I purchased bajaj allianz car insurance policy from phone pe on 14/06/2022 for 3228 . But the policy is not received yet . I complained about issue to phone pe, but they not replying.

      My account has been locked by phonepe due to security reasons without providing a justification and hence i am unable to use it. Have raised this issue with the company as well.

      Please help resolve this at the earliest.

        Hi!

        My account is debited for a failed transaction. Please find below the relevant details:

        Merchant: PhonePe
        Transaction Date:[protected]
        UTR:[protected]
        Transaction Amount: INR 26
        Transaction ID: T2206161902289786286406

        The above mentioned transaction was shown as failed. ( screen shot is attached)
        At 07:02 pm, I received an SMS stating "INR 26/- amount credited to your bank account against reversal of txn".
        Ref[protected]
        But again the amount was debited from my bank account. SMS 7:21 pm
        Ref[protected]

        Kindly credit back the same amount ASAP.

          Myself pankaj sharma
          On the June 2nd 11:47am i can do a transaction of 1004 rupees threw my phonepe wallet to my friend [protected] shubham sharma who has a phonepe buisness account
          But sir he didn't get the money

          In my phonepe history transaction shows successfull and money also deducted in my wallet

          But he didn't get it

          We both trying and call customer care
          But they have different excuses
          Sir we want our 1004 rupees back

          My friend go to linked bank for inquiry but they said that this is not banks fault

          This is your mistake (phonepe)

          Sir please fix this problem as soon as possible otherwise I go to court

                        On 10th june i transferred amount 3100-/ to someone and its deducted from my account but receiver hasn't received until today.                           Phonepe has blocked my Account without any update even I have not violated any rule, even after blocking my account they have rechargedy phonepe wallet by RS 1000 without my permission, however I have reached Phonepe customer service they are not aware about the issue and they are saying that account is active but while login I am getting error message that tha account is blocked.

                              I have scan the Qr code on light bill by Phone Pe and it showed the exact amount which was shown on light bill which was 780 rupees. So i paid it, but when i checked the status of my light bill it showed not paid and the transaction is on the name of tpslQR. Its like they are making fraud o[censored]s. After scanning also bill is not paid and getting wrong transaction its frustrating. Please help me to resolve this issue and please help me to get my money as refund. Thank you. I am attaching the photo copy of my transaction as a refrence.

                                I was trying to book a ticket from IRCTC App and made the payments through PhonePe. My money has been deducted from my account and payment is showing successful at PhonePe end but IRCTC didn't receive any payment or money on settlement so they didn't booked any tickets for me. Also IRCTC is showing those as failed transactions but I did not received any refund till now. IRCTC clearly mentioned that they did not received any money in my mail

                                  i spoke to customer care but they are telling that i have done unusual payments, but they are not telling which transaction is that

                                  as i remember i didnt done any unusual payments

                                        I credited money on 11 may rs 1000 and on 13 th may 1999 but nowadys money is not credit to my friend account I also inform your customer care but sometime he said it take time period of 3 days than i inform after 3 days they said now compalint will resolve after 5 days but now he said it take 10 days today if my problem is not solved I will lodge a fir and 420 case against your company of misguided or misusing my money I hve all reocrs of money and recording which I talk with your employes today in 24 hours I also viral a video of your phone pe to tell whole world not use your app
