Supplying less quality/false/cheaper product than purchased.

The picture showing it contains steel juice peeler. But, they provided glass peeler inside of juice maker. Which is of less quality & less efficient to extract juice. no warranty card in the package

damaged product

the worst packing like -spoons had to be taped together following a sheet under each spoon so that they do not scratch, the same applies to bowls which were all single handed pushed into the box directly with no tapes and sheet to protect from scratch.all plates cracked,which means the order was thrown from despatch this is the case of a local courier to cut down on expense ,even when fragile was marked on the pack. .......... worst...
