I have booked Train ticket from IRCTC on 22nd May and payment is done using my PhonePe account, I cancelled ticket on same day. I checked refund details of this ticket from IRCTC account then it shows refund is processed on 23rd May but it's not reflected in my PhonePe account. It's been more than a week, I called Phonepe customer care support regarding this, they told they will resolve this issue soon but no progress so far.

      I have been browsing at that time the phonepe msg been displayed tat u earned reward from phonepe due to network issues, I foolishly clicked to that msg the amount was deducted @ 2 times in my account so I request ur kindself to refund my deducted amount of ₹3562 it's my humble request plz give attention to the solution of my money.

          On my PhonePe app 555₹ diducted from my bank account in mid night 0130am as I checked my phone in morning so I raised a complaint ticket then a so called executive called me for my account security he asked some details and last he asked balance amount to safe and block
          And what happened that you can't imagine all the balance is diducted
          Both PhonePe and Bank are not answering
          I logged a ligal complaint but police also not halping
          And all these happen without OTP and money deducted
          PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            Sir please heartly requested to you please help me sir i have my small shop and i working very hardely to make money for my family but such a fraud and cheaters are more in world but i can believe the justice and you as a respected for us my money is deducted to phone pe account cheated me on these numbers = [protected], [protected] and this person is msg me for my complain refund my money to thru phone pe msg then i send msg code my money is deducted 15, 596 rupes thru phone pe fraud sir please i request you to any help please resolve it and u can take action for it seriously sir please...🙏
            the phone pe frouders to cheat me they call me this numer [protected] when i complaint my deducted bill amount to refund but they send me msg and another amount is deducted for this number [protected]@ybl this is fraud to me talk as castomer care when i complaint then he was call me and msg me to hpone pe sir please help my money refund 15596 rupes sir u know how much time and hard working to these amount save to us for our family please..

                  I have made a transction on 13th march 2021 on 3.35pm of Rs.5000 to Modicare company. It shows successful transaction but the merchant didn't receive the payment. I raised the complaint 3/4 times. I called customer support also but my issue is not solved. If the merchant didn't get the payment, money is not credited back to omy sbi account.

                            I'm a recent graduate, now seeking job.. I've applied on both online and offline for bank jobs.. on 7th May, I received a text from [protected] this number, and I have an telephonic interview for Axis Bank Job and I have to pay 45rs for applying. The same evening I received a call from [protected] this number, and a man fakely asked me few questions just as interview.. on 8th May around 12 clock, a lady spoke to me from this number [protected] that I got selected in the interview, and claimed to pay 1350 over phonepe.. after I paid, she said inorder to send joining letter I should pay 5500 and that's the final payment, this time, I doubted and didn't make payment.. when I tried approaching the 3people, they simply ignored my calls and didn't respond to my texts.. kindly help.. Please reverse my payment of 1395 to [protected]

                                I Applied for Fastag through PhonePe App on 25th April 2021 for Axis Bank.

                                Of which 3000/- was successfully debited from my Axis Account as per PhonePe payment history.

                                In Axis Bank Mini Statement it shows fund transfer to Yes Bank. What is this negligence?

                                Because of this I have to suffer loss. I submitted my grievance through your website but Poor, Pathetic response.

                                      I am SUNIL RAJPUT, by mistake I have selected a wrong bank (state bank of india) during transaction on phone pe of 80, 000/- rs instead of (idfc bank) so the amount has been deducted from my account but did not reach the required person, kindly please help me with further procedure to get back my money .
