I transacted an amount from one bank of mine to another through phone pe. The amount is missing from my both the banks. For the single upi number the transactions have been done, phone pe team just played the blame game and has put it on bank and me to take a follow up. On top of that their customer service agents just abused me and shouted at me. Literally felt like crying that i lost my money also and people are shouting at me for asking a resolution for my query. They forcefully marked my query has been resolved even if the amount is not paid back to me.

    I had placed an order on 18th April on PhonePe app and since there was some offer going on and I was eligible for a cashback of Rs. 1659.14. I successfully made the payment and I got a message from them saying that my wallet limit was exhausted for the month so the cashback will be credited to my wallet on the first working day of May. Since I did not get any cashback, I raised a complaint to PhonePe customer support, they say that I am not eligible for the offer since I have already availed this offer because of some earlier transaction made on PhonePe (which I have not). I asked them to share the details of the earlier transaction (of which they said I had availed the cashback but they don't even have the details of that earlier transaction.
    I hope I get some support for the complaint.

      I have given my aadhar number to complete my kyc, but, when i tried to withdraw my wallet balance to my sb account, it is not responding properly and asking "sorry, kyc is not responding and try later.
      I have rs.350/- wallet balance in phonepe, due to said reason, i am unable to withdraw the same into my sb account. It causes much inconvenience to me to do transactions.
      Plz, solve the problem.

        I have transferred 24000 from my account to my hus account through phone pe, but money deducted from my account but not received by my hus. It is asking to wait for 7 days. I need this money immediately, why they are holding my money without anything. They are telling transaction failure then why it need 7 days for refund. And the customer care not responding to the calls after some time they put the call on hold and no response after that.

          My account has withdrawal amount (Other than non-withdrawal amount) but i am unable to withdraw it. Whenever i'm clicking on withdrawal tab it shows link with aadhar and when i click on link with aadhar option it shows the error "unable to initiate e-kyc" even though i had already linked with it. I had also call to your customer representative they said that it will be rectified within 2-3 days but till now that given time is not ended. Isn't it that company gives option to customers to add money to the wallet which can be withdraw anytime and after adding money by customer the company close the trf or withdrawal tab to retain the money of customers wallet and invest it anywhere where they want... Means company making the false promise to their customers.. I'm sorry but it creates a bad image of the company in my opinion and of others also...

            My account was debited for rs 2000 2 days before and money was not transferred to the contact i sent it. Now i need the money but it is not being refunded even after 2 days have passed. The help tab in the app is so slow and irresponsible that i am getting the same reply everytime i complain that it will ve refunded before 2 may. Is there anyone who can tell that 2 may is gone dude.               I just want to say someone has referred me this app today and i just did my first prepaid recharge of 50rs and they gave me 25 rs back den again i did my second recharge of 399 on my jio no. They showed me a offer in which they wrote that they will give me 90 rs back but they didn't give me 90rs back... I also complained about this thing in there app but they didn't respond... Please help me this is really injustice

                Sir i am sending money to another person by using phone pe but Transaction is pending after some time that is goes failed and amount is debited to my account and then iam paying money to that person and after 4 days that failed Transaction is successful and my money is not refunded to my account and when i am contacting phonepe customer care that persons are not giving reply. So please don't use phone pe for all Transactions and waste of time and money in some. First i think that phone pe is a good app for money Transfers but later if any problem arise then no reply will be given by phonepe

                  Complete waste of time app. Phone pe is cheating people they are accepting money on their wallet account without kyc updation.. But you can't transfer ur money from their wallet reason given is kyc not completed. When u ask them how to complete it, they will tell you government has stopped kyc process till when no idea... Cheating people totally unprofessional... I have deposited 6000 in my wallet as there ws some issue with the netbanking... I thought might get it done faster... But nothing i blocked my money with phone pe

                        Hi Support,

                        I have done the transaction on 30th Apr 2018 and since then it is in processing state. My electricity can be disconnected any time now due to non payment of the bill.

                        I have called on PhonePe customer care and below is the information.

                        call 1 : On 1st May morning 10AM . I was informed that transaction may take max 24Hrs to get updated from biller and i should wait till 2.33PM of 1st May.

                        call 2 : On 1st May afternoon 3 PM : I was informed that they have raised a ticket with the backend team and should wait for 2 days i.e by 3rd May . Issue will be resolved by then any how.
                        Ticket no assigned to me : 12563735

                        So please resolve the issue on urgent basis . Either the payment should get success or it should fail . I should get my money returned to my account .
                        Who will be responsible if my electricity gets disconnected. I have to pay my electricity bill so clear the transaction status on urgent basis . So that if required i can pay my bill and avoid the disconnection.
                        It is already 3 Days.

                            We have done recharge of Rs 498 through phonepe app on 24 April on [protected] which showed package o[censored]nlimited calling with1.4 gb per day of 90 days validity but the actual recharge done was of International roaming with 1 day validity. We pay for some other plan and they gave us some other plan due to which we lost our Rs 498 . We have called many times with the phone pe people but they are not doing anything. Just because they have written wrong information why we will suffer from this. This is a very big amount for us. We cant offord loss of Rs 498.
                            Please take some action against them and make us refund our rupees or give us recharge with 90 days validity.

                              I recharged rs 448 plan on airtel sim from phonepe but didn't receive benefit.
                              After complaint they suggested to talk with customer care airtel.
                              Airtel customer care told us that there is some problem with 3rd party recharge, get recharge done from retailer.
                              We recharged rs 399 plan from retailer and received benefit.

                              We asked for refund of 448 from phonepe but they said according do their information recharge is done and they cannot refund money ask your airtel distributor.

                              Airtel is saying we don't know anything about phonepe recharge. And there is no plan overlap.

                              After 3-4 calls on both phonepe and airtel result is that both are neither accepting mistake nor providing any solution.

                              Phonepe customer care service is bad.

                                  Sir i added 3000 rupees in my phonepay app on 25 march 2018 by debit card. Phonepay company blocked my account for security
                                  Reason. Then my money added in my phonepay wallet but not withdrawal in my bank account. I try many times then they blocked my account for 48 hours. I call customer they told me wait for 48 hours. I was wait for 48 hours after 48 hours i was try again to make my payment but this transaction agained failed. I call then they gave me a ticket number and tell me wait for 30 march. I wait for that time i try again at that time and traction again failed. I call them and they gave me 2 april next date. I wait and try on 2 april but same story. I call them and they gave me new ticket number and tell wait for 6 april and say our company send you a mail then you can make your traction. But on 6 april my tranction agained failed. Sir i call then again but as like last time they gave me new ticket number and wait for 11 april. Sir but on 11 april same story and now they gave me 13 april. I was wait and again same story transction failed and they gave me new date 18 april and this date same story transction failed they gave, me agained 25 april. Sir i mail them many times and they send me mail that my problem solved but again my problem not solved sir i am in very big problem please help me they gave me last time ticket no. 11624370 please sir help me and contact me.

                                    In my phonepe app - even after completing the kyc, i am unable to do the withdrawal.
                                    On clicking withdrawal - it asks me to complete my kyc again and when i click continue - it says that "sorry, e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable.

                                    Pls. Register this complaint against phone-pe - which is a mobile e-wallet application service provider supported by flipkart.

                                      I have paid my eb bill (Tangedco) using "phonepay" wallet on 16th april 2018, but eb account is not reflected. I have raised ticket on phonepay on 18th april but ticket was resolved on 23rd april stating bill payment was success. This should tell atleast on same day. But i have to wait 5 days to get this solution.
                                      But till now my eb payment has credited.

                                      Payment reference id: phnn[protected]. Please crosscheck and reflect the payment status.

                                      I have 9950 rs in my phonepey wallet..Im not able to withdraw it as it shows e kyc temperorily not working..please solve my problem.My KYC details are already verified...but dont know Why these type of issues arises.Now i am not able to use that money for any purpose.

                                        I have done mini kyc... But ur app not ahowing about e kyc... And there i cant withdrawl my money... I have complain so many time... But no response... From phonepe... Its going to very... Frustration for me... If its not working so i m going to... High level for complain... I m in big trouble... Ita been 30 days... I had complained about this... But no response from ur side... Its like u cheat on me...
