False commitment - Dont care once payment is made

I order product from pepperfry 1 month back - still not received. In the mean time there have been atleast 100 emails/call sent to pepperfry and there delivery partner bluedart - no one ever cared to inform me that my product will be delayed for some reason. I always got one answer - wait for 2-3 days, we assure you your complaint has been taken care of- WTF. At the end of 30 days i see update on bluedart website that my zip was incorrect...

We ordered a bunch of very expensive furniture from pepperfry. We have been waiting all week now for them to deliver our stuff. They keep telling us it will come in the evening and so far no luck. Today the help desk (lady called Suchitra) accused me of lying and hung up on me. NEVER shopping at this website again....

Failed to ship on time, failed to provide a new shipment date

My order number is[protected]. Pepperfry was supposed to ship the item by 28th Oct, 2014. As nothing happened by that time, and since I didn't receive any communication from Pepperfry, I called their customer care number. Agent said he will raise a complaint, and they will contact me with in 48 hours (!!!). I requested him to connect me to the supervisor, and he refused to do that. He said a supervisor will call me with in 48 hours (!!!)....

The customer care is saying it to be a logistic issue but unable to provide me any date for delivery of the item.
