or Firm Soft" subtype available. This clearly indicates that the product is not firm by any chance and this is totally a false and misleading information attached with the product in pepperfry website/app (Images attached for the reference.

              3. The official website of the Amore mattress has mentioned the same product as medium soft. They haven't mentioned it as Firm anywhere.

              If the pepperfry has no intention to provide legitimate resolution then this will stretch to Consumer court. Because I won't let my hard earned money go into vain.

              I offer perpperfry can refund my amount in the form of pepperfry credit/wallet so that I can purchase any other product of same amount from pepperfry.

                I had placed an order for Betty Slipper Chair set of 2 with Pouffe Ivory on September 25, 2020 which was delivered in November 2020.The product was found to be defective on delivery. The technician who came for installation claimed that with usage, the alignment would be alright. But within few days the legs started giving away and I lodged a complaint for repair. The technician who came for repair stated manufacturing defect and could not rectify. I lodged a complaint for return & refund. On 28th November, I got a call from customer care(Ms.Mona) who asked whether I wanted a replacement or refund. I confirmed over mail that I wanted a refund as the product was not up to the mark.I ot no response for the mail. Surprisingly I got a call on December 1, 2020 from their customer care claiming that they can only replace and cannot refund. The product was delivered defective, could not be rectified by their own technician. I do not trust the quality of the product . Seeking a refund please.

                    I have placed an order when the lockdown is no more applicable in India. The shipping is late, which I have little problem with. My main concern is the invoice, that pepperfry representative has assured me of only when the order would be ready for assembly.
                    This is highly unaccepted because at the time of marketing the product, they show the whole picture. I accept that the product needs assembly, but in which world would the actual product be any more or less than the one displayed. The number of different parts that would constitute one product must be known. Then how is giving an invoice a concern. If the parts are not known or accounted, it simply means that neither pepperfry nor the vendor is aware of the product they are selling and this would mean a violations of my rights as a buyer.

                      Hi Team,

                      I ordered pillows in Pepperfry website and I got the order but the quality of order is worst and not exactly same as in website. I got a call from one of the Pepperfry representative and he said he will not accept the return as per the policy. Pepperfry cheated me on selling the cheap quality of the product. Please help me on the returning the product and refund of my money back.

                      I requested the return of my product in the pepperfry.com and they called and they said they will not accept if customer is not happy with the product and I asked them like "So pepperfry don't care about customer satisfaction" but no response from them. I don't know why these guys are behaving like this and also the person who is called is not talking in polite manner.

                        I ordered a crystal furnitech wardrobe from pepperfry on 27th November. It was delivered on 29th November and assembled by the pepperfry carpenter who informed me that cloth hanger was missing from the wardrobe and said that he has raised a complaint and I will get a message within hours about the delivery of missing parts. I have not received any communication from pepperfry yet. I called the delivery executive who in extreme haste had delivered the product and he told me to resolve this issue myself (Such bad customer service) I have tried to raise complaint from their app but it does let me, I tried calling them but call didn't connect. Please let me know what has to be done more. This is pathetic customer service. It's better to buy from shops.

                          I had purchased sofa set from pepperfry, placed order at baroda studio. It's only a month or 2 months old. The 3 seater ofs:s cushion level is going down...very difficult to sit and then get up, ..please do something.i am dissatisfied with it

                            I have been chasing for return of poor quality product...it's not of value of 4k? I had preferred pepperfry above otherd because of quality delivery but not happy with this item..hence requested for transparency. Product is of bad quality and also not as per the size mentioned in photos.

                            One liner reply this product can't be replaced as it's as per description is not acceptable..I already mention that this has to be replaced anyhow as it's nothing but simple case of fooling customer and have to go to consumer or social media to resolve this.. this is not the case of 4k amount but not listening to the customer concerns properly.

                            I am still waiting for resoultion
                            Fact is as soon as product arrived I raised concern not waited for 24 hours or so..

                              I ordered a ergonomic chair from pepperfry. Chair turned out be a mess, terrible product for 9k.
                              I requested the return of this chair, it's been a month since I raised the request, they sent a carpanter to confirm if the chair is faulty.
                              Carpenter confirmed that the chair need to be replaced, can't be fixed. As a customer I have experienced worst customer service from pepperfry, everyone here takes you for granted and are as casual as they can be.
                              Customer service don't give you a call, they never respond to your email.
                              Even when chair pickup is scheduled, their team gives you a call, ask for your time, and then cancel the pickup. And now if you call them back they will just ignore your calls aur disconnect it right away.
                              As a customer, I am really having a hard time dealing with their customer service.
                              Their escalation matrix is a joke, because no one responds to your escalation emails.

                                This Is Regarding The Subjected Order Delivered In Nov'20 and the very next Day after the carpenter assembled it i noticed that the plank supporting the storage is not attached/fixed to the cot it lies on the floor as mentioned in the pic below.

                                We Are Utterly Disappointed With This Product and the service quality provided by pepperfry. The product which is delivered is incomplete and will only be realised once it is assembled. After the cot was assembled by the carpenter I realised that the lower part of the cot which supports the storage is not fixed to the cot rather it is lying on the floor. When I lift the cot the plank supporting the storage lies on the floor. It also has gaps between the planks as they have used two planks to support the storage. The carpenter (Abhijeet Kheer) also agreed to it and suggested me to get it fixed from my end. I requested him to fix it however he said we did not have anything to support the plank after which he clicked pics of the cot and left.

                                I raised a complaint with the companies grievance redressal site expecting them to resolve my issue to the earliest. After raising a complaint with Pepperfry I was told that service manager would be visiting my place to check the product however no one turned up however got a call from the carpenter to know the issue which he already knew.

                                The case manager Kenish Maru called me on 23rd nov and informed me that the service manager (carpenter) was unable to reach us however I had to inform him that carpenter had already called us and after knowing the issue he told us that he will contact us soon. I had requested the company to either fix it from the carpenter or else would like to return the product however got a response from Kenish stating they can neither fix it as this would be modifying the product nor can it be returned as for returning the product it should have a manufacturing defect. I hope they understand what modification means. Also they told me that the product cannot be returned as the product is not damaged. Illogical statements were given by case manager to me. Kenish was unable to resolve the issue hence was giving vague answers. He sounded very adamant and was not ready to give any solution to the issue. He kept on saying as per the company norms he was unable to do anything though he understood what the issue is. When i asked him that I would like to speak to his supervisors he informed me that he is last point of contact and advised me to escalate it further on their website.

                                This is my first worst experience of buying a product from Pepperfry and will be the last one. Though the Product Is Still In Warranty don't expect any resolution from them. We are very disappointed. And It Is The Worst Product and customer service I’ve Ever experienced. After spending for 500 for the assembling i will have to hire a separate carpenter and spend more on this product. Unexpectedly worst customer service from Pepperfry.

                                  I have ordered a shoe rack in feb having order no.[protected]. The shoe rack quality was not upto the mark and i have a raised a return request for the same . company is denied for the same and said if there i no manufacturing defect they will not return it. I have raised multiple complaint for same but they were not agreed. After using the product for 2-3 month . The bad quality of product is showing. The door was broken and wood is also broken. The problem was that country lockdown imposed and no support was provided. In oct i have raised again complaint and they have send the carpenter to look into the issue and he said the product can not repaired and it will go for return only. its being 20 days and no body is contacting for returning the product. there is no escalation matix they have, no support contact no., no reply back . only 3 option in IVR. they are commiting to call back in 3-4 hours but no call back.

                                  worse support and product by peppery, I will not recommend the product to anyone. if my return was not done i will make post of social media for your product and support.
