I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET FROM KANPUR TO ALLAHABAD THROUGH PHONEPE IN REDBUS.
I AM WAITING FOR BUS AT BOARDING POINT FOR ONE AND HALF HOUR FROM 1:30AM TO 3AM AT NOWBASTA CHAURAHA . BUT THE BUS IS NOWHERE I TRIED THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN ON TICKET BUT NO ONE PICKED IT. .     It is being one month that i am chasing for my money 9400rs, i have called to phonepe customer care almost every second day no resolution. Then i raised complain in phonepe app again no resolution. Then i emailed to payment fraud team, after that i have received a call from paymentfraud team that they will refund my money on 29th, now tell me what should i do, if this is not fraud then why i am not getting my money back. I am sick and tired of knocking door of phonepe every second day. So i have decided to launch fir so that they can check thru cyber crime. This is too too much i am fed up now.in this forum also i have raised my concerns once but no reply.

      On 17th august 2017 recharging of jio, three times rs.399 (399*3=1197) debited but recharge not done successfully by phone pe app. Ticket id :2366226 generated by phone pe for solution of problem. No solution given by them. Bank from which amount deducted also advised to contact phone pe. Now i request you to give proper judgement in this matter.

        Its been more than 150 days, refund from flipkart has not been credited to my phone pe account. On 30/8/17 an amount of rs2940 has been refund from flipcart. But that amount did not credited in my phonepe wallet. Even after making so many complaint and various mail they are just covering their timeline by dropping mail stating that issue has been resolved and amount has been credited. Transaction id is od[protected]. I am attaching one screen shot of rs2940.

        I have done a transaction Rs.1188 to PNB bank account, the phonepe claim that the transaction is completed and you should ask ur bank regarding the transaction by using the transaction i'd and utr number, but the PNB claim that there is no such transaction done on that, please verify with phonepe what can i do...

            I recharged with phone pay on 23 jan. At 7.12pm .. my account deducted 398₹ (50₹ discount) and here is nothing information . I called phone pay cc they told me my problem resolved before 1 feb. republic day offer is valid till 26 january. And if they resolve my problem on 1 feb then were is my JIO REPUBLIC offer gone? I also contact jio cc they said me that here is no information about ur recharge Plzz contact PhonePe cc they is responsible 4 this ..I called several time they told same wait 4 feb.. Plzz reply me before 26 january ...

                  I don’t know where to start from, but yes phonepe is a big fraud company and i am one of the victim. Issue is, on 6th jan 2018 i was trying to make the payment of my credit card and the first transaction got failed of 4700rs so i made another transaction of the same amount again it was failed, that very moment i received a message from phonepe that i will get my money within 7 to 9 business days, and today is 13 days i didn’t receive my money. Almost everyday i am calling to customer care people, one of the agent told me that i should be receiving the money on 18jan2018, but no response. Then today i called to customer care, by the name of nilesh (Agent) told me i can’t initiate payment of credit card with my debit card, thats really sounds stupid for me like then how i will make the payment for my credit card and then why you have launched this site of phonepe. Then i told him that transfer the call to your supervisor he kept my phone on hold for 20 mins then i disconnected the phone. I am not getting any resolution for this and every single day i am following up with them. Where is my money gone and when i will get back my money, 9400rs has been deducted from my debit card. Please help me to get my money.

                    I had done a transactions on 9th Jan 2018 in Phonepe App for paying my SBI Credit Card Bill for amount Rs 67143, money get deducted from my Account but transactions failed and till yet I have get return back that amount.
                    I had transfer this amount in Phonepe via Tej App.

                    I cant able to Link my Bank account with Phonepe app as showing error while doing Linking due to Mobile no issues.

                    I contacted your customer care they asked me to wait for 7 working days and you will get refund but till yet no respond.

                      Am unable to transfer my flipkart account wallet [protected] because I lost my number flipcart registerd number .so I called to flipkart customer care they provide necessary information and for wallet amount transfer they told to contact phone pe.                         I have made a payment through phonepe on date of 8jan18 for the booking of makemytrip and the offer was i should get rs-250 cash back within 24hours.

                        I wait 24hours but didn't receive and cash back after that i send mail then and they confirm that you are eligible for the cash back and you should get the cash back by 16jan18 but i didn't get any thing on that time period then i contacted them, now they are telling you are not eligible for the cash back.

                        I think they are making fool to customers. Please help me to get my cash back.

                          The subject company is operating after getting licensed from the reserve bank of india for issuance and operation of a semi closed prepaid payment system.
                          The company offers for cash back of rs 100 on recharge of rs399 on reliance jio. Based on the offer i recharged reliance jio for rs 399 on 2-january 2018.in spite of repeated reminder no cash back is given to me and my complain is not attended seriously. Even when i called over their customer care no [protected], the message is coming all our executives are busy.
                          It is a case of fraud as the subject company is misleading public without having intention to pay cash back.
                          I am enclosing herewith screenshot of their offer for your perusal.
                          I hope you can review issue of licence to such non professional organisation so as to avoid fraud.

                              I have cancelled my tickets on 17th dec 2017 in abhi bus online. Still i did not receive below refund amount.

                              I have book through abhi bus online website as gust login with payment of HDFC Netbanking.

                                I had returned an order in myntra. I received mail from myntra that the amount has been refunded to my registered phonepe account. But i haven’t received it in my phonepe account. I complained the issue to phonepe and they responded that i will receive response within two days. I didn’t get anyway.                                     It is such a disgrace that you guys holds the money and users struggle to utilize money.

                                    I was booking a ticket on make my trip, on the payment page- There was a option to get 250 rs cashback. I thought o[censored]tilizing it. So, I entered my card details and OTP under PhonePe tab. For no reason, instead of successful message of payment, I see the message that I should not be seeing this page and I did not receive my Flight tickets.

                                    It has been 5 days from 07-Jan-18 and I have not received my money back to my account.

                                    The best part is, today I received a message that money is refunded to my wallet of PhonePe by makemytrip.

                                    First thing, I dont have any account in PhonePe. As I explained above, I have entered my card details with OTP. So, expecting money back to the same account.

                                    Just to be double sure, checked makemytrip wallet, no return.

                                    Desirable resolution of complaint: PLEASE RETURN THE MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT ONLY. I HAVE NOOOO INTEREST IN YOUR WALLET AT ALL.

                                        I have recharged my jio no. On 6 the Jan, 2017 at 11.19 pm for that rs.409 has been deducted but benefit for such recharge is not recieved. Customer care replied very badly. Kindly look in to matter and solve my problem. I am not able to use outgoing call and internet service. Jio customer care says we have not recieved any amount from third party where as phone pe claims transaction is successful. If it is successful then why I am not receiving benefit?
