Money do not receive..

sender side process complete but not add money in my account

I have made merchant payment of 610 INR through UPI in phone pe app on 9th September at 7:27 am. The amount hasn't reached the merchant but it's debited from my account. So plz refund the amount....

As I invested money in mutual fund and I want to withdraw my amount and there is error in my kyc and I contact phonepe coustomer service there is no reply and I want to withdraw my amount...

I have been trying to remove the auto-pay from the phonepe.
there is a setting where as soon as the wallet amount goes below Rs. 400 it auto debits my bank account for Rs. 1000
i want to remove this but every time i try to it says failed.
I raised the complaint to customercare but the issue is still not resolved....
