    मेरा नाम बृज मोहन शर्मा है मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 26 अप्रैल 2018 को जिओ रिचार्ज करने के लिए फ़ोन पे का इस्तेमाल गेट वे के तौर पर किया गया और 344 रूपये का भुगतान किया गया परन्तु तकनीकी कारणों से ट्रांजेक्शन फ़ैल हो गया और मेरे अकाउंट से 344 रूपये बैलेंस भी डेबिट हो गया, फ़ोन पे द्वारा ये कहकर पल्ला झाड़ा जा रहा है कि उन्होंने मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस रिफंड कर दिया है और इसके सम्बन्ध में ARN नम्बर देकर कहा गया है कि अपने बैंक में इस ARN नम्बर के साथ बात करे, परन्तु मेरी बैंक स्टेटे बैंक ऑफ़ इण्डिया द्वारा कहा जा रहा है की मेरे अकाउंट में इस तरह का कोई बैलेंस फ़ोन पे द्वारा क्रेडिट ही नही किया गया है.जबकी वास्तविकता ये है कि अगर मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस क्रेडिट नही हुआ है तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी फ़ोन पे कम्पनी की है वो मुझे नही कह सकते कि में बार बार बैंक के चक्कर लगाऊ अगर उन्होंने वास्तव में पैसा रिफंड किया है और मेरे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट नही हुआ है तो ये जिम्मेदारी फ़ोन पे कम्पनी की बनती है न की मेरी कि मै स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इण्डिया से बात करू.अत: निवेदन है कि उक्त प्रकरण को जल्द से जल्द निपटाने का कष्ट करे और मेरा पैसा मेरे अकाउंट में रिफंड करे |

      I have made the payment of BEST bill on 30 April 2018 via debit card. Amount debited from my debit card but the transaction is not successful. I have received SMS that transaction Fail and they will refund the amount in 7-9 days.

      After 8 days i sent them mail about the refund then hay reply below feedback to me

      Thanks for writing to us – Ticket ID for this query is ########.Our customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.

      But still no one contact me via phone or email. I have not received REFUND for the same.

        I have transferred amount of rs 7000 in my phonepe wallet for purchasing some item. I was unable to purchase and hence tried to transfer the funds from wallet to back in my account. I was shocked to see that phonepe didn't allow to transfer the funds. It asked me to update ekyc and when i tried to update, it says that our server are temporarily out of service. They should have not accepted the money in their wallet at the first instance. I contacted their customer care twice and got different vague solutions. One says, please use this money for shopping and recharges via phonepe. What!!, are you kidding me? 7000 bucks for shopping and recharges. They seriously lack the customer service. Other person gave me option saying you close the wallet and money will be transferred to your account but you willn't be able to use phonepe wallet anytime in future. Wow!! What an amazing customer service guys... Keep it up!! Executive told me that he will share the procedure on my registered mail id and same is still awaited. I am afraid that even if i close my wallet and the money doesn't get transferred, how will i track my amount. I have loose all faith and patience on phonepe. It's so disgusting and shear unprofessionalism. Is there somebody, who is hearing us??

          I made a purchase choosing phonepe as a payment mode. But i returned back the product as i do not like it. But the refund made by phonepe in my account through neft was not successful and it returned back to phonepe account. This information was provided to me by the bank. It's been 5 months but the phonepe is not supporting me and not providing me the refund back to me. Everytime they are giving me a new date. Please help me.

            I have raised my complaint against cashback not recieve from many days. I have to sent many mail to able to understand that people about my concern but their staff are very illiterate and non experience perosan that's why every time i need to explain my concern. Its too irritating to explain again and again same convern on mail and on call. Finally i dedicded to do nothing because they are not able to solve the issue that's why they mentioned my issue resolved on app without do anything.
            If i have a right to do complaint against them then i will definitely go through with. If can possible then someone tell how to sumbit compliant against them or where?

              I bought gold on 7th may worth 10000 rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it. I have tried writing to phonepe customer care support but have not heard anything yet.

              After getting reply from PhonePe it was resolved within 3 days
              PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Didn't give the promised 90rs Cashback for jio recharge. Didn't even get a response from these unprofessional people. Stay away from them and stick to myjio paytm or freecharge who have a good record.
              It shows ekyc temporarily unavailable. I want to withdraw my money right now. You people are making joke out of it. Please help. I want to withdraw my money right now. My KYC is already verified.

                I transacted an amount from one bank of mine to another through phone pe. The amount is missing from my both the banks. For the single upi number the transactions have been done, phone pe team just played the blame game and has put it on bank and me to take a follow up. On top of that their customer service agents just abused me and shouted at me. Literally felt like crying that i lost my money also and people are shouting at me for asking a resolution for my query. They forcefully marked my query has been resolved even if the amount is not paid back to me.

                  I had placed an order on 18th April on PhonePe app and since there was some offer going on and I was eligible for a cashback of Rs. 1659.14. I successfully made the payment and I got a message from them saying that my wallet limit was exhausted for the month so the cashback will be credited to my wallet on the first working day of May. Since I did not get any cashback, I raised a complaint to PhonePe customer support, they say that I am not eligible for the offer since I have already availed this offer because of some earlier transaction made on PhonePe (which I have not). I asked them to share the details of the earlier transaction (of which they said I had availed the cashback but they don't even have the details of that earlier transaction.
                  I hope I get some support for the complaint.

                    I have given my aadhar number to complete my kyc, but, when i tried to withdraw my wallet balance to my sb account, it is not responding properly and asking "sorry, kyc is not responding and try later.
                    I have rs.350/- wallet balance in phonepe, due to said reason, i am unable to withdraw the same into my sb account. It causes much inconvenience to me to do transactions.

                      I have transferred 24000 from my account to my hus account through phone pe, but money deducted from my account but not received by my hus. It is asking to wait for 7 days. I need this money immediately, why they are holding my money without anything. They are telling transaction failure then why it need 7 days for refund. And the customer care not responding to the calls after some time they put the call on hold and no response after that.

                        My account has withdrawal amount (Other than non-withdrawal amount) but i am unable to withdraw it. Whenever i'm clicking on withdrawal tab it shows link with aadhar and when i click on link with aadhar option it shows the error "unable to initiate e-kyc" even though i had already linked with it. I had also call to your customer representative they said that it will be rectified within 2-3 days but till now that given time is not ended. Isn't it that company gives option to customers to add money to the wallet which can be withdraw anytime and after adding money by customer the company close the trf or withdrawal tab to retain the money of customers wallet and invest it anywhere where they want... Means company making the false promise to their customers.. I'm sorry but it creates a bad image of the company in my opinion and of others also...

                              Sir i am sending money to another person by using phone pe but Transaction is pending after some time that is goes failed and amount is debited to my account and then iam paying money to that person and after 4 days that failed Transaction is successful and my money is not refunded to my account and when i am contacting phonepe customer care that persons are not giving reply. So please don't use phone pe for all Transactions and waste of time and money in some.                                 Complete waste of time app. Phone pe is cheating people they are accepting money on their wallet account without kyc updation.. But you can't transfer ur money from their wallet reason given is kyc not completed. When u ask them how to complete it, they will tell you government has stopped kyc process till when no idea... Cheating people totally unprofessional... I have deposited 6000 in my wallet as there ws some issue with the netbanking... I thought might get it done faster... But nothing i blocked my money with phone pe

                                      Initially when i called phonepe customer care, they told that it may take 24hrs to reflect the final status.
                                      Now after completion of 24hrs, they are saying confirmation is pending on biller. They are now asking to wait for 2 days more.

                                      Hi Support,

                                      I have done the transaction on 30th Apr 2018 and since then it is in processing state. My electricity can be disconnected any time now due to non payment of the bill.

                                      I have called on PhonePe customer care and below is the information.

                                      call 1 : On 1st May morning 10AM . I was informed that transaction may take max 24Hrs to get updated from biller and i should wait till 2.33PM of 1st May.

                                      call 2 : On 1st May afternoon 3 PM : I was informed that they have raised a ticket with the backend team and should wait for 2 days i.e by 3rd May . Issue will be resolved by then any how.
                                      Ticket no assigned to me : 12563735

                                      So please resolve the issue on urgent basis . Either the payment should get success or it should fail . I should get my money returned to my account .
                                      Who will be responsible if my electricity gets disconnected. I have to pay my electricity bill so clear the transaction status on urgent basis . So that if required i can pay my bill and avoid the disconnection.
                                      It is already 3 Days.

                                      Hi.,

                                      This is srikanth, money is transferred to self accounts from phonepay. money is debited from one my account but it's not credited to self account. since it has been 3 days ago its transferred but there is no response from phonepay

                                        Sir maine jio recharge first wrong no rs 399 deduct rs 399 in account & rs 60 receive cash back, recharge fail return rs 339.
                                        Repeat recharge rs 399, rs 339+60=399 deduct account.
                                        Total deduct from account 399+399=738
                                        Return in bank account and cash back = 339+60=399
                                        Cash back 60 not received
                                        PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My account has blocked tell me how to open blocked account in wallet I have money please refund my money to my account and please solve my problem within 2 days it's my request to phone
