Ticket id: 9038344, informed to customer care center on 10th mar 2018 to unblock the phonepe account at 6pm and informed about the problem he asked me all sensitive information of account and i told and he 'confirmed. And verified'. Executive told to wait for max. 5 working days to reactivate the account. After 2 days i called lady has picked and told yes, we have seen the problem. Now you have to wait for 6 working days. Today (I. E. 17 mar 2018), i spoke to supervisor, she told that your complaint is not escalated but now i am doing that, so wait for 5 working days to resolved.
- supervisor told, it is our executives who has provided the wrong information and not fully documented the issue. So wait for more 5 days.
- i told, why i should wait though problem was created by the employees.
She dropped the ca:ll. She is not listening anymore
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
