My name is Murali and my order on pepperfry.com is[protected]. If there is any working brain or a computer at this rotten *le outfit, you can look up the history of the order number.
I placed the order for a relaxing & folding chair, as in this picture: http://www.pepperfry.com/olida-relaxing-foldable-chair-1041302.html?pos=11:1
as anybody with a working brain would agree, this is a simple wooden equipment, and does not need more than a week to make. However, for an order placed on 15-July-2014, the website claimed the shipment will happen on 9-Aug-2014, more than 3 weeks.
I still agreed, and patiently waited for 9th Aug, with a reminder on 6-Aug-2014.
Come 12-Aug-2014, the chair is never shipped. So, I called up the organization and I got a response, " we have already registered your complaint some time back and we need a further 48 hours to find out the status" .I wonder . A chair is either made or not made. life is that simple isn’t it? why do you need 48 hours to find this simple one line answer?
Truth is they just don’t check the status . they are just cheating.
If you have too much money to lose, think of buying from pepperfry. otherwise just buy from your next door carpenter, whom you can rely on.
