I bought above painting from Pepperfry on 4th of Feb. My order number was[protected]. Received the painting approximately a week later. Upon unpacking I noticed the painting was damaged, so wrote to them requesting for a refund. I returned the product to them by the 12th of Feb. I received an email from them on 13th, that the refund is initiated and I would receive it by 23rd of Feb. Today we are 26th of Feb, and I still have not received my refund. I have escalated this issue to several seniors at the company, however they all are hopeless. I even went public with this on social media platforms, hoping to get my refund. So far nothing has been done from their end, irrespective of my numerous complaints. Really shocking to see such poorly managed organization.

    I Purchased Young America Kids Queen Size Bed In Yellow And Green On[protected] From Pepperfry Studio At Patna, Bihar With Order ID[protected]. I Purchased A Mattress as Per Description Of Recommended Mattress Size Mentioned On Pepperfry Website And Also Confirmed The Dimension By Pepperfry Agent Of Patna Studio Over Phone. The Recommended Mattress Size Mention On Website Is 60’’X75’’.
    Bed Was Delivered And Assembled On[protected] And I Shocked To See That My Mattress Is Not Getting Fit. I Measured Inner Dimension Of The Bed And Noticed That Bed Width Is Around 59’’ Rather That 60’’. I Lodged A Complaint On The Same Day To Pepperfry But Pepperfy Is Not Resolving The Issue and not accepting my claim

      My order number is[protected]. Above order was placed on 4th of February, and an amount of Rs. 2153 was paid upon completion of order. I received the item around the 11th of February, noticed that the item was defective, hence placed a request for return. On the 13th of February, Pepperfry writes to me stating that the refund has been initiated to the original mode of payment. Today we are the 24th, and till date I have not received my refund from them. I have been chasing them constantly since a week now, yet they are not willing to give any concrete proof that the refund has been made. They asked for my bank statement and a letter from the bank stating that the refund has not been credited to my account, and the same has been provided to them.

      I get a strong feeling that they are just playing around as they are unable to provide concrete evidence of the refund they claim to have given to me. I have not come across such unprofessional company.

        I have ordered a gold metal wall clock (order Id[protected] from pepperfry and received defective product. Now I want to return this product and have mailed photos regarding product to anderson.[protected]@pepperfry.com. But he said there is no any defect according him and very rudely behaviour from his side and denied to accept return request for this product. Now what should I do? I want to return this product. Here I am attaching photos related this product and you can see the gap between metal lines are not same and numbers are not straight eachother. Just check in photos clearly seen those defects. Please help me to resolve this issue.

            Ordered a folding desk.It was delivered on 12th Feb. The delivery person saw that had manufacturing defects and took pictures. He promised to send a carpenter within 24 hours to fix it. Nobody turned up. When we called him, he blocked our numbers. We placed a request for returning the defective product on 13th Feb. Pepperfry eventually sent a carpenter on 15th feb. The carpenter wanted to do a jugaad job which would damage the table. We did not accept it. Pepperfry called it a manufacturing defect and promised to call us within three hours to arrange for a return pickup. It is 17th Feb today and it has been not yet been three hours for them yet. There is no direct contact with any human. I requested for return pickup thrice on their automated call system. There is no response yet. I am not sure if they are bothered to take back the material at all

                I ordered 5 curtains from Pepperfry on 10 Feb 2021, which looked completely different from how it looked on the website. After raising the return request, I was contacted by their customer service executive named Vedika. She did not only refuse to take the return request but her rudeness was beyond my imaginations.

                I would request you guys to help me return this product and get my refund.

                Please assign this case to a grievance manager who is at least able to provide some cogent argument against my return request. Especially when the return policy on their website clearly states that it can be done: If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website. (Please see the screenshot attached)

                I was contacted by Amarjeet Arora (CC'ed) today, who didn't say anything new but instead read-out the same script that these people hand over to their customer care executives and failed to resolve my issue. (At least he wasn't rude and did treat me with some respect unlike Vedika and Afreen, whose rudeness, and vituperative behavior went beyond my imagination).

                  I ordered a mattresses from Pepperfry and it got delivered on 12 feb 2021. The size that I ordered is incorrect and when I am trying to make them understand the situation they are just bluntly denying to listen and saying they can't process a refund. The Lady Afreen Mohsin was so rude and is not even trying to listen what the consumer has to say. I want my complete refund and not in Pepperfry wallet. Unable to attach pictures here it says file too large even after compressing it. Anyways I have already sent pictures to Pepperfry.

                    I purchased this sofa from Pepperfry on 02 aug 2020 and it got delivered on 12 sep 2020. They gave 12 months warren for product and no other conditions was shown on their website during purchase.
                    Now sofa’s one of the part colour got faded. I called them and register complaints against this. They said its not cover under warranty and rejected this request.
                    In sofa if they won’t give warranty for materials then what is the use of warranty?? And also during buying the product it was not mentioned anywhere that materials warranty are not coved.
                    If its got cut or any physical damage then only warranty shouldn’t be covered but colour fading clearly shows bad quality of product which should come under warranty and replace.

                    I would request you to please help me in this matter and take action against Pepperfry .

                      I had ordered a Ruby single size bed with storage on 22.01.21. Since the last two days, pepperfry has been calling my registerd number and before I answer, the line is disconnected, after which I receive the following message :

                      Pepperfry item (Rubi Single Size Bed ...) delivery rescheduled. Our team was unable to reach you on your registered contact number to confirm your availability. We will call you in 24 hours to re-schedule the delivery.

                      I request you to take immediate action and deliver the above item as early as possible.
                      My repeated phone calls to the company are unanswered.

                        I am getting umwanted sms on a daily basis.

                        Privacy has been a primary concern for the citizen of india. Companies are stealing phone numbers and sending junks though people don't have interest on that.

                        Now i can't unsubscribe from account there is no option.

                        Unsubscribe my number as soon as you get this!!!

                          With regards to order ID[protected], the bed is still under warranty. I have raised a repair/return request but they are not able to resolve the problem and say the warrant does not cover this. we cannot solve your problem.

                            The most traumatic online ordering experiences. Had placed an order for a chest of drawers from Pepperfry.

                            The initial date of delivery they gave me was in January (50 days later!!!), so I tried to cancel the very next day. But was not allowed to cancel. (Where is the no-cancellation policy disclaimer when I placed my order?)

                            On the due date of delivery, was informed that order is postponed by another month 'at my request'. I had not made any request at all.

                            Tried reaching customer care, but realized that they do not even have any proper customer support. Tried cancelling, but again I received only pathetic automated responses. Advising friends, family and network to never order from this sham of a company.

                              The order[protected] was marked as delivered but I did not get and package.
                              Later I raised a complaint, it was closed saying it was delivered with a unrelated proof of deliver of some other person's order and closed the complaint. I raised the concern regarding this and an audio clip of the same unrelated person was sent to me.

                              After that I have raised complaints multiple times but they close it without even contacting me.

                              Pepperfry is a fraud company, don't buy your things from their website.

                              Have the photo and the audio clip they sent me but not uploaded since it has details of someother person so not uploading it.

                                I purchased a Worstation online Pepperfry in Dec 2020 but that still not delivered inspite of writing to Pepperfry at their CS mail id. They r least bothered to even go thru the mail n address concerns. The customer service team work on a pre set format where every time u get automated ticket ref no. N assurance of calling u in 24hrs but in vain. Rather after some time u get another mail on query resolved without checking customer.
                                2 u can't escalate complaints on website as it says u cant escalate an unresolved complaint so nothing happens.
                                The no. I regd doesn't work due to mobile damage hence I put several mails to send the delivery but every time they write delivery rescheduled as they didn't contact us. Such a weird n unprofessional approach.

                                As asked here r my order details[protected] order Id DT 12/12/2020 n the said order was ready for delivery by 5/1/2021 in Delhi NCR warehouse but due to callous attitude of CS n grievance team order was lying pending in warehouse n after much followups was delivered 16/01/21. The CS mail id n grievance officer works like a bot. They don't go thru mails n don't reply. Spoke to Dinesh from CS escalation team who wasn't even bothered to take cognisance of my concerns n said wud share with his team but not with us the Customer. Neither he wud send any apology when we asked for it. We request u to go thru your CS inbox n said on our constant mails on callous unprofessional attitude of CS n even grievance officer to whom I wrote n no.of times but he didn't even bother to reply once

                                  I ordered from pepperfry on 13th nov and received the product on 29th dec. The pictures on the website looked great and I really was fooled with the pictures. I expected the quality to be good as it is such a well known brand in the market. 2 hours after receiving the product I realized it was so hard to sit on and to lean on. After 1 hour of sitting on it, I had a back ache. I bought this sofa for my old parents and now I know this sofa is not at all comfortable for them. It’s better to sit on the floor as it is more even and ergonomic compared to this sofa.

                                  Post purchase I realised there is absolutely no description of the product on the website. When I call customer care, they informed me that I have to call customer care before purchase to know what the product is made of and how comfortable it is to sit on. We are talking about a sofa here. It is meant to be comfortable. It’s a basic need.

                                  After 4 times of raising requests, each time they close the ticket saying the product delivered matches the description on the website. But the website doesn’t have any information to match. So obviously it will match. Legally they are not crossing the line but morally ethically they are cheating the customers.

                                  I will not keep quiet and allow these scammers to make money from innocent customers like myself.

                                    Pepperfry seems to earn its revenue solely by cheating its customers and making money from the cancellation fee of 2.5% of order value they charge on every order. I purchased a recliner (details shared above) of value almost INR 40, 000. The product description shared by Pepperfry was incomplete and so was the MRP as the product by Durian was specified on their website with accurate details. As a result I cancelled my order and the shipping timelines were way too high. The product had not even been shipped or accepted yet the cancellation fee of 2.5% was already part of pepperfry's P&L statement. Its a shame such a practice exists in today's world and I urge all customers to move to court to curb such unhealthy practices. I don't mind paying a standard cancellation fee if Pepperfry can claim any, but in this 2.5% of the order value is barbaric and not acceptable. The customer service is rude and has not answers.

                                      I had purchased a dining table set order ID[protected] Jewel Four Seater Dining Set with Bench in Walnut Finish by @home which was delivered in Jul 2019. After few months the bench was in a miserable condition but somehow as it was under warranty, we got it repaired.
                                      Now, The table top quality is so bad, that I am unable to get rid of the water stains. It's not even 18 months and this is the condition of our dining table. Which shows such cheap quality of wood was been used. I am so disappointed by the quality of a renowned brand like Pepperfry. Because its looking really bad. We believed in Pepperfry because of it's brand name. and now as its not under warranty they aren't ready to help us.

                                        This cheater ### company first off all packs the product in such a way that you just have to contact the their partners to book an installation and they don't arrive for another dew days and then oh the return period is over.The mirror I bought first of all does not match the image at all and the measurements they provide on the website is completely wrong.the frame is wider than the mirror itself!!
                                        So I registered a return stating this return wihout having opened the package completely coz I thought the product wouldn't be damaged, But then ask for full pictures and the installation guy arrives, the mirror back panel is coming off, bulgy on literally all sides, the pins coming off, literally I hurt my finger, the pins are literally the size of a stapler pin and obviously wasn't attached properly LEADING to the bulgy back panel.the CUSTOMER service representative keeps saying just one line we won't be able to accept, that's it, no warranty no nothing, and that I didn't highlight the issue, I couldn't because the I couldn't get anyone to open the mirror which tightly nailed using this plywood.There is no way I am keeping this damaged mirror with the back panel completely damaged.The pepperfry CUSTOMER service they don't reply to your mails for a long time and then when to finally decide to (just to delay the period)
