I ordered some medicine from pharmeasy, they have offer that pay through paytm and get rs 150/- cash back.. When i paid i didn't get it.. And they are telling that.. You have to use promocode.. Jabki waisa koi promo code nahi that mujhe sms k through link send kiya gaya aur uske thruogh sirf payment ho gaya promotion apply k like koi bhi option nahi that... They cheat me.. Please take action against them

    I have placed the order on 07.02.2019 in pharmeasy
    And my order number is - m7207757

    Amount ot be paid after disocunt was rs.280/-

    Till today afternoon it was rs.280/- only
    All of a sudden while delivering the prodcut they have increased the price and the amount to be paid was rs.305/-
    Rs.25/- as been increased.
    Promotional disount as been reduced from 68 to 43/-

    When spoke to the customer care person they are asking me to show the screen shot of the previous amount.

    As i dont know about their cheating the customer i have not taken the screen shot.

    They are cheating the customer by increasing the price while delviering

    Showing one price while booking and while delivering they are icnreasing the price and cheating the customer.
    Take severe action regards this and the medicine should be delivered to me with the price of rs.280/-

    Hope you will take severe action on them

    If this goes on like this we customer will loose hope on online medicines itself.

      Last 4-5 months they cheat us. A couple of months i already complain about the pharmeasy but all time they say that next time does not repeat this type of problem. Last i order medicine on 28 january this problem is the same. The problem is when i place an order the delivery one but after payment the delivery date increase. I. E. If before payment delivery date is 1 feb 2019 but after payment increase 2-3 feb. Medicine is important for every customer. Please see the matter.

        I purchased medicines from pharmeasy and paid rs.547through paytm on 01/01/2019. Order id is-m6510912, promocode "dec20" applied. According promocode pharmeasy processed a cashback of rs.-109.40 in my paytm account on 01 jan.19, transaction id is-[protected] but paytm hasn't credited the cashback amount in my account. I complained in paytm helpline, uploaded the bank payment to paytm rs.547and provided cashback transaction id. But paytm hasn't paid my cashback.

          I placed an Order No: M5907779 on Nov 25th, 2018 for some life saving medicines. The order delivery date was mentioned as nov 27, 2018 but when i spoke to the customer care, i was told that it will be delivered by Nov 26, 2018. I kept calling 3-4 times on nov 26th for early delivery of medicines but they kept assuring me and did nothing. There was no update in their app regarding the order.All this while i was told that it will be delivered on time.

          I again started calling on 27th to understand when will it be delivered to my home so that i can plan my day. But they had no answer and kept updating that we have escalated the issue and it will surely be delivered today

          Later in the evening i get an update for delay and will be delivered on 28th. Also, one of the medicine is not available. This is surely not acceptable when i was proactively calling up multiple times to avoid any delays.

          Instead of delivering early, they are now delivering it late that too an incomplete order. Delay in medicines is not at all acceptable. I am anyway going to buy them now from outside as i cannot trust these guys and cant suffer without medicine.

          You cannot compare this business with Apparael or grocery where the delays can still be tolerable. There should be stricter guidelines for people venturing into this business as they are directly related to someon's life. I want this issue to be raised at the highest level and policies be formulated. And in this case, the company should be penalized.

            Last week i bought some medicine from pharmeasy through online.
            After open the courier i found they delivered the expired medicine and good thing is that in the invoice for the same batch number the expiry date is after one year.
            What action can i take against the first pharmeasy for sending expired drugs? And the chemist who delivered that...?
            Please beware before purchased any medicine online through pharmeasy specially...

              I have ordered one injection on 26/10/2018 but till today no one delivered and no one has called and updated me about my order.
              Also i had ordered injections qty-20 and they have confirmed and placed order said before 2nd nov 2018 order will be delivered to location but on 2nd they have removed my qty-15 out of qty-20 without updating to customer, this is an injections till today no call, not delivered even qty-5 also very lazy online services and spoken with floor team leader and said i will complaint on this issue he said give ok, please check once i need explantion on this and want componsesation.

                Hi,
                My wife had ordered below medicines from pharmeasy on 21st oct'18
                Eplehef 25 mg qty-2 strips
                Brilinita 60 mg qty-2 strips
                Concor 5 mg qty-3 strips
                Rosuvas 40 mg qty-2 strip

                I made a online payment of rs 2005 and received package on 23rd morning. To my surprise when i opened package i don't see any of my ordered medicines in the package. Instead of my ordered medicine package contained ceftas-200 2 strips which i had not ordered. We immediately called phamreasy customer care and notified the mess up. Customer care executive acknowledged the mistake and said we will cancel this order and initiate refund after medicine has been picked by pharmeasy representative.
                In order to get right medicine he will initiate fresh order for which i need pay again to get medicine delivered. I totally disagreed on this arrangement because it was pharmeasy's fault and not sure why end customer needs to make double payment although i will get refund after 6-7 working days. I kept on insisting to deliver new medicine with the amount i have already paid and i don't have any additional money left for second payment. When i escalated this customer care executive transferred call to floor supervisor. I did explained situation to him and he suggest me to send whats app to #[protected] invoice copy, medicine delivered photo and he will do the needful for medicine replacement.

                On 23rd oct'18 wrongly delivered medicine was picked up and today delivery boy comes with replacement medicine and demand rs 2005 without which he will not deliver medicine. When i called up customer care again they keep on insisting on second payment when i don't have any money to pay. For the mess created by pharmeasy poor customer like me who is cardiac patient is suffering without medicine

                    I had ordered 2 Strips of CYTODROX 500 mg. MRP of 1 strip is Rs.126.32 so total comes to Rs.252.64. In pharmeasy if your order is above Rs.250 delivery charges are not applicable.
                    The vendor in order to earn delivery charge add 1 strip of old stock and 1 strip of new stock. Price of old stock strip is Rs.122.12 so that became 248.44.
                    And without informing me delivery charges were applied to my invoice and now after complaint they are not ready to refund the same.
                    It's a clear case of intentional cheating with the customer. If it was a genuine case customer care of pharmeasy would have called me and informed me. But they just wanted to earn Rs.25/- delivery charges.
                    Its a shame on pharmeasy.
                    Pl. take urgent action on such companies who intentionally cheat the customers
                    I had placed order for 2 products viz. Met-XL 25 & Diamicron XR 60mg on 27/07/21. While making the payment, the above 2 products were displayed and I according made the payment. To my surprise, when I opened the packet today morning as I had to take my sugar tablet, I found only one product viz. Met-Xl 25. When I called upon their customer care, they informed that the order was for only one product and the amount paid by me includes delivery charges. No mention of delivery charges was made while paying the bill charges. For your information, if the order was only for one product only, I would have purchased Met-XL 25 from my local chemist, who is just located in my society. You are requested to look into the case and amicably resolve the issue.
