Myself swaminathan from nagpur added 5000 to phone pe wallet and iam unable to use my wallet for purchase medicine, grocery and other materials from shop on query phonepe app say executive will talk in 24hours i was outstation i had very bad experience. For using ask for kyc and kyc service is non operative means phonepe using public money and enjoying interest.

Unable to withdraw from wallet. KYC not available. Money deducted from account, not from phonepe wallet. Need bar code print out. Send local representative.
