A message of transaction failed then I paid him again but after two days on 5th august I got an email for successful transaction. So basically the amount was paid twice. I got a complain registered with phone pe. At thier app. I got information to wait for 3-5 days. But money was not reversed. Then I filed a complaint in my bank. They rejected...
