I was trying to book a ticket from IRCTC App and made the payments through PhonePe. My money has been deducted from my account and payment is showing successful at PhonePe end but IRCTC didn't receive any payment or money on settlement so they didn't booked any tickets for me. Also IRCTC is showing those as failed transactions but I did not received any refund till now. IRCTC clearly mentioned that they did not received any money in my mail

    Without reason my account is blocked [protected]

    i spoke to customer care but they are telling that i have done unusual payments, but they are not telling which transaction is that

    as i remember i didnt done any unusual payments

    plz help me to unblock my account as my transaction hostory is in it

          I credited money on 11 may rs 1000 and on 13 th may 1999 but nowadys money is not credit to my friend account I also inform your customer care but sometime he said it take time period of 3 days than i inform after 3 days they said now compalint will resolve after 5 days but now he said it take 10 days today if my problem is not solved I will lodge a fir and 420 case against your company of misguided or misusing my money I hve all reocrs of money and recording which I talk with your employes today in 24 hours I also viral a video of your phone pe to tell whole world not use your app

                      Today I received a call from a person named Rajendra Singh representing himself from Phone pe Juhu Andheri.
                      He told me the same old story of cashback been CREDited but not availed so he will be sending me a notification with the link

                      I had understood that this was a scam and when I started to cross question, he started using bad words and used absurd languages

                      I was really annoyed with the way he used those bad words

                      I want to register this complaint against him and trace his phone number and get hold of him... Such kind of losers are worthless and I request phone pe to take strict action against him as these kind of people are spoiling your company name..

                      If no action would be taken then I would assume that they do work for you and this is the strategy to make money.

                        Phonepe Transaction showing successful, but IRCTC(where payment is done) is showing payment not settled, so it's clear that IRCTC haven't received the money, so kindly refund my money to my account.

                              Account blocked. My phonepe account was suddenly blocked without informing. felt terrible . I am a regular customer of PhonePe. I make a lot of payments from PhonePe and receive a lot of payments daily. But my account got blocked all of a sudden.I need phonepe very much. Please unblock my phonepe account. This was also happen in past in march on 17th. I have already described my business all details. But they did again blocked my account. I have again tell you that i have p2p business. Person to person buy and sell. I received multiple payments daily. Any one can report my payment intentionally. Because of some scammer i can't stop my business? And also you can do that with me. I am old and regular user of PhonePe. I need phonepe very much. Unblock it fast i requested you very much. Please don't do that in future.

                                    फोन पर अकाउंट से 16 मई 2022 को मैंने मेरे मित्र प्रेम कुमार राजोरिया जो कि एक यूपीआई इजर है को राशि भेजी थी मेरे अकाउंट से राशि सेम टाइम में कट गई थी परंतु रिसीवर के बैंक अकाउंट में आज दिन तक बी क्रेडिट नहीं हुआ है मैं इसके लिए कौन से गवर्नेंस को दो बार कंप्लेंट दर्ज करा चुका हूं इसके लिए मुझे अलग-अलग दो बार टिकट नंबर दिया लोड किया गया है और उसे रिजॉल्व भी कर दिया गया है परंतु मेरे मित्र रिसीवर के खाते में अभी तक कि पैसा जमा नहीं हुआ है वह भी अपने बैंक अकाउंट ब्रांच में जाकर संपर्क कर चुका है वहां से सहायता मांगी गई थी परंतु बैंक की तरफ से कोई सहायता नहीं की गई है मैं और मेरा मित्र दोनों ही मानसिक रूप से और आर्थिक रूप से इस यूपीआई ट्रांजैक्शन के कारण बहुत परेशान हो चुके हैं यूपीआई ट्रांजैक्शन नंबर इस प्रकार हैT2205160926388588757852
