I bought Rubber Wood Study Table from Pepperfry with Order No:[protected] on 22/11/2020. I could not use the table as I was not in town. Started using it from 1st April, 2021. Just in one month i.e 25/05/2021 which then broke on the foot rest .
Keeping in view of the quality concern it looks like Pepperfry has delivered an already repaired product to me, crack was due to damaged wood which had been filled with piece of putty.
I immediately raised a complaint to Pepperfry after few days carpenter confirmed that the product was damaged and Pepperfry will replace the whole unit as it cannot be repaired due to its Manufacturing defect. This feedback has been recorded on 02/06/2021 .The carpenter (Mr. Shankar, has discussed with his supervisor.But we have not received response after that and this damage has been logged as damage by use when there is a clear proof that the damage had been covered up. We already discussed with customer support as well but no input is received so far.

From that day till now, I am not getting any response from Pepperfry. Either they should refund the money or replace the product with fresh one. It definitely looks like an already repaired table has been delivered to us. I have mailed, called their customer service so many times but till now there is no response except for automated mail stating that they will revert but till now no response.
I bought this through Authorized shop of Pepperfry but keeping in view of the damage outcome I am unable use the product and not getting any response. Request to provide repair or replacement for the product

    I had purchased a wall clock which was a defected product, I raised the return request for the clock on the same day it was delivered to me ie on 7th June 2021, along with the pictures n detailed information... However for a week I did not receive any update on the return, I called up the customer service number to check on the same n I was told it will be picked up in 2days, but the pick up wasn’t done, today is 22nd June 2021, it’s been 15 days, n I called the customer service around 5-6 times till now but every time I have been promised that it will be picked up in 2days... the wall clock is still not picked up from them till today... This is a very much fraudulent behaviour of the company and a strict action should be taken on the same...

      I have bought executive chair in the Pepperfry order no[protected]. They have mentioned in the portal stating 7 days return and product is not worth so I wanted to return the product in after 30th hour post receiving the product but worst customer care is not ready to accept it and sending same auto replay email. As product is not worth I want return for this product.

        I bought wooden Centre Table from Pepperfry with Order No:[protected] on 03/04/2021 and product got delivered on 11/04/2021. Just within two months i.e 08/06/2021 we could see a massive crack on the upper surface of the table which is going to split anytime soon. Keeping in view of the quality concern it looks like Pepperfry has delivered an already repaired product to me, crack was filled with some substance but now it came out in depth. I immediately raised a complaint to Pepperfry after few days carpenter came and checked the product took some pictures and commit Pepperfry will replace the whole unit as it cannot be repaired due to its Manufacturing defect. This feedback has been recorded on 16/06/2021 .The carpenter (Mr. Bihari Lal, Gurgaon) has discussed with his supervisor, as per him his supervisor asked him not to visit us further, neither he is providing any contact number of his supervisor. He is only reffering to customer support again and again which I think he is misguiding us. we already discussed with customer support as well but no input is recieved so far.

        From that day till now, i am not getting any response from Pepperfry. Either they should refund the money or replace the product with fresh one. It definately looks like an already repaired table has been delivered to us.             On friday 18th june 2021 i bought Strathford 3 seater sofa in blue colour by Adorn Homez for a cost of 15, 399 rupees.
            In the evening, i got an email from pepperfry telling me that i got a refund. Which i never asked. And i'm not interested in any refund, i want the sofa.
            They alleged "listing issue"..
            But if you go to their web site, the sofa is still available, same color, same name, same brand.. Just they changed the price. Now is costing 44, 299 rupees.
            I did the purchase in the morning, and i got my confirmation email. So i would like to get my sofa in the price that i originally bought it.

              I bought Sofa from Pepperfry with Order No:[protected] on 11/4/2021 and product got delivered on 28/4/21. Just in 15 days we could see some big pins protruding out from the joining parts of sofa. Immediately i made a complaint to Pepperfry and their repair service person came and checked the product and told that it cannot be repaired as it is Manufacturing defect which needs to replaced by them. This feedback has been recorded on 2/6/2021.

              From that day till now, i am not getting any response from them. Either they should refund the money or replace the product. But i have mailed, called their customer service so many times but till now there is no response except for automated mail stating that they will revert but till now no response. Actually i am so upset with their way of responding customers. I bought this through EMI and paying interest . But i am unable use the product and not getting any response. Request to support in this case.

                  I bought the glass on April 10th sine than am chasing with customer service. since than all company keep deliver the products but pepperfry keep extending giving excuses... such a bad company does not carry any value of the word. a super fake company customer services worse big fake commitments i will never ever buy anything my life from pepper fry and arrange all documents to file legal case against them...

                    Hi,

                    Product - Amore Hybrid EuroTop 6 Inches Queen Size Pocket Spring & Memory Foam Mattress
                    Date of Order: 28th April 2021

                    I purchased the above mattress from Pepperfry on the recommendation of their sales executive that it has great reviews and it's extremely comfortable. I received the order on 15th May 2021 and I have been constantly getting back and neck pain along with restless sleep.
                    The mattress has instructions that it needs to be used for at least 15 days for it to set which is what I followed. I raised the concern with Pepperfry on 7th June 2021 and I was told that since the return window is only 7 days from the day of order I can't return the product.

                    I purchased the product based on the recommendation of their sales executive and now that the mattress is not as per the defined standards, I should be able to return it. I took into consideration the product instructions and used the product for 15 days before raising the concern. I have raised this on social media as well but no one from the Pepperfry team has contacted me. I paid INR 25000 on the mattress and considering the covid time, I think the company should give us the option of refund as the mattress company has a 30 day trial on the same product on their website.

                      After I purchased the pepperfry order today for a chair and a table, i noticed that the details are totally missing in the invoice that came as attachment in the order confirmation email. Only the Assembly, Processing and Delivery fees were part of the invoice, but the actual goods that I purchased were missing in the invoice

                        My order was delivered to me on 8th June. I was informed by the delivery guy that the carpenter will be arriving within 24hrs, but still there is no sight of any service guy or help from the company.

                          Hello, I have ordered an item in pepperfry and returned it due to some reasons, but now the refund has been credited to the pepperfry wallet. And I have sent several emails to the support team, but without resolving the issue they are just confirming that the issue has been resolved.
                          And please change this policy, that the refund should be credited directly to customer bank account not to the pepperfry wallet. Because for some emergency reasons we will be returning the item and will look for the refund, but keeping our money in the wallet cannot be utilised for our emergency reasons. It's like forcing the customers to buy the product in the app even if they are not willing to.
                          Now my money is stuck in the app, I need that to be credited to my bank account at any cost.

                              Bean Bags sold are of extremely poor quality material. The fabric started peeling and tearing off near the stitches within 3 months as you can see in the attached pics. Reaching out to Pepperfry via the email address to raise complaints did not help either. The response was that they spoke to the manufacturer who said there's no guarantee on the fabric.

                              That's so ridiculous since they are telling customers that the fabric can peel and tear once it is out of their store. They were not even willing to help repair/recover the damaged product.

                              As a customer, I feel cheated by a brand like pepper fry and will never ever recommend this to anyone.

                                I complain on Pepperfry against order no[protected] about
                                (1) Color mismatch
                                (2) Use of MDF in "Solid wood study table" https://www.pepperfry.com/aura-study-table-in-provincial-teak-finish-by-woodswor...
                                I followed and by sharing pictures with Ms Arrzoo (To whom my ticket assigned) for more than 10days and get back to me that there is no colour mismatch and Pepperfry has mentioned "solid wood" as the primary material, I asked where did you mention MDF as secondary material ?? There was no answer. I asked where did you show a picture of MDF on the website then she horrible replied that Pepperfry will re-design the website as per the material used in the picture. I requested to return the item but Pepperfry denied this.

                                I am requesting everybody to avoid Pepperfry because of their return policy as well as horrible customer service.

                                Also, it's not a study table, an adult person thighs would not be able to go inside the table with the normal chair because of the table low height.

                                  I complain about the "Aura Solid Wood Study Table in Provincial Teak Finish" Link is --https://www.pepperfry.com/aura-study-table-in-provincial-teak-finish-by-woodswor...
                                  (1) Colour mismatch
                                  (2) Use of MDF in the "Solid wood study table".

                                  After 10 days of follow up, she said no mismatch in colour and by sharing picture with Ms Aarzoo, she replied that we have mentioned solid wood as primary material only. I asked where did you mention that MDF is used as secondary material ?? . Also, the use of MDF is not shown in any picture on the website, she replied that Pepperfry will redesign the website as per the material used in the table, but we will not return it.

                                  I requested to return the item and reimbursement my amount.

                                  Also saying to avoid any purchase from Pepperfry, horrible experience and very bad customer service. It's not at all a study table for adult guys because of low height, your things would not be able to go inside the table including a nominal height chair.

                                    I Had Placed Order on Pepperfry.com in Feb for 10 pepperfry products, out of which 3 Products Were Delivered Faulty. The Wall clock Was Totally Rusted!! Its Has Been 3 Month, They Took The Item Back But Never Returned Money!
