Order Id:[protected] Order placed: 5-April-2015 SKU : FM1110147-P-OD2946 I ordered a queen size bed which got delivered on 7-May-2015. After the delivery guys unpacked the package, we realized that the head panel and foot panel are of king size, where as all the remaining part are of queen size. Called customer care and they set up an appointment with carpenter for next day. Ofcourse carpenter could not assemble the bed. But he mentioned that there is a similar case in the same city (~20 kms away) where some body ordered a king size bed and received head and foot panel of queen size. He said that probably the parts got interchanged. Called customer care again, and they said they would arrange to swap the parts. We were assured that this whole mess will be cleared in 3-4 days. Meanwhile we filled formal complaint on the company website (with photographs) After 4 days, when the delivery guys tried to swap the wrong components, they realised that the parts will not fit into our bed. The customer care is no helpful in resolving the issue Is there no value for customer time & patience? We are wasting so much of effort in all the useless follow ups. Really frustrating...

    order no:[protected] I have ordered a TV Unit worth 7729 on 6th of April2015 and the last date of delivery of the product is 27th April, but i didn't get the product by the expected delivery date.So i called customer care and waiting for the delivery for 4-5 days.Daily different different customer executive will tell different different story about the deliver.Finally i cancelled the order on 1st May and i got a confirmation e-mail regarding the cancellation of the order(May 3rd) and in that they mentioned that i will be getting the full refund within 7-10 working days.But after 10 days i contact the customer care regarding refund issue and now they are telling that cancellation process started but refund processed has to be initiated and from that i need to wait 7-10 working days.But they are not mentioning anything regarding refund process date. So please help in in this so that i will get my refund soon.

      I ordered Chimney with Pepperfry with Order#[protected]AH1295688-S-PM8229, Smoke pipe and its other accessories are missing and despite many reminder nothing has been done and they are asking photographs of deficient item which not possible because we have not received item then how we can supply real image of these items. They are cheat and arrogant, should be stopped for business.

          hi, On 28th April I have ordered Lock&Lock Easy Storage Freezer Lock Containers from www.pepperfry.com. I have received my order on 4th May, but was very disappointed after seeing it.They gave me Lock and Lock Water Bottle instead of the container. See the attachment. I want to return my product and want my original product that I have ordered. Please let me know how to do this?? I dont want the refund back, instead i want the product replacement. This is complete fault of Pepperfry.

            I have ordered shelves from Pepperfry.com more than a month ago. The website said the delivery would take a few weeks and so I thought it would be worth it. But it has been over a month now and now the call to say they are not sure when my order will be delivered or even the status of the shelves. They seemed to be encouraging me to cancel the order but I am concerned they will take months to return the money as well. I have ordered from Urban Ladder and Fab Furnish as well and been really happy with what i got (not top end furniture but for the price i didn't expect that) ... I mistakenly thought Pepperfry would be the same. Pepperfry please process my order or at least be honest enough to say you have no control of your suppliers so you have to cancel it - the reference number for the call is **792648 it is under my wife's name.

                this is kk singh, i brought a product from ur site. the order no. is 30093203. this is recievd on date17 th of april this year. i called so many times about 6 times in two days . your customer care service is worst, they all the time taking too much time to say the same thing. since ur customer service is not toll free and also ur customer care officer took me on hold for almost 10-15 minutes all the time and promised me that the carpenter is on the way. i almost wasted my weekend because o[censored]r bad services and wrong promises. so im highly dissappointed by this sevice...no on e still come to my home for assembling the product.

                  We ordered for a carpet and when we received we noticed that it is not Upto the mark as shown in image. When we called for returning they are not agreeing. No refund policy as mentioned on website. Also they are not even ready for exchange to a different product. The product is lying waste.

                    Order No:[protected] We had ordered for a coffee table and It was our first order from this crappy website. Before placing the order, i thoroughly read their return and refund policy and i was assured by the false claims made by them about "100% money back guarantee". So went ahead and placed the order. To start with it took almost a month for our order to reach us, once we had it we were happy with the packaging and al. keeping all the safety measures in mind. After opening the package, we discovered the size of the table was too big then the mentioned dimensions on the website and what pissed us more the finish and quality of the product.. EXTREMELY BAD & DISAPPOINTING.. So very next day i sent them an email and also filed a return request on the website. Got few mails from them that they are looking into the matter and today morning i get a call that they are happy to send a carpenter to our place who will repaint it n make it look pretty n all to our satisfaction but they cannot do anything about the size of the product since that's something we should we have thought of before placing an order. Completely taken a back by this response from a very well placed website.. First you send me a product with scratches n marks and then offer to repaint it.. Why the hell they cant send a decent product at the first place? It's a 8000 RS TABLE AFTER DISCOUNT and completely unworthy.. Anyway I am now stuck with the ugly looking table since they have completely washed off their hands... Not sure if escalating this on various online portals will help or not but would like to caution future buyers.. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FOR THEM..

                      I ordered a carpet from pepperfry for Rs 1500 .. but i received a mat quality material instead (so third rated .. not even worth 150 Rs) ..When i asked for a refund .. they keep saying they can refund only if its damaged or size is not correct and they give a damn about the quality received and i have to live with it … Is this the way they treat the customers ?? Is there any way i can take this case up to consumer court ?? I want to teach these guys a lesson .. . My order order no is[protected]

                          Team, What wrong is going on with those guys. I placed two orders[protected],[protected] & both was made cancelled. I made two complaints for both two orders respectively, meanwhile team was sleeping after getting complain from my side team waken up & contacted me that shipment could not be delivered. i placed order on 22Mar & 27 Mar, after 15days team let me know that shipment could not be delivered. I must not buy any product again from pepperfry even do not suggest to anyone. Company should have been shipped the product from any courier partner however if it is delivered yet. but they just made a call & cancelled that, that is not acceptable. Total customer against policy.

                            I bought bajaj cfl from pepperfry.com and from 30/3/15 they are saying that it is cancelled but since than i have not received any mail or sms or refund. For this issue i called pepperfry on 2/4/15 and now they said it will be delivered late because of audit.Now i got a chat with pepperfry team and now they said that it is cancelled because the product was out of stock but since my order that product has never been out if stock.                               I have ordered Rinnovare floor cleaning MOP from pepperfry on 17th March'15. Order Number:[protected]. After I received the product I have immediately called customer care and informed that the product I have received seems to be used one. I have also not received the product in its original cartridge. To this first they replied that It comes under moneyback guarantee and they will refund the amount after reverse pick up. After that I was asked to put complain online on pepperfry site, to which they replied that they cannot refund money and on again calling customer care, they said its branded product and money wont be refunded back. On asking to escalate the complaint, executive said I will receive a call back from manager, but I have not received the call yet. Now the product is kept as it is and my money is blocked. Please help.

                                I purchase a furniture on 15 March and dispacth date was 18 and delivery date was 28 march. No delivery to yet and also on chat support they has automated replys of alpology and they give 24 hour tim eto resolve still no rsponce in 48 hours. today is 31 March and Courier wa sin Indore City Since 23 March no try to delivery by courier service neither any suport nor any refund option. If you do no twant to deliver why we can no tget refund. Same product they are now selling 1600 cheapter. Simple gamble of price change every day.

Everytime i call on their customer care number i get a reply we have note down your request. Our team will call you but nobody calls. When i ask for senior team number nobody shares it. They say that you would get a call...but there is no call. I spoke to Mozi .. ...no reply is there. It is the way to handle customer. It means we shouldnot do online shooping...

                                    This is in reference to my recent purchase of a bed from Pepper fry website.

                                    Details of purchase#
                                    LexuQueen Size Box Storage Bed by Space wood
                                    SKU: FN1058979-P-WH4374, QTY: 1, Cost - Rs 16500/-

                                    The bed arrived, however the quality of the material being used is very low, its not even MDF but worse than that, the price paid against the furniture is very high compared to the quality being offered.

                                    I requested for the assembly and carpenter did arrive to assemble the product, due to the quality of product, I advised him to pack it back as it arrived (pictures attached for reference).

                                    Post that I called the customer care number and submitted a request for return, I was promised a call back in next 24 hours, that DID NOT HAPPEN. Then I called customer care after a few days again, I was promised a call back again - (Reference number for conversation - IAL[protected], Its been almost 1 week, post the second request and I have not received a call back.

                                    Kindly help and help in getting the refund for the amount paid against the order.

                                    Pepper fry Customer care (Escalation team) contacted me and offered me a compensation of intially Rs2500/- and later on of Rs6000/- and agreed for the carpenter assembly. The amount has been credited back into my account and Bed has assembled. I agreed for this arrangement and happy with the solution provided by pepper fry. Hence kindly resolve the complaint.

                                      I bought a pedestal fan, Morphy richards from pepper fry. And upon opening the parcel we see the fan is broken. I contacted the customer care and I was told to send the courier back to their Delhi office, and I must incur the courier charge. Upon pressing, I was told I will be given Rs 500 and I will have to bear the extra charge. This is their return policy. The fan costed me 3k and the courier charge estimate was 1.8k. Is this the return policy pepper fry claims?

                                        Abhijay KS #1259, First floor 21'st C main 11th Cross HSR layout sector 1 I want to share my agony of ordering a double cot with online retailer pepperfry.com. After going through the TV advertisement and talking to customer care I decided to purchase double cot Order NO#[protected] on 9th March 2015. Invoice number# PPPL/MH/2014-15/0068091. After waiting till 20th March 2015 the item was finally delivered. To receive the shipment the wasted my leave on a working day. The delivery man asked for tips as against claimed by pepperfry advertisement as well. I ordered for assembly on 23rd March 2015, but to my agony when the carpenter opened the box he found the item defective. I am deeply hurt after paying about 18, 549.00 and killing the whole month and my 2 working days I received a defective product doesn't seem to be confidence inspiring. Even if pepperfy offer a refund I am not sure that will help me by means. What would account for the loss of trust, time, confidence, agony suffered. pepperfry should know when we order a product online we are not expecting that you give a defective product and offer a refund but we are expecting a quality product and quality service. Pepperfry has totally let me down and I am NOT going to order anything from pepperfry nor recommend my friends to do so.
