I had made purchase on flipkart's big billion day sep 21st 2017 for a dslr camera with order id - od[protected] for an amount of rs 43490/-.
The transaction was done via phonepe wallet for which i got rs 100 cashback. I cancelled the order on the same day as i was in no need of such expensive dslr as i am a beginner. Flipkart says the refund was reversed to my phonepe wallet. I dont have any money in my wallet except rs 100 cashback.

I raised a issue with phonepe with a ticket #2278736. They simply give a reference number which has nothing to do with core banking system and say refund was done to the bank account with which i transacted while placing order. They told me to check with my base branch with that reference id.

When i checked with my bank's base branch, they are saying the reference id has nothing to do with core banking. We cannot track anything with that and asked for a unique transaction reference (Utr) number with which transaction related things can be tracked in core banking system. Also assured money has not come to my bank account.

If i ask phonepe people regarding utr no response from them regarding utr, they are simply quiet and not responding.

    I was buying medicine in apollo pharmacy at ramapuram chennai 600089 on 28th feb and the 1st transaction amount was not billing but the amount debited from my account, the apollo guys was saying the amount will be refunded to my account, so i was repaying the bill and it was succeeding.
    The first transaction amount not credited to my account and i called to phone customer service and approached apollo pharmacy, but i have not received the amount till date.
    PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    On Saturday October 3, 2020, I added a certain amount to be paid to doctor but some duplicate transaction error is coming up and asking me to wait 24 hours, receiving same message since Saturday now 48 hours have passed but they are not able to provide any solution other than asking me to wait for some time but they do not know what do they mean by some time...very pathetic service.

      During mobile prepaid recharge phone pe avail cash back offer and for availing this of they also mentioned terms and condition
      I have done recharge according their terms and conditions with debit card
      But now they are saying according to terms and condition i have to pay with upi only. And they are not giving me cash back i have done 399 rs recharge
      I have also attache one photograph of their terms and conditions of their offer which they refuse and now still this terms and conditions are reflect on their application and they not follow their own terms and conditions i have attache one photo of their terms and conditions and another is their reply on this. Kindly do needful

        I had done trying transaction through phonepe at jabong.com, and all my transactions are getting failed almost again and again. I have wallet balance of rs.641 and when i'm trying to withdraw this balance to my bank account, the transactions are getting failed every time. What can i do, please help sir.

          I top up an amount of 14000 in phonepe wallet for the purpose of buying a mobile phone from flipkart. Phone was worth of 14000 but at the time of payment. Phonepe was showing a limit of 10, 000 available balance for the transaction.
          Further i tried to withdraw my amount into the bank account. The it is saying "for security reasons transaction has failed". I contacted customer care, they are saying wait for 7 days. My e-kyc is done, upi is all set and 3 bank accounts are linked up with phonepe. Still the customer care executive came up with no solution. I need my money back in my bank account.

            You are quested to refund my rs.9999/-. As i have not purchased anything. Cheater must be sent to jail. One fraud has done by purchasing through my bank account by phone caller mob. No.[protected] for rs.9999/- towards purchase from phonepe pvt. Ltd., transaction no.#[protected] on pos ppnepoplcybs on 21.03.2018 at 2.48 pm. Phone casked my that he is speaking from bank abd his name is rahul sharma. He was asking for adhaar no. Debit card no. & otp. He stole my data and purchased phone etc. From m/s phonepe pvt. Who is the cheater person. It may be enquired and send me report and the cheater must be sent to jail. This is humble request.

              In jio recharge we have a offer for rs 90 cashback if we pay by upi.

              Now after entire transaction is done and payment done by icici upi account and expecting cashback. It says entire transaction must be done using phonepe only. App should say that if the payment is done using other upi then offer will not be applied.

                The refund amount has not been provided. Kept on contacting you but none is ready to resolve it. On March 8th, a payment via phonepe has been made to KFC, Kottayam outlet, the payment got cancelled. We were informed that the amount will be credited within 3 days but till now you never provided the refund amount. When we contact you guys, you say you are studying the problem, the issue is being studied. Till now you guys haven't provided a solution. Attached screenshot image for reference.

                  I had done 2 recharges on 14 march 2018 and there was a offer of 50%cashback.I still don't get any cashback and the customer care services are saying that we had given you cashback and your issue has been resolved by us.But i don' get any cashback.They are making customers fool whenever i called them they just put the call on hold.please solve this issue.

                    I recharged my airtel no. On the phonepe app with 199 rs.. Bt i by mistake selected mtnl dealer inplace of airtel.. My balance was deducted from my account bt since there is no such user in mtnl i was supposed to get back the balance.. Bt i got the message as
                    Recharge of rs.199 for mtnl mobile (9599*) via phonepe (Transaction id: nx[protected]) has been successful.
                    It is an airtel number how come it would be successful for mtnl
                    Ps: i didn't get any recharge
                    Plz look into the matter nd return back my balance

                        I have booked a ticket from phonepe. I have also got a booking confirmation message from them. But in the reservation chart my seat is booked by others, not only there was a family with the same problem. I have attached screenshot of the message please check it. No one else should face this problem, make sure this will not repeat in the future. Please give me justice.

                          Ticket id: 9038344, informed to customer care center on 10th mar 2018 to unblock the phonepe account at 6pm and informed about the problem he asked me all sensitive information of account and i told and he 'confirmed. And verified'. Executive told to wait for max. 5 working days to reactivate the account. After 2 days i called lady has picked and told yes, we have seen the problem. Now you have to wait for 6 working days. Today (I. E. 17 mar 2018), i spoke to supervisor, she told that your complaint is not escalated but now i am doing that, so wait for 5 working days to resolved.
                          - supervisor told, it is our executives who has provided the wrong information and not fully documented the issue. So wait for more 5 days.
                          - i told, why i should wait though problem was created by the employees.
                          She dropped the ca:ll. She is not listening anymore

                          Fraud Transaction done on my OBC account number with description on Mobile by Message ECOM Transaction of Rs. 4000/- was made on your account ending with xxx0400 on 13/03/2018 22:09 at PHONEPE PRIVATE LIMITED.
                          So I kindly request you to share the above transaction details for claiming refund of fraud transaction, which was made by unknown person.

                                I have paid my electricity bill on 2nd march amounting to 953 rs out which 948 rs are paid through my credit card and 5 rs from cashback balance. on next day i got message stating that my bill payment is failed due to problem from biller's side and i will get refund within 7 to 9 days.

                                Later on they said they can not pay refund as amount is not got debited from bank. But i have credit card statement reflecting the amount debited.

                                I have also raised the ticket (no. 8615239)for above issue but they closed stating that issue got solved.

                                I am being cheated by them but i will complain in consumer forum against them.

                                Please can you provide me the receipt of my electricity bill paid on 16.03.2018..
                                Or else is there any procedure to take a print of bill payments please assist on this... Bill payment amount everything is take a screenshot and it is attached as below...

                                    I have done a upi transaction no.[protected], phone pe transaction no. P1803081043002229013115 at 08 mar 2018, 10:43 a. M. Transaction amount 8, 000 inr by phone pe app.

                                    Phone pe customer care executive pooja says that transaction was failed & there is not any debit from your bank a/c. She also said that they already confirmed from bank that there is no any debit from your bank a/c & they can't do nothing & forget your money.

                                    Sbi cystomer care executice shatrupa says they can't help me regard this they can't tell the exact status o[censored]pi transaction no.

                                    Note: please find attached screenshot of phone pe & sbi bank statement

                                    Please help me & refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      I tried to book flight ticket in yatra using phonepe on 7th feb'18. But yatra didn't received the amt of rs 4010 which was deducted from my account. I raised this issue with phonepe after getting confirmation from yatra with ticket id 7632660 on 10th feb. But since then customer care people are repeatedly saying that the issue has been with their techinical team which is working on it and i will get the refund soon. Even they asked for 3 deadlines like 16th/27th feb/5th mar which they failed to meet. I don't know if one month time is too less to resolve this type of issue. I have sent more than 10 emails and talked to them several times but could not get a resolution. Infact many times they have misguided me giving false information in emails that my issue has been resolved. I am quite annoyed by such type of irresponsible activities of phonepe

                                        I recharged my phone number 2 times by error with two different plan and tried to ask for help from phonepe to which phonepe replied by sending the reference number and asking to consult my service provider but my service provider - airtel customer care said that the recharges done through phonepe are third party recharge and these recharges can't be reversed so i doesnt find the way to resolve this problem to protect its customer's money in future.
