I wish to put across my disappointing experience faced with Philips company over the product i had purchased. Firstly, i bought the sound bar of philips model No HTS 5131/94 on 07/07/2012 for cost of Rs 25, 000/-( which is a substantial amount) with lot of expectations towards its quality and performance.

2. It was indeed disheartening, disappointing and quite a let down when barely within three years o[censored]sing such an expensive item of an internationally reputed company, the product went faulty and there is no availability of spare parts for its repair. So much so the Service Center it was sent to (New Prerona Enterprise, 5 G.B Road, Kolkatta) returned the sound bar in a damaged condition and that too after 40 days of keeping with them. My complain about repair of this product started in Aug 15 and till now has not been addressed.

3. I want to inform you that, firstly, I have not got the value for my money which has been wasted in purchasing such an expensive product and having gone defective in barely 3 years period. Secondly, a real disappointing after sales n service experience from your Service providers. And Thirdly, now you wish me to buy another product from your company brand on mere 30-40% offer that too in exchange. To be frank, its once bitten twice shy and if I am not getting the value for my money on the already bought third grade product i will not take any inconsequential offer from Philip or buy any of Philips product in future.

4. Please consider the apropos grievance of a harassed and a disappointed customer and do try to improve your ( Philips) image unless Philips no longer remains a brand of the future in India.

    I have Purchased 55" LED TV on 15th Sep -15 from Old Padra Road, Vadodara. I have complained the Black Dot inside the TV screen, second time within 6 Months. Last time same problem and Philips Care has been resolved but again same problem found. I Have complained again on 20th March 16 but still no people has attained. Now I would like to replace the new LED TV. Company is not ready to replace the same.

    Kindly take this matter seriously.

      I have purchased a Philips mixer grinder on 11/02/2016. We started using it on this March only. The issue is we are now experiencing a burnt smell while operating the mixer grinder. Its getting severe day by day. I immediately need your assistance on this before anything happens wrongly.

        I had purchased Philips mixer grinder 7699 three months back. When the first time the technician came I had told him that the jars were tight and not coming off the machine easily. He said it would get sorted in a month or so. Now its been three months we are using the mixer. A week back as usual the jar got stuck and in the attempt to remove it the handle of the jar broke. I lodged a complain with Philips. The number is 60-[protected]. The repair guy came. He filed the jars and said that I would have to pay for the handle. Then he said that as the mixer was under warranty I should be giving him a written applicstion asking the company to replace the handle free of charge. I did so. He saud he would revert to me in 3 to 4 days. But the very next day I got a message from Philips that my replacement had been sent to the service centre. Then I received a message again that my request had been closed. I lodged a complain again with Philips the number beung 60-[protected]. This time I also told them that the gaskets of all the 3 jars were tearing off. The repair guy called me up and asked me to send him photos on whatsapp. I did so. But there was no reply from him for 2 days. Finally I called him up and he asked me to speak to his senior. The senior said I would have to pay for everything. I agreed to pay for the handle although it was not our mistake but I told him he would have to replace the gaskets as they were of poor quality. I have been a regular customer of Philips using your mixers, induction cookers, home theatre system and tape recorders for iver the years. But have never faced any problem like this with aby product. I hereby request you to look into this matter asap or else I would be forced to lodge a complain against you.

        I have trimmer 4005, it's hurting the beard. Pain becomes unbearable. I think placement of blade is not proper. Motor is working fine.please help to claim warranty. Thanks.

          We purchased philips infra red lamp in 24.11.2014 at kumbakonam samu & samu electric store with 2 year warranty. The store did accept to give new product. The philips coordinators are not accept for replace or repair.

            Yesterday i went to ambala for repair for DSP3600 speaker which was out of warranty but when i reached at service center " Shivani Electronics, ambala cantt" and check my speaker then they are verbally informed me about charged around 1800Rs/- without quote on written or job sheet, when i refused to repair then engineer Mr. Rajinder asked me to pay 100/- for testing and said when you come in next time we will give you free service. Then i replied please share any receipt of service charge then owner fighting me and provide me fake receipt without tax paid with amount of Rs.200/- and chase to me for pay. After pay i got number of service manager MR. Hemant ([protected]) from customer care and request him to take action but he also not serious to take action against them. My concern regarding harassing to customer and provided fake bills without tax paid and rudely behave with customers. I'll also mark mail to income tax dept of haryana.

              Had registered a complaint with the Philips call center. Complaint number PMUM[protected]. False promises given by service center person Mr
              Sayed Hamid that we will get the replacement but the same has not be done. There is no call back from your service center. Your call center are not aware of the status of the complaint and are routed to service center. From last 16 days we are following with your service center team but till now no resolution. I have not seen such a pathetic service in my life.

                I had purchased an induction cooker of your company. It stopped functioning after couple of months. As it was under warranty, I gave it to M/S BIG SHAH SRINAGAR your authorised service center at Srinagar J& K for repairs in the month of January but till date I have not received it back. He is avoiding me on one or the other pretext.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have purchased a Phillips LED TV 32PFL4479 tv on 17th Oct 2015. it started making noise every 5 to 10 min. i have lodged a complaint but the technician told me that they cant resolve this issue. again i complain rather than Phillips company is not taking any steps to resolve or replace it. I feel that they are making people fool by their worst products and high prices.

                    My name is ketan dave and i purchased 32inch led with videocon DTH package free for 2 years from Next Showroom of maninagar, ahmedabad from month of march, 2015.

                    After one year my DTH connection was stopped becouse of insufficient balance. When i ask NEXT showroom for my package ..thay ask me that company changed offer from last year after purchased that led by me ..

                    I all ready paid 27000 for 32inch led tv and DTH package free for 2years.
                    Now they didn't give me any answer or refund against this horrible problam..
                    Please give me solution should i Wait for your reply ..or file consumer case against Philips company and Next electronics ..
                    I have proof that your compny offerd 2 years dth package free with 32inch led tv that i purchased

                      I have purchase philips IN-DSP2800/94 multimedia speaker on 4th March 16 from giftease online shopping center . But this items is so not to good. Because one speaker is faulty. I have call consumer of philips . then team was talking one enginner will be visit on my address but now any one engineer is not coming my address still now.

                        Sir, I bought a CFL (8 Watt) of Philips India Ltd. company on 08/05/2015 with a warranty period of 1 year on it at that time. It got fused recently after about 9 months and few days. When I went to the shopkeeper for replacement under warranty period, they denied for its replacement. They told that company is now giving a warranty period of only 9 months. I want to ask that whatever company scheme was valid at that time or the warranty I got at the time I bought the bulb that should be followed or the changed warranty scheme should be applicable. It means that company will always make fake promises to customer to catch them and later on they will change schemes and the customer will be a victim always.

                          I had purchased a 32 inch television on 29/6/15 (32 HFL / 5039). since purchase I have been facing a problem with this TV. Some liquid is coming out of the TV from the left down corner. For this since December month, I had been contacting M/s Raj Elecgtronics, R K Puram, New Delhi, who had not at all provided any support to me. Then On 27/1/16, I had lodged a first complaint with Philips and complaint was allotted to [protected] Mr. Amrish with code No. S91385. But no result. Again on 6/2/16 complaint was lodged with Job No. PDEL[protected]. The engineer came and took the LED TV on 6/2/16 which was returned on 11/2/16 but the problem was still existing. Again 12/2/16 compalint was lodged with comp, aint no. PDEL [protected]. Since then no action has been taken.

                          Again on 29/2/16, M/s Raj Electronics R K Puram, New Delhi was approached for help but no support was provided and Matter was referred to Ms. Mohit Arora. Mr. Mohit arora has also not provided any support in my case.

                          I just want to say, that the LED TV is only 6 months old and it is creating so much problem. How will the TV survive in Long run.

                          So my request is that my LED TV may be replaced with a new one and Ms. Raj Electronics may be advised to support its costumers once product is been purchased from them,

                                Hi,
                                I had purchased a television from Philips, a 39inch LED TV. After almost a year, it started acting up! The colours on the screen were mixed and the brightness was increased. The faces of people started appearing orange and the whites were so bright that we could not see anything in the image.
                                I contacted the company within the warranty period and they sent a technician. He examined the TV and said that its the fault of the set top box. So i replaced the set top box from my cable provider. The problem persisted. Hence I called Philips again and they sent another engineer.
                                This man, knew nothing, he seemed uneducated and was uncertain of the problem. He then re-installed my TV. This is what even I had done and after the TV restarted, it had the same problem. After resetting my TV, it gets fixed for about 15mins and the problem persists.
                                I contacted philips for the third time but they are now refusing to send anyone to fix the TV as they say that the TV has no problem. I know for a fact that the TV is not fixed, but they refuse to help.

                                  We have purchased Home Theatre of Philips electronics from Croma on 31st Jan'16. While buying they assured us that the cost of installation is including in the price that they have taken from us. After several follow up none of the technician came to install the Home theater at our home. After giving them several reminders, technician came on 15th Feb'16 and after doing installation started clicking pictures of our house on which we defeated. So, he started fighting with my dad. We are really pissed off with the service that Philips has given us. And we are going to take a very very strict legal action against this.

                                    I have purchased the Philips QT4005 Trimmer ( M - power Play) trimmer about one and half year back from flipkart, upto two months back it was working fine, but on 5th of January 2016 it suddenly stopped working and after that I went to Philips service center 'Heyrambh Electronics' which is present at the Kukatpally Hyderabad . They have checked and told it should be replaced and according that I have given the trimmer, they told that it takes around 15 days for replacement . As per that I have waited for 15 days nothing I got from them either an message nor an call . Later on 5th I called service center they till to wait for few more days (Already an month got over) . Later I also reached the Philips India Customer care but no use even I have talk to Hyderabad Philips support manager no use at all . Please let me know still how many months you guys need for replacement .

                                      I have purchase an Home Theatre System (Bill attached) on 11.03.2015. After some day its not working properly of which I have given to Service centre on 02.01.2016.Almost a month has gone but still they are not giving us delivery. I call them regularly but no response. First thing I have purchase new machine and get destroy. Secondly, I have given them for repairing and till date they didn't deliver us. Please arrange delivery of machine after repair otherwise I have to take this complain to consumer court.
