3, 000/-Subject: Refund request an amount of 3, 000/- rupees.

We are having a petrol bunk named as Sree Veerabhadra Filling Station and we have been associated with PhonePe for a couple of years and below are our outlet details.

Today (16th Sep 2022) early morning at 04:00 am, One customer came to our outlet for fuel and we have deliver a fuel for the amount of 15, 000/- (Fifteen thousand rupees only) but he paid only 12, 000/- (Twelve thousand rupees only) to PhonePe business QR code in our outlet and his mobile number is ending with ***286. Our Filling boy tried to catch him, but he escaped.

Please find attached documents to confirm his fuel invoice worth of 15, 000/- (Fifteen thousand rupees only) at our outlet and help us to find the customer and get the balance 3, 000/- (Three thousand amount).

    9, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 22th Aug, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs. 9, 000 from my account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part.

        I have made a credit card bill payment from PhonePe of amount ₹7500 on 7th Sept, 2022.. Today is 18th September, 2022 but still now the bill payment status is showing pending & not credited to my credit card nor refunded to my bank account yet .

                        I have been trying to remove the auto-pay from the phonepe.
                        there is a setting where as soon as the wallet amount goes below Rs. 400 it auto debits my bank account for Rs. 1000
                        i want to remove this but every time i try to it says failed.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I had put in a written request to close my wallet and refund the balance on August 11th (ticket #[protected], #[protected]. They responded saying it will take up to three days, I waited 8 days and called them, I wasn't given any information regarding the reason for the delay just that they're working on it and are having technical problems and to wait for three more days. After several days I called again and was rudely told to wait a few more days. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told they would call me in a few hours. I received a call from a supervisor a day later to tell me they're working on it and to wait till sept. 4th. Today its the 9th, no correspondence from them. In the end the last supervisor said it'll take as long as it takes and Ill just have to wait.
                          After numerous attempts to get answers and getting nowhere I'm appealing to you to help.

                            I made the rent payment through PhonePe rental, but the amount has been debited from my End, PhonePe people said refund has been already Intiated, but I cant receive the amount.The team said it will 7 to 9 Working days.But i dont have that much of time to wait.

                                  I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 672.15 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable.
