Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a PHILIPS –Sound bar Model No DSP -475U
-01Unit Dt.22.05.2014 was working well.

Sound bar Remote
functions was not working so I handed over the same to so called PHILIPS
Authorised Service Centre i.e (M/s.
UNITED ELECTRONICS SERVICES, No. 43. Sarvasukhi Colony, West Maredpally,
Secunderabad -500026 Ph:[protected], 64632006, [protected]) on 16.07.2014
bearing Job Code Number 313.

First of all I
was informed that the Sensor was having problem and the same will be rectified
within a day or two. When I called back I was informed that they need to get
the Confirmation from PHILIPS and had to again wait for 3-4 days again. Then
they told the part was not available with the Company so a New Speaker would be
arranged from the Company itself and will receive a call as soon as they
receive a Brand New piece from the Company. I never received a call from them.

I again went to
office when I did not receive any correct response from them. Now they again
had a new story saying that the same part was available at Visakapatnam and the
same was being shipped to them and they passed on the time for some few days.
When we visited again they informed that they are again following up with the
company for Replacement. I found their words were not at all correct so I took their Incharge Number Mr. Gurudeep -[protected] and he assured me that he
has received the acceptance for New Piece and the new Speaker will be shipped
to their address and asked me to wait for 3-4 days. I have called him hundreds
of times from that day onwards he is simply rejecting the call or inform that
the Sound bar has been dispatched from the
PHILIPS Godown and will be receiving the material shortly. I have also
told him that whatever mail he has received from the Company please forward the
same to us or else give a confirmation mail insisting on the exact delivery
date.

I am now fed up with their services so I request your
goodselves kindly look into the matter and resolve the same immediately.

I am also attaching the Scanned Copy of Purchase Invoice as
well as Job Sheet provided by the Service Centre.

    sir I am Mamta goel resident of delhi staying in Nangloi has taken your philips Lcd tv on Febuery 2011. Model no is 32PFL3305/V7. NOW The problem is whenever we switch on the tv its all black and very NOISE & SOUND POLLUTION. so we called the customer care no of philips ([protected]) 13/7/14 or might be 14th. finally one engineer came on 15/7/14. he came only for 4 mins didn't check the tv he just switched on and said there is problem in card so it has to be changed and it will cost 4000 rs something. he charged 780 rs from us. after that we decided to go head with then and called again to same no and asked them to change this. we registered this complaint lots of time the one of the agent said they will take new complaint on 28th of july 2014. next day we called them again they said card is not available.it will take 1 week.we again called them they said the same thing. they kept us telling us new story every time then finally i called on [protected] this no and i got the reply that (we do not know how long it will take, it might take 1 month also or little more)so what we can do now for you that we can repair your card and will give you back in week time and it will cost 1500rs more. then my husband called another engineer he checked it out and said your card is perfectly fine and the problem is in screen not in card it was completely fake commitment.we want compensation for that

        We were distributor of philips company and they cut our dealer ship without knowing us when we raised issue of taking stock back that they dumped in our godown and give our money back as they cut down our dealership and did not give our full money back they kept around9 lacks and its 1 year we still did not get our money and the case registered in court is also not starting or no action are being taken please help us get our money back

          We have brought the 22PFL4506/V7 TV on 10/02/2012 and from January onwards, we are facing so many issue continuously which were taking long time to resolve it by your support team. Initially, we have raised a complaint about the power problem and the support team was resolved it by replaced the electronics capacitor which was about Rs. 1200/- charges. After a month, we were raised a complaint about the sound issue and the support team is tried to resolve it by replace the speaker, but unfortunately it couldn’t. Finally, they have suggested to replace the motherboard for the sound issue and the motherboard was replaced by your support team with Rs. 3000/- charges. Within a 2 month, now we are facing a display issue which might be the same motherboard or display problem and we didn't want to register complaint since we again need to spend some money on it. Finally, the coculded that, it was a power supply issue and have charged Rs. 1180/-. We have already spend around Rs.5600/- for the service cost, but the actual TV cost is Rs. 9500/-. Why does the customer need to pay the service cost which are nearly going to the product cost for the support or product issue? Is it an acceptable? If its yes, let me go-ahead and throw this TV and buy a new TV from other product vendors since we are totally frustrated about the service support as well as the product stability. We would like to replace the entire product instead of doing the service again & again with customer funding. The overall support from PE ELECTRONICS LTD is unprofessional & pathetic.             We feel regret to say that we purchased a Philips LCD Model No. 22 PFL 4506/V7 from M/s Hargobind & Sons, Railway Road, Safidon, Distt-Jind (Haryana) vide bill No. 2865 on 08.02.2012. After a gape of more than two years there are a second complaint in the above product. In this regard, I have already complained on telephone phone No. [protected] in this regard on 02.07.2014, 04.07.2014 and 06.07.2014, but neither no technician or no satisfactory reply received from the above Philips concerned office.               Sir,

              1. I have placed a complaint on my 42 inch lcd tv, vide complaint number [protected] dated 23 jun 14. The problem is that there is a white screen on the tv picture. 2. The complaint has not yet been addressed inspite repeated calls and reminders to customer care. I fail to understand why the service engineer is not coming inspite we being in mumbai. Please send your service engineer as soon as possible.

                  I ordered for a philips charger from Audio Video Electronics(Authorised Service Centre) and they said it would take 1 week to arrive. Even after a month, it had not arrived and out of frustration I called the Philips Service person Mr. Basavaraju to help me out. He said the charger will come in a week but now it has been another month and still the charger has not come. Now after another month (total 2 months) also the charger has not arrived and Basavaraju is not picking my calls. I can understand the hopeless service provided by the service centre, but such unprofessional behaviour was not expected of Mr. basavaraju who is a company representative. It clearly shows Philips' commitment to customer care. I have never come across such a negative attitude from any other company like LG & Samsung wherein at least the company person was dependable. I feel really sorry for buying a philips product and will never even consider it again. 2 months for a charger is nothing less than a joke!!! and still the charger has not arrived. I think I will have to buy a new shaver just because Philips is not capable enough to supply a charger in 2 months. As a last resort, I am begging anyone who can help me to please help me get a charger for the Philips model HQ912 in Mangalore, Karnataka.

                    maine 4 june 2014 ko karnal ke service centre me spa5300 woofer repair ke liye diya tha or jiski repair ke 250/- bhi usi din inhone le liye the, lekin aaj 04.07.2014 tak bhi inhone mujhe product repair karke nahi diya, na to phone uthate hain, kabhi macanic chhutti par hai kabhi i.c. mangwaya hai abhi nahi aaya, har roj naye-naye bahane, philips ki service poor kya hai hi nahi agar iski service ke no. 10 me se dene ho to mai -10 doonga, mere pas service centre ki rasid ka no. hai 5042 dt..04.06.2014 add;- gupta electronics, sco 19, link road, opp. bus stand, karnal. mera naam hai sanjeev gupta mera m.no. hai [protected], [protected], aage se philips ka product kharidne ke baare me sochenge bhi nahi. dekhte hai aap service centre ki laparwahi ke khilaf kya action lete hain, ummid to na ke brabar hai, par phir bhi hope sustains life, ummid hi jindagi hai.

                      My Philips LED TV of 32 inch out of order in second year. Its 3 years warranty scheme but they are charging money. Its worst company now, in last decade philips items are working many years without any prob. but nowadays their engineers says electronic parts have no reliability. So why we are using philips products as many other good new company are available in market.

                        I have bought a philips trimmer and I did not use the product for a month and the product has gone sticky. Very sad product from an international brand. Also the charging cable was made of cheap quality which has worn out. Very bad electric shaver, will nver buy an Philips product due to bad product quality Also i do not know where can i buy the trimmer shaving heads too

                            The Senior Manager Philips Company, I registered a complaint no PGUR[protected] (12/06/2014 10:30AM) of my TV 32. A Mechanic visted at my home and told that the parts shall be changed within 2-3 days but after passing about 10 days nothing has been done. I have so many times requested over phone/mail but no satisfactory reply is being given to me which is a very carelessness on the part of a prestigious company. Now days TV has become a very special thing in the life of a man. May I know when my complaint will be entertain?

                                Hi Team, I had purchased my philips 32" LED TV from Uttam Nagar, New Dehli, 2 years back. Initially it was working fine but from last month it has started causing problem with screen. Half screen has gone white. I got in touch with Customer care and the executive visited and said it will cost around Rs 11000 as warranty has lapsed, i am shocked with the charges.                                 I had also bought philips 32" LED TV from vijay sales mumbai 2.7 years back. Initially it was working fine but from last 8 month it started causing problem with screen. Half screen has gone white. I got in touch with Customer care and the executive visited and said it will cost around Rs 13000 for new part and no servicing charges coz still there is warranty period is remain, i am shocked with the charges.please look into this and suggest if it is possible to get it into some reasonable figures.                                     Dear Sir/Ma'am, Greetings!! Last year I had bought a "Philips" DVD player from "Goyal Electronic" located in Jayanti Market, Jaipur. At the time of purchasing the DVD player, I was promised that the DVD player would play "28" formats from USB port (pen-drive). I had repeatedly confirmed it with teh shop owner, I had made it very clear at the time of purchasing that this is the only reason I'm buying it. Months passed by and I didn't used the player...played no DVD/CD/USB or anything over it (Well I didnt got time, its normal). Later when I tried playing movies through USB, none of them played. I got in touch with the dealer (Goyal Electronics) and didnt received any good response from them, they just kept repeating it will play "28" formats. Finally I had to contact PHILIPS customer care and they told me that the player only plays MPEG3 and MPEG4 player. Now the Goyal electronics doesnt take the responsibility for cheating and lying to me, and nor does philips takes the responsibility for a representative of their's to cheat and lie to me. In between both of them, I'm stuck. All I want is - To have a DVD player which plays basic movie formats like .AVI and MP4 etc. through USB. I'm ready to exchange the current player with an upgraded one and pay the difference. Please help me out with this. Thanks. Your prompt reply would be apreciated.

                                      I had made an appointment for a service engineer to come to my apartment in Mysore Karnataka to replace the filter for the water purifier. The engineer never showed up and did nit bother to call. I then decided to search for the filter in shops around mysore city. No-one had the filter, not even the Local phillips service center. It has been 3 weeks and there is no filter.The service center lies and says that the issue will be resolved in 48 hiurs but that has happened many times now so I would like to know why you sell water purifiers if you CANNOT MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE STOCKISTS THAT KEEP THE FILTERS. DON'T YOU THINK THIS IS ESSENTIAL?? I ALSO HAVE A PLACE IN GOA AND I HAVE TO BUY MY FILTER IN PUNE AS I CANNOT GET IT IN GOA. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS ONLY GOA BUT NOW I SEE THAT IT IS YOUR COMPANY THAT IS NOT MAKING SURE THAT KEY PLACES EVERYWHERE SHOULD KEEP THESE FILTERS. WHY DO YOU LOVE DOING THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? DO YOU THINK I WILL RECOMMEND THE PHILLIPS WATER PURIFIER TO ANYONE AFTER THIS? WHY WOULD I EXPECT ANYONE TO BUY A PURIFIER IF THEY CANNOT GET A FILTER? WHAT IS THE USE? HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED WITH YOU AND YOUR SERVICE. WILL YOU DO SOMETHING NOW?????????????
