On 15th july 2019 at 3.08 pm i transferred rs.10000 from my icici bank account to my friends iob bank account by using upi id through phonepe. But amount got debited from my account and not credited to my friends account (Name:aravindhan)
It has been 8days now but i didn't got my money back.
I am attaching the proof document below. Kindly do needful

    On 16th july 2019 i have made a recharge to my airtel number for rupees 48 from phonepe app and its successful and the amount was debited from my account. But i didnt got recharge money from airtel i called airtel customer care and they told me to contact phonepe.

    I contacted phonepe about this issue and they said they will refund my money within 5-7 working days but till now i havent got my money.

    There is zero response from the customer care too.

    Phonepe issue ticket number: #62455197
    PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    The transaction no. N1906291409068415677042 was failed and i have charged for that but the refund is not granted and it's alsmost been a month now.

      I bought gold on 20 july worth 13k rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it. I have tried writing to phonepe customer care support but have not heard anything yet.
      I am trying to reach customer service from morning, they are not even picking calls. Worst support they are providing. This happend many times. I hope phone pe resloves my issue asap. Or else i have to take action

        I am facing a lot of trouble and I have called phone pe several times still my problem is not getting resolved and I am not getting any positive response from your end.Please help me else I will be bound to take any legal action against you because Phone Pe is really a big name and receiving this kind of response is not expected.

          I have ordered my medicine through medlife after confirmed the medicine is available they told me to make payment so i made through phonepe of rs 3275/- but after few minutes the second msg received to me that your payment was rejected & the same will credited by phonepe within working 7 days but till date i have not received the money due to poor financial condition i have not order my medicine to another co so i may request you to the needful on top priority basis

            M phone pe user phone no *****. Phone pe has been running a scam n fooling people with fake offers where no money /scratch card gets credited. I received an offer where in if i scan n pay at any shops i will receive scratch card, mentioning any merchant (not explaining merchants registered with phone pe). even after making transaction i was told that merchant is just a user of phone pe!!There is no exclusion mentioned about users not considered merchants in T&C clearly?? To my horror when i asked phone pe to delete my account, they refused to do it. Nor they were able to provide any Nodal officer details, other than support email!! Phone pe claims they are right to keep user personal details even i[censored]ser wants to delete/uninstall phone pe!! I have not only been cheated but also harassed by Phone Pe. My personal info such as phone no, transactions, bank account no, UPI id, etc is stored in phone pe app. I dont see the need to hold this info, i[censored]ser doesnt wish to be associated with Phone Pe.I like to phone pe to delete all my personal info along with compensation for cheating & harassing me!! Transaction id :P1906181738322489156079 Merachant : BharatPe[protected]@yesbankltd..The transaction i made was to a merchant and its named "Bharat Pe " . terms and conditions states offer valid for any merchant!! T&C doesn't say selected merchants/shops!! "Cashback is only applicable on paying to PhonePe merchant QR code and not Bharatpe QR code. " This is not mentioned in T&C !!

              Someone call from [protected] number and made a deal to buy our 2nd hand ac. He told us that he will send 2000/- rs as token money and we have to receive the transaction. It was so quick that he asked us to receive it instead it was pay and we click on pay and made a transaction of 2000/- rs.

                I am debasis senapati. I was ordering madicine through medlife on 11 july and made payment on 12th july through phone pe. There was a offer when you ordering more than rs750/-then you got rs100/- cashback on phone pe. (The offer is available on both phone pe and medlife). After ordering i can not get any cash back. When i was call them they said there is no such offer available and i am lodged a complan on phone pe. And then they cancelled it. After that iwas produced a screen shoot as proof then they messege me you got your monyey before[protected]. But they can not solve my problem. They cheat me.

                  On 27/03/19 I have tried to make payment for electricity bill of amount RS 6120 through phonepe, transaction was failed but money was debited from my bank account .I tried to contact phonepe they said some error has occurred due to this transaction is failed contact your bank for support.I contacted to axis Bank they said transaction was successful please contact phonepe for ur transaction failure.I tried to contact phonepe many times they are not helping any more, now they are saying time frameout for this transaction.help me please.

                    I am a phonepe user since oct. 2018. I did the transaction for paying electricity bill through phonepe on 5th july, 2019. I paid the money for bill from my atm card and after paying money transaction was under process for few hours and after that transaction failed. My money was deducted but refund not reflected in my bank account until now. I told to customer care representative about the issue but they give me arn number and said to go to bank and ask him for charge back form. I went to bank and ask about arn number but they are saying that i can't trace with that number. Now, i don't know where is my money stucked.
                    So, i request you to help me out regarding this. I am also attaching some pictures for your reference.

                      In case this transaction hasn’t gone through, kindly contact bank with the credit card arn no: n[protected].

                      Also i am sending you the transaction details for your reference.
                      So please check and do the needful.

I got a message regarding amount deduction but actually the bill was not paid.I want my money be refunded to my account as I did not has much amount in my account.I am a poor labourer.Kindly make it convenient to respond as soon as fast..So I get my money be refunded.

                          Amount get debited from my account but it hasn't been credited into my father's account yet. I'm attaching all the necessary details (Like utr, transaction i'd) regarding this.

                          It's been 8 days now. I don't get my money back.

                                I have done a transaction of amount Rs.15000/- on 15 June 2019 through phonepe app, I have SBI account linked to it and the receiver had CANARA BANK account. The transaction was successful and the amount had been deducted from my account instantly but the receiver never received it.
                                I talked to customer care they directed to check with concerned banks I contacted the bank and they were not useful also and said talk to customer care of phonpe only.
                                I registered written issue to phonepe customer care but they again said that the amount is credited to the receiver but it is not credited to him yet.
                                it is very frustrating and sad that nearly one month has passed but the issue is yet unresolved, I beg u to fix the issue.

                                    On 13th July at the time of 11 30, I have transferred 49000rs to a vendor through Phonepe QR code. For both o[censored]s, it has shown the transaction was successful but the amount was not credited to his bank account. I have contacted the Phonepe service but they were talking with no actual reason. Some person says will solve the issue in 30mins and some will say in 72hrs and some will say technical issue problem will resolve it. But its been 48hrs and the receiver didn't get his amount. Ticket Id: #61985979.The customer care people were talking very bad and they were not bothered about the issue.Please reply to me as soon as possible

                                        Phonepe is pathetic. Their customer care tells me that transaction failed and we reverted transaction but they sent sms that transaction is successful. Now I am at loss of Rs. 5500 due to your systems error and wrong message. Am I responsible for your system failure. Are you guys technically competent?                                         Transaction made on 5th, amount debited immediately by saying pending for receiver bank to receive, later on 7th pending became successful transaction but not Credited to receiver end today it is 11th almost 6days
                                        Any suggestions please
                                        I have send 2300 to my friend account, my money got deducted from my account, also UTR generated, but amount not credited to the other end.
                                        Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, please, please, please.
