I bought an LED TV Model:42PFL7977/V7 AX in February, 2014. Unfortunately in March, 2015, the Mother Board IC card failed. I have been requesting via e-mail (philips.[protected]@pemail.in) for Philips India to send Quotations so that they can sale me this part no.[protected]. Three times they have turned down my request to say you are in Zambia we only handle those based in India....

Hi, my complaint #ban[protected] for my tv is still not resolved for about 3 months now. The tv is with your authorised service centre. Whenever i contact them, they keep telling me that the part replacement is pending from philips warehouse. Is this is the kind of warranty service you promise to your loyal customers. If my issue is not resolved immediately, i will be forced to initiate legal action. Please address my issue and resolve. Thanks......

It's been around one month that, i haven't got any solution from philips regarding my tv. (Under warranty)

Raised this complained on 27th of april and technician visited and advised that some software and some part will be required to fix this problem and he is not sure when those parts will be available to technician in one week or one month. He took his visit fee of 944.00...

I need support for food processor given for repairs at service center at hubli. The food processor is powering on but it does not function. I purchased philips masticating slow juicer from croma thane on 26/04/2018.
Used it on 1st may for the first time, since i was travelling.
As claimed it can extract 80% juice, i failed to extract the same even after putting the pulp again and again 3 times.
Extraction is very poor.
I am not for such a waste.

Under warranty for 5 years. One of your person his contact no is +91 [protected] took 1300/- to replace the panel on 8th april 2019. Now he is saying that the part will never come. He has asked to deposit the tv to some marol address for refund. He is not giving any contact no even your toll free customer care is not bothered to give any reply

Its on site warranty so why would we take it to marol without...
