I had ordered a products on 12 Sept, and deadline for delivery is 21 sept, it's shipped on 18 of Sept but after that it's not delivered on 18 Sept so I had do a reattempt on 19 Sept but after that I had contacted to customer care center at that place they had said it will deliver within 24-48 hrs but it is not reach till 26 sept, at certain times customer service advisor talks casually like bol, kya, it's seems how unprofessional they are, my order no is M22740417, kindly take necessary action against this as customer service do nothing useful

      I have ordered the medicines from pharmeasy on 13.09.2020 (Order no. M[protected] but on 19.09.2020 when i checked the status of tracking it was updated as "self collect by the customer." as i haven't received any call regarding the self collect, i immediately contacted pharmeasy for the support. I raised the issue with them on 19.09.2020. After that on 20.09.2020, i received a sms on my registered mobile no. From pharmeasy that my order has been delivered. As i haven't received the item, i again called them and for the last two days they are just investigating the issue. The medicines are very important. Mentally harassed for the last 3 days. Either deliver my courier to me immediately or refund the money with compensation of harassment faced by me.

        Since 26th august last delivery date, the order from pharmeasy was not delivered, and ultimately in the end i decided to cancel the order and somehow i found the contact number of the negligent delivery service named xpressbees in osmanabad, and i urged them to return it, as they never took any effort to deliver for more than 10 days even after the delivery date was over..

        This is my third complaint regarding this through your portal, and its been almost 20 to 30 complaints on the pharmeasy negligent customer care, i am out of options, and have no other choice than to register this in the cyber crime department if this doesn't get sorted.

          I had ordered prynerve m 75 mg 12 strips vide my order no m22393722.
          Wro g products including soap and cosmetics were delivered to me today.
          I'm unable to return the order as there is no option.
          The shipping address on the order in correct but the billing address is wrong.

            Hello, i had ordered medicine from pharmeasy on 19th - 20th august, and the last date for delivery was 27th-28th, and since 26th the delivery service named xpressbees in Osmanabad 413501, which a extremely unprofessional and negligent record delivery service, they are notifying everyday that customer is not available, where as i am eagerly waiting for the medicine and the call from the delivery agent.. They are highly annoying, negligent and unprofessional.

              Few days ago on 22.08.2020 i have placed and order. as common people do I have checked cart value and placed the order. but after placing the order and when the bill is generated the amount is varies and they are saying the wallet money cant be used . and I have checked medicine price before placing and after the bill generation. There is no sigle Rupee change visible. they are asking me to do payment and then after if they found issue they will check about this offer.is this the right way to fool customers. I do have faced this issues in their past order of airtel money cashback offer. nothing is recieved till now. my order ID M22039939.
              so I request all of you please check cart value and value which is shown in invoice. and never expect any offers from this fraud company. they have wasted my 5 days for this problem .they don't value their customers time.loss of time and money.

              they are giving excuses about offer that offer is expired and my bill is generated on next day. they are showing wrong information about offer and it seems that they have done intentionally that thing to get void my claim for wallet money.

                Hello,

                I ordered medicines online from Pharmeasy.in (order no M[protected] and one of the medicine received "Ramlok" strip is in a very bad condition or would say it is damaged all over that no one can imagine to use it, plz check pic for reference.

                On contacting customer care got to know it is non refundable, i am totally shocked or felt cheated. In the name of non-refundable clause, does it mean they are selling garbage. Plz take the appropriate step to resolve my problem and either provide me new medicine or refund my money.

                  About lab test

                  Please guys don't go for pharmeasy.. We ordered INR test from them.. The technician came and took the blood sample.. Then we got a call from pharmeasy stating that the blood sample has been coagulated..again after two days the technician came to collect blood sample.. After 5 days we got the report stating that the INR value was 1.0...actually previously the inr value was between 2 to 3...we got scared and Went in person to hospital to get...

                  I frequently buying istamet 50/500 mg... They gave me istamet 50/1000 but in bill and on the label tablet strip they printed 50/500 mg... My brother taken the 50/1000 mg and immediately he had some allergies and also headache... I complained in pharmeasy... They saying that they will return ... What will my brother do with his health issue Now... I will submit proof below

                      My name is Aman Kumar Gautam and I am using the PharmEasy application on my mobile since long. A number of times I have ordered and received the medicines.

The order was supposed to get delivered on 09/08/2020 but still I have not received the same. When I tracked the status it was showing that delivery boy failed to locate the address. It is pertinent to mention that on the same address I am receiving every item since long.

                        Order has urgent medicine which didn't available at my location. I order it online with prepaid payment but delivery service didn't call me for delivery and refused to reattempt again. Due to this patient suffered unnecessarily. Order status shows delivered but not received by me or anyone. So many times contacted with them but both Pharmeasy n Xpressbees courier service didn't sort out even after 10 days.

                          I received delivered empty bottle of lacoma pf eye drops priced rs. 299.00 after discount. I had raised ticket informing the matter and without any solution and discussion and without replacing the bottle or refunding value, they emailed me that your ticket is resolved by their support team. So, pharmeasy and its team has started cheating the helpless and poor customers. Is there any solution?

                            In both the cases chemist was jadhav chemist from bhandup.

                            Both the cases i received messages that our person is out for delivery but they didn't deliver medicines and next day i got message that your order has been cancelled. Both the cases i paid 100% advance payment.

                            I had to take this medicines to my native place next day for my father. Both the cases i had to cancel my travel trip.

                            This lifelong medicines are critical for my fathers health.

                            I asked pharmeasy to investigate my case thru complaint no. 5951555.

                              Item ordered on 24th july, 2020 vide order no.[protected]Mintop) was received in damaged condition. The item collected and again delivered to me with replacing the same. Its a question of pharmeasy reputation. Kindly therefore, arrange to replace the damaged product immediately or refund the cost of medicine without any further delay failing which i will be constrained to take legal action.

                                Worst worst worst service from pharmeasy..
                                #pharmeasy...
                                In this covid time from april month of 2020 i started to order my medicine...on my first order i received my medicine properly and ontime..but on second order i received my medicine in damage only like in a strip of 10tablets ..6tablets i recd in damage..and i raised complaint for that no response.
                                Eventhough
                                Again because of some emergency i ordered only one medicine which is about day and night tablets in a strip of 28 tablets..but this time i received not in damage half of the medicine is not delivered..only day tablets i recd not night tablet..
                                I called customer care and explained its emergency medicine which i should take by night..they said they can't do any thing..they ll try to refund the money ...such a stupid terms.
                                Medicine is what emergency for every customer.
                                Every customer wait for their medicine to intake..i[censored] do like this what will happen to sick customer.

                                Kindly don't do your medicine services...i[censored] can't do it properly..

                                Really I'm angry and stress...because o[censored] pharmeasy I'm goin to miss my medicine for 4 to 5 days...dono what to do now

                                  मी गेली दोन ते तीन वर्ष झाले, माझे तसेच घरातील सर्वांचे नेहमी लागणारे औषधें आपल्याकडून ऑनलाईन मागवतो. आपल्यावर असणारा व्यवहार हा मला चांगलाच वाटला. आपण देणारी वेगवेगळी सवलत तसेच चांगल्या दर्जाचे औषध इतर रिटेल विक्रेत्यांपेक्षा चांगलीच व परवडणारे आहे.
                                  मी आपल्याला २७ जून २०२० रोजी नेहमी लागणारे औषध आपल्या PharmEasy या मोबाईल अप्लिकेशन वरून ऑर्डर दिली. पण काही दिवस तसेच अजून सुद्धा औषध का येत नाहीत म्हणून आपल्या PharmEasy या ०७६६६१००३०० मोबाईल नंबर वरती १३-०७-२०२० रोजी सकाळी ११.४४ वाजता फोन करून त्या संदर्भात विचारणा केली असता, आपल्या कस्टमर केअर कडून Delivery Currier या कंपनीशी संपर्क साधण्यास सांगितली. आपल्या PharmEasy कस्टमर केअर कडून ०६२९५२४१३७० हा संपर्क नंबर मला त्यांनी दिला. आपल्या कस्टमर केअरला मी हा Delivery Currier चा नाही म्हंटले असता आपल्या कस्टमर केअरने नाही हाच आहे असे म्हटले. (आपण आपलया रेकॉर्ड वरून आमचे संभाषण कन्फर्म करू शकता)
                                  मी ०६२९५२४१३७० ह्या नंबर वरती फोन केल्यानंतर एक रिंग होऊन फोन कट झाला पण फोन कट झाल्या नंतर लगेच दुसऱ्या म्हणजे ८६७०८५३११६ वरून मला फोन आला. त्यांनी मला वरील सर्व ऑर्डर संधर्भात विचारणा केली. पण ह्या नंबर वरील व्यक्ती आपली ऑर्डर रद्द झाल्याची सांगण्यात आली. आपली ऑर्डर मला मिळणार नसल्याचे सांगितले. मी त्यांना म्हटलो सुद्धा कि ऑनलाईन ला In Transit दिसतोय, पण ते म्हणाले कि Technical Problem असल्यामुळे ते आपणास मिळणार नाही, तुम्हाला तुमचे रुपये तुमच्या खात्यावरती जमा होतील.
                                  ह्यानंतर मात्र ते मला अधिक माहिती विचारू लागले, आपण कोणत्या माध्यमातून Payment केलेले आहे, GooglePay, PhonePay, Internet बँकिंग वगैरे वगैरे... मी त्यांना सांगितले कि Internet बँकिंग मधून केले आहे.
                                  त्यांनी मला सांगितले कि आपल्याला Payment परत पाहिजे असल्यास आपण आपल्या मोबाईल मध्ये QS अप्लिकेशन घ्यावे लागनार नाहीतर मी आपल्याला एक लिंक शेअर करतो त्यावरून मी सांगेन तसे करावे लागणार.
                                  मला कळालं कि ८६७०८५३११६ हा नंबर कोणत्या PharmEasy चा नाही, पण PharmEasy च्या व्यक्ती कडून पुरवण्यात आलेला एक फ्रॉड नंबर आहे, कोणीतरी माझी फसवणूक करत आहे. मी त्याला उलट प्रश्न विचारताना तो ओळखला कि हा आपणाला ओळखला. मी तक्रार करतो म्हंटल्यावर तो म्हणाला तुला काय करायचे ते कर जा, मी मोदीला पण घाबरत नाही. असे म्हणून तो फोन कट केला.
                                  ह्या सर्व गोष्टीचा विचार करून आपल्या PharmEasy केअर सेंटर कडून ०६२९५२४१३७० हा नंबर का पुरवण्यात आला ? आणि माझी वैयक्तिक माहिती का पुरवण्यात आली? ह्या वरती आपण त्या कस्टमर केअर च्या व्यक्ती वरती काय कारवाई करणार? आणि केली असल्यास तसे योग्य ती पुरावे मला हार्ड कॉपी व सॉफ्ट कॉपी मिळायला पाहिजे.
                                  तसेच माझ्या ९८८१३६६६९९ ह्या मोबाईल वरती कळवण्यात यावा .
                                  तसेच आपण माझी व्ययक्तीक माहीत एका त्रयस्थ व्यक्तीस दिल्याबद्दल मी हि आपल्या विरुद्ध FIR नोंद करणार आहे. तशी केल्यानंतर ती माहिती तुम्हास कळेलच.

                                    My medicines were going to get delivered on 29th june 2020 wherein delivery guys called me up & informed that he has forgot the medicine so will deliver next day i. E 30th june.
                                    On 30th i got a call from same guy stating that he has again forgot the medicine so will not be able to deliver and also he has submitted the same medicine to some another guy..
                                    What is this? Medicine ordered was for my mother who is an heart pateint & i do not have medicines at home.

The person asked to me for delivery and inform me on friday afternoon at 1.00 p. M. Delivery to my office address, east end park, kol-99 but failed. There after decide on monday he handover medicine to me.
                                      I try to several time to contact with him but failed. Kindly told that person to deliver my medicine as early as possible.
