I ordered one tree and moon wall art painting at a cost of Rs999/ from pepperfry vide Order No[protected] in March 2015 thinking that it is of good quality but what I got was sone sub std product not worth for RS999/ . Its cost will not be more than Rs150-100. When I raised the issue they did not bother and refused to take back/ refund the money. I ask all consumer to be careful with this store before buying

    I ordered a chair, ordered number[protected], received a damage product, on the same day raised complain. After that i am keep on following up with them every day on call, every time they say concern team will call you for the resolution but never received any call from them, when i asked for money customer care representative put me on hold for 10 mins. i need my money back, feel like cheated, please help how can i get my money back, i swear i will never by any product from pepperfy nor advice any one to buy. They very unprofessional organization, issue may happen, but their response is very much frustrating.       From past 3 weeks, these people are not able to solve a simple request. I am not getting solution for my two problems which i have told them so many times. 1. They have cancelled one order of me with order id[protected], for which they are not willing to initiate the refund. everytime i call them they just escalate the matter. But nobody is helping and returning my amount. 2. I have requested a return of one of my order with order id[protected], but still no body calls me to take the product back. There policy says 30 days money back, no question asked. But still no update on that. Everytime i am following up with these guys and no body ready to give the answers to my question. I can name 20 representative of yours who are handling this case, plus 5 6 from the escalation team but still no solution. Such a pathetic service provided by you guys.

        I received the order of a wooden sofa on 10th Feb and the same day requested for its return . I got my money back in account but it is over a month now no one has come to pick this one item even after my regular follow ups . Every time the assurances are given and they sound so convincing but to no avail. I am fed up now and completely clueless what to do with this piece of furniture . What if i move to another city or unavailable for number of months . It is a hassle for me .

        I am also experiencing the same with pepper fry I purchased a bed on December after few days I requested for return. I go my money back but till this date (8th April) no one came for reverse pickup even after so many follow-up calls. I am very frustrated with pepper fry.

            Sir, I am an NRI based in Singapore. I had ordered many items from Pepperfry and those are supposed to be delivered to my doorstep (PIN 144106). Pepperfry states that they will do a door step delviery to my house in at PIN 144106. But Safexpress guys on 3 different occasions refused to deliver the items to our house. In two instances my cousin had to go and collect the items from Adampur[protected] kms away. The third time my mother had to pay Rs 300 plus to the courier guy so that he can come and deliver the items. My mother is old and cannot go to collect items on her own. I then called Pepperfry and told them the whole issue. The Pepperfry lady had told us that this is not supposed to happen, and this type of issue will not repeat again. Pepperfry told that they will talk with Safexpress and assured us no hassles from the next time. Now for an another item, the same issue has crept up again. It now appears that nobody is taking any action and are merely just talking. I have written emails to both Pepperfry and Safexpress. Made phone calls to both as well, but no action. This is frustrating and a big harassment to my parents! Can someone please take some real steps to sort this issue out? Buying items have been frustrating from Pepperfry.               i had placed an order on 01.01.2015. Order ID is[protected] and product is FN1234543-Z-WH5046 (Three Layer Adjustable Shelf Display Unit in Oak-Grey Finish by Mintwud. I had first called to make ensure delivery by 22.01.2015 as i had to go out of station on 23.01.2015. But, I dint receive my product. Afterwards, I had called for Order Cancellation on 23.01.2015. Till now, I had called at least 10-12 times just to track what happened to my request for order cancellation. But of no use as I am not getting any information regarding this. This is the worst online product site for tackling customers' grievances. I will never order any product from this site infuture.

                        There was a GoSF offer and i had ordered a bean bag . Order number[protected]. Got it for discount. It has been 15 days and they did not deliver. I paid for it before 15 days. I did not get a bean bag and waited 15 days since i thought thheyll deliver. They didnt. They sent a mail saying it will be delayed on 17th. I still waited. Today they send a mail that it has been cancelled by them. Who the hell are they to cancel it. They are misusing my funds for 15 days without proper communication and refunding after 15 days. Saying it is out of stock! Now i cant get GOSF back nor can i get the value of my money for these 15 days! If it was out of atock they should have told me before 15 days when i tried to order and should not have got my money.

                          I've placed an Order #:[protected] on good discount on a side table. I think it is a fake order and fake tracking id numbers provided. The tracking history shows it was attempted multiple delivery to my address- how funny. Do not know whose door he was knocking and neither got a call from the courier guys. Now the shipment has been returned stating unable to reach me. I do not live in Antartica that I cannot be reached. Same behaviour I've seen with the Snapdeal when especially you have ordered with good discounts, they disguise as if they call back the product after some failed delivery. Sounds like a fake business startegy and they cannot provide a replacement. What a DRAMA!!!

                            We had order a set of Padmini juicer on the 8th of Dec and it was mentioned to be delivered on the 11th. Ofcourse it never came and the tracking code was invalid..upon calling the customer care .. after the 5th call they realized it was an invalid code ( wonder why they didn't realize during prevous 4 calls). 5 days ago I received a mail saying thr goods would be delivered within 48 hrs and just on that morning I received a msg from red express I would receive the product on that day itself . Then 2 days ago some girl from pepperfry called asking if we've received the product. Based on the tracking site.. The product reached the last port on 17th and till NOW we still have not received the product. We decided nt to wait and re-ordered from Shopclues.com and we received it today.. within 3 days . I must say snapdeals ..flipkart..myntra.. and shopclues are realistic and better.. They mention 5 -7 days of delivery and delivers it earlier..nt like pepperfry.. 2 days delivery and it's been almost 2 weeks still no news. Thanks Pepperfry for the pathetic service.

                              I ordered wooden wall shelves from Pepperfry Few days back. First the color I selected was totally different to what I ordered. I found that wooden shelves to be broken from different sides, the wood is of pathetic quality, the shelves are not completely painted and it has rough patches. The main issues is the pits made for the nails to hang on the mall does not make it hang properly or completely to the wall. It always falls downwards. Awful experience with them. Then I raised this complain twice to consumer help line members .they always assure me that they would get back to me and refund the cash. They actually have not got back to me for the same. I need my cash back.

                                I have placed an order on 14th November 2014 of a small shoe rack. I haven't received the item yet. I tried to do followup several times about this and no update. Frustrated, I tried to cancel my order. I placed the cancellation request on 8th Dec 2014 and did a follow up on 14th Dec. Now on 14th Dec 2014 I'm getting a confirmatiom from there call centre that the cancellation request has been placed and I may get my refund in another 7-8 days. Going by the experience till date, I have no belief that I'll get my money in even 10 days. I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to visit this website again and will surely ensure that none of my family or friends do as well. There service is pathetic and surely needs someone to help me to get my money back.

                                    I have canceled my order[protected] on 10-Nov-14, request ID 00654155. Every time I contact them they are saying your money will be returned with in 2 days but more than 20days passed. Even I have escalated to their high management but of no use. Kindly do needful. I would like to return it. I have attached photos of the product. Reason: Very bad quality. Made of plastic (legs and other supporting parts). It is not mentioned in the product description in web site.I am not at all satisfied. The latest response from Pepperfry senior manager on Nov 30: Dear Malleswara Rao, Please accept our sincere apologies for this less than satisfactory experience. We assure you that we’ll get back to you with a resolution at the earliest. Truly appreciate your understanding. Summary of your Case Details: Order Id:[protected] Description: I have cancled order[protected] and request id 00643438 on 10th of Nov and today 28th. 18 days passed but issue not yet resolved.                                       This roti maker is advertised on pepperfry site as mrp 5699 when i received the roti maker the mrp on the box is 2450 there is no model no. No serial no. No date of manufacture there are 3 customer support phone numbers for this item on pepperfry site i called the first number [protected] and spoke to a man called vinod he blamed pepperfry for the wrong mrp he told me to email him at [protected]@live.com which i did and now many days have passed and i have heard nothing back from him the roti maker is dangerous the lid does not go back far enough when opened and comes crashing down if you get your hand caught you will get 3rd degree burns i told pepperfry and vinod at avs ent. About this but they just dismissed my concerns i cannot let anyone in my family use this item because of the danger of the very hot lid crashing down on their hand not only am i accusing someone of false advertising but also faulty dangerous product i think pepperfry should be avoided at all cost stick to reputable company like amazon where you can give an honest review of their products on their site itself - unlike pepperfry !!! Buyer beware !!!

                                        Pepperfry took my money on 7th november now it is december 2 and it has not been shipped according to my pepperfry manager deep punjabi
                                        I was given a false blue dart awb number which i tracked - when it arrived yesterday it was a pink blouse that i did not order not my rs 18000+ sofa set
                                        Deep tells me it will come in 1 week from now but i do not believe him
                                        My order no.[protected] the blue dart tracking no. [protected]
                                        I also ordered a floor mat with the sofa set deep emailed me today that i am not getting the mat and he will refund the money
                                        How can you have someone's money for a month and then tell them you are not getting your mat? In that case what about the sofa set - how am i supposed to believe anything you tell me !!!
                                        Please get your act together and do your job in an honest manner

                                        Paid for sofa set on November 7 now December 8 and received nothing from Pepperfry
                                        [protected]@pepperfry has now said they will give me my money back but I only have his word for it - nothing in writing from their accounts department
                                        These people take your money for over a month and invest it to get the interest
                                        There is no place on their site to do reviews to warn other customers of there cheating behaviour
                                        Total lack of concern for the customer who has paid a lot of money for furniture
                                        They should be investigated by Indian Consumer Affairs persons
