Sir, Please refer to my earlier complaint dated 18.04.2014, it is marked as resolve, but it is still not resolve. I would like to bring to your notice that on 30.04.2014 I have received my System back almost 2 after months. Again the same problem is there.

My system work only for 5 minutes and it get automatically stop. The RIA Care person has told us that we have check continously for four days. But why it is not working. As I told you that I feel that their is no professional persons working in PHILIPS Authorised Centre.

There is no qualified/professional person in RIA Care who can solve the problem. No one is bother of giving better service to the customer. I regret to say that I am very much upset/fustrute of this kind of attitude.

I also regret to say that the product of PHILIP is of very bad quality and also the service provided by PHILIP.

I really say that I will never in my dream also think of purchasing any of PHILIPS PRODUCT.

If you people really feel shame of this, pls resolve my issue ASAP.

        Sir,
        I Mr. Sebastian Borde, re4siding at Varsha Complex, Ambernath - E, would like to bring to your notice that I have taken AMC from Riya Care (authorized Service Centre of Philips). vide AMC No.[protected] dated 17.01.2014.

        I have logged complaint over phone with Mr. Asim that my system is not working & on 24/02/2014 he has sent his person to check the same. The person waited for nearly an hour to check the system and said that it has to be taken to the service centre for repairing. I spoke to Asim and he also suggested sent the system to the service for repair and will return me back in week time.

        After a week I called him but he told that the part is not available and within 2 to 3 days he will repair and sent my system back but almost 1 and half month has passed but II have not received my systemtill date. So it was useless and waste of time to talk with him. So got the number of Mr MIr ( from Mr Satyavan the previous head of RIA CAre (Philip centre) the head of Philip centre and explain the detail to him on 16.04.2014. He assured me that on friday he arrange to repair my system and sent me back. But he too has not given any feedback or bother to reply.


        I feel sorry to say that if such kind of people are working with PHILIPs it will create and bad impression of PHILips Product in the market.

        So I request you to look into the matter and arrange to repari an nd sent my systme back othewise |I would be forced to take legal step.

          I bought a PHILIPS HD3017 RICE COOKER on Jan 26, 2014 from Sushil's Departmental stores, vasant vihar, Dehradun vide invoice number INC-10711. once we connect to power point, the switch automatically moves to " Warm " position, instead of remaing in " Cook " position. Service engineer visited twice, could not correct the problem. the unit is still under warranty. he assured replacement will sent with in 10 days. it's not yet received. regards Srinivasan Dehradun [protected]

            I had complaint with the bass woofer of philips DSP75U within one month of my purchase. Complaint: When I press the buttons in remote the woofer put a boom sound with each time i press the buttons. Even though i change the bass volumes, there is neither decrease or increase in bass effect. At particular volumes the bass speaker sounds as a normal speaker with no bass and in another volumes there is no sound at all. I contacted my local service man on friday 11/04/14. he told that he will be coming on monday 14th. while i contacted on monday, he told that he will come on wednesday16th at 10 AM. while i contacted on monday he told that he will come quickly. I waited fo him. again i called him in evening he didnt picked the phone. I contacted the philips consumer service number[protected]. he told that he will arrange within 8 hours. Again i contacted and they told me to wait for one day. I waited and no one contaced me. I got irritated and called the service person"s number. he didnt attend the call. So i called consumer care number. They told that it will take upto 15 days. The person is half an hour distance from my home. I dont know what to do????? So i putting my complaint here as suggested by my friend.

              Dear Sir The issue is related to my 46" Philips LCD TV. In December 2014, the TV went dark and was not starting / booting. I gave it to the authorized Philips center M/s Service Point, M.T.H. Compound, Barwali Chowk – Indore 452006 and in 20 days the gave the unit back, repaired and with the warranty of 3 months. In Feb 14, the same problem resurfaced & since 15th Feb the unit is at the service center "Under diagnosis" with no solution as what has happened.The service engineers are taking their own time, have taken long holidays and have their own agenda with no information of what exactly is the problem. i was told that the software inside is the problem, the got the software in 10 days and reinstalled, no success, then i was told that the scalar board is corrupted, again a new scalar board was ordered, after fitment, no success now that say that the panel is corrupted, which was never the problem.!!! I believe to provide a standby comes under the company policy and is the duty of the service center, but it was never given, after 25 days wait a standby was provided which was again taken back as it was from a second customer. My complaint id at the customer care is PIND[protected] I am sick & tired with the way people are giving assurances and don’t work. The service engineer Mr. Sharma is one person who just knows how to talk and has no ethical values. Request an immediate response; else I am ready to take it to the next level.                 Sir i have Registered a complaint to Philips customer care regarding my HOME THEATRE usb problem. The complaint was registered approximately a month ago and they i was assured that the engineers will visit within 2 working days. But no visit was being made. I called again thereafter and again i was being told that executive visit will take place in another 2 days and again no visit took place. It happened many times. I have called them approx 10 to 15 times in the last 1 month and no solution has been given to me. Moreover yesterday evening they told me that they are not having any complaint registered on my name and thy have registered my complaint on[protected]. Means my previous registered complaint was cleaned by their officials as they were faulty and did'nt want to solve the complaint. Moreover on[protected] i was called by Philips Service center ( Hytech Services, Gurgaon ) and they assured me to visit and solve the problem by 1-4-2014. But on 1-4-2014 i was again called and was being told that my complaint will be resolved till 2-4-2014 but again, no visit was made. Then i was given the time for Friday[protected] and i am now being called by them and told that my complaint will take an extra week and it will be resolved till next friday[protected] . Sir they are not resolving my complaint and giving me dates and dates only. Moreover they deleted my previous complaints. I have registered my complaint by calling them through phone nos : [protected] and [protected]. Complaints are registered on contact no [protected] on the name Piyush Vashisht. You can check my call details if you dont believe me and ask them to show you the recordings for the corresponding calls. The complaint no registered on[protected] is[protected] and previous complaints are deleted by them. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue. I shall be very thankful to you.

                  Dear I procured one 32" LCD tv from Star CJ on 28th June 2011. Till date i have been in trouble because of this product. I have spent close to 15000 on these. My set doesn't work properly. I raised enormous complaints of this set with Philip customer care. Details are provided below. Also so many times the TV had to sent to Vikas Puri Service centre. I strongly feel i have been cheated and i am going to file a consumer case to ask for my money back. money i spent on after that and claim for harrsing me.                       R/SIR, I am PAWAN KUMAR. I have bought philips aquatouch electric shaver AT610 through flipkart on 17 dec 2013. My order no.was OD[protected]. This product has not proved upto my expectations. Once i was using it didnt stopped and kept rotating, after some harsh efforts it got stopped. After that day it worked properly but now once again it has just completely stopped working. The machine is not rotating its blades and creating a lot of problems for me. As i am a student my parents are scolding me very much for this. I trusted philips as a good electronics company but now my views are totaly changed.So plz sir try to help me as early as possible because my parents are angry with me and so as i with this product. If possible please get it changed for me with the new product, i will be very thankfull to u. Eagerly waiting for your favourable reply.

                          Dear Team, I had purchased a 32 PFL 4305 model LCD TV from Bharat Electronics and Appliances, Coimbatore on 30th Jul, .2011. The TV had some issues in displaying the picture so I had visited and booked a call on 11th Jan, 2014 with the authorized service center of Coimbatore, GEE DEE electronics. The service ticket number is PCOM[protected]. The support person examined the TV and he asserted that he issue is with the scalar board and he took an amount of Rs.1500 towards ordering a spare. After two weeks of intense following with the support person he told that the spare is not available in Coimbatore and there are only 4 spares available in India and he has ordered one and so it will take some time to reach Coimbatore. Even then it was me who was following with the support person and after a week or two there was a change in the authorized service center and GEE DEE was replaced by S.N electronics. The Service Lead for Coimbatore region booked a new ticket PCOM[protected] on 21th Feb, 2014 and I was asked to bring my TV to the service center. On inspection the technician asserted that the issue is with the panel and since the spare is not available in India and since it costs more that Rs. 10000 he will iniate a LED replacement request and I need to pay a premium for that. I was okay since I wanted to get rid of the faulty product. After two days some Philip service personnel called me and told the spare is available and so the request for replacement is now taken back. The cost of the spare is Rs 13500 which is more that 55% of the original TV cost and also it has a warranty of a mere 6months. I'm totally dissatisfied with the customer service experience that I had with Philips, I had booked a ticket and it took 40days for the service center to find the actual issue. I believed in Philips brand and paid a good amount to buy the product. Now if I had to pay more than 55% of the original cost to get the problem resolved, that too with a warranty period of 6months, I don't think such a valued product should come with such less warranty. Even if I get my product repaired now and after 6months if the TV gets the same issue, I need to endure all the pain once again even then since the TV which I had purchased in not in market anymore and there is very less availability of spares. I need my product to be replaced since this is a prodcut which I had purchased by paying a reasonable amount. Awaiting your response. Thanks, Katherresh.

                            I have purchased one 32" HD LCD as on dt. 2nd March 2011 from Motabhai Alibhai, Viramgam, with the Videocon D2H Dish package NEW DIAMOND dish service validity period form Cricket World cup 2011 to Next Cricket World cup 2015. According to package i not to required any recharge during this 4 years period and any extra payment. As per D2H account 19/02/2014 balance of Rs. 1591.00 and validity period expired Dt19.02.2014 and service closed as on dt.20.02.2014. I have number of complained regarding subject to Vidiocon and dish service started as on dt. 22.02.2014 which validity period upto 14.03.2014 & they have replied "We would like to inform you that an Amount of Rs 5, 932/- has been already posted As Phillips Offer, And same amount has been utilized according the package NEW DIAMOND."

                            You are requested to kindly arrange to send us the D2H contract period and copy of package details and contract period package shorted by Videocon D2H period 1 year and copy of advertisement Ahmedabad Gujarat newspaper copy for submitting next action.

                            phillips tv without any extra payment i have never any extra channel package used during the period. How to reduce my account balance of Rs. 1591.00 at on dt. 21 February 2014 and my balance return as per my account immediately basis. and validity as per contract as per package.For your ref. attached bill and challan copy clearing indicated you works contract.

The coffee dicoction is very very lighter for the very first time, and the water starts pouring out before the coffee mug is kept inside, as the autolock has not functioned. We took this issue to the notice of the Philips service centre at 11th main road, annanagar, chennai - 40, and they checked the same and returned back to us saying it is functioning correctly. We are having the same problem, which has no solution. since we bought, we had not used the product. Kindly exchange the product with some other useful product, or kindly solve the issue quickly.

                                  I contacted your authorised service centre USB Electronics, 106, Kamarajar colony, 8th Street, Dr.Ambethkar road, Kodambakkam, Chennai-600024. Their representative visited and took Television for service on the assurance by changing spares @ 1150/- inclusive of labour charges Rs.250/-. I beleived and paid Rs.1150/- (receipt issued by USB Electronics) but TV not functioned i.e clarity very bad even after their service not even one hour. I have contacted their office for so many times they attended my call but no response so for . I waited for more than one month and now I decided to make a complaint. At the time of receiving their charges ? they issued a bill not mentioning which spare replaced every thing blank except their charges ?. I and my family members are very much upset in this regard. Please instruct your service dealer to give proper response i.e they must do proper service. I am giving this complaint because my TV was not working even for one hour after their service by receiving Rs.1150/- which leads to mental agony.                                     Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that the radio which I have purchased on 03.09.2013 from Capital Electronics 12 J.L.Neheru Road Branch Kolkata Model No IN-DL167 vide cash memo number Sal/3272/13. Now after such purchase it has been observed that the battery consumption of the radio is very high and the life of battery gets exhausted within 15 to 20 days (minimum actual life of a battery set for a radio is min 3 months). I have lodged my first complaint on 17.12.2013 with reference no 42324 to Capital Electronics as it is within the guarantee period which was duly returned after repair on 08.01.2014. But within the few days the same problem has arised again of high battery consumption. Today I have again lodged a further complaint (complain no 42855). Now I am surprise to know that why this problem keeps on rotating everytime. I have purchased the product only due to the goodwill of your quality product. You are please be requested to change or replace me with a new model of the existing product as early as possible or else arrange to refund me the amount which I have spend for such purchase of the product.                                     With reference to the above complaint I regret to inform you that no initiative has been taken against my complaint lodged at your end and the company also did not responded or revert back to me for replace of the defective radio model or neither they have arranged to refund me the purchase cost of the radio.

                                    You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for immediate action to resolve the problem. Your feedback regarding this is very essential and important to me.

                                      . I got your music system on 9 th February 2014. Due to problem in CD tray i asked for service on 19th feb.my complaint number is[protected] I was assured of getting a call in 8 hours nothing happened again I gave call, one more assurance of getting a call on high priority again I call response is service centres close down by 6 so definitely I will get a call by 10-10:30 on 20 th. By this time I gave a call to them 4 th time and again a sorry with assurance of follow up. Is this the type of follow up you are providing. I made a big mistake by purchasing Philips music system. Also note I was provided their NCR head Mr Kapil's number who doesn't pick up the call.

                                        I want to share my horrible experience of buying Philips ’42
                                        inch’ TV(42PFL7977) from Future Bazar Aditya mall, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad. This
                                        TV comes with in an inbuilt D2H connection w/2yrs of Platinum HD subscription.

                                        It’s been only 9days since I bought this TV and I really
                                        wish I could go back in time and overturn this mistake.

                                        I bought this television to gift it to my parents on their
                                        35th Anniversary but least I knew so called ‘gift’ will be in box
                                        for next 5days because company forgot to dispatch a wall mounting kit and it
                                        took their support engineers about 5days to arrange a simple wall mount to get
                                        it hanged. To make it worst now the D2H subscription sticker that company put
                                        on back of TV panel is invalid. Now TV is hanged but more like a showpiece and
                                        as a solution they suggesting to pop open my Brand new TV to correct their
                                        mistake and find some D2H number from inside of TV.

                                        If this is not enough then their support engineers are just
                                        not bothered to solve a customer concern. They told me they will come today morning
                                        but no one showed-up then I called again and I was promised it will be resolved
                                        by 4, again no one showed up. What more after 4pm they didn’t even picked my
                                        phone. Then I went to dealer to share my concern and he got me connected to Philip
                                        ASM and then their was yet another false promise he said engineer will be at
                                        your home by 6pm again no one showed up. I called him again, I was told
                                        engineer will be at your home in next 10 mins as he is already in my area.
                                        Since then I’ve called ASM, support engineer Mr. Joginder and Shamim Saifi but
                                        no one picks up.

                                        This is one absolute disappointment from Philips as a brand
                                        and their customer support. Now last thing now I hope they make some an effort
                                        to atleast change this experience.
