I bought 1.9427g of gold, 24 hours ago. But i can't sell it. It says, the transaction is declined due to security reasons and try after 72 hours. What should i do? I already complained in their customer care, but no response. I need to sell the gold as fast as possible. Please find a solution. Phonepe is becoming true liability, i should stop using this annoying app after this. Do something immediately phonepe.

Amount debited in my account but not credited in beneficiary account by using phonepe application. The warning message shown as in app was amount not debited in your account.

    Booked ticket on irctc using phonepe amount debited inr 725.0 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic.

    Upi ref no:[protected]] on irctc via phonepe.
    PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am recharge done but wrong no recharge please refund money.i am so very disappointed for this recharge .so kindly request refund recharge money wallet or account .
    I have sent 45000 rs from my hdfc to bandhan account using phonepe. But the amount has been deducted but money is not credited to the reciever account. I have talked with the reciever bank bug they said they cannot help nor the se der (hdfc). It is showing pending...how can I get my money back as I am in urgent need...plz help

    One customer care executive called and mentioned that he will resolve the issue with Phone pe and debited whole amount for all cards linked to phone pe.

      In my jio app doing recharge for my own account in payment modes i had done by using payment by upi then money has debited from my bank account to indiaideas but recharge has not confirmed when i contacted to my jio app they said we didn't get any confirmation and when i contacted to bank they said amount has been successfully debited and in phonepe the transaction is done successfully to indiaideas but recharge not done my money has gone plzzz look in to this regard thanking you

      Not able to make transactions more than rs 1000 in a day. Says security issues. Please resolve. I tried a lot of times but still the transaction was not processed. I am using upi for the first time. Please help

        phonepe has stolen your money

        We are an ngo and we sell products made by adivasis. All proceeds of sales go towards making their lives better. We just had an exhibition where we were accepting payments from phonepe, paytm and google pay. We have received all amounts into our bank account except the transactions on phonepe even though it showed "transaction completed/successful" on the customer's phone.
        After checking all bank statements and tallying everything...

        My merchant outlet held by the name of queens corner had received a payment of rs 700/- for the amount being credited to my conected bank account on 29/06/2019 at 17:48 pm, while the costumer left the premises, but got debited at 17:50 by the bank through an sms received to my connected mobile. Please do make arrangement to refund the said at your earliest and oblige.

          1 month ago i made a payment to my mess of amount 5133 that time transaction was successful but now i came to know that the merchant didn't received the payment i raised a ticket phonepe says contact your bank but ultimately responsible is phonepe itself the transaction id is p1905291240534648696731
          So what should i do the banks say contact phonepe and phonepe says contact your bank

            Phone pay online transaction was pending initially and amount debited from sender . After 2 days transaction was successful but amount not received to receiver's bank. Complaint placed in sender bank but there is no any role on sender bank its only related to phone pay. Phonepay please do something. I want my money back as soon as possible. Please do needful

            This app doesn’t take permission of auto payments it goes directly to auto pay if you don’t say anything please see to this matter it is very risky bcoz if I don’t want to pay it directly pay the bill

                Amount debited but not credited to cescom, mysore and payment still pending waiting duration specified 24hrs also has been completed still no reply from phonepe team and no resolution given wheter refund or transaction successful no information clearlyt displaying. It is still displaying payment request sending when it will do payment when do i get resolution. These kind of events makes us not to use payments such as phonepe application because of risk of loss of amount.

                      I ordered a google play coupon from phonpe.The transaction was successful but did not receive the redeem code. I contacted phonepe but all they ever say is " Your transaction is successful. Please wait 24 hrs". I waited 24 hours and still did not receive my code. i tried to contact them again but they are not responding back. If they are not able to give the code, they should atleast show the courtesy to refund the amount . But they did not.

                          I had used phonepe to pay for flipkart. The transaction was successful and i received message from bank that amount has been debited. But flipkart didn't receive the money.. So i had to pay again.. When i tried contacting phonepe they were very irresponsible and answered that i have to contact flipkart. Whenever i raised the complaint this was the answer given to me. For the past one month this has been the status.. Kindly help in sorting this out.

                            Am phone pe user phone no [protected]. Phone pe has been running a scam n fooling people with fake offers where no money /scratch card gets credited. I received an offer where in if i scan n pay at any shops i will receive scratch card, mentioning any merchant (Not explaining merchants registered with phone pe). Even after making transaction i was told that merchant is just a user of phone pe!! How will i know that if shop owner is merchant or user? There is no exclusion mentioned about users not considered merchants in t&c clearly?? To my horror when i asked phone pe to delete my account, they refused to do it. Nor they were able to provide any nodal officer details, other than support email!! Phone pe claims they are right to keep user personal details even i[censored]ser wants to delete/uninstall phone pe!! I have not only been cheated but also harassed by phone pe. My personal info such as phone no, transactions, bank account no, upi id, etc is stored in phone pe app. I dont see the need to hold this info, i[censored]ser doesnt wish to be associated with phone pe. I like to phone pe to delete all my personal info along with compensation for cheating & harassing me!! Transaction id :p1906181738322489156079 merachant : bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd.. The transaction i made was to a merchant and its named "bharat pe". Terms and conditions states offer valid for any merchant!! So why exclude this one? T&c doesn't say selected merchants/shops? Legally i am entitled to choose who has access to my personal info, i have not agreed to any t&c that states phone pe will keep my personal info and not delete!! This is breach of contract!! If phone cannot delete my personal info, i need 10, 000 as compensation, as they have violated t&c and kept in dark!! I

                              I asit baran shee of village bakhrahat like to inform that i tried to recharge my mobile phone number [protected] on 21. 6. 19 through phonepe for rs.399 using my atm card number [protected] unfortunately the transaction failed.

                              still now fund not returned by phonepe to my account. but phonepe intimated that they have returned the money to me. please arrange to refund the money.

                                I'm using phonepe app on [protected] number for fund transfer. One of my transaction is in pending state. They are giving day by day next date of refund or transfer. So please take action on it. So many people are facing this issue. If this is happening then how could we do the fund transfer on this app this not trust worthy then. And i'm expecting this should not happen again so please make sure it'll get resolved as soon as possible. I'm contacting them every day but they are giving next date always.

                                I book a train ticket with phone pe as on 03.06.2019 amounting Rs.5980 but due to some reason I have to cancel the same as on 13.06.2019.
                                Phone pe showing it refund the same on my debit card amounting Rs.5850 against transaction ID- P1906142013296462582142
                                As on 17.06.2019
                                Today is 20.06.2019 still the amount is not credited to my bank account.

                                  On 17th june 2018 booked ticket, by red bus app in the phone pe.
                                  Rs 1267.50 was deducted, transaction successful but showed booking failed from red bus.
                                  Booked, another ticket. Rs 1317.50 was deducted, once again, transaction was successful and booking failed.

                                  Twice, amount was deducted,
                                  Phonepe showed message transaction successful.
                                  Redbus messages booking failed.

                                  Phonepe mentions:
                                  Problem resolved.
                                  So far, money is not credited.

                                  Kindly, help me in getting the deducted amount.

                                  ASKED FOR CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE .

                                  TWO DAYS LATER, CALL FROM PHONEPE cust care.

                                  Explained, and they asked me to wait till July 3rd.

                                  RECEIVED, : 1st time deducted amount on 29th June and 2nd time deducted amount today, July 2nd.

                                    I ordered clothes from myntra.com paid via phonepe app. The amount is 1394 and it was deducted on 23rd june, 2019. The amount is deducted successfully from my account but has not been transferred to myntra.com i humbly request this company to refund my money asap. I had to gift my daughter her favorite dress on her birthday but thanks to this fraud she won't be getting one.

                                      After installing the phonepe, i was unable to do the kyc updations and while trying that, accidentally deleted the wallet.

                                      Till now, i am not able to reactivate and the customer support is also telling they are helpless.

                                      If we delete the wallet and even the customer support is not able to reactivate that, why are you providing that option to delete the wallet then?

                                      Regarding the Phonepe wallet activation, after registering a complaint here the wallet has been restored but it is showing that
                                      "TOP-UP AND WITHDRAWAL ARE NOT SUPPORTED AS YOU HAVE CLOSED YOUR WALLET".
