The cookers whistle not working so further working of cooker didn't understand properly so we put the cooker aside without use.I had purchased the cooker on 20.09.2022 .

When I keep 2 Or 3 water, glass brocken

I brought a pigeon slow juicer for extracting nutrition juice but after two months strainer got broken. I have tried calling but no answer. Again I search everywhere including r site no spare available. I shocked when I talked with shopkeepers who sold the pigeon brand. Pigeon has no customer support, they fraud with Indian customer. No one knows who is the brand head in India and offices.
Only for huge margins brand sold by locally.br...

Pigeon by stovekraft cruise 1800 induction cooktop Black was puchase online by Amazon and i m complaint many times to customer care and they misbehave with us and company not provide replacement or return and not service provider..i m such complaint but I have a warrenty card then no hearing a complaint...i want to solve my problem... thanks

We bought a pigion pressure cooker (5 l)last month and when used it first time (2 days back) no pressure coming. The pressure cooker is Inox stainless steel pressure cooker. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.We have the warranty card with us.

When I contacted the service engineer, he said Main PCB needs to be changed.
I am waiting for more than two months.
Please take back your bad product and provide me the new piece.

My kettle (PIGEON QUARTZ ELECTRIC KETTLE) is not working but it is under warranty so kindly replace as soon as possible.

Purchased pigeon chopper 2 weeks back and it stopped working within 1 st week o[censored]sage. None of the company’s number are reachable and the product has 1 month warranty. Please help get it resolved

I have talked and raised ticket with Pigeon customer care on 23rd June2022.
I have submitted product to their customer service center on 28th June2022 and same is sent to Pigeon for replacement.
I am continuously conncting with them through customer care but till today 12th August2022 they haven't provided replacement to me.
I am really frustrated in claiming warranty.
Initially they told me that u will get replacement in 15 days but still today also they are answering same.
Must take some action on Pigeon - Worst customer service i ever came across.

I bought pegion induction Cooktop in April. Now I'm having problem with the product. When i switch on the product it keep showing E2 means High voltage all time and some glitches in panel also. So please send anyone who can solve this immediately please

With due respect, I want to bring it to your kind attention that I had purchased a glass top 3 burner stove of Pigeon Brand in August 2021. The warranty on the product is of 2 years. One fine morning when my mother was cooking, the flass top abruptly blasted with a big sound. My mother got injured as the glass pieices hit her abd she was bleeding. I had filed a complaint to the company in the email with the images and the bill. The next day the executives called and asked for 1400 to replace the glass top as he said the glass is not covered under warranty.

I explained everything in the email to the company but the company is not listening to us anymore. They are asking to pay due the replacement of the glass.

This is unacceptable the item is covered under warranty for 2 years. If someone is died because of the glass, the what would company say? That they died because they manufactured poor quality of glass which took someone’s life.
I want to Sue this company as I am very much angry.

I have all the bills of the treatment and the images of the glass top.
I need your helo to proceed for legal proceedings. This incident has shocked us as my mother is still not out of that fear of the blast.

Please guide me to drag this compnay in the court.

Pressure cooker ka niche se peni nikal gaya hai

I had purchased the "Pigeon Induction Base Outer Lid Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Combo, 2L, 3L, Silver | B07Q5G9ZG4 ( B07Q5G9ZG4 )" Through Amazon.com on 24th August 2021 (Invoice for the same is attached below).

Today as on 30th July 2022, the down base layer of steel of the cooker has come out from the 3L cooker suddenly and it has become useless. As per the warranty terms that were written on the Amazon is 5 years for Manufacturing Warranty. As I understand that the issue that has happened with this product is a manufacturing defect that the base was not properly made or it is not upto the mark. I have also attached the image of the Situation of Cooker herewith. Kindly have a look.
