    I have booked a ticket for 22 may 2018 from delhi to dehradun.

    I have been trying to the cancel ticket from 19 may. But i have not able to cancel the ticket due to certain problem in phonepe app. I called phonepe and they said to try few options from phonepe app only to cancel ticket but it didn't work and they took my request for cancellation on my behalf and they said i don't have any actions in this. I tried calling 3-4 times and they promised that they will help in cancellation. Surprising thing is they never logged a complaint even after 3-4 times but they kept telling my issue is forwarded to high level for resolution. Almost i spent 2hrs in calls. Please take immediate action. It will not be fair if i loose my money due to only problem in phonepe. Please take immediate action and resolve my problem.

      Hello sir, i’m karthik using mobile app so called phonepe i was uploaded money to mobile wallet as they knew that the amount of money was unable to transfer and withdraw for saving account on 5th of may i. E[protected] raised a request to close my app permanently as they promised within 10 working days amount will credited to my saving account but now the day has came to alive now they are using that u had made a recharge so it will take some extend to close it... I was suffering with them since 14 days.. They intentionally avoiding the issue so please kindly file a case on phonepe from my end...         My phone pe account [protected], a transaction was done on 8 may 2018 for swiggy food order but it was cancelled due to food unavailability, ammount rs 519. But as per cancellation phone pe mailed me that refund will held within 17 may 2018 but now they are mailing me wrong info that they already send the refund. But my bank statement is not showing that refund.

          I have paid the electricity bill of rs. 1533.79 on 03/05/18. Amount debited from my debit card but the transaction is not successful. They have said rs. 1458.79 (After cash back adjustment rs. 75) will be deposited in my account by 12/05/18. But i do not get any refund amount till now. They have said the amount is sent to my account. But i inform repeatedly that i have checked my bank account and no amount is credited till now. At this condition what can i do?

            In my phonepe app - even after completing the kyc, i am unable to do the withdrawal.
            On clicking withdrawal - it asks me to complete my kyc again and when i click continue - it says that "sorry, e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable.

            Pls. Register this complaint against phone-pe - which is a mobile e-wallet application service provider supported by flipkat...

              Very third class wallet can't be trusted a refund of rs 102 from foodpanda has been initiated but they sent massage of only rs 71.74 refund amount that too after a week and that too is not yet credited to my account and no update on status their customer service is non existent as i have raised ticket id for this query 13355665 but no reply from their end no reply of emails too online payments has been a big hassle lately no control of any governing authorities seems to be there.

                I had initiated for recharge my phone on 12th may 18 at 12:05am and yet that recharge is not completed or refunding not done. Yesterday i had called to phonepe customer service they told me by the end of the day it will resolve and yesterday it was not happened and today i again call them they are telling we need 3more days to resolve this issue. They are responding on this issue, please show me some solution regarding this issue as early as possible

                  They replied mail to me it's resolved this mail same I have received many time but there is no any transaction from phone pe money has not received am very irritating please resolve the issue they are all chested to me, if resolve the issue how can show the phone pe wallet amount I will send my screen short and my bank statement.

                    I made a payment on phonepe at mc donals at 2.50pm of rs.407. The amt got deducted frm my bank acc but dint get credited to merchant and it dint not generate a slip of payment. Lattr i paid an extra amt 407rs for that bill. Now who will repay my amount. The transaction is successfully but merchant dint receive the amount.. Please give me a solution to this..

                    I made a transaction on 30th April 2018 but the transaction failed due to some unknown reasons, I was notified that I'ed get the refund within 5 working days but its been 10 days and I haven't got my refund yet
                    Money got deducted from my account but merchant says didn’t receive any amount while phonepe said the transaction has been done.

                        Today i have recharge my jio account via phonepe however my i have not receive the benefit hence i called phonepe they advise me to contact jio..
                        So i have contact jio..
                        Jio advice they have not receive any amount and advice me to contact phonepe hence again i contact phonepe.. Bt still nothing happen they advise to wait 3 days..
                        Even after recharge my account i have to wait 3 days... Why?
                        Who is going to pay for those 3 days without internet??

                          Sir/mam.. I am dr. Samrat. A unknown bank account is added to my phonepe account and also with my original bank account... I don't have any idea why phonepe linked a unknown bank account to my phonepe account!

                          The trouble began when i my friend arkaprava saha sent me rs 1100/- through phonepe to my bank account but the money was not credited to my original bank account but it went to that unknown bank account

                          I didn't even know about this account before.. I only came to know when i was checking why that money not credited to my original account and i was quite shocked after seeing a unknown account linked there...

                          So, please sir help me to refund my money to my original account because i m in need of it...

                          My phonepe name is "samrat das" and my original bank account is [protected]. I marked the unknown account added on my phonepe in the photo that i sent you...

                          Sir/mam, phonepe told me that my friend should contact his bank account but when he contacted they refused to help as this out of their provision to refund money once the amount is deposited .

                          So, Sir/mam, Now I want Phonepe should give me compensation of Rs 1100/- for my loss AS THIS IS TOTALLY THEIR FAULT THAT THEY LINKED A UNKNOWN BANK ACCOUNT TO MY SETTING ABOUT WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA !!

                              मेरा नाम बृज मोहन शर्मा है मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 26 अप्रैल 2018 को जिओ रिचार्ज करने के लिए फ़ोन पे का इस्तेमाल गेट वे के तौर पर किया गया और 344 रूपये का भुगतान किया गया परन्तु तकनीकी कारणों से ट्रांजेक्शन फ़ैल हो गया और मेरे अकाउंट से 344 रूपये बैलेंस भी डेबिट हो गया, फ़ोन पे द्वारा ये कहकर पल्ला झाड़ा जा रहा है कि उन्होंने मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस रिफंड कर दिया है और इसके सम्बन्ध में ARN नम्बर देकर कहा गया है कि अपने बैंक में इस ARN नम्बर के साथ बात करे, परन्तु मेरी बैंक स्टेटे बैंक ऑफ़ इण्डिया द्वारा कहा जा रहा है की मेरे अकाउंट में इस तरह का कोई बैलेंस फ़ोन पे द्वारा क्रेडिट ही नही किया गया है.जबकी वास्तविकता ये है कि अगर मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस क्रेडिट नही हुआ है तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी फ़ोन पे कम्पनी की है वो मुझे नही कह सकते कि में बार बार बैंक के चक्कर लगाऊ अगर उन्होंने वास्तव में पैसा रिफंड किया है और मेरे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट नही हुआ है तो ये जिम्मेदारी फ़ोन पे कम्पनी की बनती है न की मेरी कि मै स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इण्डिया से बात करू.अत: निवेदन है कि उक्त प्रकरण को जल्द से जल्द निपटाने का कष्ट करे और मेरा पैसा मेरे अकाउंट में रिफंड करे |

                                I have made the payment of BEST bill on 30 April 2018 via debit card. Amount debited from my debit card but the transaction is not successful. I have received SMS that transaction Fail and they will refund the amount in 7-9 days.

                                After 8 days i sent them mail about the refund then hay reply below feedback to me

                                Thanks for writing to us – Ticket ID for this query is ########.Our customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.

                                But still no one contact me via phone or email. I have not received REFUND for the same.

                                  I have transferred amount of rs 7000 in my phonepe wallet for purchasing some item. I was unable to purchase and hence tried to transfer the funds from wallet to back in my account. I was shocked to see that phonepe didn't allow to transfer the funds. It asked me to update ekyc and when i tried to update, it says that our server are temporarily out of service. They should have not accepted the money in their wallet at the first instance. I contacted their customer care twice and got different vague solutions. One says, please use this money for shopping and recharges via phonepe. What!!, are you kidding me? 7000 bucks for shopping and recharges. They seriously lack the customer service. Other person gave me option saying you close the wallet and money will be transferred to your account but you willn't be able to use phonepe wallet anytime in future. Wow!! What an amazing customer service guys... Keep it up!! Executive told me that he will share the procedure on my registered mail id and same is still awaited. I am afraid that even if i close my wallet and the money doesn't get transferred, how will i track my amount. I have loose all faith and patience on phonepe. It's so disgusting and shear unprofessionalism. Is there somebody, who is hearing us??

But the refund made by phonepe in my account through neft was not successful and it returned back to phonepe account. This information was provided to me by the bank.                                       I have raised my complaint against cashback not recieve from many days. I have to sent many mail to able to understand that people about my concern but their staff are very illiterate and non experience perosan that's why every time i need to explain my concern. Its too irritating to explain again and again same convern on mail and on call. Finally i dedicded to do nothing because they are not able to solve the issue that's why they mentioned my issue resolved on app without do anything.
                                      If i have a right to do complaint against them then i will definitely go through with. If can possible then someone tell how to sumbit compliant against them or where?

                                        I bought gold on 7th may worth 10000 rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it. I have tried writing to phonepe customer care support but have not heard anything yet.

                                        PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Didn't give the promised 90rs Cashback for jio recharge. Didn't even get a response from these unprofessional people. Stay away from them and stick to myjio paytm or freecharge who have a good record.

                                        I bought gold on 15th Nov worth 5000 rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it. I have tried writing to phonepe customer care support but have not heard anything yet.
