I have done a transaction to move my money of amount 5k from phonepe wallet to my lvb bank account, the phonepe claim that the transaction is completed and you should ask ur bank regarding the transaction by using the transaction i'd and utr number, but the lvb claim that there is no such transaction done on that, please verify with phonepe what can i do...

I did an transaction for prepaid mobile recharge on 7th january 2018 of rs. 459 but it still in processing my recharge is not done till now and my balance is also deducted from my account. Amount is not refunded yet and recharge also not complete.
They assured me my issue will resolve till 9 january 2018 8:00 pm but it's still pending.
I am very unhappy with their services....

I am chasing my online transaction rs.1300/- by phonepe wallet on 18.12.17 but the payment was not credited to my airtel number account and my all services of airtel account was terminated due to non payment recd.

After lots of mail and telephonic discussion with phonepe and airtel there is no result out. Kindly help me into this matter.

I ordered 1000 rs worth food from kfc in kakkanad, kochi, kerala. Money was deducted from my phonepe ac which used state bank of india. But unfortunately this money didn't reached kfc's ac. So i had to pay cash to them.
Money is deducted from my sbi ac, i have statement of it.
I compliant phonepe many times. They made me wait for many weeks.
But now they r saying, they didnot recived that 1000 rs. They asked me to go...

I had a recharge for my sundirect dth on 1st january and the transaction was failed. But the amount 289 rupees was deducted frommy bank account. Eventhough i reported them about the issue with the transaction there is no subsequent help from them. And its about 10 days that this amount is being deducted.

I used phonepeapp to recharge my dishtv account vc no:[protected] phn nmber:-[protected] for 661 rs at 7.24pm approx time today.. My balance has been deducted but recharge has not yet been done.. Its showing sending payment request.. Moreover it was my last day to recharge my dishtv.. Do phonepe takes the responsibility of all this??? I m not regular user of this app..in my opinion paytm is way better thn this.. Atleast they dont harass their...

Further the mental harrassment caused to me from your company side is very painful. There is no proper management of calls where i have to wait for approximately half an hour (Waiting time).

There was an offer for jio digital recharge on 2nd jan.
I recharged my jio no on 4th jan first time through phonepe using upi payment mode. According to offer i was suppose to get 100rs cash back if i was doing it for first time and 30rs cashback if recharged previously.
Mybtransaction no is - nx[protected]
Now it's more than 24hrs, i haven't received any cash back. Even i locked ticket but...

They are responding very lately to the customers. Complaint resloving also very late. Finally its worst company don't use it.
Transaction failed issue. When i transfer the money from one bank to other account. Its giving transaction failed issue for the large amounts. And one more thing even the customer care is not responding properly to the customers...

Dear sir/madam last one day back[protected] i recharged jio number with 499/- rupees on my jio app payment done through phonepe upi and upi number is [protected]@ybl but recharge was not done and money detect from my obc bank and the transaction number is ici27e2eed9a3104b6b9d210377af38fa99 so please kindly return my money to my bank as soon as possible thnanking you....

I had add rs-2211 in my phonepe wallet on 12 oct 2017 and after that i cant use the money, they had blocked my account and when i talk with their helpline no they told that this balance is refund within 11 days but after 3 month the balance was not refunded please do needfull as soon as possible. I loaded 5000+4995 to phone pe for transfer to other account first they showing when enter otp sry transaction incomplete then i reloaded 5000, then it's successful then again i loaded 4995 also it's completed after that i got a message from sbi you account debited 5000.5000.4995 after that complaint to helpline they told me that wait for 9th jan
10days then i called customer care they not accepting calls so plz don't use phonepe...

I have recharge of 448 from phonepe my money is deducted but recharge is not done i have call their customers care many time once they said it will take tym of maxm 4hrs but it beyond my transn id-nx[protected] and then said that my recharge is showing successful but it is not yet and again when i call they it will take soo many days to resolve it even they are are not refunding my money now how can i wait i have to recharge today urgently...

My name is archana sharma. I did my airtel tv recharge of rs200 on 5-nov-2017 at 4:30pm through phonepe wallet, but the recharge was not successful as per airtel tv customer care. The transaction id is - nx[protected]. I did the complain through phonepe app, but till date i have not get my money back into my wallet. Please sort out the problem....

Phonepe refund - partly paid the refund in flipkart

I had bought 3 days cables, which i wanted to return. Flipkart has paid for 2 cables but for 3rd cable, they are saying it has been refunded to your account. I have proof that in my flipkart app - orders list, i-volta cables - out of 3, only 2 cables' money has been refunded.

They haven't collected their data cable yet - as on 29 dec-2017,

Actually i have ordered online one kurthi on some website but they ordered wrong product so i have raised complaint in consumer court department and then one employee called me saying that i am calling from phonepe regarding refund your money back to account so he asked some bank account info like 16 digit debit card number then he generated one pin and initiated 550 rupees amount deduction from my account from him.

As i was paying my electricity bill through phone pay on[protected], then i got sms as transaction is failed but amount of bill 1696 is deducted from my bank account. Since that day i am trying to contact them but even my call didn't got transfer to executive and also my money is not refunded.
Please help in this scenario.
