I have done a booking on 4th June for reserving hotel on 10th June. My rs was deducted on 4th june and I got booking ID. After few days i found that though my rs was deducted and got booking ID, My booking is not confirm. I raised a ticket on phonepe. they told me that we have escalated with merchant and you get room booking and ticket response before 10th. I waited for their response but didn't receive it. After that on 11th when I asked about status they have initiated refund and closed ticket without informing.

Today they told me that there is some internal issues with their merchant(goibibo).

My entire trip was spoiled because of that. and faced lots of inconvenience with my 2year child.

      I'm Prakash who stays in Mysore. My friend Yashodha K P sent me 13000rs in two transaction. Firstly 10000rs and then 3000 today morning at 9am through phonepe .But after 9hrs later also I didn't receive any money.But it's showing that the money transaction is successfully completed. The amount is sent from syndicate bank account to SBI bank account through phonepe today. Please fund the money to my phone account. Phone number [protected]

        I'm Prakash staying in Mysore.My friend sent me 13000 rupees at 9:00am today .she sent money through 2 transaction, first rs10000 and 3000. But I didn't receive both the transaction. It's showing that both the transaction is successful in my friend's account, but I didn't receive any amount .It's urgent please contact me and give me a solution. Send the money within a hour .I have to pay money before 6:00 today to the lender please find the money within hour.

          One person with phone number [protected] has done two phone pe transfer with the help of ATM card ending 9303. One transaction was for Rs. 19999 and another transaction was for Rs.9999. Please help reverse these transactions since these were not initiated by Dhanalakshmi R who is the owner of the card ending 9303.
          The transaction was done by theft of messages and information from Dhanalakshmi in a fraudulant way and FIR is being registered with the local POLICE and CYBERCRIME CONTROL.

            I(Priyanka Manish Sharma) have transferred rs.15500/- from my State Bank Of India account no.[protected]to account no.[protected] (Manish Sharma) on 10/06/2019 through Phone Pe.The amount was deducted from my account but it is not credited to other account.

            I have approached the Bank but they say that PhoePe is responsible for this transaction issue.

            Request you to kindly arrange to reverse the amount immediately.

              Phine pe deducted money from my account but transaction failed due to not responding from phone pe. I have planned an urgent travel for my family but failed to book tickets. I have faced same experience 2

                Sir,
                I had done a upi transaction of rs 100 on 5th June 2019 from my mobile number [protected] to my friend phonepe [protected]. Upi transaction was successful but money is still not credited in receiver account. Phonepe customer care is saying to contact receiver bank and receiver bank is saying to contact sender bank and sender bank is saying to contact phonepe customer service. I am feeling helpless.                   Maine phonepe app k dwaara mobile no. [protected] se 12th april 2019 ko 12 teachers ko spot checking k paise transfer kiye they. Kintu mere account se phonepe ki taraf se amount deduct kr liya gaya or kewal 3 teachers ko amount transfer kiya gaya. Maine phonepe app ki ticket id: #51722485 pr complaint kee ki mera jo amount transfer nhi kiya gaya hai wh mere bank account main refund kiya jaiye, magar yeah kaarya abhi tk phonepe dwaara nahin kiya gaya hai. Is baare main 1st june 2019 ko maine company ko phir se remind karaya ki jo transactions (Payments) nhi kiye gaye hain wh sabhi amounts mere bank amount main refund kiye jaayein nhi to main rbi mn complaint kr rahaa hoon! Mgr is k baad bhi company ki taraf se koe attention pay nhi kiya gaya hai! Saath hi phonepe ne ke nirdesh pr ratings bhi mainen ki thin.

                    Phone pe is a big cheater, I have seen lots of complaints here same as my complaint that txn showing successful but not credited to receiver's bank account. I have transferred Rs. 99 (thank god not more than Rs. 99 ) from phone pe to my PNB account on 5th June 2019. Txn no

                      I have ordered my food from phone pe I didn't get delivered
                      Order time 9.14 pm
                      Delivery time at 10.20 pm
                      As my order didn't get delivered I contact supported thrice and they always give me a number which was continuously busy and it rings once no one answered.
                      Then I reach support who was not taking any responsibility for these and refuse to answer my queries.

                      I want to bring to your notice firstly I tried reaching support with my different number but support executive refuses to answer even to check the ticket which I have raised using the app on thou he has taken all the details my name registered mobile number and still didn't get an answer. The response was to call back again with the registered number.

                      Then I tried with my registered number ask him to answer me one word will my ordered get delivered or not he doesn't have an answer for that. And ask me to keep calling the number every hour. But when I told him about the time and dinner availability around my area he refuses to help.

                      The solution provided was to keep calling that number or wait for the food to be delivered and time was around 11:00 PM.

                      Now I am struggling to get back my amount what I have paid note:- I don't need cashback what I have received as I don't have more faith on this app and what type of support I got.
                      I don't know some random guy calls me every day and talked with me in some random language, not the one I chose.

                      I am really frustrated with the support guys how they are responding.

                        I have done 2 Transactions from my Axis Bank Account to my PNB Account via phonepe app on 04-June-2019, the first transaction amount was 330/- (Transaction ID : P1906042251575442029492) at 10:52 PM and the second transaction amount was 2, 724/- (Transaction ID: P1906042257045161690891) at 10:57 PM. Both transactions display successful but money can't credited to my account. I also created ticket.
                        Till Today (07-June-2019, 12:02 PM), I not receive any amount in my bank account or not refund and kind of amount.
                        I also attached the screen shots of my transactions and tickets generated with PhonePe.

                            My friends send me two amounts from different phonePe app, the transaction is showing successful in both our phonePe apps but amount is not credited to my bank account and they all are blaming each other, I have contacted to phonepe customer support but they are telling me that my bank has confirmed that the two amounts were credited to my account but upon checking my updated account statement I still show no transaction. I have contacted to bank and they are telling me that they can't do a thing as they did not receive any amount from anybody.

                                I did a transaction of Rs. 400 yesterday and the transaction was successful but the money was not credited in receiver's account. When i raised a complaint regarding this phonepe support said to contact receiver's account customer care but when i contacted them they said to contact the issuer customer care number as they have not received any amount regarding this transaction, when i contacted my bank customer care they told that they dont have any information regarding this transaction as i did the transaction through third party application. What should i do now, what is the solution to this problem?

                                  Sir, From 2nd June I made a payment from Phone pe for Tata power bill payment of Rs 2615/- and it is not credited to the biller and not back to me. I have several times called phone customer care but every day taking 1 day time and not resolving the same Ticket ID 57175853 raised by Phone pe for resolving the issue but 4 days passed not resolved the issue at all.                                     From Morning I have received two calls from the support executive and they are answering the same thing. This is to inform to everyone who will see this post. Once the money has been paid a complete amount and you receive a cash back and due to some reason ordered has been canceled you will not get the full amount in your wallet. You will amount deduction of cashback amount (ex 100 paid in full cash and receive 50 as cashback then you will get 50 on your wallet.)

                                    This means you are again bound to use this money using this pathetic app, means in future if the again same thing happens you will get the same amount no you are in the wallet, there are chances you will get stuck in an infinite loop to use this app.

                                      Providing information about two numbers doing frauds in terms of money as its a new facility to people and a lot of people have never used the app or new to the app.hence they are making fool out of people by guiding them wrong how to use app.unaducated people may be suffering especially there is a column of message which makes people confused and looted by these fraudulent people.i would like to request you to make it more people friendly so that we should not befooled by these culprits.
