The product has a warranty purchased from amazon but the refused to refund it .and told to resolve it through u its philips aqua touch AT620/14 men's shaver which has 3 straight big plastic poles to rotate blades one of which has came out from the stick to which its connected and it has a spring to its better u refund me than replace it ok...

When on switch is pressed, suddenly voltage goes off.We cannot switch on this appliance .
Other switches also gets off as the voltage goes down....
