On complaining for a sudden no audio/video output, in our 42"Full HD LCD TV, to BIMOS ELECTRONICS, 143,GANDHI ADIKAL STREET, OPP-SRG KALYANA MANDAPAM, KUMBAKOANAM, TAMILNADU - 612001, a Philips authorized serviced center, given in Philips pamphlet, a serviceman -BALAJE was sent a week after complaint, in January.. He diagnozed that the capacitor had burnt, and came back with the spare, 3 months later, on March 11th.after repeated calls. But even after he changed the board there was no audio, for which he laid down the tv on its front. He switched on the tv 1st there was no audio, again he laid down the TV in the same position, thrice. But still there was no audio. The 4th time he laid down, checked the board and put it straight, there was a huge crack on the screen. When we asked for explanation, he dodged saying that he would return the next day but there was no response, and he never picked up the fone till today. He says the crack was already there. If according to him, the crack had been there, already, then why had he to change the board? If the panel had cracked, he would have changed only the panel and not the power board. Moreover how can the LCD PANEL crack, if the capacitor gets burnt? YOUR SERVICEMAN IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE, BUT HE IS REFUSING TO ACCEPT IT. I had talked to one Mr.Prasanna, who is the zonal manager, Tamilnadu. But he too is not able to help as the technician had refused to him too. MY QUESTION IS IF THE PANEL HAD ALREADY CRACKED, HE WOULD TOLD US, AND WOULD HAVE SUGGESTED FOR THE NECESSARY REPAIR. BUT HE SAID THAT THE POWER BOARD WAS TO BE CHANGED, AND CHANGED THE SAME, AND IN THE PROCESS HE HAD BROKEN THE DISPLAY, WHICH HE REFUSES. I HAVE THE CONCERNED BILL FOR THE BOARD,FOR RS. 5340, HE GAVE. THE CONCERNED AUTHORITY MUST TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THE SERVICEMAN BALAJE AND SHOULD GET ME THE COMPENSATION FROM HIM FOR THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. HIS PHONE NUMBER IS [protected].

Philips — Authorized service center is not able to service

My system [ Philips Mini Hi-Fi System FW D 550/21M] started having problem with wrong/different /junk characters in Dispaly track mode. After that system halted and whenever sytem is powered on All LED glows and nothing seems to be happening.Even all the buttons/switches are non functional. I had given my system to 4 philips authorized service center but after a long long wait, (at least each service center took 3-4 months)they refused to make it functional. Though system is out of warranty, am ready to pay the repair cost but of no avail. Please help/guide me to get it functional. Awating your response.
I had bought a GO GEAR mp3 player last month for a gift which was given ten days back and after use it was found out that it was not working now the service centre and phillips customer centre says they will see he the set can be repaired or not but my they if the set has stopped working after use of only 5 or 6 days them i want replacement not repair this the company where i find the customer service is worst

Philips Television — no repairing of tv since long time.

i own a Philips 29 inches television which was not working. I registered the complaint in the local Philips office after that their mechanic came and repaired my TV but again it stopped after the mechanic went away. again i launched the complaint after that the local Philips officer took away my TV on 3/8/2010. but i didn't got my TV till date. i have sent about 20 repeated complaints on their toll free number but their isn't any proper reply from the person there. And on top of it the people in the local Philips are not not talking properly.

This is the same thing that is happening to me.Just day before they came and rectified the problem and the stopped working and the Philips Coutomer Care is the worst. Infact I am thinking of putting up in the Front Page of the Papers that ele should stop buying Philips Products.

I have logged a call on 7/8/2010 and the customer complaint number is 396642 and my call is still pending.
Yes Same problem the Philips customer care is doing with me. I done a compliant on 27th sep 2010 regarding my dead TV. They regularly on asking the status delaying the servicing by promising me to deliver my tv in 2 days. Now 15 days are over . Can U suggest me any alternative procedure to take justice from these people. I suppose Philips Customer care is fooling all the Consumer of Philips.

I had purchased a Philips 29 inches Ultra Slim model television last year. Now the tv is not working. I registered the complaint in the local Philips office. The compliant No. 144182. Philips service person came after a week time & tested something and taken the Main board pcb for their service center. After 3 days he came back and said that the pcb board is good but the picture tube of the tv has failed. After several reminders, personnel visit, chat with their rep and many emails, the problem has not yet been corrected. The service and other support of Philips tv is very worst. This is for your information.

Pls do neccesary action on it. Dont't brank our believe from Philips. We prefere always to buy philips products, We have not know about it poor service.

    Dear Sir,
    With deep regret i have to say that the company i had trusted for years has done this to me. My first television that i purchased was of philips, my first dvd player, my first portable mp4 player all i had purchased was philips because of the trust developed in the brand. But after this incident i swear not to purchase any philips product again. The incident happened like this..i purchased a philips home theater system HTS-5131 from Hari Om Electronics Sector 5 Rohini, Delhi on last Diwali, after the purchase i had to wait for almost 1 week to get that installed, i din't complained because those philips guys said that it takes that much time in festive season. Ok i understand. But the real story started from 4th july 2013 when my system suddenly stopped working. It completely hanged, the power went off, there was no sound from it. I reported the matter to philips consumer care on 5th july 2013 and they said that a guy will come to check it/take it the next day i.e. 6th july 2013 but nobody came. I again called again on 7th and they apologised and said a guy will certainly come on 8th july and then he came. The guy was from Dizitek Service Center Rohini Sector 15, Delhi. He came and said that the system needs to be taken to their centre and some part will be replaced and said that i will get a call from them two days later i.e.on 10th july on what the issue is and when i will get my system back. I received no such call and kept on waiting. Then after too much frustration of getting no response i called their number which din't worked. I called at the philips consumer care and reported the matter and they promised of neccesary action which they never took. After 2 3 days of again getting no response i called the consumer care again and they said that a part needs to be replaced and gave me the number of Dizitek Service center. I called at the number and enquired about my system and they said the same that a part needs to be replaced and they are waiting for it to be delivered to them and said it could take 1 week or so. Ok i waited again. After that i again got no response from them and on 26th july in great anger i personally visited their service center and they again said the same thing that they are waiting for the part and gave me the number of the supplier of that part and told me to contact him. Also they gave me the number of certain Mr. Rohit saying that he's the Delhi head. I called up Rohit and told the matter to which he promised of prompt action and told me to call him again after 2 days. I did and he said that there is a major problem and my system can probably be replaced. Ok i said. Then today on 30th i got a call from Dizitek Service center saying that my system is repaired and they are coming to deliver it. They came and installed the system i asked what was the fault they kept mum, i asked how come suddenly they got the part and the system got ready they kept mum. It was complete arrogance like we don't listen to you keep on saying or asking whatever you like.. we don't care. Asked me to sign on a paper and i did. They went away. After two hours o[censored]sage the system again failed and stopped working. The same problem was there which i faced earlier. The system hanged and power went off with no sound coming from it. I think they never replaced any part and returned my system in hurry because of the pressure i put on Rohit calling him everytime..whatever may be the case i want philips to replace my system with new one. Please help me out in this. Thanks.

    Philips — Home Theatre develops problem in electrical system

    I bought a Philips DVD Home theatre System HTS 3545 around 12th May 2008. the company person promptly came to our house in Pune and installed the system and showed demo. Everything was ok till he stepped out of the house. The moment he stepped out, the system started making a fault in our house's electrical wiring. now when ever we switch on the heome theatre the MCB trips. We called the person who showed us the demo, within 3 minutes of he leaving our place. He said that he would come back and check, but till now he hasn't manageed to find our place. We have been calling their service station daily, to get the answer that by evening their technician would come and solve our problem. Till date no one has turned up.
    We are totally fedup with the service Philips is giving to its customers and would definitely advice no one to buy any product from this company.
    As a last resort i am consulting my lawyer and planning to sue the company

    Philips — DVDHometheatre system

    I have purchased Philips DVD Home Theatre System(Model number:-HTS3090/98) from Metro mall Hyderabad on 9th March 2008.In the month of November i experienced a problem with that system and gave to the Philips service center at DIG Waves Solutions Pvt.Ltd(Authorized philips service center)West Marredpally Secunderabad. on 21st, November 2008.Till now(i.e., 27th, Jan 2009)I did not get my product back.On asking they are giving all irrelevant information and no proper response is given.on 19th Jan, they said the product is ready and I can take it home back but immediately after reaching home it was not working properly again.Immediately we gave it back and asked them to repair it and I also said them that I cannot came always to the service center as I'll be busy and I stay far away from that place.So they said they would make a home delivery to me within 24hours.But Still i did not receive it.Please see that i get my product back as i bought it for a huge price.Also tell me the necessary steps I need to take against them.

    i got a PHILIPS DVD Player, (Model no: 3026) in 2007, so i want to service my dvd player in your organisation, but how many days it will take exactly i dont know, but i need it to be service in 24hours, is it possible or not.
    Worst Service Center, I to had the same experience, I have tried to contact Mr.Basha Philips - Service Manager - Hyd.He is so busy that he will never pick the call.Maximum time he will be not reachable.Please advice how to proceed.I advise please purchase other brands.I can understand Electronics Goods fails.There should be some response from Company.

    Extremely poor and pathetic after sales service levels by PHILIPS and E-Zone. I have recently bought a Philips DVD player and a home theatre system on the 26th January 2010. I purchased the same from E-Zone Alwarpet, Chennai, India showroom.

    Till date I have requested to EZONE customer care for Philips technicians to contact me due to a problem with the DVD player(MP3 cds/USB files not working at all). My e-zone customer care reference number is Z24692.

    I have also requested PHILIPS customer care center for the same and my registration number there is 263864. My Reference number with PHILIPS is 331138.

    I have tried contacting the above mentioned customer care units more than a dozen times as on date.

    Till date no response have i recd for the same either from PHILIPS or from E-Zone. I am planning to file a suit against PHILIPS on this account as well as E-Zone for such a poor after sales service. I need a positive response for this immediately and i want you to take away this system from my home and replace the same with a new system. Else which you would face serious legal consequences.     Philips — Negligence by Service Center People

    Respected Sir,

    Some time back I repaired Philips Tv with thier companies voucher number 1347. Date was not mentioned in the voucher and they charged Rs 2805 . This service was given by M/S Manipal Electronics , Kanakadas Road, Udupi 576101. Phone:2520880. After the service provided by them, the Tv repeatedly turns off. Now if i enquire them , they argue that this service is not giving by us and it is only an estimation bill not service bill. Even though i requested them again to look into the matter and do the need full action, they have neglected completely for the last one month. Kindly look into the patter

      Hi,

      I have bought the Philips GoGear Vibe 4GB (basically an IPOD 4GB) in last Jun'12. In Feb'13, it was dead and, as per service center, it can't be repaired. So they replaced it happily.

      Now within next 4 months, it is again dead and can't be repaired. Now I am out of warranty period by few days, so they can do anything. I have a minimal usage of this product still it can't last for more than 4 months.

      I never expected this type quality products from Philips.

        Once during light fluctuation my 6 months old 22 inch LED TV stopped working. I lodged a complaint on 17th june 2013 with call no PGZB[protected]. engineer called me on my phone an told that its power supply got fused and part need to be replaced. He didn't even bothered to visit my house and check what is the actual default. from that day onward there has been no response from their side and whenever i call them they say your request is still pending since part is not available in the store and it has been ordered . But i fail to understand how long does it take to get the part from what so ever part of country even courier deliver things maximum by three days.

        Kindly help me to get over this headache and pls take strict action against Philips LED TV division

          I have given my Philips 29 inch TV model No 29P75016/94 to the Philips Service Center (M/S Gee Dee Electronics, Coimbatore) for repair on 05/06/2013. Now almost 21 days over, they didn't return my TV set. Whenever I call the service center, they simply saying we will give u in one week time. I totally annoyed by their service. I didn't watch TV for the last 20 days. Please take immediate action against them and give my TV as soon as possible. Please see below for my name and address.

            The Philipse India service center at Chennai, Adyar (Indira Nagar) were unable to repair my Audio Set and then offered to buy another one with 30% discount. Despise gining them a DD of Rs. 3620/- for a new system (AZ1852) they did not deliver the product. I am waiting for four months for shipment.

                Subject : Complaint of Food Processor, the product of Philips.

                Sir,

                It is to inform you that in December, 2011, I have purchased a food processor of philips company. After purchase, I have faced so many problems with your food processor. If we see the history of online complaints made for repair of this food processor we will be surprised. Sometimes back it was taken by the service center, Vikas Puri, New Delhi for repair, for near about 10 days but after few days the same problem was occurred. Not a single technician could resolve the problem.

                But in the latest complaint made on 7th May, 2013, a technician of the company was come on 8th May, 2013 and resolve the problem of lock. But on the very next day the same problem was again occurred. I once again, as usual, made an online complaint (No.[protected] on 10th May, 2013 with subsequent reminders on 11th , 13th , 14th and 15th May, 2013. On 15th May, 2013, a technician made a call to me that there is a complaint of food processor. He came on that day and tried to resolve the problem. But he left with the words that the lock of the machine is not working properly, he will come on Saturday or Monday i.e. 18th or 20th May, 2013 with a lock and replace it. For the time being the food processor can be used, the machine it will work.

                I was shocked when I saw my e-mail account on 15.05.2013. I received an e-mail on 15.5.2013 made by the company or service center in which they mentioned that the complaint made on 10.05.2013 has been resolved. Whenever company's technician’s words were that he will come on Saturday or Monday i.e. 18th or 20th May, 2013 and resolve the problem with replacement of the lock. It is not understood that without confirmation from the customer about the complaint how the company can send an e-mail that complaint has been resolved whenever it is pending.

                It is humbly requested that the same complaint may kindly be resolved on urgent basis.

                  Hello All,

                  This is Abhishek Pardeshi. I bought a food processor from rom on 27th April. I wanted the delivery on 1st may.
                  They delivered on 3rd May after calling their customer care for 2 times and even visiting their local retail shop.

                  Now talking about demonstration. Croma people promised of demonstration within 48 hours of delivery and still
                  there has been no response. I'm totally dissatisfied and disgusted with pathetic customer service of Croma and
                  Philips. I have bought products of worth 2.25 lakhs from Croma in April and I think I don't deserve such a treatment
                  "Guys please never buy Philips and never buy from Croma a humble request."

                    i purchased a hand blender from philips a few years ago...but due to some technical problem it stopped working...so i gave it to an authorised philips service center :M/s S.K Electronics,G-2, prakash tower, Y.N road, Indore, on 23/02/2013.
                    they assured us to solve the problem by changing the motor and the main cord...bt due to the lack of availablity of parts from philips they asked us a weeks time.
                    now it has been 3 months from then...and still they do not respond to our complaints. i am very much upset by this behaviour....
                    philips being an international company, cannot even provide gud service to the customer.

                    please make a serious note of my complaint and resolve my problem as soon as possible. if not i will have to complaint to the higher authorities.

                      Its first time i connect with pehredar, due some porblem with philips in past days my relation with philips is very good and but in the case of induction Cook top 4907 i got problem Induction cook top plastic body started cracking from both sides which is increasing day by day proving a poor manufacturing quality but philips don't accept problem in under warrenty. Induction puchres date 6/11/2012 and complant rised at 16 march 2013.

                      I request to pehredar put my issue and help me to resolved my problem.

                        Hi - I had problem with my Philips power system and hence gave it to the Philips service station in Banaswadi for repair. they initially mentioned that it was the belt issues and got it replaced, when I took home, it was not working and then when I got it back to them, they mentioned it was motor issue which was again replaced, later when I had the same video display problem, they mentioned that the lens will have to be changed and got it replaced. Its been few months now and I have the same issue and when I took it to check, they are saying that the lens will have to be changed and asking me to pay for it. I'm not sure what to do as the expense I have for the system is not the worth for the system now.

                        Kindly look into this and do the needful.

                          this complaint is against philips co., service care center of agra . its been two months that our appliance(mixer grinder hl7610) is kept with them and even after constant calls they are misleading me and giving lame excuses regarding the damages in it. the co. is not at all serious about the problems consumer is facing.

                            I had a problem with my Philips LED 32" TV...
                            I had called up the costumer care and they had sent a mechanic. Later he had agreed to replace the part within 2 days. But its almost 2 weeks and they still didn't replace. Nowadays they are not even picking our calls. When they picked the call they had a rude and annoying behavior.

                              I have submitted the MP4 (Audio Device) to Philips service centre, as I found some problem with the same. The set was under Guarantee so the service centre employees told me that they will replace the set and provide me the same in eight days.They provide me as per their promise, but when I checked the set, I found the set was dead at the service centre itself.They again told me that they will replace the set and provide me the new one. It is twenty days past and I have not found my set and the person who have to answer me about my product, told me that due to strike the courier get jammed on its way. After the strike ended, service centre employees again told me that the they did not received the set yet. I approached the higher authority; initially they gave me the surety that the product got dispatched from their stock and I will receive my product soon. Few days later, I again enquired about the same to the higher authority but they are ignoring my calls by not attending the call.
                              What should I do? Please help me by taking necessary action towards the company.Below I have given the details of the product.

                                I jasbir singh logged complaint on dt 12 mar 2013 against complaint no PGUR[protected]. Engineer visited and told that next day you get call from delhi someone will come to collect the LCD as some parts needs to be replaced.

                                When I have not received any call after 3 days(15th mar) then I called to the engineer and he told that need not to worry as part can be replaced @ my home and in next 4-5 days as he will receives the part from mumbai.

                                But again I have not received any call.

                                We have spoken to the service center owner rahul([protected]) and his senior manish saini([protected]) and they committed 25th mar and then 29the mar and when again on 29th mar I have received any update I called to manish and he said he receives the damaged part and again he committed a date which is 3 april

                                But history repeats itself again I have received any update and manish is not answering to the call then I called @ customer care it really sucks

                                As it is so hard to get the seniors which are good for nothing

                                Agent subhroto puts my call on hold for 20 mins for transfer and then he disconnected the call and same did my mohan.

                                I called 3rd time again mohan gets call and he said that I am disconnecting call.

                                Spoekn to raj escalation desk, spoken to amit but Today again I get a promise that it will take another 7 days to get the part

                                and today is 11th April no one has visited and again manish told that it will take time.

                                Need your help to get this sorted out, as i am losing my phone calls, my D2H Recharge and mental harassment.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am Saravanan Ponmudi. I bought a 40 inch LED TV on 22.03.2013 in Denmark and brought it to India with an international insurance.
                                    I found it to be a defective product as it was not turning on at all.So I called up the customer care and registered a complaint on 25.03.2013.
                                    A service engineer inspected the TV and said it has a problem in the Scanner PC and went back.
                                    Then I had to follow up with the customer care so many times to understand how I can get this fixed.They have directed me to contact the service centre and I have spoken to them also without proper response(Dharsini electronics).They have aggreed to replace/fix my TV,but they have not come back after that.I have to call customer care everytime and have to follow up with this issue and start explaining from beginning everytime,but it seems no body is following it up thereafter.
                                    Evenafter 10 days of regstering the complaint,no action was done towards fixing the issue.I am really frustrated with the service th Philips can provide in case of fixing a defective product.
                                    It would be great if you could do something about it and help me in getting my TV fixed.

                                    Dear sirs,/19/11

                                    We had purchased television from E Zone - Siliguri- Cosmos Mall on Dated: 19/11/2011 cash memo No. t5/3824
                                    in the name of Indo Bhutan Trading Co,The Philips make television was delivered to us at our residence in Jaigaon Dist. Jalpaiguri. The television on installation was defective in the picture quality . The same was intimidated to Mr. Sharma at E-Zone , Siliguri. A person from Coochbehar came to our residence and inspected the television and on inspection actually found the television defective. He thus on speaking to his seniors informed us that the television would be replaced from their Coochbehar counter in a weeks time. On waiting for ten days and no action we again informed E-Zone Siliguri .Then Mr. Sharma spoke to some Philips person in Kolkata who informed that they would replace this television with another one in another one weeks time. Days have passed weeks have passed and months have gone by....and PHILIPS ,so RENOWNED a company is not taking any action and just giving us false assurances after taking the cash in advance... who is going to bear for the interest of our money as well as the loss of time and harrasment.


                                    THIS COMPLAIN SHOULD REACH TO EVERY OFFICIALS OF EZONE ....

                                      Sir i have bought a philips LED 32" on last december. unfortunately it was dead since previous month. Despite of my complaint in the philips india ltd.on 6th march, there was no good response from the company. still from 12 days my LED is not being repaired.
                                      i have got very desperate response from the company.
                                      yesterday one company boy came to repair the LED but he was having a wrong plate so he was unable to repair it. he even told me that now the work of repairing the LED will get postponed to 1 week.

                                        Hi ,

                                        I brought Blu ray player BDP3200/94 on 3/March/2012. though it was wifi ready so i brought wifi belkin USB wifi adapter. however it was not supported by blu ray.

                                        As mention on BDP3200/94 manual "to use wifi you have to use Philips WUB1110 Wiifi Adapter".i searched all the shoping websites like croma,ezone,flipkart etc etc i am not able to find this product.

                                        i checked it on Philips website also as mention on website click on where to buy i tried all the numbers in Pune Location but nobody have this product.
                                        i have called philips customer care also they advised me to check on their website.I have wasted 900 indian ruppes on Belkin usb adapter

                                        Can you tell me what to do?
                                        To Dear philips if your product(WUB1110) is not for sale in India then why you tring to sell your Bluray Players.I am very much disapointed with this.
