These people should not be in business They have had my money (nearly Rs 19000) for 1 month and I am unable to track my sofa set Yesterday when I had tracked the AWB number they gave me with Blue Dart courier I thought it was finally arriving - instead A PINK BLOUSE TURNED UP NOT MY SOFA SET!!! I have never even ordered a pink blouse!!! To say I hate these people would be an understatement Their 'CHAT' people are the worst Totally evasive, time wasters, never give answers or even bother to read your questions - a total fraud company I also made the mistake of ordering a roti maker from them That turned up but is no good Their website says the MRP is Rs 5699 so makes you think you are getting a quality item but on the box the MRP is Rs 2450 This is false advertising at its worst The roti maker has no model no. no serial no. no date of manufacture When you try to use this thing the lid does not go back far enough and it falls down with a bang - look out if your hand is in the way you will get 3rd degree burns Consequently I cannot let anyone in my family use it as it is so dangerous In otherwise a crap item I rang and emailed both Pepperfy and the sending company of this item ([protected]@live.com) and got no satisfactory solution Pepperfy just dismissed me and avs did not even answer So buyer beware with these people I will certainly NEVER use them again I am thinking now this sofa set I ordered, if it ever turns up, is going to be a horrible thing probably damaged for being so long on the road, and probably nothing like the description on their site I say this because I think Pepperfy has no morals they are only interested in getting your money and doing nothing to help you only many many untruthful stories Especially do not order anything the people of Kerala as they do not warn you about Form 16 until you have waited a month for your goods They cannot send without this form which you have to print out, fill out, sign, then scan and send backk to them along with you Govt. approved photo id Nowhere on their site do they tell you about this little matter which is a big matter if you dont have a printer and scanner and the knowledge to do same No no for me its a big thumbs down to these people who only get your money then leave you with a big headache wondering if you will ever get your goods Notice on their website their is nowhere to leave reviews so you cannot let anyone know of the quality of goods or service Stick to Amazon my friends who are far more transparent and avoid Pepper crap like the plague they are

I have talked to them - I have written emails to them - over and over and over - still no order number, no delivery number - no nothing - they have STOLEN my money and lied through their teeth to me What they did do is deceive me Sent me a pink blouse (which I did not order) in place of my Rs 19000 Sofa Set !!! I hope they get shut down Next step will be police action I have no choice

    I have done my order on[protected] for a dining table with chair, they committed to deliver the product on or before[protected]. Its 11 days (21 days over after order placed) over after the committed delivery date. The Pepperfry customer care team is not able to track the issue or track the product, (I am not understanding, then why such a team is working as Customer care). My account manager is Mr Irfan, as I am very lucky that, I got a chance to have word with Irfan regarding my product. All the other occasion I got an automated replay or executives replay that, Irfan is busy, he will call back tomorrow!. But it never happened except November 19. On November 19th Mr Irfan committed that the product will be delivered within 4 days. Today Sixth day no updation from Pepperfry or Irfan. I called again to customer care, the executive replayed he don't know the status, Mr. Irfan will call back TOMORROW!!!

      ORDER #[protected]. I have booked the order on 17th Nov 2014 and as per confirmation mail, the products should deliver on/before 24th Nov 2014. But still now (As on 25th nov 2014) the order is not delivered to me, I sent lot mails to "Pepperfry" customer care and everyone gave false/fake commitments. I sent so mails and chat with Pepperfry, but no use. I really feed-up with "Pepperfry", this site is not professional and this was my last buy. Please let me know how to book case on this, then e-commerce people will understand the business. I have all the mails and conversations.

      Still was not resolved and the perryfry is totally fake and dont belive this site. And they are saying they returning my amount and but no one is telling when they will return and also each and every member including mamagers. Really WORST experience.

      Guys tomorrow filing case in consumer court and I am having all the proof.

        Order number:[protected] Pathetic service, I did not expect this from one of leading home store. I have ordered a simple stool on the 21st October 2014. I dont see a reason why it would take such a long time to deliver, even if it is made to order. Supply chain is one of the key aspects to any online shopping and currently my product shows as yet to be shipped. This is really frustrating for the customer. I have called support line multiple times but there is only assurance and no action. I was not even informed that my product will be delayed. This is probably my last buy on pepperfry, I will also recommend my friends and relatives not to order from website. Horrible is not the word!!!

          order no:[protected]. Twice there was a call about delivery and no delivery was made. The officer in charge Fiona was unhelpful when contacted. I wrote three emails and called about 5 times. There was no explanation. Fiona kept saying that the item was on top of the delivery list but couldnt explain why delivery was not made and could not give any assurance about when the delivery would be made. Refund has not been made. Really the kind of experience that makes you think twice about such online ventures.

            Hi, We had ordered for a coffee table (order no:[protected], dt: 13th Oct'14) & a wall decor piece (order no:[protected], dt: 21st Oct'14). Both were supposed to be delivered by 31st Oct but till date despite numerous follow ups they are not delivering. Pepperfry services are completely pathetic & out of place. The issue is I have already paid & being harassed with no updates from their end.

              I had ordered a product on the 16th of oct. Its the 11th of nov today. My product has still not been delivered. When i send a mail to the customer care, they always have a standard reply, that the matter would be escalated, but it never happens. When i call customer care, they say just wait for 2 more days. 1st the reason was that the order was procured late from the vendor and now the reason is due to diwali they have a backlog!

              I have been calling them almost evry 2 days, but they have a different reason evrytime. Which co takes more than a month to deliver a order?

              False commitments-false claims- worst experience- no proper assistance from customer care. Made a blunder ordering from pepperfry, wont repeat again ever.!Strong text

                Hii. My order id is[protected] placed an order dated 12 oct'14. I have rec'd my product on 31 Oct. And the product was defective that is why i returned the product to the same delivery boy. Now i am doing follow up from 31 Oct to refund my money asap. I even dont remember how many time i did mail i did calls no one is replying neither on mails nor on calls. See this is service what they are giving to us. Poor poor company poor service !!! This same situation i am facing second time . Pepperfry is just disgusting I suggest do not trust and do not place any order from this site.

                  I had ordered a 3-door wardrobe (Order #[protected] on 6th Oct '14. I placed the order after confirming from the website that the product was available. But, after 2 days, Pepperfry cancelled my order due to product unavailability with my money refunded after another 3 days. In the meantime, my account manager at Pepperfry suggested me to order a different wardrobe, this time only guaranteeing a successful and hassle free delivery and promising a compensation (in terms of discount) in they failed to fulfill the order again. As suggested, I ordered another 3-door wardrobe (Order #[protected] on Oct 8th. After a delay, they delivered that product on Nov 3rd and a carpenter was sent on Nov 5th. Pepperfry's carpenter opened the package and found one item/part missing and another defective (wrong drills and groves). I immediately informed Pepperfry and requested them (on Nov 5ht) to resend the missing and defective items (item 4 and 28). Pepperfry agreed to send the missing and defective items that day but did not acknowledge that on any written communication. I reached out to them 2 days later (on Nov 7th, today), asking for an update. They blankly asked me to return the product and said that they will refund my money back. I am yet to receive the refund or confirmation on the return status. I'm shocked that they have taken least care in ensuring order fulfillment. Pepperfry's customer care people have been reckless in addressing customer problems. I have paid the money during the order (a month ago) only to find that it was for nothing and that gives me a opinion that Pepperfry is a bogus and a fraudulent website.

                  After raising a complaint here, Pepperfry reached out within a day. Alston, an account manager from Pepperfry, handled my complaint. Alston was very receptive and after a brief negotiation, he resolved my problem effectively. He offered me a good deal, refunding the entire amount paid and allowing me to keep the delivered product. My interaction with Alston has kind of helped me regain trust on Pepperfry. I guess, Pepperfry will be my 1st choice for my next furniture purchase.

                    For my Order Number[protected] 1 item got cancelled from pepperfry.com side because they ran out of stock.. and I had to get refund of Rs 391. 2 item came with two damaged glasses and after sending them pics and everything they said they will give Rs 200 refund.. Both amounts are not refunded.. Does it take almost 20 days to do a refund??? On the website they say with 5 - 7 working days..

                      I order product from pepperfry 1 month back - still not received. In the mean time there have been atleast 100 emails/call sent to pepperfry and there delivery partner bluedart - no one ever cared to inform me that my product will be delayed for some reason. I always got one answer - wait for 2-3 days, we assure you your complaint has been taken care of- WTF. At the end of 30 days i see update on bluedart website that my zip was incorrect - how come one product got delivered at same address and other not? Buy only if they provide COD - or dont buy. Bluedart and Pepperfry not to be trusted! Ebay/Flipkart are best in this department.

                        We ordered a bunch of very expensive furniture from pepperfry. We have been waiting all week now for them to deliver our stuff. They keep telling us it will come in the evening and so far no luck. Today the help desk (lady called Suchitra) accused me of lying and hung up on me. NEVER shopping at this website again.

                          I ordered 2 LED thread Bulbs from PEPPERFRY.COM, order number =[protected] on 8th October 2014. But till date I had not received the item. on calling the customer support they are unable to fulfill my request. The courier via which they sent my ordered item as per them is- [protected](shree tirupati couriers). On tracking this AWB number from their website, the AWB number provided doesn't exists. I contacted the customer care service of PEPPERFRY.com they registered my complaint with the Complaint number=00629064 regards Lalit Pandit

                              My order number is[protected]. Pepperfry was supposed to ship the item by 28th Oct, 2014. As nothing happened by that time, and since I didn't receive any communication from Pepperfry, I called their customer care number. Agent said he will raise a complaint, and they will contact me with in 48 hours (!!!). I requested him to connect me to the supervisor, and he refused to do that. He said a supervisor will call me with in 48 hours (!!!). I asked him to provide the new shipment date, and he said he needs 48 hours to answer that question!!! The following day, I tried my luck again by calling their customer care, and a lady answered. The parrot repeated the same answers! At this stage, I am doubtful that they are doing any thing about the order. I got the feeling that they are just hanging up the call and not acting on my requests at all. These people are taking the customers for a ride. Since they need a month or two to ship the products, they are locking the customer in to the transaction by first taking the money. Once the money is in their hands, they are moving as if they have all the time in the world. There is no accountability, no hurry, just some canned answers like - we will get back with in 48 hours. Every time I call, I am hearing this 48 hours . Bottomline - Avoid this company like plague!

                                I ordered an Electric Iro from Pepperfry after comparing the rates from other websites.I ahad never earlier used pepperfry.com but sinve they were giving a deal with the cheapest price for same product as compared to other websites. Before the delivery date of the order, I got a mail from pepperfry that the order has been cancelled and a refund is processed.I was disappointed because I was expecting the product and did not buy it locally.anyways I somehow was OK.but to my surprise the order got delivered next day to my place. I was quite amused, but when I opened the packing, the product turned out to be defective and non-working. I immediately wrote them an email that its faulty product . they asked me to use Refund Link from their website.but it was not working(they may be doing it intentionally) . when I wrote to them with all details.they first asked a picture of non working product.I sent them the pic. next I did not got any response for over 4-5 days.I was furious .sent them email again.No reply. Finally I called their Customer Care.that guy put m eon hold for more than 10 minutes and di not bother to reply.I disconnected the phone and called again. This time that stupid did not pick the call and some other lady answered.when I explained my problem.she put m eon hold for about 4-5 minutes for checking the status.then finally told that Refund has been processed and it may take 7-8 working days.but since I did not got it yet.she checked again and said they will have to do it now and it will take next 7-8 days. I somehow managed to keep my tongue on hold.and said OK. But today I got an email from them saying that they have processed the refund.and if I say that its not received.they asked me to send a Bank statement of my account. They are themselves such a cheaters and have no trust on customers.and they have no system to track the payment is don or Not.they are so stupid that nobody knwos whats happenning. Please be aware that they may be bigger frauds to get your Bank Details and then rob your bank. Do not fall prey to their cheap prices, they are here for cheating and taking people's money.when I searched on Google about Pepperfry complaint.I came to know that I am not alone.they are in a Cheating Business and many have been cheated.                                   I had ordered a ladder on 11th October by paying Rs 1858.00 against order number #[protected]. However the item has not been delivered as yet. The customer care is saying it to be a logistic issue but unable to provide me any date for delivery of the item. The tracking number as provided by the company which is AWB No. :[protected] shows to be invalid on the website of Gati the logistic company. Subsequent inquiries with the Pepperfry customer care have provided 0 results. Above all the company is least bothered to send any updates on the status of my article .

                                      Hii I have placed an order (Surya Gas) dated 16 Oct -14. order id is[protected] . I paid at the same time. Expected delivery date was 21 Oct-14. As of now i dint get any product. I do not remember how many times i called to pepperfry customer care.. People are least bother about this concern they were like ma'am we are working over this etc etc. I just dont get this what the hell they are working on it. It just a simple product delivery what a big deal. I paid for that i am asking for my product. This is the service of pepperfry. Poor service !! Even i mailed thrice no reply from there end. This is the service.!!

                                        I am writing in regards to my Order[protected]. I placed my order on 13 Oct 2014 and it was to be delivered on 22 Oct 2014. I got a confirmation email from my Account manager that it has been shipped on 14 Oct and will be delivered positively by 22 Oct 2014. But till date I have not received the same or any information that where is my product. I have contacted customer care number of times and same reply if given every time that it would be delivered in a day. I am very disappointed with Pepperfry and their services. I was expecting some professionalism in their work but sorry to say it’s not there. I would really appreciate if i get a quick reply / call from a concern person on the same. Regards, JV
