Phone pe is doing fraud with there customers
Phone pe is making fool of the customers
There is no words value they did false commitments

I sold my gold worth 4675 inr on 8th of august 2019 that suppose to be settle in next 48 hours according to to the rbi

Firsly they said wait for 48 hour...
Then they said wait for next 48 hours
Then they said wait for 13 august
And now its 14th august
They did false commitments
And also they are doing fraudulent works

Now i have all the proof and recording as well as

I have done wrong recharge plan of 251 on my number [protected] so please refund my money or give other recharge plan to recharge of 149

    Khushbu this side from New Delhi. my Ticket I'D is 66476110. on 10th Aug'19 I was Payment for my electricity bill Rs.980. today 4 days spend and payment is Still showing in Pending. i also call to Customer Care they said till 13th Aug it will resolve and dropped mail to Phonepe Support also but Still no Revert from PhonePe Team.

    Kindly do the Needful. and do my payment successful or give me refund.

      I made a payment with transaction id:p1908091844087219357655
      Money deducted from my bank account but not credited to beneficiary account yet. I made the payment using phonepe upi. I also opened a ticket with id:#66089500. Please help me solve the issue as soon as possible. I trust you. Please help me regarding this issue. I made a transaction of 4050 rupees through phonepe upi service from my sbi bank account. I don't the beneficiaries bank account details.

        Dear phonepe, [protected] this account is operating by fraudsters. These are fishing innocent male persons. First they ask 1000 rs for showing the women pictures. This account person sends innocent tv artists pictures. Then, he collects 3000 above. After payment, they don't respond to the sender. So please save innocent people from these dinosaur fraudsters.           On 10/8/2019, i had purchased an rs.1000 uber gift card (Transaction id: n1908101937516127526274) from phonepe store, which gave out gift card number as [protected] with validity till 09/08/2019. When i tried to redeem it on uber application it clearly declined stating "gift code is invalid". I tried raising an ticket with phonepe support but it isn't responding. I tried to find the online number to call them but no avail. My 1000rs is lost hence.

            I have many transactions on phonepe and each time the cashback is within range of 5-20 rs max cashback.
            3 times i have paid a bill of 2500+ and each the cash back was 5 rs only.
            Recently i have paid my last bill and the cashback was 7 rs only.
            When i asked about the logs of transaction more than 10000 rs receiving 1000 cashback they refused it to show.
            The system of cashback generation here is a fraud and making publicly fraud to people paying in order to receive cashback.
            They are just marketing in the name of cashback upto 1000 where in their logs on one had reached that amount.
            Want a strict action to be made against them by government of india so that they don't do fraud to other people.

                  I made payment for the electricity bill of jaipur vidyut vitaran nigam ltd.
                  1882 got deducted from my citibank account but i neither transaction was successful nor i got my money back. And it is still showing the status as "sending payment request".

                  I hope phonepe will do something to not break the trust of many customers like me.
                  If you need transaction reference id, i can share that too.

                          I did a transaction at 1-august-2019 it's show still pending neither my money credit back to my account nether send toward reciver. You give me the time of 72 hours it's almost twise of it but still there is no any procedure happen untill now. Your customer care also never sport they just say our respective team work for it

When i called phonepe customer care they told me amount is refunded by phonepe, contact your bank. When i called my bank they told me i can't do anything related to third party, you contact phonepe.                                 I have made my credit card payment of rs. 18355 on 2nd august 2019. The money got deducted from my account and status is showing as pending. I am trying to contact phonepe customer support from the day of transaction. They are simply giving the date saying it will be solved and when the date comes again they are asking for 3 days time. Trying to contact customer support number it's not getting connected. Please try to get my money refund to my account. Or sort the issue as early as possible by paying money to biller account. Kindly help me sir my whole salary made credit card payment for getting the limit. Now credit card payment not done. I have not got limit as well as penalty gets started. Please take this matter as serious and refund me today.

                                  I have made online payment transfer to SBI account no.[protected] on 1st August 2019, but the receiver bank show pending transactions same will be cleared in 3 working days, but nothing happened so far now. Ticket reference number is 64780044. Today afternoon I received a message from phonepe that Rs. 8900 has been credited back to my account XXXXXX8462 for the failed transaction on PhonePe with UTR number[protected]. But I really sorry to say that the amount is not credited to my account till now.
                                  Please do the needful to get back my money transferred on 1st August 2019 of RS.8900/- to my account immediately.

                                        I Swapnika Dash had made an transfer of an amount Rs. 2, 200/- through phonepe on 01/08/2019 towards my EMI payment but till today i.e 05/08/2019 the receiver havent received the money nor the money have been credited back to my account. 5 days had passed but no satisfying & assured reply was received from your end. Its a customer harassing apps. Being a regular user of this apps today I'm suffering. I need my money back. It was being intimated to return my money within 72hrs i.e on 04/08/2019 but till today no reply was given from ur end. I'm trying ur cutomer helpline & mailing you repeatedly but no reply is found from your end.

                                        Your customer care doesn't receive calls nor help us in giving a feed back. Knocking you though mails & calls but no reply is being found from your end. Already 5days had passed but no initiative was being taken from your end. Being a regular user I trusted this apps and transferred my money but till today no solution is given from your end. But my money of Rs. 2, 200/- was being deducted from my account. From your end my money should have been credited to my account within 72 hours but after passing 96 hours no money is being refunded to my account. Immediately transfer my money. No more patience to wait for.Please resolve my problem & credit my money to my account.
