Hi,

I did the transaction on 22 oct 2022 of 500rs to wrong and fraud account number via Phone PE.
The money was debited from my bank account . Please kindly refund my money.

    On 21/10/2022 at 09:33pm i made a transaction of 80, 000 rs through phonepe using phone number [protected] to another account [protected]. The money was debited from my bank account and i got a sms and gmail verification of money debited but it is not credited to the recipient account. Kindly look in to this matter and make the transaction sucessfull or please provided a refund.

      Refer TXn Id T2209181820342239612354, I made payment of Rs. 1100/- through phonepe wallet and the amount got debited from wallet but not received by merchant, the merchant has verified with bank statement and proved that he has not received the payment, Made repeated interactions with your Support team on several occasions but they stick to standard automated reply. Conversation as below-

      I made double payment for single service as at 1st attempt through valet, merchant did not receive payment. In 2nd attemt paid through UPI which was received by merchant. But the amount from my valet and bank account both were deducted. I was suppose to be refunded the amount paid through valet which is not credited to merchant till date. Attached find screen shots of both payments and bank account statement of merchant.

              My amazon order id #[protected]
              Was cancelled on 26th september
              Its has been 18 days till now and i still did not receive the refund i contacted amazon customer service and they told me that my refund has been initiated on 26th itself
              But i still didnot receive the refund yet nor the rrn number
              I have been contacting amazon since the past 2 weeks for the RRN but still i did not receive and all they are doing is telling me to wait for 3 days please its my request to resolve this issue the amout is not small it is 23999

                I have sent amount of Rs.53000 ON Date:[protected] Time : 05:07PM from, Phone Pe to icici bank account, Branch : radhika, Customer Name: SEFE AUTOMATION SYSTEMS PVT LTD A/c No :[protected] iFSC : ICIC0000244

                But the Amount was not credited to my above Mentioned Customer
                Hence i am requesting you to revert the amount or credit the Amount to customer's account.

                The company named hubpages approached me for online typing job on 22/10/2022, the executive told me that registration amount rs 500/-
                I did the transaction on 22 oct 2022 of 500rs to wrong and fraud account through phone pe UPI id

                  My phonepe account has been blocked for over fifteen days now. I'm unable to process any upi transactions. Their customer care isn't accepting complaints either. It just says error processing your request when I try to submit the requested documents.

                    I am a Phonepe merchant and my settlement is not getting shorted from Phonepe for last one week I have been calling and raising tickets but no resolution every day they tell me it will be done tomorrow, I spoke to other merchant and they are facing the same issue. They are using our money and earning interest on it. I have to pay my vendors and I am not getting money from phone pay for the sales I made please take this seriously and do something, I am sending a complain to RBI also today as this is a common practice from Phonepe it seems.

                        Hi,

                        I am kunal verma. I paid the pay later payment for the September bill and money got deducted. I used phonepe to pay the same and in phonepe it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

                        Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the september bill

                                        We are having a petrol bunk named as Sree Veerabhadra Filling Station and we have been associated with PhonePe for a couple of years and below are our outlet details.

                                        Today (16th Sep 2022) early morning at 04:00 am, One customer came to our outlet for fuel and we have deliver a fuel for the amount of 15, 000/- (Fifteen thousand rupees only) but he paid only 12, 000/- (Twelve thousand rupees only) to PhonePe business QR code in our outlet and his mobile number is ending with ***286. Our Filling boy tried to catch him, but he escaped.

                                        Please find attached documents to confirm his fuel invoice worth of 15, 000/- (Fifteen thousand rupees only) at our outlet and help us to find the customer and get the balance 3, 000/- (Three thousand amount).
