I Applied for Fastag through PhonePe App on 25th April 2021 for Axis Bank.

Of which 3000/- was successfully debited from my Axis Account as per PhonePe payment history.

In Axis Bank Mini Statement it shows fund transfer to Yes Bank. What is this negligence?

Because of this I have to suffer loss. I submitted my grievance through your website but Poor, Pathetic response.

I have made a transction on 13th march 2021 on 3.35pm of Rs.5000 to Modicare company. It shows successful transaction but the merchant didn't receive the payment. I raised the complaint 3/4 times. I called customer support also but my issue is not solved. If the merchant didn't get the payment, money is not credited back to omy sbi account.
Please solve my issue immediately

The same amount was not refunded me from your side till date . So please the same amount will be refund me as early as possible.
Give me reason for the delay of this prosses (mistake done by phnepe).

One of person cheated me through phone pay by sending qr code and I scanned the QR and amount got deducted from my account.
Qr code is enclosed in the attachment.

Request you to please take action against enclosed qr account number and also request you to refund the same amount back to my account on priority.
