I booked Cassia Alluring King Size Bed vide above order reference number on 30th Dec, 13 and got it delivered within 24 days i.e. on 23rd Jan, 2014 and I was happy that goods reached me before committed time

When the box was opened for assembly, noticed visible crack on exterior side and various other issues like nuts jumping thread, 3'x6'.5" two-sheets provided was of poor quality, the wood texture and colour was not ok. I reported the issue with photographs on same day at email_ids: [protected]@pepperfry.com, [protected]@pepperfry.com, customer.[protected]@pepperfry.com, [protected]@pepperfry.com. The first two were relationship managers contact_id

I tried to reach @[protected]releationship managers ) and found it to be always on voice message with assurance to call back which never happened. I tried to reach on[protected]customer service) and several other contact numbers but in vain

    Hi, I had ordered my product from Pepperfry & it was delivered in broken & damaged condition. It was not at all fit for use so I called up the customer care immediately to lodge a complaint. My complaint was registered & I was asked to mail them the pics of the damaged product at their customer care email id. Upon reviewing those pictures they requested me to courier the product back to their New Delhi store, which I did by DTDC on 13th Dec'13.I kept requesting them for confirmation of reciept & refund initiation. Till date they are asking me to wait as they are still to get confirmation of receipt from their Delhi office. I have provided them the dispatch details from DTDC which clearly indicates the delivery & receipt by their office staff with seal on 20th Dec'13. I am continuosly following for refund but same pretyped robotic answers, This is totally unacceptable. I have never experienced such a lack luster & negligent response. It has already been 3 weeks since I couriered the material back and the DTDC confirmation already confirms the delivery at your store on 20th Dec'13 which is already 2 weeks back. I cant understand how long it will take for them to get confirmation from their own store in today's world. I must admit the response from their side & my overall experience has been worst till date. I cant take anything positive to anybody from this purchasing experience. Hope to get the refund ASAP. Order #[protected]

      Its very poor company. First time i ordered 2 items from pepperfry and got only 1 item from those. And the item I received was damaged. When I logged complaint to replace the item then pepperfry said we can not replace. They send me form and said to courier us back the item we will refund or keep the item we will give u 100 Rs. Pathetic company what I will do with that 100 Rs. ???? Should I put that 100 rs. on damaged item then item will be fine??? Its your duty if item is damaged then you replace it or check before sending. I am very upset with pepperfry. My complaint no is[protected] Why should I take pain & hassle to send u back damaged item and send u courier and receipts??? Its ur duty pepperfry. I will never erver purchase any item from this site and will say to my frnds also to never purchase from this site. Other site like flipkart are very much better then pepperfry. They change the item if its damaged.

        I have ordered Sheesham Wood Slanted Backrest Chair from Order#[protected]. This was a prepaid order, when then chairs were delivered after 3 week delay from scheduled time, there were minor chippings on corners. I raised a complaint and the vendor said m you get them repaired and we will pay back the charges. I got the repairs done but did not claim the charges as it was minor repairs. Later the joints and now the back have started giving up, one of the back row is broken and is irreparable . The chairs were seldom used ( not more then 10 mins a day even ) the company does not offer warranty or returns . Absolutely substandard product. Beware

          I've purchased one set of 6 face towels of company retro pool. The offer at that time was displayed on the website that the product is sold at 82% off i.e. Rs. 79 (MRP displayed was Rs. 445). After getting the product I feel product is nota even worth Rs. 79. I ordered is assuming that if it's MRP is Rs. 445, it must of some good quality and I'm getting a good deal by purchasing it at just Rs. 79. But the product is just similar to what we get on road side shops and there we get face towel at Rs 10 each.

            I placed an order of Nilkamal Freedom shoe cabinet on 14 oct 2013 through Pepperfry.com. I made the payment via net banking.I received just a sms with order confirmation no[protected] but they didn't email me the order invoice. Initially pepperfry displayed 24th oct as approx. delivery date which they changed to approx. dispatch date as soon as i made the payment.Anyways i waited till 24th oct but there was no update on the order. Then i started calling their customer service.I made multiple STD calls when they put me on hold for an unlimited time and kept telling me that they will call back soon with order info but they never did.After few more days i received a sms with the courier tracking id- red express courier AWB#C0009293D42885. But when i tried to contact the courier service i was told that they don't have any shipment from pepperfry for my name and address.I tried to clear this up with pepperfry staff but they made a very bizarre excuse that my order was not shipped because my address ( Dharampur, Dehradun) is in rural area.Since when centre of a city like dehradun become rural.If it were the case how did i manage to receive courier from international sites like amazon and mango and that too in time. Pepperfry is a fraud company full of lying, corrupt, deceitful, irresponsible staff whose sole purpose is to dupe people of their money.Once they get the payment they don't care to deliver the product.I even sent emails to pepperfry with my complaint but no reply whatsoever.               hi,

              i have bur one induction cooker from Pepper Fry online shopping on 15th Sep, 2013, .
              i have make payment through credit card and after 7 days even i have not received my product.
              as many time i call to their customer care, everyone commit me for 3 days.
              on 1st october i have registred my case from their customercare who told that i will get status after investigation in 48 hrs.
              even after 72 hrs they have not acknowledge my status and as i call once again they ask me to wait still 48 hrs.

              i do not want my payment and if they want to chhose that option i want my payment with interest.

              i will prefer my product reach me asap.

                  the worst packing like -spoons had to be taped together following a sheet under each spoon so that they do not scratch, the same applies to bowls which were all single handed pushed into the box directly with no tapes and sheet to protect from scratch.all plates cracked,which means the order was thrown from despatch this is the case of a local courier to cut down on expense ,even when fragile was marked on the pack. .......... worst service.                     Hi Team,
                    I bought a Morphy Richards chopper worth Rs.1320 which includes the cash on delivery charge as well in the amount of rs.49 in it. I have received this product a week back and found that my chopper has scratches and mud marks all over along with a disappointing package along with which the blades were blunt. When spoke to the customer service team regarding the same, they were very rude and offered me a compensation of rs.100 for the scratches and mud marks when I have asked for a replacement or refund. They have been very rude throughout the conversation and were unwilling to facilitate further and the chat associate Shekhar was very condescending thruout the entire chat. I am totally frustrated with their customer service as well as with the kind of products they are selling online. I need my money refunded along with the compensation.                       Through The First Flight Courier through which they send my Product which I have ordered,but the First Flight Courier guy called me over telephone and told "Sir,Can you collect your Product from our Office,we cant deliver at your location as our service is not available at your location.(But to my location all other courier guys are delivering e.g : BLUE DART,DTDC).Then I said ok ,I will disscuss regarding this with the company.Immideatly after 5 minutes I disscused this issue with customer care executive regarding this(Customer Care Lady name is **Reeti** with whom I had a disscusson over Online chat-this chat service is available on Pepperfry.com) she gave promising assurance that @ no condition my product will not be refunded please wait for 1-2 days more we will ensure that it will be delivered @ your location).
                      The Next day another lady named **Riddhi** called me over my mobile no. and told that I am working on your complaint no. 00426649 but as the product is in the way back to our location so you have two options:
                      1.We can initiate a Refund for which you need to wait for 7-10 days as per our policy.
                      2.From my side I will try to ship it again via some other Courier Service but it will take another 15-20 days because it will come to Our Mumbai location and we will chek that,so it will take time

                      Then I told please forward this concern to your upper management, then she told I cannot forward it but if I will ask my Manager to call you,even he/she also tell you the same thing.

                        I have purchased NILKAMAL LEXUS FOLDING BED from internet online shopping on PEPPERFRY.COM The wheels of the bed are broken within 3 months o[censored]se.and now I am unable to use this bed costing Rs 7000. Now neither Nilkamal nor Pepperfry are responding.

                        They sent the castor wheels as replacement, though their quality was equally bad
                        I bought a nilkamal chairs(4) on 29/03/2017 through debit card, the transaction id is OTHPOS799183 and the money paid Rs 3322/ from Canteen HQ Central Command Lucknow. This chair legs are broken today and we cann't use this chair because one chair legs got broken side legs are not in good conditions. So we requesting new chair.

                          I ordered two items king size cot and wooden drawers. The courier guy however delivered(5 days late from the promised) only one item(cot) , drawer was missing, but the bill and invoice shows both under single shipment. The delivery guy seems to be unaware, when contacted pepperfry they said within 48 hrs they will get back, but when they didn't I called again and this time they asked for another 48 hrs and asked to call them again and check. Even the cot which was delivered has slight damage.

                            I had ordered COSCO TENACITY SUPER ROLLER SKATES (sku - HEM1767DE277956; link - http://www.pepperfry.com/cosco-tenacity-super-roller-skates-277956.html). Before ordering, I had checked with customer care team at Pepperfry about the size since I wanted Skates for senior size.It was confirmed to me through email and also during chat by Mr. Shekhar that the product is for senior size.

                            However the product which has been shipped is smaller size - junior size and doesnot have the brakes which have been described on pepperfry website. The company has instead shipped the product SKU: HEM1767DE277957 as described in the link http://www.pepperfry.com/cosco-tenacity-super-roller-skates-277957.html

                            Due to this requested i requested the company to arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product and send me the original product as described in the link: http://www.pepperfry.com/cosco-tenacity-super-roller-skates-277956.html. However since then the company executives are dilly-dallying and asking me to ship the product to me instead of arranging for reverse pick-up. I have told them that the courier companies are asking for Rs. 220 for shipping the packet back to pepperfry. But the company representatives have refused to listen to me and asking me to go around and look for another courier company for last 15 days. They have also refused to refund my money.

                            Due to the fault at company level, I have been suffering for last 15 days. First they have supplied me wrong size even after confirming online and then they are not ready to arrange for reverse pick-up or refunding full courier charges for this.

                            In light of my experience, I will request everyone to beware of purchasing anything from WWW.PEPPERFRY.COM

                              pepperfry.com-the online shopping portal where I ordered a T shirt 13 days before. They have policy of delivery within 7 working days and it has been more than 13 days I have not received the order. Today I have received their mail. They have cancelled my order by their own and now they are offering me pepperfry points instead of my cash amount. I don't want their pepperfry points, I want my money back because they have failed to deliver me the product.How can they decide what to do with my money. Now I don't want to make any purchase on pepperfry, so what should I do with that pepperfry points?
                              Furthermore, I am lodging this complaint because I have a doubt that some shopping portals like "pepperfry.com" are earning a lot of money by this way. Offering products online, getting money transferred to their account, then cancelling the order by their own and then offering points instead of refunding the money.
                              In case, if they are refunding the money, believe me, the whole process will take 1 month and you will get lot of frustration. I dont have any intention of reducing their business, I am just sharing my experience and frustration. I want others to stay away from such sites to avoid lot of frustration.

                                hello ... i bought 4 jeans from pepperfry.com on 16-1-13 for Rs.2252 n received on about 24-25 but i didnt liked the product so i returned the product. but now they not refunding my money .. they gave me virtual money on their site which i can spend on that site only n that too within the duration of 15 days from which 10 days have already passed so just 5 days left to spend these 2252 rupees but i dont want to buy anything from them but they not refunding my money in cash

                                  1. i made a online purchase of a ladies watch through online selling site pepperfry.com on 23 feb 2013.
                                  2. the order no was[protected] for Playboy Stylish Watch Model: PBH0508BLBKB for an discounted amount of Rs 1799.
                                  3. i made online payment and my order was accepted and a receipt was forwaded to my mail saying that the item will be shipped in 7 working days
                                  4. however on checking the status on 07 mar 2013 to my utter surprise the order was cancelled and amount shown refund, however no amount was credited to my account.
                                  5. on checking the website i found that item is still available for sale though at slightly higher price. the website kept my payment for 15 days and has cancelled the order after due confirmation . the copy of reciept is attached for your perusal.

                                    I ordered one sony wx50 camera from Pepperfry.com on 13th feb 2013, having order no.[protected] and on 18th Feb i got the delivry of one box claiming sony camera but infact when i opened the box one camera pouch was there of MRP Rs.300, immediately i informed pepperfry customer care that this has happened to me, then they asked me to send the image of box and everything i got. I sent it without any delay. Again i contacted them in evening and spoke to his supervisor named Ritesh, he told me he will investigate the issue and will get back to me. In the mean time what i noticed that the dimension of the parcel box which i got cannot accommodate boxed packed sony camera which is the biggest evidence which proves their fraud and also proves that they have done it intentional. when i told this thing to Ritesh he told we dont know anything i have crossed check and we have sent you the correct product of weight 500gms and we cant do anything in this regard. Now big question is how they sent product having bigger box in smaller parcel box. That parcel box contain courier stamp and pepperfry is written over it several places with invoice pasted on it using tape. I am attaching the image of everything and request you to Lodge an FIR again Ritesh and Pepperfry.com for this serious fraud. so that they will not cheat other people. I paid Rs.7592 for the camera by icici netbanking.

                                      Pepperfry is just become worst.. today I have received a hand blander from them and they have sent it in the original box by applying a address sticker .. not even put it in a plastic bag also… on top the all the have sent me faulty blander.

                                      When I tried calling CC number.. I have to wait for at least 15 min to get connected, Secondly their CC lines keeps disconnecting..

                                      What I come to know when I complained of the product I have received that, there is no replacement police.. means if your product reach to me faulty I can not get that replace with a new one.. You will return my money once you return it to them..

                                      CC is the worst ever I faced.. specially the lady with whom I spoke "Ms.SEEYA"

                                      What I can interpret from this all is that you sent me faulty product (One can understand the condition of the product just seeing the box in which it arrives) and now if I want my money back I have to send it back to you and than again get it to painful process of coordinating with your CC to get my money back. by the time I will get my money back you would have used it for 25+ days.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I had bought many Gold/Precious Jewelleries from your company in past in name of myself and my family members to my address. In many jewelleries, your company cheated by sending Jewellery products of less Gold Content/Weight than what mentioned in the Product Description/Specification at time of order at your website.

                                        Following are the five orders in which Gold Jewellery Product is receive of less Gold Weight and the difference is considerably objectionable to me.

                                        For your reference, Certificates of all the 5 orders attached to this Email and the item description snapshot is also attached to this email


                                        I had already complaint for each of these orders separately to your company. But your company till date not resolved the matter. Your company after doing fraud, not even interested in replying to my complaints. As a result I have take this matter to the consumer court. The matter I will also report in Media and in Police Station.

                                        If you want to resolve the matter before court case, than you have to pay compensation of 18,000 INR for all the losses occurred to me in these transactions only. Otherwise after i move matter to the court, i will also claim the legal expenditure that will cost to me. If in within next 5 days, i did not get compensation of 18,000 INR, it will be considered that your company is not interested in resolving the matter before court...
