I have paid through phone pe yesterday night at 11:56 p. M. Though the transaction showed successful along with the utr id, the balance got deducted from the bank account which is linked to the phone pe wallet but the receiver didn't got any money also i have checked his bank statements, phone pe is continuously saying to contact the receiver's bank but the bank is denying as they don't have any details, the money was for the receivers relatives...

On 04-jun-2019 i sent 3800 inr from my hdfc accoount to pnb account but money debited and not rceived in pnb account.

Today[protected] at the time of 11 am. We get a phone call from [protected]. The person who is talking with me is saying that the account of malkit kaur is has been blocked by some issues. So we give him otp of that linked number. And suddenly they say that we give him atm card number of 12 digits and adharcard number. By mistake we give him all details. Then they debit rs.50000 from my account by seven transactions of rs 5000, rs15000, rs9,...

There's a fraudulent transaction took place from phone number [protected] for an amount of 7000 rs today using phonepe account. I did call up phonepe customer care requesting to identify the number and help refund the amount, however, i didn't get any resolution on this issue. I am lodging this complaint so that others don't go through similar fraudulent transaction with [protected] and how can this number be traced as well....

I transact the amount on 30/05/2019 through phone pe by sbi savings account. I pay the amount to anglo eastern maritime academy my transaction reference number is qct[protected], transaction time - 11:08 am. Amount has been deducted from my account but the next message shown that transaction failed. Amount also not revert to me. Please check the details....

Since there is no kyc facility yet, i'm unable to withdraw my money from phonepe wallet. Why did you not notify at the beginning itself that we cannot use the wallet to do normal transactions??! Hi, On 04/04/19 I paid credit card bill through PhonePe, three days earlier to due date. On 04/12/19 transaction failed and PhonePe refunded the amount. By that time Bank charged me against late payment. Because of PhonePe my bill payment was delayed. PhonePe agreed to refund the late payment charges on 04/26/19. But, refund amount not yet received...

I have done airtel dth payment through this app on 22/05/19 but airtel didn't receive amount and app it is showing payment done. I have given complaint in app but in some time it is showing complaint solved how can it solve.
I have send mail also but no use
I would not recommend any body to use this app
