I received a chest as part of my order number[protected] on October 22, 2020. The chest (kiku chest of 5 drawers in brown finish) had scratches and so the assembly person said he will send someone to fix. Once he left, I noticed the alignment of drawers was off too so I put in a request on October 22, 2020 itself for return With pictures and received an automated response that I will receive a call in the next 48 hours. I’ve been trying to reach their customer care and keep getting a response that someone will call back in 3 hours or so and no one calls. Today is October 28, 2020 - still waiting to get a call back since there is no direct way to call and speak to an executive.
