Actually my Money(i.e 5000) got stucked last week in phone pe wallet can you please say how can we add that phone pe money to my bank account. Can I know the procedure for the above mentioned problem. This problem I am facing for the first time I thought of sending the amount using KYC but I am getting as 'sorry the services are unavailable' but please verify my problem and let me know as early as possible

    On 5th june i have tranfer 20000 to J & K bank a/c holder whose name is vinod kumar branch - jandrah A/c no.[protected] ifc - JAKA0JINDHR. the money was sent via Phone pe app whose ticket no is 58381780 and transaction id - P1906060328096402399427. Money has been deducted from my bank a/c which was in SBI but not received by vinod kumar till date.. and i have complain it in Phonepe app as well as in SBI bank but no one is giving proper response regarding this . today is 21st june its been more than 15 days but still my money is not refunded so i request you kindly go through in this matter on urgent basis and resolve it.

      sorry, kyc asked . kyc does not proceed. in any case i need money back 300
      i need back money pl pl. If credit ti wallet are allowed why not debit. my money stuck up in phone pe software . noone will reconcile. i need back money. all at ministry level should knoe the faulty softwares in playstores. publiv is blindly looted.

I want to recharge that amount this number[protected].. unfortunately it was done I was ask to Videocon customer care executive thay gives to solution to place compalint so I am raising in this complaints Registration form.Please kindly request to refund amount my Phone pay account number I e [protected]...

          I have Odered a phone, tampered glass and a phone case total worth 18898₹ and I did the payment through phonepe to flipkart . After payment I have to get the confirmation code and I didn't recieve any confirmation code but my money was debited . Today I got message from ekart to recieve my Oder so I went to take my Oder he was asking the confirmation code so through him I called the ekart executive they told me that they didn't recieve money from phonepe . I have contacted to phonepe costomer care and they were telling to wait for 5 days to check through flipkart . It's not a small amount to wait without any confirmation message that my money is safe or not and there is no clear clarification about the money

          I paid 909 rs on 8th april and debit from my bank account but not paid to my bill and also not refund to my bank account yet. My bill Id is [protected]. My payment failed two times. So please i request you to refund my money to my bank account as soon as possible.

            I have tranferred Rs.16000 on 31.05.2019 via Phone pe tranaction ID P1905312121403035934902 to Pramod Kumar Gorai account holder at Canara Bank Liluah branch.
            Till date Pramod Kumar Gorai have not yet received Rs.16000/- transferred by me on 31.05.2019.
            The amount was deducted from my account on the same day but yet he had not received Rs.16000
            Please confirm why he has not yet received as money been deducted from my account.
            Since its too long I have not received any communication from your end regarding payment failure of amount credited to my account
            I am unable to understand why I am facing this from your end as I am regular user of Phone pe and dont expect this to happen.
            Please look into the matter and credit the amount to Pramod Kumar Garoi's account or refund my money back to my account since its been 20days

            I have done the transaction using UPI today through phonepe application amount 750 Rs. amount got deducted and transaction is success full. But receiver has not received the money. I have called the phonepe customer care and updated this issue. They are asking me to wait for 2days.
            Update "Coupon" spelling.
            Amount is deducted from my account, other a/c can't receive...

              I can't able to use my cashback in my Recharges, etc. And I transfer daily bank account to account maximum money but no any cashback then i have cashback and show in my cashback rewad but don't show in my phonepay wallet...please solve this matter?

                One of my friend sent me 3200rs on 20 june 2019 at 9:22 AM. But unfortunately it couldn't be credited in my account. I called up your customer care " he said to me please wait for 24 hrs." I needed it urgently for certain cause.
                Please prioritize it & try to sort it out as early as possible.

                  I had done a transfer to photographer on May 2, 2019 of Rs. 5000.00 using the scan code of phone pe. The transaction was Pending on the same day and got successful on the next day i.e May 3, 2019.

                  The amount was debited from my account but not received at the photographers end. I complained it to phone pe and they provided the details of transaction and asked to contact my bank with a charge dispute.

                  I did the charge dispute and complained HDFC. They did a research and took almost 10 days and informed me that the amount has been approved by Yes bank and the recipient doesn't have YES bank account only.

                  How can this happen. Is phone pe scan incorrect or I did something wrong.

                  I checked with the photographer and he said that the phone pe is linked to my Bank of India account only and no other bank.

                    My Registered Mobile number is : [protected].
                    I have done a transaction on 15th June 2019.
                    After I inquire about the delay of the transaction then they have given me 3 days to wait.
                    now after talking two of their representatives kamlesh and arpit (may be the wrong name) whatever they have given i have to wait more 5 days for the status of this transaction.
                    This is not the way of doing a business, if i have done a transaction through any bank app through any transfer more than this could have not taken this much time.

                      I am phone pe user phone no [protected]. Phone pe has been running a scam n fooling people with fake offers where no money /scratch card gets credited. I received an offer where in if i scan n pay at any shops i will receive scratch card, mentioning any merchant (not explaining merchants registered with phone pe). even after making transaction i was told that merchant is just a user of phone pe!!How will i know that if shop owner is merchant or user? There is no exclusion mentioned about users not considered merchants in T&C clearly??Also, phone pe gives scratch card from 0-1000 INR, how come 0 INR is scratch card? Another scam or fake promo by phone pe. To my horror when i asked phone pe to delete my account, they refused to do it. Nor they were able to provide any Nodal officer details, other than support email!! Phone pe claims they are right to keep user personal details even i[censored]ser wants to delete/uninstall phone pe!! I have not only been cheated but also harassed by Phone Pe. My personal info such as phone no, transactions, bank account no, UPI id, etc is stored in phone pe app. I dont see the need to hold this info, i[censored]ser doesnt wish to be associated with Phone Pe.I like to phone pe to delete all my personal info along with compensation for cheating & harassing me!!

                        Respected sir/madam

                        Phonepe is advertising on it's offer segment in app and at various internet sites that they are giving RS 75 cashback and a scratch card o[censored]pto rs 100 on a recharge of minimum 149 Rs. for jio customer on their first recharge of June month with Phonepe app.

                        I confirmed the same by calling their customer care no before recharge.

                        I recharged two times from two different phonepe...

                          On 5th June 2019, there was a failed transaction of Rs1385 and the phonepay app said to wait for 3 working days to get refund.
                          Today is 18th June 2019 and I've still not got any refund till now.
                          They always give a new date when I contact phonepay support.
                          It has been a long time and It is a matter of money and I want my refund right now

                          Otherwise I will start telling my story on social media and let other people decide whether they should use phonepay or not.
                          Everytime I try to contact customer support, they tell me to wait for another 3 days.
                          Is it a joke.
                          I am in need of some money and I am listening that you wilk get your money after 3 days
                          I want some serious action right now or else I will let people decide whatever is correct way of doing the things.

                            I bought a shoe from an Instagram account named shoestocker, he requested money through phonepe, this account is active from 2018 so i believed and sent 1100, after some time i changed my mind i ordeeed another one replacing it, it cost me 350 more, so totally i paid 1450 through phonepe. Now this instagram account is deleted. Only this transaction history is the evidence against that fraud, please help me

                              On 17th February an amount of Rs. 1, 900.- was deducted from my PhonePe Wallet. This transaction was NOT done by me. I have been constantly asking PhonePe to refund the un-authorized withdrawal BUT PhonePe is not refunding the money. all transactions on PhonePe are always done by sending OTP to the registered mobile number but no OTP was sent to me for this withdrawal from my wallet that clearly shows that some one inside the PhonePe system must have taken my money.

                                I paid Rs 830/- from phonepee app. Money is credited from my account and transcation is cancelled and amount is not refunded yet in my account. I called phonepee customer care they told me to complain in sbi then i called sbi customer care they told me phonepee is thirdparty app so they cant do anything. From both side bank and phonepee i am not getting any response.

                                  I can't withdraw my money from phonepe wallet which I filled from my bank account. As they say that I haven't done kyc. But I have done kyc by giving details about my pan card earlier. I have already complained to their helpline but they are not taking action. Phonepe is not responding about return back about my money. It's a humble request to take quick action as I need it right now.

                                    I did transaction (by using Bhim upi)to zerodha on 12 June 2019 of 5000 rupees, but money deducted from my IDBI account, and transaction did not occurred. After contacting bank transfer, they said there was no such a transaction occurred on that day, then where is my money gone? Please phone pe have to search my money and they should credit my money to my account.

                                      Transferred Rs 5000 to my wallet and unable to withdraw even after submitting kyc. It says full kyc is not yet enabled on phonepe. When called the customer care, they are also not sure when it will be enabled. My money is stuck and I am unable to use it since more than 2 months. These are really a hindrance to the digital transformation. Please do the needful at the earliest.
