I shopping on Myntra using phonepe as payment gateway.two times transaction was failed both the time money was deducted.when i called phonepe customer they said contect with bank.bank clearly said they can't do anything bcz o[censored]r third party application.i call them money time every time they said complaint against bank. Plz refund my money as soon as possible.

    I Swapnika Dash had made an transfer of an amount Rs. 2, 200/- through phonepe on 01/08/2019 towards my EMI payment but till today i.e 05/08/2019 the receiver havent received the money nor the money have been credited back to my account. 5 days had passed but no satisfying & assured reply was received from your end. Its a customer harassing apps. Being a regular user of this apps today I'm suffering. I need my money back. It was being intimated to return my money within 72hrs i.e on 04/08/2019 but till today no reply was given from ur end. I'm trying ur cutomer helpline & mailing you repeatedly but no reply is found from your end.

    I had already been given a Ticket id:- #65331960 & 65388855 and transaction issue no is :- P1908011535087785587072.

    My phonepe linked mobile no is :- [protected]... I need my money Rs. 2, 200/- ASAP.
    Your customer care doesn't receive calls nor help us in giving a feed back. Knocking you though mails & calls but no reply is being found from your end. Already 5days had passed but no initiative was being taken from your end. Being a regular user I trusted this apps and transferred my money but till today no solution is given from your end. But my money of Rs. 2, 200/- was being deducted from my account. From your end my money should have been credited to my account within 72 hours but after passing 96 hours no money is being refunded to my account. Immediately transfer my money. No more patience to wait for.Please resolve my problem & credit my money to my account.
    At 12:48 PM, I got a text from your end that my money Rs. 2, 200/- has been credited to my account with UTR number[protected] but I havent yet credited the amount in my account.
    he UTR no[protected] given from your side through msg to me is fake and no money of Rs. 2, 200/- has been credited to my account. Why making fun of customer emotions & money. Immediately return my money as soon as possible.

    No money of Rs. 2, 200/- is being credited to my account bearing UTR no[protected]. Fake msg forwarded from your end of money refund. Why dont your customer care executives talk to me directly. I had seen my account details of bank and no money is yet being credited from your end.

    Immediately transfer my money.

      Hello there,
      I made a money transfer of ₹12000 to a contact in my phonepe on 31st july. Then transaction is under process and my money debuted from account. Still the beneficiary not received the payment yet.
      I raised a ticket against this to phonepe and they promised me to resolve issue within 72 hours i. E, 3/07/2019. But still my transaction is on hold and no one is responding to take action. Again they suggested to wait up to 11th august. This is not at all fair. Money not returned to my account while not credited to the beneficiary account. Please take a severe action on this. Please let me know if any details need from my end.

        Now i visible through Phone pe application transaction is successful but receiver not received as same amount. so, please see my screen shot attachment. Do solve it needful.

          Sunday night i have transferred 6000 and 500 to other account(same account) but in status its showing your transaction is pending with the receiver bank. So i have raised 2 tickets in phonepe Id:#65341645 and other one is Id: #65341697. Now it is been 3 days and I have not received any status regarding my transaction to receiver's account.I need this as urgent as soon as possible. So could you please check into this issue?

          31st July 2019 I did the transaction of Rs. 49400. I sent the money to Receiver . My amount was debited . It's showing pending wait for 3 days / 72 hours to refund it. Its almost 73 hours / 3 days over. But still i didn't received my money yet

            Money deducted but not transferred to payee account

            I have done 10, 000/- rs online transaction using phonepe app. On 1 aug my account debited for 10, 000/- rs and kept with sbi not credited to payee. Phone pe site not responding. Called phonepe app help customer service. After some hours they told me to wait for 3 days before credit can happen and as per message it will give credit on 4th aug, which is sunday. I have tried to contact again on phonepe app but till now they have not responded. Now at 9:20 again i called on customer care number, they told me to wait till 11aug. I need this money urgently. Phone pe is a harassment company. Electronic tfr takes less than 5 minutes. Phone pe if you use will take 10-11days to one week. I shall not use phone pe again and advice all friends to discontinue.

              Sir i did transaction through phonepe three days back my money is neither credited nor debited. For resolving problem they are asking more time they asked me three days and again after three days they are asking seven days i want my money. Sir i did transaction on 1/08/2019 1000 but my money is debited but not credited in receipents account. I have given complaints to phone pe but they are asking more time i need medicine to buy but they are not understanding my issue sir please solve my problems. Phone peace customer care phostphoning my issue by given time frame completed. I didn't have any belief on phonepe they are cheaters. Hackers. Personally targeting thank you

                I was trying to pay rs 40 using phonepe
                App in a shop. The money got debited from my account but the transaction was showing pending for a long time. Because the shopkeeper did not recieve the money he started arguing with me for rs 40. I had to pay using paytm which instantly went through.
                I hav attached screenshot below

                So i need refund of my rs 40 that got debited from my account and is in pending for long time.

                Or i will complain govt authorities regarding the same so just refund my money.

                  I on 2 august, i transferred rs 4500 to my
                  Hdfc creditt card via phone pay. But the amount did nit reach the recipient but amount was debited. When i complained at tge the support group, it says it takes 24hours but already 50 hours crossed. No reply.
                  Phone pay dies nit maintain any scientific grievance mechanism. I don't know hiw tgese third party apps are running in india. They have to be stopped from running by rbi.
                  I need my amount.

                    Transaction of rs 6000 was fine on 31st of july 2019. The transaction was not completed. It is showing as transaction pending. The transaction is pending for 3 days. It was assured that the money will be credited back within 3 days. Still no response recieved from phonepe team. This delay in transaction had caused us many problems. Need urgent action.

                      My transaction of rs 5800 was done on august 1st using phonepe and the status of the transaction is still pending and the amount has been debited from my icici account and has not been credited to the receiver's sbi account.
                      The transactions done after this have failed and money transfer could not been made to any recipients.
                      Please do the needful asap.

                      Tried calling customer service but no response even after waiting for 5 minutes on the call. Phonepe customer service is bad and they do not even attempt to receive the calls.

                          I was trying to transfer money to my friends account in phone pay it was taking longer time than usual and afterward it shown as transaction lensing and i got a msg from bank that money was deducted. It didn't reached the receiver account i tried to contact phone pe helpline but they are not responding properly

                            From my phone pe account an amount of 360 has been debitee on 01/08/2019 and it is not credited to anyof the accounts. After i have checked my phone pe balance it is understood that amount of 360 is deducted from my balance and no amount is credited to my account that. I request u to refund my amount back to my account. No money is credited to any of the recievers that i have paid the money. Please be kind.

                              On 1st August 2019, I did one transaction of Rs.95/- from PhonePe App, and money got debited from my account showing transaction as successful but did not get credited to receiver's account. Neither said amount refunded to my account nor credited to receiver's account. I lodged a complaint with PhonePe customer care under Reference No: P1908011858489187079147, but they are saying that they have escalated the issue and will give me an update with in 72 hours. I'm very much annoyed with PhonePe's poor customer care service!

                                  To whom ever it concerns ( phone pay),
                                  As I transferred rs7500 from my phone pay account to my friends account ..and I received the message that it was successfully completed and my balance 75000 was sent in phone pay... But my friend dint receive the cash in his account
                                  .morning I paid 7500 around 10:57am 01/08/2019..and also contacted customer care of phone pay they informed me some technical issue will short out in 10to15minuts... And now time is 6:35pm still not paid to my friends account or refunded me..

                                      Today 31/07/2019) i got a call from [protected]. That person told me that he is calling from phone pe and that i have received a cashback of inr. 1999.00. He sent me a link from [protected]@hdfcbank and i followed his instruction to get the cashback. After theat rs. 1999.00 deducted from my account. Kindly help me to get my money back and stop that fraud.
