Maine pharmeasy se 4 product order kiye jisme prozo oxymeter tha 799 cost ka same day maine uski return request dal di delivery boy sahil pick karne aya next day usne product open karke check kiya phir usne apne manager se meri bat karai manager name sukh hai unka contact number mere pas hai unhone use pick karne ko bola order pick up karne ke bad kuch din bad pharmeasy ne mera tefund nhi kiya amount ap log chor ho jo gareb ka paisa mar lete he kirpya mera amount refund kijye mera mobile no.[protected] hai mera order no.m25881113 hai

Main ne pharmacy say pregabid 50 ki 10 strip ka order kiya tha jo ki mujhe deliver bhi ho gya tha but main ne next day puri 10 strip return ki pr refund 1 strip ka hi diya jb delivery boy pikup lene aaya tha usne chek bhi kiya tha 10 strip puri thi fir bhi pharmacy company ne mujhe 1 strip ka hi return kiya tho 9 strip ka payment kha gya so plese mere 9 strip ka refund kra dijiye

I got a defective tablet in the sealed packet.

I booked a diagnostic test & even after completing 4 days from the day of sample collection they're not sharing the medical reports, and Whenever I'm trying to contact to customer care they're absolutely irresponsible people as well as the management team too who are not even bother to revert of the customer's concern
what kind of service they're giving to their customer this is really a bad thing

PharmEasy send damaged anasure soil for hair. I have raised return request on 07/11/2020 but they cancelled the requst without pickup the item and refused to refund on19/11/2020.please take necessary step.

This is a very bad experience with PharmEasy. I placed an order on Friday (30/10/2020) night bearing order number M24421183. It was supposed to be delivered by 31st October or latest by 1st November. I got a SMS on Saturday (31/10/2020) night that it will be delivered on Saturday itself by a person named Mr.Aditya Ghosh. Then I received another SMS that Mr.Aditya could not reach me though I was always at home and was getting all other calls. Unfortunately, I received no calls from Mr. Aditya. I also called Mr.Aditya but he never picked it up. When I called Pharmeasy customer care, they told me that it will be delivered on Sunday (01/11/2020).

The same incident repeated today (01/11/2020) as well. I tried to reach Mr.Aditya number of times but he never picked up the call. Now I gave a call to the customer care who informed me that it will be delivered on Monday (02/11/2020) stating the same thing that Mr.Aditya could not reach me today as well. I am getting calls from everyone today even from UK and USA, but only Mr.Aditya could not reach me. I don't know why he is not picking up my calls as well. This is a pathetic service on the part of Pharmeasy and I am really disappointed.

Please note that I have not received the medicines yet at 9:34PM on 02/11/2020 even after multiple follow ups with customer care of PharmEasy.

Wrong medicine delivered to me, in ordered items it's showing the ordered item but they have delivered different item. What they want to prove here this a candy for them we don't have mango flavour take take orange flavour it's also tasty. And how someone can do this without taking the consensus from customer. This second time happening earlier I found and cancelled my order so but this time they were successful.
Dermikem OC delivered instead of Itromed OC

I Have purchased medicine uploading prescription in which the medicine name is mentioned Cilacar 10, but they supplied Cilacar T and refused to replace or return the medicine. The Order No is M17972356 dated[protected]. Whenever, I email them to take back or replace the medicine they just informed all customer care executives are busy due to covid and could not contact over phone. The amount is Rs.1818.73.Please help to get back the amount.

I raghava has ordered protinules powder of 2 quantity with order number FL[protected] with Tracking ID[protected] on[protected] .it's been around 20 days and item is not delivered till date.i have chatted many time and they assure me it will be delivered within 24 hours and nothing is being done. u guys are worst and don't respond to anything, such a pathetic service.very much disappointed.i had paid money long back and item is not getting delivered.i will wait for another 2 days and still u don't respond I. Will spread this news everywhere continuously

They are the worst they take the order modify the order removes all your offers and then they never refund .
Never use pharmeasy they aree fraud.

A diagnostic order (D219774) was booked with pharmeasy on the mobile app dated: 12.10.2020 for an amount of 1921 which was later cancelled due to some reasons. The refund is due for processing by pharmeasy. It has crossed 9 days now and those buggers have held back the payment refund to my source account and did not process the refund still date. I have followed up with them 3 times on calls before.

It's been 4 days, there is no any response from Pharmeasy. there is no resolution of my issue. One is only message they always say, we are sorry for the inconvenience

Please do the needful team. I lost my 1205 Rs.

Trying hard to reach you on pharmeasy from last 2 days, but not getting any fruitful response by them.
I didn't get my order while it should be delivered on 14th Oct only not even they refunded my money.

Everyday they are assuring me that they will deliver my order but not getting it actually.
They are keep on asking Order No and mobile no. but doing nothing.

My mother have ordered medicine in pharmeasy and doctor told to discontinue the medicine.so she kept return for the one medicine and due to lack of knowledge and by default it is selected one and she gave 3 sheets of medicine to courier guy.And when got refund for only one sheet, I have called and raised a complaint and they said that they will refund for 3 sheets when they got confirmation that they received 3sheets and now they are telling that they won't refund and will not send the medicine back.worst service by pharmeasy.

I ordered medicines from pharmeasy on 23 sep and their delivery date was 27 sep but they were unable to deliver the order on time ...Then i waited for 4 days and raised a cancellation request on 2 Oct. But they are not responding and are not initiating my refund of Rs.975.
Please do something.

Pharmeasy received the my return medicine parcel on 29 Sep 2020.But till now not refunded my money. Even I requested them many times they didn't refund my money. They received the medicine also, money also. They cheated money Rs. 982.44.In Rs. 982.44 Rs. 150 I paid thorough waller cash and remaining Rs. 832.40 I paid through Amazon pay.I attached the Amazon pay transaction page. I Request you please take action immediately against pharmeasy to refund my money. Thank you

Delivery estimate showing on pharmeasy website 23 sept.
