Sir I purchased a PHILIPS Trimmer IMEI No-QT 4005/15 MEMO No : 0740 DT:10/03/2015 from MODERN ELECTRONIC RAGHUNTHPUR/ADRA..But very unfortunate trimmer was not working properly which is under warranty period. Sir within last two months I was too much harsah from the dealer...he is ignoring me & taling lie next day, next day, next day...sir m totally fade up...so I need ur favour & plz do act accordingly...     I have a Philips 40PFL5059/V7 102 cm (40) Full HD LED Television. I have raised a complain with the below complain no PBSR[protected] I have some defect in the switch and the display . I called the customer care they came and took my TV. then they said we will replacing your TV with a new as per the warranty. Then they called saying we dont have in our store we will be giving the TV of 42 inch with extra cost. Then when we called the area manager Bibhu he said he already approved for 42 Inch as 40 was not avaiable from their end and you didnt need to pay anything and he assured the Tv will be connected in house by saturday(today 12 Dec 2015). Whe we called he said we cannot give the TV today as we dont have it and when we are calling again he is not picking up the phone. I hope you give proper justification on the brand value you have as I had a lot of respect for the Phillips brand. hope to hear from you soon

          Hi, This is Nikita Panchal.Have purchased Philips DVD Player(DVP3638)on 27th July, 2015 from local store In Bhandup. Recently we started facing some issues with the player. The input/output slots were not working If I play any Video CD than the video was not visible on TV. Only Audio was working. After this Philips service engineer visited us on 6th Nov, 2015 & after checking our DVD Player he said that the mother board is not working properly. As our system is in warranty period he said we'll get it replaced with new Mother board by next week. But its almost a month over he has not yet come for the same.Again I dropped them a mail tried reaching them but they were not responding. Finally got this No (Name: Brajesh Thakur- [protected]). Spoke to him he said will get it done in a week's time but stil waiting for the response Requesting you to help me as I want to return my product & get my money refunded back.             I had given them 2 induction cooker hd 4938/01 to repair still under warranty ..every time they tell come after 5-6 days and i went there 10 tikes already and everytime usual excuse parts not arived .after 2 months they didnt repair both the items .they claim to be authorised dealer and it takes more than 2 months to bring a repair part .if I had to pay for the item they would not have taken this long .I even mailed Philips customer care a month back and no reply from them also .they are making common people to suffer . they should be banned if they can't give service

              I would like to put forward such miserable service provider information from Pune who call himself as PHILIPS Technical support staff, I don't believe Phillips has started giving contract to such candidates. I had called to +91-[protected]( Sachin ). So Many times since a day before but he is not responding properly at all, in fact he was saying What he will do if support staff is not available. Since morning he is not picking up the call. I am badly in need of tech support. Please do the needful ASAP.                 I have purchased philips TV from a local dealer M/S. Core Electronics at Belgaum, Karnataka on 7- 8- 2013. the model no. is 32PFL7977/V7, 42PFL7977/V7.It worked well for almost a year and a half.Suddenly it developed a problem. The channels stopped changing using the remote, for almost 15-- 20 minutes. During that period the LED indicator use to vanish. After LED indicator brightens again the channels could be changed. I referred the problem to the dealer who promptly guided me to your service centre at Belgaum. I was told that there is a fault with the mother board which is required to be changed. I had hardly any option so i got the mother board changed.This was in the year 2015. The warranty i was told is three months.Indeed it worked well for three months. Since last month it is giving the same problem again. I don't think a world renowned brand like philips works well only till warranty lasts.I am a retired professor who has been using philips since good old radio days. When all my family members were for a brand like samsung or LG i put my faith in philips. I request you to guide me what further action i must take to rectify this problem. I sincerely hope you will prove that my faith in the brand was not unfounded

                  I bought a brand new PHILIPS trimmer model No. QG3030 two years ago from authorized PHILIPS store in Gurgaon. Now, it is not working properly. I have gone to PHILIPS authorized service centre i.e. HITECH SERVICE, Sheetla Mata Road, Gurgaon and deposited my trimmer machine for one month for repairing. After one month they have returned my trimmer machine without being repaired. When asked reason for not repairing they told me that nowadays manufacturing of this model has been stopped by the PHILIPS so, spare parts of this model is not available with us. They also told me that spandle (tip of the machine) is not working properly and they advised me to buy a new trimmer machine from PHILIPS store. Now, my grievance is if company is launching new products on daily basis and stop manufacturing of its old product then how a middle class consumer can buy a new product daily. If you will not provide spare parts in service centre. It is very irresponsible and insensitive behavior towards their naïve customer. It is my humble request to the company owners please give me solution to repair my trimmer machine and provide its old products’ spare parts easily in the open market to give convenience to their customer. Thanking you.

                    I m Dr Prabhath i shopped a philips LED from BISMI KOLLAM last year. with in 1 year the tv is not working and my parents call service centre and 1 guy came to see after 1 month he came and said mother board having problem after all he took it and gone for since 2 month no replay after that my father called him he is simple deny that i[censored] want, call the main office and get it such a arrogant replay..your company is doing such a worse service.

                      We have bought LED Television mode 50PFL5059N7 KZ on[protected] at Delhi and a Company Installer named Amrish Tyagi came to install the same. For Wall Mounted Installation, he said that customer need to provide some goods, which are to procure from market as such he installed the same as Table Mounted and said for wall mounting you can get it done later and same will be done once for free in warranty time. Now when we wanted to get it done...

                      I lodged a complainant with customer care service no.[protected] under ref. no.[protected] on 27th Oct 2015 on the above subject. While using the steam press, the entire steam (95%) is being exhale out from the front toe's 3 orifices, whereas no steam is being exhale out from rest of all below 24 orifices (12 on right & 12 on left side of the heating plate). The Technician argued that most of the steam comes out from the front/toe's orifices of the heating plate. We have been using other steam presses, in the past, but they all had continuous exhaling of steam from all the orifices. If it is so, then what is logic of making the other 24 orifices and making photo on the packing cartoon as figure no. 3 as 'Continuous Steam'. Kindly rectify my problem or replace my article with better performing model for which I am ready to pay the difference amount otherwise I shall approach to consumer courts.

                        I had ordered HP8656 philips hair styler online and within 2 months it stopped working, it was not turning on. I took it to philips service station in jabalpur. they checked it and said the problem is with coil and they will rectify it and inform us. After 15 days they said the product needs to be replaced, the product was under warantee and so they asked us for a bill, we provided them with it and they said within 10 days they will contact us back. When we didnt hear anything from them we called them and they asked us to wait for more 10 days. Again there was no response and when we called them again they tried ignoring us and later asked to wait for 3 more days. After 3 days they asked us to visit service station. And this is the worse part, after waiting for so long they provided us with wrong product and said since we have bought this product online they cannot help us and returned us our faulty product phone number of service station- [protected]

                          I have bought a food processor( hr 7629) from reliance digital on 12th june 2015. Within three months a major part of the body got broken. I called up the call center & registered the complaint, complaint no.[protected]. On the 19th of sep 2015. On the second day a representative came and saw the problem. He told that this part (housing ) is broken & does not come in warranty. I will have to pay for the part. I don't understand how a new machine can be broken within three months of purchase & why should i pay for it when i was told that the product has 2 year guarantee. After that day no person from customercare or service center has has called regarding this problem, weather it is solved or not. I have called thrice . I was told that the part to be replaced is not in stock. That is ridiculous. Even after 15 days its not there. I really don't understand i am dealing with a big & leading brand in india philips or a company making cheap products which does not bother about its reputation. This is really a shame for the name of philips

                            Sir i purchased Philips TV Model 29PFTL4738 71 cm (28) LED TV on 19.11.2014. But last the TV start giving problem. I lodged a complaint and the company's technician visited, checked the TV and told that the motherboard of the TV to be replaced. He also assured that since the TV is within warranty period, the company will replace the motherboard at free of cost. After a week, the customer care told that the said component already arrived at their Okhla centre, My complaint No. is PDEL[protected] and code is R15243 After my vigorous follow-up, their technician visited out place on 3rd october, but told us that the component he brought was wrong and not fit for this tv. He further that he will report to the customer care and they will arrange for the right the component in due course.                               Sir/mam this is mr satish mob no -[protected] from hyderabad i was purchased a philips rice coocker last year (2014) dec i was used only one time product was not working then i was complain the product to your philips service center, i got a response that we will come to your home to recieve the product but no response upto 6 months Aftr 6 months i was directly gone to service center and given the product to service center for replacement. Now its about 4 months no respknse at all every 3 days i m calling to service centre then i am getting same response we will get back to you sir But no body is caring Aftrer purchasing i was used only one time about 1 year I was thought philips was the best products and best service Now i came to know that worst service I will never purchase philips products And i m suggesting every one plzz dont purchase philips products I m sure you will suffer later.

                                I had bought a hand mixer from snap-deal on the Feb 27, 15 which I have hardly used for 6 to 7 times. On the Sep 23, 15 it suddenly went off and i called their customer care[protected] to complain, they sent a person to my place to check the appliance on the Sep 24, 15. That person took a copy of the invoice and said it is under warranty, so it will be repaired. Also as Sep 25 was a holiday and the next 2 days were weekend, their car will come on Monday / Tuesday and will pick it up to be repaired and will return within 10 days. I agreed to him and he left. On Monday i.e. Sep 28, a person calls[protected] when I was at work and says he is calling from Philips and that he is "COMING TO PICK THE APPLIANCE AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW HAND MIXER AS THE COMPANY HAS STOP PRODUCTION OF THIS MODEL AND THE MOTOR IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT THE MOTOR OF THE APPLIANCE IS SPOIL" I told him to pick it from home as my mother in law will be there. How do Philips person know that my appliance's motor is spoilt without even seeing or opening the product. That person came to my place and my husband was also there, hence, he said that this is the new hand mixer ad that the company is replacing it as they have stopped production of that particular model. He gave it to my husband and picked my appliance and also took my husband's signature and left. When I came home in the evening and saw the piece, I immediately called the customer care[protected] and informed that the replacement left at my place is not a new one and that it is a second hand repaired one as there was grease and scratches all over and was a very dirty one. They said that they will log the complain and within 8 working hrs someone will call back. On the Sep 30, at 9.51am I called them again[protected] and the guy told me that he is placing the complaint again and that within 24 hrs (this time 24 hrs) someone will call, I said since 28th night I'm waiting for your 8 hrs to get over and now your telling me another 24 hrs? I asked for a supervisor / manager on the floor, the guy upfront said no and that there is no manager on the floor. I was so frustrated, I said still I'll wait and see. I get a call from a senior technician (+[protected] and he says that the appliance delivered is a new one and that it will not be replaced (jo hai, yehi hai. woh change nahi hoga) I told him if the motor is that same then you replace the motor and give me, he said that it cannot be done. Then I told him you give me my piece and give me in writing that you don't have this model motor as the production has stopped and that you can't replace with a packed box piece. He says i can't give you anything in writing and that this is all that I will get and that it will not be replaced and cut the call. I call customer care[protected] immediately and told them about the conversation, they told me that the complaint is raised and that it is still not 24hrs and that someone senior will call me. So I tried calling on that number again for a couple of hours but no one answered my call. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL BACK (Oct 02 11.05pm) I'm very frustrated with this kind of customer service after sale. I want my piece back or a new piece as the hand mixer is under 2 yrs warranty.                                   Complent no is PPUN[protected] i buy this tv before 10 month and its my 4th problem with philips LED TV, TV is Dead for 24 to 48 hrs and automatically restart. after 2 or 3 day again TV dead and same problem happen. was allready complaint to Phillips costumer cair rep. [protected] on 12 sep 2015, and the philips representative says technician will available with in 24 hrs. now 14 days passed, i was called more than 10 times but the represantive giving me same ans, technician will be avalable in nxt 24 hrs. this is mentally harrasment from philips service team. i dont know what to do and where have to go
