I ordered two items king size cot and wooden drawers. The courier guy however delivered(5 days late from the promised) only one item(cot) , drawer was missing, but the bill and invoice shows both under single shipment. Pepperfry is just become worst.. today I have received a hand blander from them and they have sent it in the original box by applying a address sticker .. not even put it in a plastic bag also… on top the all the have sent me faulty blander.

When I tried calling CC number.. I have to wait for at least 15 min to get connected, Secondly their CC lines keeps disconnecting..
