I ordered medicines from pharmeasy app on 10th feb. And it was supposed to be delivered on 13th feb and as usual courier guy called that day, as i was out of station i told him that i will pick up the parcel the next day or in the evening from their courier office, to which he agreed. But that day i received a message stating my order was delivered. I didn't even get the parcel and it says its delivered. I even tried contacting them but he never picked up the call. I even asked their customer service, they said that they received the complaint. Its been a week i neither got my medicines nor any response from their side.

    The delivery was assured between 3 to 7, its 7:25 for order number m16280346
    And i have not yet received order and no update. This is not the first time this is happening since last two orders i am facing the same issue.

    Last time this happened on order number m11847156 and m11673578.

    Seems like pharmacy is not serious on medicine business as they simply send you message after 30 minutes of crossing the delivery time that they will update on next schedule and that never happens.

      I ordered 7 sheet, however doctor approved for 6 sheet, pharmeasy promised me to provide 6 sheet, when they delivered there were only 4 sheet, please take necessary action, if company unable to fulfill our needs, do not promise, tell the truth. This is happening 2nd time for me.

        As per my order history and attached screenshots, i had booked a complete body check-up for which blood sample collection was scheduled on sunday morning i. E. 16th feb 2020 at 9:00 am. The person who arrived for blood sample collection was very much casual in attitude. While collecting the sample and keeping it in bag, i warned him to be careful as it was clearly being mishandled the way he kept. I also inquired about the process and time that pahrmeasy takes to do the testing and provide reports as the sample is parceled from delhi to mumbai as informed by your executive. His reply was casual “wo toh ho jata hai… flight mein freeze zone mein bhejte hain” etc.
        Afternoon around 3:00 pm, i received a call from one of your customer care executives saying that “ma’am your blood sample has met with rbc rupture, some hemolysis has happened and so it has to be taken again”. I asked the reason and she said “ma’am reasons are multiple, we can’t explain you”. It’s very clear that the sample was mishandled by your phlebotomist and giving such an excuse to your customer is simply unethical and unreasonable.
        I am a patient with cynotic congenital heart disorder history and with a regular low bp of 100’60 measure. It’s important and necessary for me to have meals in every 2-3 hours. As advisable for the tests scheduled, i was fasting since last 12 hours. Still when the customer care executive asked for re-collection of the sample, i gave her time for next day i. E. Monday, 17th feb’2020 at 6:30 am, to which she confirmed. And this means i was again fasting for next 12 hours.
        I think that’s how you play with one’s health and are simply not answerable to it. On top of this, neither the scheduled blood sample collection take place nor did i got any call from your team to intimate/notify regarding the same in advance. Rather, i called up at 7:00 am to check with the scenario as i was getting late for my work. The executive who answered the call says that sorry, we were not aware, we will check and revert. It took 2 hours for her to check n revert that person was not available. Seriously…is that your customer service?!
        This was the worst experience of my life with any pharma company. I have worked/dealt with numerous pharma companies, as an hr but never seen such a pathetic services and response. I simply want you to reimburse my amount so that i can get the tests done from some other company easily.

          Actually i ordered two medicines in the pharmeasy app and when i received the products there is one product lumise c gel that was used product and returned on the same day but the pharmeasy company is not accepting and it happens 2 weeks ago and whenever i tried to connect with their support team they are not responding properly and they are trying to close this issue but there is no replacement and no refund.

          Requesting you kindly help me to get my money refund

              I have ordered carsiva medicine from pharmeasy, yesterday while opening it is noticed that the tablet is opened by itself and rotten smell is coming. Upon speaking to the customer care they are not even ready to take the complaint, as the order is delivered 30 days ago. It is a covered tablet, so we cant see the content unless it is open, how do they expect me to complain before 30 days in this case? What is the medicine control on these kind of online pharmaceuticals. Please help with a solution. I can send the tablet picture. Please note that this is the second time it is happening for me

                Hi,

                Firstly i have placed and order worth ₹504 [ used ₹200 off coupon + paid ₹305 via mobikwik] on january 30th & pharmeasy guys have updated the cart value and removed ₹141 worth items & they have added ₹67 worth items. Also instead they've asked me to pay ₹120.

                Now when i have used coupon they are saying that updated cart value wont be valid for that coupon

                Firstly, without my concern they added whatever they want and also they removed ₹141 worth items.. My question is.. Why haven't they added the same amounted items of what they have removed??

                No answer for this from them & inturn they are saying that nothing can be done now.

                Secondly, in this medicines issue how can they be so unfair & without customers concern how can they manipulate the items?

                Nothing is being answered by them and they are saying that this is how they work

                This is pure disgusting work from pharmeasy

                Im also attaching the screenshot of cart value at the first time i have ordered + the cart value of they have updated.

                  Inspite of committing delivery pharmeasy not only did not deliver but also did not bother to inform even after few days. When called the only excuse they had was due to technical glitch your order is stuck!! Inspite of complaint and escalation no further details were forthcoming and still there is no news of medicines being delivered... Worst service.. No escalation mechanism or email or number.. They don't reply to emails at all not even computerized auto reply... They never call back inspite of promising... Very bad and poor experience

                    I had ordered the medicine from pharmeasy app. I had received the medicine on 8 january but as my grandmom was not able to verify the medicine so when i checked it got to know out of 5 medicine ordered i had received 4 only. Order id[protected]fes and dc id dc 10 not received shelcal 500mg tab invice no c[protected]. Please look into the matterthey are unable to give me refund or anything
                    I have ordered 1 medicine from Pharmeasy and have already submitted money from the same through banking of 170rs, but delivery boy took money from home, at least recruit people who can understand the meaning of prepaid order and refund the amount

                      I ordered (Order no:m[protected] medicine on cod. When the time of delivery, delivery boy told me make payment online. I paid online, it debited my bank account, but not showed in app. So i gave cash to delivery boy n get my medicine. I've paid 2times, still i didn't get online payment amount rs.868 from ur pharmeasy.
                      When will i get back my amount?

                        I have raise the return order my medicine in your website. Then after some day courier boy (Xpressbees) came to my home and check the medicine properly and take him in good condition then one acknowledgment recieve by xpressbees courier company for my medicine regarding and the my return amount of my medicine is rs.1757 but after recieve the product retailer pay only rs.1080 and say your rest medicine was received in damage condition and not pay my full amount. I have several time complain to pharmeasy for this matter but no one resolve my problem last five days. Pleae refund my rest amount as soon as possible.

                          They have taken the money and not delivered my medicines they keep on assigning new delivery persons who either don't pickup the phone or refuse accepting the deliveries.
                          Pathetic customer service as they keep on lying to your face. They never resolve the problem and keep on repeating the same thing day after day. The number of k the delivery person is 90% times unresponsive.
                          I request you not let these people dupe you of your money like us.
                          Disgusting.

                              I use to purchase online medicine from pharmeasy since december 2017.
                              On 28/12/2019, i ordered for 3 pkts. Of one of the medicine. I received the delivery on 03/01/2020 and made payment online. But on opening the sealed packet on 05/12/2020, i found 2 pkts. Of one of the medicine named, rocaltrol 0.25 mcg was missing.
                              I informed the company and they said i should have informed within 24 hours for taking the complaint. They didn’t take my complaint. The details of order i’d is m14757611, date 28/12/2019, delivery date 03/01/2020, complaint lodged on 05/01/2020 cost of the undelivered medicine is rs.375. Please take up the matter with the company and make good for the loss. Your kind cooperation and early action would be appreciated...!

                                Hi,
                                I have ordered a diagnostic test from pharmeasy (Order # d117250, mobile no. [protected]) & blood sample was supposed to be picked up from my place on 31st december 2019.

                                I had a doctor’s appointment on 2nd jan (Thursday), i was supposed to produce the reports to the doctor on the same day for my wife. My wife was diagnosed with a gallbladder stone and is supposed to get operated, hence visiting the doctor on the same date was utmost important.

                                However, this was not the 1st time when pharmeasy failed to be professional. I have never highlighted this but this time i had a big loss in terms of time, my wife’s health, money and my work.

                                On 31st december, i received a call from the technician at around 6:30 am that he was supposed to visit my place in 5 mins, whereas the scheduled visit time was between 8am to 9 am. I requested him to visit us on the scheduled time as the fasting duration for my wife will be 10 hrs only between 8 am to 9 am. The technician agreed and went back. Till 9 am no one visited my place. I contacted the technician several times again, but this time he refused to come. I contacted the customer support & i was ensured that the sample will be picked up in next 1 hour by some different technician. We waited for almost 2 additional hours but no one visited. We contacted the customer care several time, and lastly we were given a different slot of sample pick-up and that was on 2nd jan 2020 between 8am to 9 am. We had no other option but to agree to the same. We were ensured by the customer support executive that she will keep a personal follow-up with the technician in order to get the sample pickup done on time. We though that we should trust one last time to one of the leading healthcare brand of india.

                                Anyways, on 2nd jan 2020 it was no different. No one visited my place till 9am and neither have received any proactive calls or update regarding the sample collection. Upon calling the customer care, they have given us some silly reasons, but the fact was if we could not have produced the reports to the doctor on the same day evening, the operation will get delayed by 2 more weeks. The doctor’s next scheduled visit was on 9th jan & i was supposed to travel outstation on a business trip during that time.
                                We had a lengthy discussion with the customer care and finally we got to speak to a manager. We no more wanted to get the service from pharmeasy. We were not sure, a company which cant be trusted on punctuality time & again, how can we be so sure about the authenticity of the reports of the blood sample! We have no more trust on this company.
                                There was no other way that we could see the doctor on the same date with the reports as all these discussions happened till afternoon with pharmeasy. So finally we requested pharmeasy to refund us the amount and also help us with a compensation amount. We had no intent to let go pharmeasy this time. The manager ensured that he will help us with the compensation amount. We thought this was another last time we will wait else shall take this up legally with pharmeasy.
                                This company is playing with lives of human being! We couldn’t see the doctor yet. We have got the sample blood test done next day from a local diagnostic center (Must more reliable than pharmeasy). I had to cancel my business trip & had a loss of rs. 20, 000. The scheduled surgery of the wife got delayed by at-least a week!
                                On 3rd of jan we received a proactive call from the same manager of pharmeasy informing us that they shall compensate us with an amount and will confirm by the end of the day on 3rd. I chose to give him 1 more day time before i could take it legally.
                                Trust me, today is 9th jan, we are yet to receive any update from pharmeasy.
                                Pharmeasy: the most unreliable, unprofessional, unauthentic company of india. I don’t need any more compensation amount. Will be bound to take this on a public & legal forum now.

                                They have provided the compensation amount and promised to be careful in such cases in future.
                                Pharmaeasy should actually be BLACKLISTED & BANNED to operate since most of the complaints are related to non-delivery of services and non-responsiveness.

                                I would urge the authorities to look into the matter seriously since it concerns health of, many people

                                  I have tried ordering medicines in medlife where it said that the delivery will be made by 30th december hence tried the same in pharmeasy to get the delivery earlier which is 29 december for a heart patient. Even during verification of the medicine prescription i have informed about patients condition. I have checked the status of delivery by29 dec and called the delivery boy mobile number provided over there but it was switched off hence i waited for some time and reached again which is in same condition again logged in app and got a landline number even that says the same. But later going that i was not available at location which is being a false communication and i was at home all day i have attached the screenshot of reaching the delivery boy late called customer support but their response made me more frustrating l have spoke with sakim and his supervisor sai prasath both we irresponsibility and responding in a type recorder way. If no action was taken then this will be published in social media and consumer forum.

                                    I had ordered 16 items and recieved them on 14 th november, 2019. But received damage product. So initiated return in 14th nov, 2019. On 16th november pickup was done. But now it's been about a month, i reached out to them everyday they just say that the courier has some problem and they are contacting them to know the reason. From the past 1 month they are contacting courier i don't know how long will it take.
                                    They have not done my refund and not taking any initiative.
                                    Order no: 13496988, pharmeasy is so irresponsible.
                                    Please do my refund immediately.

                                      I was an order booked on 10-dec-2019 order no[protected]. Order was showing to be delivered on 11-dec-2019, but incomplete order was deviled on 14-dec-2019 after more wait. I received 2 type tablet instead of 3 type tablet. Doctor suggest to me take completed dose but by pharmesy has been delivered incomplete medicine.
                                      You can suggest what can i do, either take to 2 tablet instead of 3 tablet after 4 days waiting or i will purchase...

                                      Our tablets has changed and amount also taken by your delivery boy. The medicines are ordered by us are ceq 10 and roscus 10. He gave us nutritional food. Some other person medicine has delivered to our house. And sent to our house as our medicine. Which is not ordered by us. Please change the medicine as soon as possible. I request you. Hence kindly change them.
