They have taken the money and not delivered my medicines they keep on assigning new delivery persons who either don't pickup the phone or refuse accepting the deliveries.
Pathetic customer service as they keep on lying to your face. They never resolve the problem and keep on repeating the same thing day after day. The number of k the delivery person is 90% times unresponsive.

I use to purchase online medicine from pharmeasy since december 2017.
On 28/12/2019, i ordered for 3 pkts. Of one of the medicine. I received the delivery on 03/01/2020 and made payment online. But on opening the sealed packet on 05/12/2020, i found 2 pkts. Of one of the medicine named, rocaltrol 0.25 mcg was missing.

Please beware that pharmeasy provides a printed invoice in which they copy paste the photo of some random signatures. These bills do not have e-signatures verified from authorized parties. As a result, my tpa company did not accept the invoice instead they asked for a proper money receipt. I have placed the order on 5th and it was delivered on 8th (10 perfectil tab strips, with v wash). However, the medicine delivered was non-veg medicine. Hence i have placed the return order.
