On 02 th jul i sent rs. 500 from phonepe to my friend, and soon i got a text msg frm my bank for money debited. But the amount was not recieved in d other end.. As i contacted cc i was asked to wait for 48 hrs.. But still the issue is not resolved.. When i again contacted cc they are asking me to wait again until july 4th.. When i asked them to refund back simply.. They r not ready fr that also.. What's wrong woth ur app..? I not going to use ur app anymore.. And i wont suggest it to anyone.
I'd like to get a refund. Now help me.I need my money back in 24 hours. In 24 hours I need my money in my account ..๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    Hi, I made transaction on July 2nd 09:04PM using phonepe app to pay my amazon pay emi whose lender is capital float. Transaction was successfull but got declined from amazon's end. When I asked phonepe guys they said receiver successfully received but amazon said they don't. Phonepe and amazon both said to wait 5-7 working days to get it refunded back to my bank account. Is it true ? Shall I wait for 5-7 days ? Shall I raise chargeback using UTR number ? Please help me guys. I have attached screenshot as well

      I have done transaction of 1100 on 30th june 2019 12.31 pm, but still amount is not credited to receiver end nor credited back to sender account. Phonepe is holding my amount for past 4 days. Worst experience from phonepe. Holding money and

        I had payed my electricity bill of tata power mumbai via phonepe of rs 1477 on 3 july at 9:53 am and the amount was deducted from my account but bill was not paid. They said to that the issue will resolve after 24 hours but it is not resolved and they are not giving me proper reply.

        Phonepe didnt initiated about the refund till now.

          I have done a transaction of rs1000 on phonepe via the upi on 30, june 2019. The transaction failed but the money from my bank account has been debited. I have generated ticket (Complaint) against the transaction with the phonepe customer care. After few days, they replied that they have got the confirmation from bank that no such debit has been done. However, the amount has actually been debited from my bank account. I have cross-checked the utr no also.

          PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I paid my postpaid bill on 22nd June. But after that I didn't received any bill or proof of payment from PhonePe. I contacted them several times but they kept telling me that i will receive the bill very soon. And today is 3rd of July. I tried everything I could. Still I haven't got any receipt from them. Please help me in this case.

            I was contacting a travels agency but by then a call came that we are a travel agency and your book is not confirmed and asked to pay like 10Rs from phonepe ..as i did they withdrawed 10000 money from the bank as phonepe was linked to the account...calling again the phone number was then switched off ...please help us ...we are a middle class people.

But today[protected]. I lost 3 days to today that recharge was incomplete otherwise amount was not refunded..

                Amount not received to my mobile connected contact bank account.
                We received an sms from my bank for the said credit of rs 700/- on saturday 29/06/2019 at 05:48 pm towards deposit to my bank account.
                Later we received another sms of rs 700/- debited at 05:50 pm as withdrawn from my account.
                After calling several times to the concerned phonepe costumer care, we were told that the said transaction was not visible on our monitor screen.
                PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  Complaint details

                  I recharged my metro card[protected] through the phonepe app on 02.02.2019 like i always do and it displayed the message โ€œsuccessfulโ€ (Ref transaction id - s1907021450549830478720). However, the recharged amount (Rs. 100) is not reflected on the above mentioned metro card. I checked with delhi metro support who confirmed that the amount has not been received at dmrcโ€™s end.

                  I contacted your customer support via the (I) ticket helpdesk and (Ii) phone support, however got no proper answers other than standard response that โ€œthe transaction is successfulโ€.

                  Iโ€™m quite sick and tired of this unhelpful attitude of your support.

                  The facts are that money was deducted from my bank account and (I) either credited into phonepay and not passed on dmrc or (Ii) lost in processing between phonepe and dmrc (For which phonepe is liable being the processor)
                  PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  I’M QUITE SICK AND TIRED OF THIS UNHELPFUL ATTITUDE OF YOUR SUPPORT.

                        Hello sir,
                        I have transferred an amount of rs. 8600 through phonepe on 20th june. It displayed that the transaction was successfulful, but receiver didn't receive the money. I have contacted the customer service of phonepe, and they said that it is the duty of sbi. Then i called sbi customer service to resolve the issue. They said that the sbi just permits for transaction, and it is not our responsibility. I couldn't get my money back. Transaction id and reference number are in the images so please help me.
                        Kindly solve my issue.

Every time I raise a complaint in app they simply close it without any proper resolution. As they committed, the payment will be processed by maximum time of 72 hrs but after 72 hrs the only thing I've seen is transaction is successful in phonepe. But amount is not yet credited. Today one of there executive called me stating that money has been processed and check with receiver. Intimated him to call back after 1hr, but as expected no call from them and ticket was closed.. Funny right... Nothing is happening but ticket is being closed.

                                Same kind of issue is happening with my friend as he transferred 10k amount to himself but the above case repeats... Really these guys are playing with customer's. I've never seen this kind of service that too in money matter.

                                Be careful before using this application they don't have right resolution with them and they will simply close tickets if you register any complaint in their app

                                  I & my friend have issue with phonepe, on 29th june - 2019 i have done 10k transfer to self and my friend had sent 10 k my account on phone pe, both are stuck. As per policy we waited till today 02 - july - 2019. I'm the application it is showing success now but money not credited we raised many tickets they are closing with out seeking any info from the user and cc support is worst. The solution they had given is to follow up with bank. So they are responsible for the transactions done on phonepe so think before using this application.

                                    I am Arpan Kumar Saha. I really want to drag your attention towards one transaction of mine which I did on PhonePe App on dated 29th june 11.47am from SBI bank account (Natagarh, Sodepur branch) to DBS bank account worth Rs. 1000/- with
                                    Transaction Id-P1906291147316145544947 and UTR[protected].
                                    My PhonePe no mobile number is [protected].

                                    This amount debiited to my SBI account instantly but that money did not credited to my DBS bank account with the statement showing โ€œTransaction Successfulโ€.

                                    I have also register a complaint near PhonePe team with Ticket id-#60064727. They request me to consult with both the branch then I also visited both the branches but it becomes zero outcome.

                                    It is long 4 days and still I doubt from where I will get my Money back.

                                    So kindly help me out of this trouble, Also you can see see my attached file.

                                      I have made a payment of rs 2509 electric bill. The bill was pending. And 2nd time i tried to pay between 10 mins span of time. Then the first bill payment was successful and the second one also. (Rs. 2509 ร—2 = 5018) was deducted from my account. At the same time double bill amount was deducted from my account. And i am helpless.. Please help me to get refund the rs. 2509.
