I bought a boom box philip's on 2018 it got repaired therefore i submitted it service centre on 8/11/2018
They told that i will get my boombox fixed with in a week.
They were very slow on processing i went to service centre many times and they told that i will get my boombox fixed, and after two months no response.
They gave the city manager phone number and told that his name is senthil.
No response from the team though.
Now nearly 8 months over till now no refund, not fixed my device, my time wasted going there.

    Hi, i have purchased philips induction cooker model 4929 on 12th july 2019 from the reliance retail in mahagun metro mall, vaishali, ghaziabad. From the beginning, i am facing issue. Cannot keep my cooker for more than 2 mins. It gets switched off. Even vessel for water boiling gets switched off.

    The induction gets switched off after a 2 or 3 mins on its own. Since i stay alone and do not have gas connection, finding it very difficult to manage. Please have someone sent and have it checked. My bill details are

    I was purchas Philips induction heater on November 2018, by electronic palace(shop) unfortunately product breakdown in july 2019
    Product deposit in shop for repair 25 days ago but shopkeeper not responc till date.
    He told Philips engineer not atemp visit.

      The display is narrowed and the volume gradually decreases and turns to zero automatically even after the increase. This occurs more than 2 moths. The product is purchased from great eastern near about 2 and half years ago.
      A complain has been lodged few days before but no response. The complan no was 2385954. While decreasing the volume one massage is given in the tv screen "effective only in tv"

      I have purchased a Philip power bank not so long again from flipkart And am very displeased with the performance . The power bank claims to be 11000 MAH but it doesn't seem near that also. I have even tried replacing it but no use. After checking the review I found many are facing the same problem .this is consumer fraud .

        Dear sir, we purchased 43 inch tv from vijay sales - invoice no - 260-agd11-15sifpawuf dated[protected] for rs. 49, 500 (Enclosed invoice copy, warranty card page 1 and page 2) from ahmedabad. After purchase within 2 years first time it got off and stop working. We called up customer care and after 1 month it was resolved. And again after few months same problem happened and again after 1 month the part came. Again on 1st june - 2019 our tv was off and stopped we called up customer care on 3-june against the faulty tv and it took them 12 days to logged the complaint asking for warranty card and bill which they asked and which i use to mail they every 2 days. And at last june - 11- 2019 they lodged the complaint. There authorized service center - aalap services - person visiting and did not repair and went back taking the bills, warranty card copy - today its[protected] and still nothing has been done from service center and called up continious customer care but no one replied with some sense answer. We request you to kindly ban this tv in india so that they dont cheat people with defective tv and their money.

          I purchase philips bluetooth speaker 2.1 with remote, ac cord by flip cart in year 2017. But recently it is not work. It's power supply failed. When the device plug in ac but not power supply in the device. I have show it to ordinary mechanic but they don't repair it. They says it's smps not available in the electronic market. Due to this my device is useless.
          Please sir it repair in your service centre. If the authorized person came at parbhani.

                I have a display problem with my philip uhd led 42put7590, within my warranty period the tv display has gone twice. The authorize service center people has done really bad job, it has gone blank for third time & i'm out of warranty period. Same bloody problem third time. I have no idea if this is manufacturing problem or vijay sales has con us. No way i can get the answers 50k gone in the drain.

                  Sir i have recently bought my philips multimedia speaker which comes with a subwoofer, 2n satellites, 1remote, 1rca-stereo, 1fm antenna. Its been seven months i have bought but now it's not working properly. One of the speaker column input audio cable is not seeming to work properly due to which one speaker is dead (Not working). Your toll free number isn't working too and i m pissed off calling them again and again. Sir please send someone from the service centre to repair my multimedia speaker

                    I purchased the Philips led 43" 4k TV model 43PUT7791 ON 01/07/2017. Now in TV when it will be switch on there showing like as unfortunately google services stopped and Google Play service stopped and taking long time to display... Now the is not working. The authorized service man of the Philips company said that the flash IC Of The TV is not working. Hence it will be changed and it will be charged Rs. 6000/-approximately. Is it true?                       My 55 in TV stopped showing Video in Jan '19. The job was assigned to Delta service, BTM Layout. TV was returned after service on 1 Feb '19 with two month's warranty. The problem resurfaced in about 40-45 days.

                      Delta service took it for repair and returned with a fix on 12 Apr '19. The fix failed again within 15-20 days. I raise the problem again with Philips and they assigned Delta for service. Delta asked me to drop the set with them, which I did on 13 May '19.

                      The service is not yet complete. Philips says (numerous mails and a couple of calls) Delta is not our dealer any more, Per Delta services the authorization discontinued after end Jun '19. I dropped the TV with them almost 1.5 months before the they ceased to be an authorized dealer. Also they claim the set is under repair/ test.

                      One thing I am really unhappy with is "Philips trying to wash their hands-off' merely saying rhetorically Delta is not authorized dealer any more. Philips neither notified me about the change nor made decent transition plan working with customers and their service network.

                      I need Philips to own-up and bring a quick and good resolution to this.

                        Our 40 inch philips tv had audio issues and i had complained through customer care number. This was assigned to adithya of metro tech and he sent a technician. They picked our tv on 23rd june and never returned it i kept calling calling and today after 17 days they say that the tv accidentally broke.

                          Most respectfully I am here by inform you that I am your branded customer since 30 years but unfortunately I am really fade up due to non satisfaction towards customer service.P.C.Electronics which is situated at Balasore District under state Odisha.There behavior towards customer is very pathetic.A ladies who always receives phone calls of customers & use slangs while communicating with customer.Actually my phillips TV display was got affected.I have intimated him earlier in the mean while they have sent an inefficient technician who doesn't know how display board is perfectly fit.He is a fickle minded fellow who came at 9.00pm on DTD.27.06.2019 & fitted the display board inefficiently & take Rs 5, 800.00(Five thousand eight hundred only) from my sister & gave commitment that i'll come tomorrow & solve your problem completely.But he doesn't come & put my number in rejection list.I am unable to contact him.After that I have immediately intimated to P.C.Electronics.But she didn't care a single word of mine.I am both mentally & financially harassed due to their fraudulent attitude.Finally I have decided to lodge an FIR against him.Please kindly help me how can my problem will be solve as quick as possible.

                            With due respect, my daughter, Harshita Gupta bearing Consignee Id:-IND14485671 booked a "Philips Multimedia Speakers" having Product Code:MMS4040F dated 24/06/2019 at Bangalore for deliverey at our home address 586/21B, Faridabad with Invoice Number: C5015 but product has delivered by:

                            M/S Gibson Innovations India Pvt. Ltd, Vatika Business Park, 4th Floor, Block-1
                            Sohna Road, Sector-49, Gurugram-122018.

                            Above said product is not having latest manufacturing date. Product delivered by above said dealer having manufacturing date: January, 2018. Daughter has paid value of new product, not for one and half year (1.5 yr) old product.

                            I request concerning authorities to replace this product and redelivered latest manufacturing product at our residential address.

                            It is humble request as an aware customer.

                              The display becomes narrow. this occurs near about 10 days and volume gradually decreases automatically without the use of remote. This occurs more than two months. But the problem of volume does not persist foe long days. after few days it becomes normal and again starts after few days. A notification comes like "Effective only on TV" The volume cann't be controlled by pressing the volume button of the TV.

                                    I have a philips '40pfl3750' model led tv. This has 5 years of warranty. Please check the attached document with warranty card invoice and my complaint details.

                                    My tv is not working from a long time getting blue line in ll the sides. So i raised complaint for this. They sent service engineer to analyse my issue and he took 1000 as a visiting charge. Although my tv is still under warranty.

                                    After that i am following with philips team in all places (Call, mail twitter) but did not get proper response from them. They are just tring to manupulate it. They are asking same information again n again and it is still going on.

                                    This issue is still not resolved, Philips team is asking 1000 visit charge multiple times for the same problem. I don't know who has marked it as resolved.
                                    My induction is not working..it suddenly stopped working while preparing food in morning. The switches are not working.. the problem has already been happened twice in past which was repaired . The problwm is recurrent .kindly arrange service engineer for its repair as soon as possible to my address Aiims raipur, chattisgarh, 492099.
                                    Philps led. to not working. When power on. logo. is displayed for. a. second. and diplay is off. Sound ok. Tried plug and unplug no. impvoment. Traid. Calling your service center. On excetivr free to attained call

                                      I have a philips tv as mentioned in subject, purchased from metro mall, borivali east on 25th jul 2015, with warranty period of 3 years. Period is over.
                                      Its display resolution is ok but sound disturbance issue is observed since last few days, while tv is on.

                                        Have purchased philips 2.0ch tower speaker spa9060 blk for croma store at r city mall, ghatkopar (West), mumbai on 12th may'19.
                                        The product is not working and have logged a complaint against request # bof 130619fs00766 on 13th june'19 within one month.
                                        Service engineer visited on 15th may'19 and informed part has to be replaced. Its almost 2 weeks there's no feedback on resolution.
                                        Can you intervene and help resolve this immediately.
