We buy a 42'' tv product of Philips since 2015 5 year warranty tv. then 1st year tv was good working condition 2 nd year there is tv speaker was damage automatically then i complaint and engineer coming and replace the speaker again 3rd year my tv display was gone again i complaint but that service was not good its.
That time 15 to 22 days to change the display of the tv and 4th year its working fine but 5th last year again display was gone and now services engineer coming
and say parts 2 to 3 months is not available to change the display, so what we want to do now I want to do better now. I do not know the rest and the company should not bitter such waste products back its a bull [censored] product that time i spend my 48000 rs for buy a tv

    Dear sir.
    I inform you that I have a hometheather of Philip's company .purchased from Vijay sales at noida. I prodouct is under warranty and last 9 days I m facing many problem . Sunday 2 june 2019 I had register a complaint against my hometheather on call customer service portal my complaint job no is[protected]. and now 9 days my complaint is ajtice. Philip's is big brand of india and highest deal in electronics sector .. But service centre is very poor staff working quality is very bad. Staff does not contact to customers .1st time
    Service centre my complaint sent to ghaziabad centre and 2nd time Noida service centre and now noida service centre contact person Rajesh G told me your area is under ghaziabad so we are not vist your house . Why you waste customer time . pls suggest me what should I do .hope you will take a posstive action .

        I have a Philips '55PFL5059' Model LED TV. This has 5 years of warranty. Please check the attached document with warranty and invoice.

        This TV is not working for a long time and we have raised several requests to Philips customer care. Service people could not fix the TV so finally, customer care is offering 30% money back for the TV. That is unacceptable. We need an equivalent replacement of the full amount refund.

        I reached out to Phillips customer care philips.[protected]@pemail.in but they replied that they are not the correct department and provided me with 2 email address. [protected]@vgmail.in and philips.[protected]@pemail.in. I sent emails to both but there is not a single reply.

            I bought an LED TV Model:42PFL7977/V7 AX in February, 2014. Unfortunately in March, 2015, the Mother Board IC card failed. I have been requesting via e-mail (philips.[protected]@pemail.in) for Philips India to send Quotations so that they can sale me this part no.[protected]. Three times they have turned down my request to say you are in Zambia we only handle those based in India.

Whenever i contact them, they keep telling me that the part replacement is pending from philips warehouse. Is this is the kind of warranty service you promise to your loyal customers.                 I have brought the 40pfl5059/v7 led tv from bismi enterprises calicut, kerala on 3rd sep 2017 with 5 year warranty cover.

                Tv display stopped working 24th may 2019. I have complained to service center and a person called after few days. He is saying that the philips india stopped their service and they cannot cover my warranty.

                Could you please help on this issue or help to guide for the further procedures on this.

                  Hi team,

                  Its been almost a month now that my phillips led 42inches stopped working. It stopped work in the first week of may and for a week i tried contacting through every possible i. E. Email, customer service number. But didnt had any success reaching you. Finally i went back to vijay sales from where i purchased this product. They guided me to register a complaint via sms. On 13th may i reguster a complaint via sms and a service man came for a visit. He said all the possible bad words about the company he can and asked me to get this repair from outside and the part wont be available at all. I insisted him that i can wait. He said it may get done by month end. I called him today and started talking bad about the company again and provide me area manager number... The moment i provide him the complaint number he did the same thing i. E. Started saying bad about company and asked me to get this repair from outside. Now i request you to please help me else i have to take some legal action and i really dont want to take such action. I will be waiting for your response. Thank you.

                    It's been around one month that, i haven't got any solution from philips regarding my tv. (Under warranty)

                    Raised this complained on 27th of april and technician visited and advised that some software and some part will be required to fix this problem and he is not sure when those parts will be available to technician in one week or one month. He took his visit fee of 944.00 and said he has requested company to provide the required parts.

                    After doing follow up with him now he say that philips dont have any further contracts with them, so i should again follow up with the company for further help, so i don't know, what's happening?

                    Help me out, my kids are without tv since last one month during their summer vacation.

                      The said television was brought by me for inr 49, 999.00

                      It is with utmost regret that i write to you that the television set that i have received is defective and of sub - standard quality.

                      Within a month of purchase the picture quality became patchy. A complaint bearing s. R. No. Gur[protected] was registered at the service center. A technician visited us and said that picture quality was patchy as there was dust accumulated inside the set and he needed to open the screen and clean the dust from inside to make the picture quality better.

                      That done, and a couple of months later i discovered black shadow / spots on the left hand corner covering nearly 30 % screen of the television set. Another complaint bearing s. R. No. Gur[protected] was registered on 16.03.2019. The same technician visited us again and upon a thorough inspection declared that some part was defective and needed replacement.

                      Nearly one month after my complaint and subsequent follow ups i have been told that the part is not in stock and i would have to wait till the part is available.

                      Sir / madam, i am absolutely disappointed. I have spent my hard earned money to provide some means of entertainment to my family, but to my dismay i feel cheated.

                      I am also surprised that one of the world’s leading brand ' phillips ' can sell a product which is of below par quality. Not only that, i am dismayed in the manner in which such a huge brand has such unprofessional and such unethical service force who are incompetent to provide basic parts / services to their customers.

                      I am extremely disillusioned by your company and request you to kindly take away the television set and kindly refund my money.

                      I would be obliged if you can process my request at the earliest and relieve me from this agonizing experience.

                              I purchased a philips television on 3rd december 2016, which is in 5 year warranty period now, which has display problem, to which i logged a complaint in the first week of november of 2018, and a technician visited on 11th november 2018, and found that the display was faulty, and told us that the part would be replaced within 21 days and if the part is not available then it takes about a stipulated time of 21 days under which the product would be replaced with the equivalent fresh piece of television. But, to my disappointment it's have been more than 6 months, after several follow-ups with your technical support and concerned people, i neither received any replacement nor the problem was resolved. Currently, all the service centre people mobile number is not available, also they are not responding to the e-mail regarding this issue. Job no: gha[protected] complaint date - 08/11/2018

                                Complaint against poor service
                                Today i have had a very bad and bitter experience with your authorized agency m/s vijay electronics, pavithram, tc 12/481 (1), thekkummppdu, vanchiyoor trivandrum 695035, kerala state. I have been using a philips dap food processor 500w with break resistant jar in my kitchen. Unexpectedly the jar was broken and therefore i approached your agency on 19/04/2019 for replacement. The service that i experienced at the agency is of very poor in quality. There is no responsible person in the counter to attend the clients. I have to wait there in their office for more than one hour to get a reply from the agency regarding my issue.in one stage they replied that the product that i am using is not marketing at present. Therefore they expressed their inability to replace the item. But after some discussion by the reception with some other staff, they agreed to replace the item, and received rs.1000 towards advance (Copy of receipt attached). After ten days i contacted them to know the fate of the product. I didn’t get a definite reply from them. Again after one week i contacted them. Still they could not answer to my call. Every time they are trying to escape from their responsibility saying that the part is dispatched and awaiting delivery etc. Etc. It is clear prima facie itself they are not serious about my request nearly one month before. And to my embarrassment, they are actualy insulting me which is unexpected of an authoried agency of an internationally reputed company like yours. At last on 13th may i visited their office and enquired about the jar. I received the same reply that the jar is in transit and will reach shortly. But i am not in a position to take in to confidence to the agency’s words and demand back the advance amount of rs.1000. But the agency refused my request and turned me out.

                                I am in very urgent need of replacement of the jar especially because all my children and grand children are at home for enjoying their vacation with me. The negative attitude and also the inordinate delay of m/s vijay electronics put me in untold mental agony.

                                I hope you will immediately look in to my complaint and to do the needful to redress it expeditiously while taking appropriate action against your erring authorized agency which is bent on tarnishing the image of your reputed company without necessitating legal steps from my side.

                                    I have given my philips television for repair at authorised service centre at himayatnagar on 9th march 19

                                    They said the the will replace the board n since they were not able to get original board, i was informed they would replace with an alternative. For which i agreed but what they failed to inform me is that in place of 3 usb port (2 hdmi n 1 usb) n 3 av points, i would get only one usb n one av... When i give in an authorised service centre i expect it to have the same number of points. Otherwise whats the need to give them. N mind you the work done is unacceptable (Pics attached). I was charged 5500 for such shabby work.

                                    I then got connected with mr arun the manager there n he took back the tv n promised to replaced it. I have been in regular touch with him n he promises monday n the monday never comes. Its two months now n the service centre thinks the only work a customer has is to call them up... Is it a harassment from your side.in the mean time i did visit the centre n nobody is bothering to answer.

                                    Mr arun takes calls according to his convenience and never returns calls.

                                    Finally i asked him for an alternate tv for which they agree n never delivered n when enquired they wanted to come when the service centre closes around 8 in the night. Also after multiple calls to them

                                    Doesnt your company have any responsibility towards the customer... Is it only the customer who has to follow up.

                                    Looking for a prompt n fast solution.

                                    Sorry to say none o[censored]r customer care no. Works

                                      I had purchased a phillips led tv of 40 inches having model no. 40pfl5059 on 21.10.2015 from m/s girias electronics, mahalingampuram main road, t nagar branch. The product was sold under 5 year warranty.
                                      On 06.10.2018 (Saturday) evening, the tv stopped working and then i registered a complaint vide complaint id: che[protected] with philips india customer care which was available on their website on 07.10.2018 (Sunday). After few days, i started to follow up with philips call centre by way of call and chat (Records of chat are enclosed). The call centre was not able to provide any information on timelines or next course of action to be done. Many times, i got a few mobile numbers viz. Area service manager (Selva kumar – [protected]), hari – [protected], mr. Anil jain – [protected] (National service head), but all my efforts of calling and texting them could not garner any fruit. Even after much follow up, when nothing materialised, then, i decided to visit to philips india - southern regional office which is situated at shafee mohammed road, second street, chennai. I paid a visit to the said office, but, the security didn’t allowed me to go inside the office stating that this office does not deal with tv etc. Another employee of the office informed that philips is now not dealing with led tvs and the business was long back sold and now it is managed by third party.
                                      The company has also contacted me on february 1st, 2019 for submission of documents such as invoice copy and cancelled cheque image for refund of the amount which also was submitted to them on february 3rd, 2019. After submission of the email, the company has not even responded for anything. Again the company called and asked to deposit the tv with a company for getting refund. The person in the company is not picking call. Now, i am totally stuck as to where to go for resolution. I want either full refund or a new tv.

                                      Led tv having problem and having 5 year warranty but not getting support from any philips customer care. Dialing numbers not getting reply also. Tv is appearing Blank and is not viewable and no suppoer from Gurgaon customer care. Fed up calling them

                                        I need support for food processor given for repairs at service center at hubli. The food processor is powering on but it does not function. It is more than two and half month now, service center is saying the main board has problem and needs repair or replacement but they are unable to repair. They informed the spare parts are unavailable. I need to escalate this issue to higher management.
                                        Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
