I had ordered Storm Luxury Chair(Set of 2). I have been delivered only one chair till now. I have been following with the customer care for the past 15 days and their only response I get " I would like to inform you that our team is working on it." How many days would they need to deliver one chair ?????????????? This is ridicculus and very bad customer service....

I ordered wooden wall shelves from Pepperfry Few days back. First the color I selected was totally different to what I ordered. I found that wooden shelves to be broken from different sides, the wood is of pathetic quality, the shelves are not completely painted and it has rough patches.
