    We bought a pigion pressure cooker (5 l)last month and when used it first time (2 days back) no pressure coming. The pressure cooker is Inox stainless steel pressure cooker. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.We have the warranty card with us.

      Rapido cute induction stove not working.

      Purchased on 30.12.21 at Sri krishna electronics & elecrricals, Hosur - 635109.
      When I contacted the service engineer, he said Main PCB needs to be changed.
      I am waiting for more than two months.
      Please take back your bad product and provide me the new piece.

            I have talked and raised ticket with Pigeon customer care on 23rd June2022.
            I have submitted product to their customer service center on 28th June2022 and same is sent to Pigeon for replacement.
            I am continuously conncting with them through customer care but till today 12th August2022 they haven't provided replacement to me.
            I am really frustrated in claiming warranty.
            Initially they told me that u will get replacement in 15 days but still today also they are answering same.
            Must take some action on Pigeon - Worst customer service i ever came across.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      With due respect, I want to bring it to your kind attention that I had purchased a glass top 3 burner stove of Pigeon Brand in August 2021. The warranty on the product is of 2 years. One fine morning when my mother was cooking, the flass top abruptly blasted with a big sound. My mother got injured as the glass pieices hit her abd she was bleeding. I had filed a complaint to the company in the email with the images and the bill. The next day the executives called and asked for 1400 to replace the glass top as he said the glass is not covered under warranty.

                      I explained everything in the email to the company but the company is not listening to us anymore. They are asking to pay due the replacement of the glass.

                      This is unacceptable the item is covered under warranty for 2 years. If someone is died because of the glass, the what would company say? That they died because they manufactured poor quality of glass which took someone’s life.
                      I want to Sue this company as I am very much angry.

                      I have all the bills of the treatment and the images of the glass top.
                      I need your helo to proceed for legal proceedings. This incident has shocked us as my mother is still not out of that fear of the blast.

                      Please guide me to drag this compnay in the court.

                          I had purchased the "Pigeon Induction Base Outer Lid Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Combo, 2L, 3L, Silver | B07Q5G9ZG4 ( B07Q5G9ZG4 )" Through Amazon.com on 24th August 2021 (Invoice for the same is attached below).

                          Today as on 30th July 2022, the down base layer of steel of the cooker has come out from the 3L cooker suddenly and it has become useless. As per the warranty terms that were written on the Amazon is 5 years for Manufacturing Warranty. As I understand that the issue that has happened with this product is a manufacturing defect that the base was not properly made or it is not upto the mark. I have also attached the image of the Situation of Cooker herewith. Kindly have a look.

                              On June 25, 2022, I placed an order for a set of Pigeon induction base nonstick aluminium cookware. The dosa tawa's base metal began to peel while heating in less than three weeks and also pan aluminium coating also get's peeled of in patches. Stovekraft customer service acknowledged receipt of my complaint when I sent it to them via mail on July 23, 2022. (Complaint Id: 2398331). However, I haven't received any further process.

                                      We have purchased Pigeon Mixer Ginder in Nov2021, within few months the ginder started heating within use of 1 min., Complaint raised 2280388, it took 5 days for the service repairman MM Enterprises PimpleSaudagar, Pune to check device and after checking they did not had part of replacement and Stovekarft is not allowing to claim the return of Grinder even though its under warranty.

                                      To claim warranty for defective products from this company (STOVEKRAFT) is pain and they are never available on phone and non of their phones are reachable.

                                      Below team don't have courtesy to reply calls, mails and messages. Still no progress.

                                        I had Purchased Pigeon Toaster from Flipkart My Order Id Id- OD[protected], From 1 June my Toaster is in Replacement but still not receive anything, I Had Called many Times Your Customer care. Your Customer Service is Really Very Ridiculous. I Had a Word with Mr Amit singh who is Process IN charge .They are playing with me sice last 2 months.He had Promised me that i will get my replacement on 24th of July 2022 but still i didnt receive anythin and whenever i called he never comes on line and whwnever i called customer care they listen my query and then cut my call.Kindly Take action on Mr Amit singh and Solve my Problem as soon as possible already waste my 3 months. I am Attacing my Invoice Thank you.
