My Philips LED model no. 32PFL5355 purchase date[protected] was having some problem i logged a complaint with a no. PDEL[protected] on 23-08-14 and on 26.08.14 your engineer SALIM from your authorised PHILIPS service centre Penguin Care address L2/114 near mahaveer nagar opp kangara niketan new delhi-110018 had took our LED for repair and till today they had not call us or informed us what's wrong with our LED. Your Engineer had given me his contact no. [protected] which is always switch off or out of coverage area. It is going to be 2 month your people had taken our LED for repair and which is not been resolved till now which is not expected from a company like you. A bad impression from your service side which will makes me think for the next time if i go with your product or i would suggest your product to my relatives or friends. Regards, Rahul Chitkara

      Order placed for PHILIPS GROOMING QG3030 "CHARGER" during SEPTEMBER has not yet been delivered. The service center is reacting with negligence repeatedly.         Dear All, This matter is lingered on since long but regret to inform that in-spite of my constant follow ups & several reminders to all concerned, this matter not yet concluded, I have purchased this T.V considering the Brand Name but not it looks that now Philips has no interest to resolve this after sale issues. I had given complete set of TV with Packing Box, Table Top & Remote to service center which has been recommended by Philips but now service Center M/s Rashmi enterprises not returning Packing Box, Table Top & Remote telling us that you had not submitted accessories along with T.V. He is ready to return only LED. Pl note that TV along with Packing Box, Table Top & Remote personally handed over to Rashmi enterprises for which they had issued a receipt mentioned that one SET received, at that time I have been told that set covers all LED, Packing Box, Table Top & remote now he is asking us to show the receipt of, Packing Box, Table Top & remote. When it was complained to Philips Customer Care, I have been told by Mr.Vijit that it was not the responsibility of philips & behaved very rudely & tells us that he has no time to entertain such complaints . This is last request from my side to settle the issue within a one or two days else I have no option left rather than to approach consumer forum as am very tensed with this episode also if this case will not be settled that any news of this episode if publish in News Papers will the responsibility of Philps. I am looking for positive response from Philps India limited. Regards Sandeep

I faced Some Problem In LED in the Month Of August (06.08.2014)(PNID[protected]) Ur engineer visited.Second time on 16.8.2014(PNID[protected]) I registered again the same complained. This time ur engg. advise us To left the LED At the Service center( Rashmi Enterprises Indore). I did So. I left There My LED with Packing Box, Remote & Table Top. After One Month I enquired From Customer Care About The LED. They Said It Is Pending For Repairing.& does not given any clear response by Customer Care & service center( Rashmi Enterprises Indore).I made a lot of calls in Customer Care. Every time they replied that our executive will contact u soon.but no one contacted with us.& all those calls were not registered.no id was generated.on 24.09.2014(PNID[protected]) I again register my complant.Mr. ([protected]) contact with us & given a date to solve the problem.26.08.2014 I again contact with Mr, ([protected]), then he replied me that Ur LED has been repaired. U can collect from Service center( Rashmi Enterprises Indore). When I reached at Service center( Rashmi Enterprises Indore) I found that my Packing Box, Remote & Table Top are missing nd the owner has no idea about that all. Now Mr. ([protected]) & Service center( Rashmi Enterprises Indore) are saying what can I do. I have chased them more than 20 times as each time they say, "have patience, we will do the work in next 24 hours.: Could someone please help me.

                We have a Philips LCD, The LCD was not working and we lodged a complaint with service center on 24th September 2014, we were given a complaint number PGZB[protected]. Nobody visited us but on 27th September 2014 we got a message that complaint has been closed. Again on 27th September 2014 we called up customer care and his time another complaint number was provided to us - PGZB[protected] but till date nobody has visited. Again on 29th September 2014 when nobody visited we have again called up the customer care and this time again we just got the complaint number and nothing else - PGZB[protected]. This is the worst services ever faced by us, which can lead to never buy any Philips product in future. Please look into it on urgent basis.                   I purchased Phylips Mixer Grinder HL 7699/00 750 Watt through Amazon.in on 20/07/2014.The jars are getting stuck after use. First time I took it to Gurgaon service centre, Seetla mata mandir Road. Second and third time I lodged complaints (Nos.[protected] and[protected] respectively). Yesterday the technician came and opened it, applied mustard oil also. After running it once, it got stuck again. He noted my request for changing the machine but I haven't received the reply from Phylips India till now. I had made the same request to the customer care executive also. I therefore request you to kindly change this machine with a different model as soon as possible. I do not want this model. I am a senior citizen and living alone. I have not used this mixer as every time I used this, it got stuck. It is difficult for me to open this.

                        I had bought a food processor(Sl no: D93457, HR: 7628/00) in Feb2014 and it was not working. I called customer care and registered a complaint (Complaint number:[protected] but there was no action from the customer care for a very long time. Again when i called the customer care in september they said they will send an executive but a person (Ramesh ph no: [protected]) told me he will come on 18th sept but didnt, then again he said he will come on 19the sept but he didnt, He asked me the address on 22nd and told he will come on 23rd and again he didnt come. I got a call from[protected] on 24th and said one person will come on 25th and gain they didnt.on 25th also i called the number[protected]Rekha(Earlier the day i had got a call from this number) and enquired they said they will send someone. Looks like Phillips doesnt care about customers time. Is this how a customer is treated? This is the worst kind of service i have ever seen by any company. I have decided not to buy any other phillips product in the future and advice the same to my friends/relatives and everyone on facebook and other social network. The issue is still NOT RESOLVED no one has visited the house from phillips.

                          I purchased Philips CD System AZ 1852 from M/s. QRS Retail Limited, Thiruvananthapuram on 6.9.2014. It did not work even for one month. On 20.9.2014 the play button of CD player became defective. I took it to your authorised service Centre, Vijay Electronics. They told me a pin has come out. It could be repaired within half an hour and advised me to bring the set on 21.9.2014. On 21.9.2014 I deposited the set with them. Already three days are over. I am sorry still the set is lying with your service Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. I am sorry to note that a product of Philips goes defective within fifteen days of purchase. This I bring to your notice.

                            From SANTHISANKAR, No:84/45, Bajanai koil street, Saidapet road, vadapalani, Chennai-600026 Contact no:[protected] To The Manager, Respected sir, We purchased PHILIPS LED 32PFL4738 Television on 29.11.2013 at VASANTH&CO located in north usman road, T.nagar, Chennai-600017.On the next day of purchase, our tv doesn’t switch on.Then we reported to the salesman in vasanth&co showroom.He replied that” disconnect the power cable and reconnect the power cable”.Then there is a problem in using a pendrive and CD player.These are the primary complaints.After 8 months again there is a problem in switching on the tv that is only the standby light blinks but the tv doesn’t switch on.So we complained to the customer service center about the problem in the tv.As a result they sent a technician to rectify the problem in our tv.After verifying the problem the technician said that there is a fault in the board and also the display and he asked us to pay Rs.3893 for the board and Rs.14000 for the display.On having warranty period why should we pay that much for the tv.We are a middle class family and On trusting the Philips brand only we purchased a tv on lending money from someone.But now, for the fault in the tv the technician from Philips customer care asking us to pay the money to replace the faulty items.So We are not satisfied with the service against the fault we reported .So please take necessary steps against our complaint.                                   I went there to get foil replacement for Phillips trimmer model BG2024 and they (Mr. Gautam) told that they do not have the required part so deposit the money before hand. I deposited Rs.600 . Even after 1 month I did not get any back call from them or any delivery. I called them today are they are saying that they still do not have the part. I have to bought three trimmer machines due to unavailability of the foil costing me approx 6000 instead of paying for foil which nearly cost 300-600 as per them. This highlights Philips services in Chandigarh are majority of worst conditions and we should be away from Philips products due to this kind of services

                                    I bought an Philips LED TV from Snapdeal.com. It was just a month later when i came to know about the lining issue on the screen of that TV. I called up in Philips customer care and they registered my complaint. The complaint number for the same they gave me was PPUN[protected]. After that i got from their regional office and one of them showed up in next two days and taken my TV's details. After that i waited for 1 month when they agian showed up and told me that we are here to replace this TV so first we wiil have to take the older one and after two days you wil get the new one. Its been 7 days now, neither they have come with my TV and nor they pick my call. When caaled up to the service desk they are saying that it will take muin 15 days for us to replace your product. I am really pissed now. Is therr anyone out there who can take actions against these companies who just want to sel their products and never want to look into the consumer's issues. Thanks, Nitish.

                                        Two months back we purchased Philips Mixer Grinder Model No.:HL7610/04 of S.No.[protected] from Gandhi Traders Market No.-5 NIT Faridabad and the product has stopped working. It is highly disappointing that a two month old Mixer Grinder and that too from a renowned company like Philips is giving us trouble.
