I jasbir singh logged complaint on dt 12 mar 2013 against complaint no PGUR[protected]. Engineer visited and told that next day you get call from delhi someone will come to collect the LCD as some parts needs to be replaced.

When I have not received any call after 3 days(15th mar) then I called to the engineer and he told that need not to worry as part can be replaced @ my home and in next 4-5 days as he will receives the part from mumbai.

But again I have not received any call.

We have spoken to the service center owner rahul([protected]) and his senior manish saini([protected]) and they committed 25th mar and then 29the mar and when again on 29th mar I have received any update I called to manish and he said he receives the damaged part and again he committed a date which is 3 april

But history repeats itself again I have received any update and manish is not answering to the call then I called @ customer care it really sucks

As it is so hard to get the seniors which are good for nothing

Agent subhroto puts my call on hold for 20 mins for transfer and then he disconnected the call and same did my mohan.

I called 3rd time again mohan gets call and he said that I am disconnecting call.

Spoekn to raj escalation desk, spoken to amit but Today again I get a promise that it will take another 7 days to get the part

and today is 11th April no one has visited and again manish told that it will take time.

Need your help to get this sorted out, as i am losing my phone calls, my D2H Recharge and mental harassment.

      Hi,
      I am Saravanan Ponmudi. I bought a 40 inch LED TV on 22.03.2013 in Denmark and brought it to India with an international insurance.
      I found it to be a defective product as it was not turning on at all.So I called up the customer care and registered a complaint on 25.03.2013.
      A service engineer inspected the TV and said it has a problem in the Scanner PC and went back.
      Then I had to follow up with the customer care so many times to understand how I can get this fixed.They have directed me to contact the service centre and I have spoken to them also without proper response(Dharsini electronics).They have aggreed to replace/fix my TV,but they have not come back after that.I have to call customer care everytime and have to follow up with this issue and start explaining from beginning everytime,but it seems no body is following it up thereafter.
      Evenafter 10 days of regstering the complaint,no action was done towards fixing the issue.I am really frustrated with the service th Philips can provide in case of fixing a defective product.
      It would be great if you could do something about it and help me in getting my TV fixed.

      Philips — defective television supplied

      Dear sirs,/19/11

      We had purchased television from E Zone - Siliguri- Cosmos Mall on Dated: 19/11/2011 cash memo No. t5/3824
      in the name of Indo Bhutan Trading Co,The Philips make television was delivered to us at our residence in Jaigaon Dist. Jalpaiguri. The television on installation was defective in the picture quality . The same was intimidated to Mr. Sharma at E-Zone , Siliguri. A person from Coochbehar came to our residence and inspected the television and on inspection actually found the television defective. He thus on speaking to his seniors informed us that the television would be replaced from their Coochbehar counter in a weeks time. On waiting for ten days and no action we again informed E-Zone Siliguri .Then Mr. Sharma spoke to some Philips person in Kolkata who informed that they would replace this television with another one in another one weeks time. Days have passed weeks have passed and months have gone by....and PHILIPS ,so RENOWNED a company is not taking any action and just giving us false assurances after taking the cash in advance... who is going to bear for the interest of our money as well as the loss of time and harrasment.

        Sir i have bought a philips LED 32" on last december. unfortunately it was dead since previous month. Despite of my complaint in the philips india ltd.on 6th march, there was no good response from the company. still from 12 days my LED is not being repaired.
        i have got very desperate response from the company.
        yesterday one company boy came to repair the LED but he was having a wrong plate so he was unable to repair it. he even told me that now the work of repairing the LED will get postponed to 1 week.
        my complaint no. is PLKW[protected]. please take immediate action.

          Hi ,

          I brought Blu ray player BDP3200/94 on 3/March/2012. though it was wifi ready so i brought wifi belkin USB wifi adapter. however it was not supported by blu ray.

          As mention on BDP3200/94 manual "to use wifi you have to use Philips WUB1110 Wiifi Adapter".i searched all the shoping websites like croma,ezone,flipkart etc etc i am not able to find this product.

          i checked it on Philips website also as mention on website click on where to buy i tried all the numbers in Pune Location but nobody have this product.
          i have called philips customer care also they advised me to check on their website.I have wasted 900 indian ruppes on Belkin usb adapter

          Can you tell me what to do?
          To Dear philips if your product(WUB1110) is not for sale in India then why you tring to sell your Bluray Players.I am very much disapointed with this.

HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS FROM PHILIPS INDIA AND IN RELEVANCE TO THE URGENT REQUIREMENT IN THE COMPANY, HE CALLED ME FOR A TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW. HE STARTED WITH THE SAME. I WAS RESPONDING HIM AS ACCORDINGLY AFTER WHICH HE ASKED ME TO REACH A NEAR-BY BRANCH OF BOI (BANK OF INDIA) AND REPORT HIM THE BRANCH CODE FOR THE BANK AND AFTER WHICH HE ASKED ME TO SUBMIT A DEPOSIT OF RUPEES 560/- IN FAVOUR OF "RAHUL PANDE" WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER "[protected]" AS PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPANY FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND AS AN ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH THE COMPANY ITSELF. I REPORT HIM THE BRANCH CODE AS "7820" AND DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT. HE ASKED ME TO PROVIDE HIM WITH THE TRANSACTION ID THROUGH SMS. I MADE A SMS TO HIM WITH TRANSACTION ID AS "BI499598". HE ASKED ME TO RECEIVE A MAIL IN YOUR MAILBOX. I GOT A MAIL THEN FROM "PHILIPS ARENA" WITH THE MAIL ID AS "[protected]@live.com". I CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH THE MAIL TOO.

            IN EVENING, HE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME IF I AM SATISFIED WITH THE MAIL AND INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THAT.
            BELOW GIVEN DETAILS ARE THE EXACT COPY OF THE MAIL RECEIVED IN MY MAILBOX---

            AFTER THE SAME HE ASKED ME THAT I HAVE TO DEPOSIT A AMOUNT OF RUPEES 2100/- JUST FOR THE NAME OF SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF ONE MONTH PERIOD ASKED FOR THE SAME PROCEDURE TO BE DONE AS TO MESSAGE ME TRANSACTION ID FOR THE DEPOSIT. ONE MORE THING, THIS TIME IN THE EVENING HE CALLED ME FROM SOME OTHER NUMBER. I AM QUOTING THE NUMBER HERE-- [protected]. HE ASKED ME TO DO THE SAME IN THE EARLY HOURS ONLY AS THE MANAGER TO WHOM HE IS TO REPORT THE DETAILED INFORMATION AND GET HIS/HER SIGNED APPOINTMENT LETTER, IS TO MOVE OUT OF THE COUNTRY.

            ON FRIDAY MORNING, AT 10:04 SHARP, HE CALLED ME AS IF TO KNOW I HAVE LEFT FOR THE BANK OR NOT. I WAS AT HOME ONLY AT THAT TIME. ONE MORE THING TO BE NOTICED IS THAT WHEN I DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT IN THE SAME ACCOUNT NUMBER AS MENTIONED ABOVE, HE WAS SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT I HAVE LISTENED HIM WRONGLY AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DEPOSIT RUPEES 3100/- INSTEAD OF RUPEES 2100/-, THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED AND REPORTED HIM THE TRANSACTION ID AS "86229". HE ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR THE GENERATION AND DELIVERY OF THE APPOINTMENT LETTER.

            AFTER SOME TIME, IN THE DAY HOURS ONLY, HE CALLED ME AND ASKED FOR ONE MORE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RUPEES 1200/- FOR ONE MONTH ADVANCE SECURITY FOR A ROOM ACCOMMODATION THERE ONLY. BUT THIS TIME I REFUSED TO WORK WITH PHILIPS AS THEY WERE TAKING SECURITY CHARGES BIT BY BIT TO A GREAT AMOUNT. AFTER MY REFUSAL HE ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR MY NEXT CALL AND HE WILL TALK TO THEM IF IT CAN BE CANCELLED, FOR THE REASON I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL BE STAYING IN LUCKNOW WITH MY BROTHER ONLY. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, I GOT A RETURN CALL AND TOLD ME THAT THE REQUEST , I HAVE MADE IS ACCEPTED. ON THE SAME CALL HE INFORMED ME THAT THE COMPANY IS PROVIDING THE CANDIDATES WITH A "SIM" HAVING A BALANCE OF RUPEES 500/- IN ADVANCE AND I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OF RUPEES 540/- FOR THE SAME. I AGREED AND DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT WITH TRANSACTION NUMBER AS-- "373047" FROM THE SAME BRANCH TO THE SAME ACCOUNT. I AGREE TO THE SAME FOR HE TOLD ME THAT AFTER ONE MONTH I WOULD BE RECEIVING TWO CHEQUES-- ONE WITH PAYMENT OF MY SALARY AS RUPEES 13500/- AND THE OTHER WITH AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY ME AT THIS TIME IN TOTAL.

SO AND SO, I BECOME A VICTIM OF FORGERY AND FRAUDULENT JOB OFFER AND I HAVE DEPOSITED A SUM TOTAL OF RUPEES 4200/- IN THE SAME ACCOUNT. PLEASE HELP ME OUT SO THAT THE CULPRIT IS BARRED AND FINED FOR A HEAVY PAYMENT, SO THAT NO ANY OTHER PERSON CAN DECEIVE JOB-SEEKERS.

            I also received same sms and found that this is a fraud. This must be checked and the culprit should be put behind the bars

            Philips — Fraudulent sms

            My name is Farook Dagli.Cell no.[protected].I got a msg saying its from Philips and that you have won a DVD player and you just need to register online on www.philipsofindia.com.I registered and at that time it was mentioned that i wont need to pay anything but later on they asked to deposit 440rs in SBI bank in the name of Soma Biswas with Ac.No-[protected] and to fax the receipt to fax no.[protected].I deposited the cash but the fax no.doesnt work.
            I request Philips India to take stringent action in this matter and prevent people from such fradulent activities in their company's name by such people.

              I got a Philips 3D LED TV model no. 46PFL8577 on 24th January 2013. At the time of installation the TV was found to be defective.I placed a request for replacement of the defective TV and was assured of the same within 2-3 days. Now it is more than 20 days and no replacement has been provdided. Everyday, I am assured that the replacement unit has been shipped and will be delivered in some hours, but it does not come. Finally, I was told that the replacement TV cannot be located and hence, the company can only repair the defective TV and not replace.

              A company like Philips is indulging in such mean tactics to cheat its customers by supplying defective TV with no escalation mechanism. Now I am helpless to either sit quite with the defective TV or get it repaired. I am not interested in getting a brand new TV repaired and would want help to ensure that I get a replacment TV immediately or my money back along with interest and damages for mental harassment.

              TV — Reg. defective IC

              I have got a Phillips TV model no. 29 PT 6021/56A which became defective recently. It was seen by the engineer of local Phillips service center at Varanasi who said that an IC is defective (IC no. SAA 5667). However this IC is not available with the the local Phillips centre.
              Please let me know if you can send it to me by VPP or you may suggest any mode of payment and supply.

              hello sir i had purchased philips led tv from lotus electronics indore on dated ..25/10/2013, tv was working perfect since i bought but suddenly on 28/09/2014 some error occured and reflections started cming on the set, i without waisting any time contacted indore service centre and deposited the set on 29/10/2014.as it was in the warranty period they told me that they will resolve the problem in a week, but unfortunately till today i ve not recieved any call from the service station, it is almost a month and they are not able to resolve the problem and not even giving me any satisfactory answer, kindly do the needfull as philips ltd is a very prestigious company but i m really disappointed by there behavior

                I Purchased Philips LED tv on 25.12.2012 and within a month tv stopped working i complained to customer car on 28.01.2013 about the problem they told within 48 hours their service man will come but they failed their promise after repeatedly calling servicemen came on 02.02.2013 ie., after 5 days he told its a defective piece he will replace and give it he took our signature on replacement form and took a copy of bill with him till now there is no response from company if call them they will say they will replace in 48 hours but fail always its been 18th day but no response simply i have to pay my dth bill without watching tv so please resolve my complain still i have warranty.

                  I have purchased LED TV of Philips from Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited, Rajarhat, Kolkata on 29.10.2012. After 3 months (approx) on 30.01.2013 my TV stopped working due to some technical problem. After that on 31.01.2013, I have given a call to the customer care o Philips and filed a complaint. After that on 02.02.2013 one of the technical person from there side came and told that the PCB board is not working and have to change PCB board, he also told that currently the PCB board is out of stock and they cant confirm that when the TV will repair. After that almost 15 days have passed and no response I am getting from Philips. Every time I use to call there customer care and the they are taking the matter very casually. They are cheating the customers and not taking any measures to resolve customer complaints.

                    but when i receved this item free gift nor receved. i call custmer care he tell me .free gift reched u 2 days. now after 10

                      I ordered 2 quantity of Philips trimmer. I received package but i could see only 1 quantity is present.

                      I raised complaint to them on Oct 4, 2012 9:11 PM. I kept following them since October 4 to till today. i couldnt receive any call back on this from India Times shopping.

                      This is the worst service i ever saw and these people are cheaters.

                        I have bought a PHILIPS Home Theater (Philips Bluray HTS HTS5591) on January 16, 2013 from CROMA JP Nagar Phase-3.
                        No One contacted me till January 28, 2013 for Primary Installation/Demo.
                        I have struggled on my own to set up the Home Theater.

                        A Service Executive named Deepak from PHILIPS service center Jayanagar called up today January 28, 2013 and was conversing in a very unprofessional, Unfriendly and Arrogant manner. It was a real bad experience tolerating the indecent behaviour from Deepak.
                        I have never had a worse experience with a service executive.

                        I have pledged to NOT Recommend any of my relatives, friend, colleague or any person to Buy any product from PHILIPS henceforth.

                        Please let me know if PHILIPS INDIA or the service center management can take any action against the Misconduct and misbehaviour.

                          I had given my old Phillips CD Player (MCD 177/98) at the authorised Phillips service centre (M/s S.K. Electronics, Opp.Rani Sati Gate, Indore-MP) for getting it repaired. It was found by them that the player had some irreparable problem and hence they offered me an exchange with a new Phillips CD Player from the models available in the market after paying the difference amount which they will tell me depending upon the model and the price of the player I choose. I chose Phillips home theatre model HTS 2512/94 for which I was asked to pay Rs.2800/- as advance and was promised the delivery of the product in next two days. I made the payment on 17/11/2012 and still I haven't got the product. Moreover nobody gives a proper response as to when I will get it. I have contacted on every number provided to me as well as personally visited S.K Electronics many times but there is no response. The least I want is to know what is taking so much time and I'm not even getting that answer. Please help me deal with this procrastination and irresponsible behaviour on the part of Phillips.                           Philips is one of the worst companies ! Never buy any consumer electronics, their after sales is so pathetic,
                          I was charged 2K for my Mini hifi system and the product was deliverd after 2 months, after several escalations, till date i am having problem with the machine it hangs.
                          I want to sell if off this piece of junk !
                          yeah...lesson well learnt nw :( lucky u 8lst got the product!

                            I started to face a problem recently with my Philips LCD TV, when though there was sound but no picture. I lodged a complaint with Philips customer care. A technician came on 22nd Dec’12, he wanted us to send it to the service centre.



                            We have visited your service centre in Gurgaon on Saturday 22nd Dec’12.



                            There your engineer gives us the different statements ,he advised that they need to change the monitor as display is not working , after our few questions (like than why the sound is clear ) he advised that the inverter plate of LCD needs to change & after our approval to change the inverter plate they have ordered that inverter plate & advised us that they will received it on Monday 24th Dec’12.



                            Today Monday 24th Dec’12 I called & asked for the inverter plate status the service centre executive advised me that this part is not available in the allover India inventory hence we need to change the whole back panel.



                            I don’t want to hear any excuse , I want to repair my LCD immediately within today i.e. Monday 24th Dec’12 else I will take legal action against Philips.



                            As per the guideline the warranty of electronic items are 7 years.



                            I have my LG & Sony LCD from last 2 years & we have not faced even a single issue till date.



                            I want to repair my LCD immediately



                            Please reply urgently.

                                1. This is in reference to our 32 inch LCD TV 32PFL4305. This stopped working within the warranty period and we reported the problem first on Nov 12, 2012. I am without a TV for the past 5 weeks and Philips seems to be least bothered about the same.

                                2.The Customer support team was very ineffective and unsupportive. inspite of repeated calls. The initial problem identified was a motherboard failure and a new part was requested. There was no feedback and response from the philips team.
                                Also to top it, the Customer Support team canceled the initial complaint on their own and opened another one on Dec 7 JUST SO THAT NO ONE NOTICES THE SAME. This is so pathetic.

                                3. Some key people from the outsourced service agencies like Mr. Vinay, Mr. Abhishek Jain (From Noida Region) were completely unresponsive. Mr. Vinay was also extremely rude and completely uninterested in resolving the problem.

                                4. We were told 3 weeks back that the part is unavailable and they will replace our TV with a new one. even after comitting to a new tv, there was again no response or movement from Philips for a long time. Mr. Abhishek Jain who is the service head for Noida region stopped receiving our calls.

                                5. Finally on Dec 15th (today they sent us a tv). This TV was an old and used one. It had no remote control. There was dust all over the TV. When I was informed that due to the part not being unavailable and after waiting for 5 weeks, this is completely unacceptable. To add to the woes was the fact that Mr. Vinay was extremely rude on the phone. This is no way to treat a customer. This is the worst ever experience that I have ever had in my life for a consumer product. We have 4 LCD TVs at home and did the mistake of purchasing one from Philips. I am sorry to say that this was the worst ever experience .

                                6. I think either Philips as a consumer company has lost it's interest in retaining customers or they definitely need to change their service partners.

                                7. After this experience, I will be using all possible online and social networking forums to tell people about my horrible experience. I also plan to file a case in the consumer court against Philips.

                                  This is regarding to my utter dissatisfaction over an 32" LED TV (32PFL6357/V7) purchase that I made on 3rd Nov'2012 from Chopra Enterprise (Philips Arena, Kolkata). The set had been installed on 5th Nov'2012 and on that very day I pointed the sound problem (the speakers were jarring even on a 7-8 volume level) to the installing person on which he readily agreed and asked me to watch for 2-3 days and file a complaint. I filed the complaint with the dealer on 7th Nov'2012, and when no one turned up, I dialed customer care and filed my complaint on 10th Nov'2012 (Call no: PKOL[protected]). After that twice 'so called engineers' visited and informed that the a plastic sheet was missing in the speaker attachment. They tried first with inserting some paper chips and when it did not work, he left by saying that a senior will visit next. The 'senior' came, and this time he tried inserting black tapes, and after the trick failed he promised to come back soon and replace the speaker. After that i called Philips customer care for 8-9 times and asked to wait as there were shortage of speakers. Lastly it arrived on 8th Dec'2012 and they replaced both the speakers. But sadly there was no improvement. They admitted and tried to contact to their seniors over phone with the speaker on. I heard the 'senior' suggesting them to change the audio settings and come back as nothing could be done. Suddenly these two visitors tried hurriedly to change some bass settings and asked me to sign the papers that stated that I was satisfied with the repairing job. I asked them to wait for 5 minutes to check if it was really so, but they were not ready to wait even for a second. It was more than obvious that the tv set still were producing same noisy and jarring sound even at the 8-9 volume level, but they all of a sudden were not ready to admit it. They said sarcastically that if i want to get more clear sound then i should buy a home theater. I told them that i have a Panasonic 32" LED on the upper floor, and the answered then i should have bought a Panasonic tv this time also and not a Philips tv. They also asked me to solve my case with Philips customer care because it is not their headache any more.
                                  Today (10.12.2012) I called the customer care and they asked me to wait as usual as they were transferring the line to senior (it was same everytime) and i waited for 20 minutes, but the line was too busy to come to my help. I called again and this time I got my present complaint (call no: PKOL[protected])
                                  The 'PROMPT service center, Kolkata' is pathetic. I do not think that they have any knowledge or attitude that can serve me. Philips are outsourcing its job to give us service in time, and if those ruin like this and make more trouble for the customer, is it not their responsibility to look into the matter? Or they will just finish their duty just by forwarding the complaint to the local service center?

                                  As far as my demands are concerned, I now want a full tv set replacement (as changing the speakers did no good) or a full money back.

                                    I bought an immersive sound home theater of PHILIPS from Great Eastern in Salkia / Howrah on Feb' 2012.In OCT 2012,that home theater had a problem in FM circuit. They solved the problem and delivered that product on 18'Oct 2012. But they Changed the mother updated software (hts 2501/94) of that product and put back dated software (2500/12) in that product. after complaining several times they do not entertain me.

                                      I had purchased the Philips 46 Inches 3D LED 8500 series (Model no: 46PFL8577/v7) Television from Kohinoor electronics on 26.10.2012. Since there was technical issues with the Television we contacted Philips customer care and loged the complaint on 12.11.2012. The complaint Number is PMUM[protected]. the technician came only on 30.11.2012 to take the photograph and to establish the problem. Later on I was given Number of Mr. Parvez to talk for the replacement. After talkign to Parvez still there is no response. I need replacement for the television as within 10 days the television had the technical problem.
                                      I had a same issue but with different product of Philips (The product "Philips Food Processor - HL1659"). They are very tough people i am struggling to get date of arrival of engineer with detail observation from him.

                                        We own Philips Water Purifier bearing Sl No: WP[protected] which was purchased on 26.02.2010 and installed.
                                        On the day of installation itself, the delivery of water is very low and when complianed to their service engineer, they replied that they have install one pump which is out of stock , and the same will be insatlled free of cost within one month. Till date no action.

                                        Due to very thin water flow we have used much and hardly we should have take water about 40-50 ltrs.

                                        Adding to the above, the filter out let is stopped in 22.10.2010 and we made several complaints ( No:" 193332). After few days, a rep visited and he asked us to prccure filter and pump which costs about 1700 Rupees.

                                        I HAVE NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A WORST REPONSE FROM LEADING COMPANIES.

                                        DON'T BUY SUCH PRODUCTS.
