I have done one purchase on 11.01.2022 and made payment of rs 3870 through phone pe but phonepe transaction failed and amount debited from my account, utr no[protected], transaction id-T2201111440303627679591, on raising ticket in phonepe support team assured that amount will be refunded back in account by 12.01.2022 by evening, again replied them on 12.01.2022 in evening that amount not credited then they told it will credit in night, but till now my account not credited with rs 3870/-, phonepe is giving reply like this only, now what I ha e to do, where I have to lodge complain, kindly refund my amount asap.

    I have made one purchase on 11.01.2022 and paid bill through phonepe of rs3870 but my account debited and txn failed seller account also not credited then I have made payment through debit card.in.phonepe it shows that my refund will be credited soon but till now amount not refunded back to my account.txn utr no[protected].kindly refund my amount ASAP.

        Mene phone pay application se 4150 ka payment transfer kiya tha tho bank ka server dikkta hone ke karan mere account se payment kat gaya or samane vale ke account me nahe gaya or payment faild ho gaya jiska utr number[protected] hai

              I want to file a complaint, on 9th january 2022 i have got my refund from myntra in my upi (Phonepe) and i have also get the transaction id for proof which is P2201091632271400743641, , but this transaction is not reflecting in my bank account and money also not credited in bank account i have also attached the screenshot, sir i want to know what is happening with my money phonepe is doing fraud with customers kindly help.

                    I had registered my vegetable shop in phonepe. A person called me and identified himself as an army personnel.He ordered vegetables for rs 2730. He called me after couple of hours and told me that he wants to get it picked from someone else but would like to make a payment in advance over google pay. I told him that i don't use google pay but can take on phonepe. He sent me a request of rs 2730 on phonepe through upi. I told him that it is asking me to pay rather than him paying the amount. He told me that it will first debit my account and then add double of that amount. I did not agree to it and told him that this is not possible. He said this is how it works and requested me to try it with rs 1 transaction and i agreed to it. Rs 1 got debited from i account and rs 2 got credited. Believing him, i accepted rs 2730 transaction. My account got debited of rs 2730 but rs 2730 didn't get credit. Upon this he said that there is some error in swipe machine from which we are doing. He said he is sorry. So asked me to do again with rs 5460 as code for receiving 5460 so i can get my money back but I didn't do that because of insufficient balance. For which he said that you have to click pay and recieve option code for two times. Then this person told me that he will refund my full money in my debit card though swipe machine and asked told him to transfer the money in my account which he didnt do. This went on for couple of hours and same repeated for 500 rs total 2730+500 got debited.

                    I told this person to send my money in my bank account which he said he cannot do. He keep insisting that its an army camp and only method he can transfer money is through swipe machine into phonepe / paytm etc.

                    later I said my account is having less than 50 rs i cannot transfer then he is said me to transfer the amount from any parents account so that your money will be get credited which i didn't do, Later I called him to send the transaction id or any recipiet no.he says there is no number in that machine and asks me to do the same process.

                    Could you please help me out to get my money back

                      I got my account deleted a while ago, without knowing the proper information on deactivation policy.

                      Now please activate my deleted account, I was not aware of the deactivation policy of phonepe company.

                        Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. The call centre is aware of my blocking So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot

                          On date 28.12.2021 12:18 pm, i have made the transaction of amount 10000 having UTR no.[protected] and Transaction id T2112282218385275681151 . Amount has been debit form sender's account and also receiver got the message on Phone pay that amount has been credit to receiver account. But when check the actual bank statement, amount has not been credited to bank account. We have call to customer care for same, they have replied that amount will credited to account after 2 Jan 2022. Please find attachment for transaction details.

                            On November 17 morning 9:47AM, i send money to my mom's account with the help of phone pe but some one add his account details with my mom's mobile number but she didn't have account in that bank, i don't know how the phone pe add unregistered mobile number with someone's account, so please help me with this problem

                                        On December 18th I had sent money to vibcare pharma account through my UPI account, ([protected]@ybl)amounts 1260 &8814 against invoice .after some days the company person told me that the amount is not credited in vibcare account, then I made a complaint in my bank, (Punjab national bank )they told me it’s credited in vibcare account, but vibcare pharma is denaying. Bank told me to contact phone pe support.I made complaints on phone pe too .

                                        I’m always making payment through my UPI account (paytm) for one year to this company.I am associated with them as a franchise owner.

                                        For three weeks I did follow up with company, the vibcare management told me it’s not credited in their account linked with [protected] ICICI bank account I made payment on November 18.
