I have purchased online from Flipkart - Phillips SHC 1300 Wireless Headphones. vide Order OD[protected] The product was received by me on 9 Sep 2014 through courier mail. The AC/DC adapter and the transmitter which came along with the headphone are defective because of which the cordless headphone cannot be installed and it is of no use. I immediately complained to Flipkart and requested for return/replacement of defective accessories. The reply received is shown below :- "We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected]". Please advise how I can use the product with defective accessories. Phillips brands have reputation of excellent quality and service.     Hi, Sub: No response from philips service center, Hyderabad for a philips product. Product : Philips Epilator. Product No: HP 6408 Issue with the product: Not working I have given my product at registered philips service center (#address and complaint details mentioned below) on 1st of Sep 2014 to check whether electricity is flowing or not and i was told ill get a call back in the evening and they will let me know then as there were no concerned technician available at the time of my complaint. i have never received a call and all the while i was calling them to know the issue, finally on Friday i.e 6th Sep 2014 i have received a call from service center saying estimation charges are 500 rs (400 rs for charger replacement and 100 rs are towards service charge). i asked them to go ahead and do replacement and again representative from service center told me she will give a call and let me when to pick up the product. I waited and never received the call again. Today on Tuesday i.e 9th Sep 2014 i have called them to know when will i get my product back. i got a same reply saying still issue is not fixed as there are no technicians. I felt of lack of responsibility from the service center side, they should promise a customer specified time and they should deliver in time or else they should update customer. Please look into this complaint and please give a solution.       I have purchased a dvd player from reliance digital wave mall gomtinagar lucknow
      And has been stop working on the same day i have buy it .So i visited the service center and they promise me to repaired it within 15 days max. But still i did not get my dvd player back.And they called me twice in a month but when reached there they replied that it has not complited yet.

        I bought a Philips 42" TV on 27.6.2014 from E-Zone, Mani Square Mall, Kolkata. Since then the remote has failed 3 times, currently again unserviceable. Current call no is PKL[protected]. The remote has been replaced 3 times already, and they take much time to replace the remote (never keep a ready stock in Service Centre). Once I waited over a week! God knows how much time it will be this time. This is obviously a poorly designed product, since it fails so frequently. No point buying a 50k TV if it becomes just a decoration piece. I want a permanent solution this time, or I would like to return the product for a full refund. Please advise how this can be done.

        Today Remote was replaced yet again, TV is now working, proving that the Remote was defective. Now, 4th Remote in operation. Does Philips have any Quality Control or have 6Sigma certification? How can I return this product? I'm not enjoying the product at all, with repetitive problems in such a short period. I hope they are not just replacing the Remote till the Warranty ends, after that I will be stuck with a lemon! What's the way forward? First, extend the Warranty by 3 months, to cater for this period gone by.

          Hi, I have got multiple Philips products. Recently my water purifier UV lamp gone and I started hunting at various Phillips service center in Bangalore. Across Bangalore there is no stock available and they keep saying we shall call you back once stock come. It's been more than 2 weeks no clue on product and my purifier is of no use. I am frustrated of pathetic service response as well because guys in service center font even know about product properly. Is thus the kind of training Philips provide to their staff??? Horrible I SUGGEST DONT BUY SUCH KIND OF PRODUCTS WHERE YOU CANT GET GOOD POST SALES SERVICE. It's a waste of money.

            I am submitted this product for repairing at philiphs service center on 13.08.2014 and feedback or received after the rapping. now being brand product and available service centre and we are not give best service from our service center than no meaning to purchase branded product.

            We are lodge complain for 4-5 time no any confirmed replied received.

            I am tired to follow with PHILIPS people and service center regarding repairing of my product.

            I think my wrong decision to purchase this product and loss my money.

            One more thing from 29/08/2014 onward started Ganpati festival and i m enable to used my own music systems.

            I request you to please confirm when i get back my product after repaired or if it's not possible it than stop the sales any philips product i[censored] can't get after sales service.

            Please consider my above request or replace my product at your end to give me new series music systems

              Team, I wanted to bring to your notice an issue which I am facing with a product purchased from Philips. Even after consecutive complaints with customer care I have not been assisted with a satisfactory answer from the company. I had purchased a Philips Juicer HR1861 which is a high end product from their company (~Rs.9000 cost) from Delhi on 6 Dec'2014 with an assurance from the dealer that it can work with whole fruits. This is also mentioned on the company's website and its product description.The juicer is equipped to handle whole fruits without any kind of peeling or de-seeding. However, on the contrary this is not true and cannot handle seeds. We have been reaching out to customer care since 2 months however the company is not able to provide any help. We also reached out to the dealer from whom we purchased the product but instead of helping us with this issue he replied with a very bad behaviour with my parents also not using the right language. As the product is under a warranty status as of now we request you to kindly assist in helping us rectify this issue and get our product replaced. We would also request you to kindly file a complaint against the dealer for using wrong language and behaviour with his customer.                 Dear Sir, It is to bring to your utmost kind notice that I have purchased a Philips Colour TV (Model 21PT8868, S.No.BJiiAO[protected] from M/s Bajaj Traders, 8-9, Hitakarni Merket, City Coffee House Road, Jabalpur vide Cash memo No.1816, dated 26th October, 2008. Quiet recently some complaints occurred in my TV set like just appear some vertical line from up and down side and slowly the screen size will get diminish and the picture disappear after continuously one hour running the TV and I registered a complaint to the Philips Customer care through the toll free number on 16th July, 2014 and in return I have received SMS message from Philips indicating that my complaint has been registered with Registration no. PCCOM[protected]. After two days one service engineer attended the complaint and told that the problem occurred because of the error in IC unit and accordingly he placed the order and the next day he came and replaced the IC unit and some other components vide receipt No.588, dated:19.08.2014. But the problem remained unsolved even after replacing the faulty components. Again I contacted the Authorised Service Centre, Coimbatore and they asked me to bring the TV set to their Service Centre for a detail checkup and constant observation and accordingly I dropped the TV to the Authorized Service Centre M/s S.N.Electronics, Old No.199, New No.6, Tank Road, Sivananda Colongy, Coimbatore -12 Phone :0422 – 4373660. After keeping the TV with them for around four days they informed me that the problem is in the picture tube and that is the main component of the TV and same need to be replaced. Further they informed that the Company stopped production of Picture Tube for this model and hence the picture tube will not be available. At this juncture only one option left with me to give up the TV at a thrown away price, which I wouldn’t like. Here I would like to mention that I opted for the brand name Philips and for the features they are providing with a great hope and faith. Hence I request you to kindly arrange an alternate offer for me to exchange the TV set with the new one. A favourable reply as well as action is anticipated from your end to held high the brand name of Philips at utmost satisfaction of a regular customer of like me, Thanking you with hope that my plea would be considered.                     Hi, I have an Phillip's Music System HTS 8141 bought in 2011 for 50 thousand rupees. The power supply of the system got bad and Phillips is now saying they don't have part available, so it can't be repaired and part is now obsolete. They are not doing anything with system. It is with them for then month. Complaint no is 10729343. They are offering me 30% discount on new product which is pathetic, I have to spend more than 30 thousand with their new offer whereas the part price is only 3000/- Thanks, Piyush

                        I ordered a cartridge for my water filter on Friday 15/08/14 The lady said it would be delivered on Monday 18/08/14. On Monday I telephoned at 4pm as the delivery had not arrived - she said it would come before 6pm - It never came. I phoned again on Tuesday and she said she would call me back in 10 minutes - she never called. I phoned again and she told me it would come by 5pm and he couldn't deliver on Monday as he had a personal problem- It never came and when we called the delivery man he said he wasnt able to get a bus!! The delivery man said it would come on Wednesday (today) - I do not have much hope but we will see. The lady at the service centre in Trivandrum named Lakshmi told me that it was my fault as I didn't speak Malayalam and they were unable to understand English. This is nonsense as they understood me very well but did nothing they said they would do and seemed not to care at all about the customer. I have lived in Trivandrum for 6 years so I am used to poor service but I expected better from Philips

                          Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your utmost kind notice that there are discrepencies in sales outlets that have come to light recently. To be specific, I recently, went to buy a television set. I chose to buy from philips since "I, supposedly, THOUGHT" that phillips is a trustworthy brand. But, sadly and unexpectedly to my surprise I was looted at the store. The details of my purchase are as follows: Model no: 14PT3626/V7 M.R.P (inc. all taxes) : INR 5490 (as mentioned on the box) Manufactured in : december 2012 Sr. No. :[protected] Since MRP means maximum retail price, I was supposed to pay what was mentioned on the box, instead I was charged INR 5800 by the dealer. On being enquired as to why this hike in charges the salesperson informed me that it was the taxes due to which there was a difference in the price. After a self humiliating debate about m.r.p. Being inclusive of taxes I got a very casual, unprofessional reply. I have proofs regarding such conversations saved as recordings in my phone. Also the sales person denied to mention the taxes levied by him in details on the bill. This denial also included placing the store's seal on the bill.                             HI, I bought Philips TV 42PFL7977 / V7 LED TV on January 2014. Butwithin 6 Months I faced a Problem simply getting Green / red Color lines on thescreen with some blank spaces. (No picture) I complaint to Philips Customer care on 21'st July and complaint no is PCHN[protected]. Onetechnician came and took a Snap shot of all the Electronic circuit boardsinside and told me he will send it to head quarters where they will confirmwhat could be a problem. He came after week time to replace one of the electronic circuitboard and still the same problem exist. Then after another week he came andreplaced two electronic circuit board modules inside and still problem couldnot rectified . After speaking with Area service manager they accepted to replacethe TV with the New one since it is under 1 year warranty period. After running behind they delivered a New TV on 14'th - Augand said it is brand new one they are delivering it from philips ware house inChennai. After installation when i switched on the newly delivered TV It isnot Coming UP ( red LED is blinking continuously) . When i enquired with theTechnician he said they checked completely before delivering to my home. Butwhen they installed the same TV at my home it doesn't turned up now technicianis saying software got corrupted. I don't know it is really a New TV they arereplacing with. I don't know how come these many issues come up with for Newlybought Electronic Items that too for the money we are paying . I simply wentfor the brand name Philips and for the features they are providing in thisseries. But Now I completely disappointed for my decision for going withPhilips.                               This is to inform you that, my TV ( CTV Model – 29PT3223 ) Model was not working suddenly and we have made complaint in Philips Customer Care and they have sent Mechanic from your below authorised service centre for check and repair work :

                              M/s Techno Smart Services
                              1/A, PE Koil Nath Mada Street,
                              Ayanavaram, Chennai – 600023
                              Contact No. 43181001, 4318006, 43556915

                              The above service Centre has sent his person and collected the Philips TV from house ( Job Sheet Indore No. 2697 ) on 30th July 2014 and till date not repaired the TV and telling that Spare Part not received from Philips Company. Resulting which from last 12 days I don’t have TV at home and finding difficulties in managing kids.

                              The above Service Centre is not taking proper ownership and I don’t know the real issue whether it is from Company side or Service centre side.

                              Till now I must have called 20 times to the above service centre and not getting any proper response till date. The matter is serious and request you to intervene immediately.

                              Kindly Service the required spares to the above service centre immediately, so that I can get my TV within next 48 hours, failing which I will be forced to go for Consumer Court due to mental disturbance.

                              The Service Centre first told in 2 days they will repair and give the TV and now there is no commitment on this.

                              An early action would be highly appreciated.

                                I have purchased a PHILIPS –Sound bar Model No DSP -475U
                                -01Unit Dt.22.05.2014 was working well.

                                functions was not working so I handed over the same to so called PHILIPS
                                Authorised Service Centre i.e (M/s.
                                UNITED ELECTRONICS SERVICES, No. 43. Sarvasukhi Colony, West Maredpally,
                                Secunderabad -500026 Ph:[protected], 64632006, [protected]) on 16.07.2014
                                bearing Job Code Number 313.

                                First of all I
                                was informed that the Sensor was having problem and the same will be rectified
                                within a day or two. When I called back I was informed that they need to get
                                the Confirmation from PHILIPS and had to again wait for 3-4 days again. Then
                                they told the part was not available with the Company so a New Speaker would be
                                arranged from the Company itself and will receive a call as soon as they
                                receive a Brand New piece from the Company. I never received a call from them.

                                I again went to
                                office when I did not receive any correct response from them. Now they again
                                had a new story saying that the same part was available at Visakapatnam and the
                                same was being shipped to them and they passed on the time for some few days.
                                When we visited again they informed that they are again following up with the
                                company for Replacement. I found their words were not at all correct so I took their Incharge Number Mr. Gurudeep -[protected] and he assured me that he
                                has received the acceptance for New Piece and the new Speaker will be shipped
                                to their address and asked me to wait for 3-4 days. I have called him hundreds
                                of times from that day onwards he is simply rejecting the call or inform that
                                the Sound bar has been dispatched from the
                                PHILIPS Godown and will be receiving the material shortly. I have also
                                told him that whatever mail he has received from the Company please forward the
                                same to us or else give a confirmation mail insisting on the exact delivery
                                date.

                                I am now fed up with their services so I request your
                                goodselves kindly look into the matter and resolve the same immediately.

                                  sir I am Mamta goel resident of delhi staying in Nangloi has taken your philips Lcd tv on Febuery 2011. Model no is 32PFL3305/V7. NOW The problem is whenever we switch on the tv its all black and very NOISE & SOUND POLLUTION. so we called the customer care no of philips ([protected]) 13/7/14 or might be 14th. finally one engineer came on 15/7/14. he came only for 4 mins didn't check the tv he just switched on and said there is problem in card so it has to be changed and it will cost 4000 rs something. he charged 780 rs from us. after that we decided to go head with then and called again to same no and asked them to change this. we registered this complaint lots of time the one of the agent said they will take new complaint on 28th of july 2014. next day we called them again they said card is not available.it will take 1 week.we again called them they said the same thing. they kept us telling us new story every time then finally i called on [protected] this no and i got the reply that (we do not know how long it will take, it might take 1 month also or little more)so what we can do now for you that we can repair your card and will give you back in week time and it will cost 1500rs more. then my husband called another engineer he checked it out and said your card is perfectly fine and the problem is in screen not in card it was completely fake commitment.we want compensation for that

                                      We were distributor of philips company and they cut our dealer ship without knowing us when we raised issue of taking stock back that they dumped in our godown and give our money back as they cut down our dealership and did not give our full money back they kept around9 lacks and its 1 year we still did not get our money and the case registered in court is also not starting or no action are being taken please help us get our money back

                                        We have brought the 22PFL4506/V7 TV on 10/02/2012 and from January onwards, we are facing so many issue continuously which were taking long time to resolve it by your support team. Initially, we have raised a complaint about the power problem and the support team was resolved it by replaced the electronics capacitor which was about Rs. 1200/- charges. After a month, we were raised a complaint about the sound issue and the support team is tried to resolve it by replace the speaker, but unfortunately it couldn’t. Finally, they have suggested to replace the motherboard for the sound issue and the motherboard was replaced by your support team with Rs. 3000/- charges. Within a 2 month, now we are facing a display issue which might be the same motherboard or display problem and we didn't want to register complaint since we again need to spend some money on it. Finally, the coculded that, it was a power supply issue and have charged Rs. 1180/-. We have already spend around Rs.5600/- for the service cost, but the actual TV cost is Rs. 9500/-. Why does the customer need to pay the service cost which are nearly going to the product cost for the support or product issue? Is it an acceptable? If its yes, let me go-ahead and throw this TV and buy a new TV from other product vendors since we are totally frustrated about the service support as well as the product stability. We would like to replace the entire product instead of doing the service again & again with customer funding. The overall support from PE ELECTRONICS LTD is unprofessional & pathetic.
