I purchased a Gilma gas stove - Sparker III model on[protected], from the day onwards its not working well, we informed this issue to distributor in visakhapatnam for so many times, but they didnt respond well, not resolve the problem.
so many times i called to Customer care Phone No's & Emailed to company Email:

still no response from anybody, they to not respond well. i dont know weather the company playing games with the customers.so i warned to company beware of customer right.

    I bought this stove through snapdeal on 15 November 2015. It's under warranty currently. One of my burner is not working. And I am not able to identify the fault. The burner is welded to the glasstop so I cannot take it up also. I am using a gas pipeline connection and it is not possible for me to detach it from this stove and use another. Currently I am preparing food on single burner. I also called the customer care number but it is in number. Please send your engineer urgently.

    I purchased Pigeon 2 burner stove in Jan 2016 and facing gas leak problem within a week. after several complaint to pigeon customer care one technician had came and serviced but it work only for 5 days, again facing the same issue. Please consider is complainant as priorities as it is very dangerous and kindly request for replacement atleast

      I was purchased from PAYTM, a rapid cute pigeon's induction but after 4-5 months its get stop working. Paytm Care says they are responsible till 15 days of delivery. Now what I should do.

        Hi Sir,

        I got one LPG gas stove for Rs 4800 less than 10 months ago and gave complaint to them that it is not working . After that they gave one contact point name is Sree Nagesh ( Mob # [protected]), this person never picks up the call and when he picks up always gave me some idiotic answers and service person did not come yet even after 8 days of complaint .

        When i called the customer toll free they put me on hold for 20 min and then they disconnected the call . it seems they are trying escape from customer and not interest to provide any service to customer .

        Request you to help me the people who is suffering like me buying products from Pigeon /Stove Kraft Company.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          On date 16 june'2015 back I bought a LPG gas chulha of pigeon brand whose manufactuuring company is Stovekraft Pvt. Ltd. after installing with New Kit my Wife and mother felt gas smell which is coming continuously and after checking everything they found that this is because of New chulha so i also cheked and make compliant to cusomer care for same as I was informed by seller that i have 2 years warranty. but for few days nobody came for next 3 days after repeated calls a gentleman came and he have not used any tool for cheing it but asked for a candle and burn it and starting moving towards and on chulha and sadi taht if any leakage is there it will come out. first of all this was a very worst type of experiment which he did it can harm my family and him as well but i tried it and told that there is no leakage . so we cheked our cylinder and unfortuanlty cylinder was also having bit leakge so we relied on him that leakage is due to cylinder but after few days after changing New cylinder properly i felt still the problem persist and still a leakage smell is coming then i realized that we never had this type of problem in our earlier chulha and we are using that in same manner which we are using New one. i have made many complaints through calls and mail but still no one is listing to me . this is a very serious issue that leakage can create problem to my family and neighbours also and the company is taking it in very light manner. we are also working in market and seen that defects can come in any product and that is always acceptable by company for which they always make commitments. why we are buying a Branded category stuff because of reliability but i hope this company made lot of money from customers and they started not listing to customers. rs 4000 is not a great amount and neither more then my family's health as i can buy new one but if they say that they cannot do anything in it . still i am sitting on their trust that i have warranty card with me. I have purchased this product from a proper channel and have bills with me.

          sir/Madam, i am writing this to you for getting positive solution from your side.

            Hi, I bought a Pigeon gas stove 4 burner blackline cooktop (13th Sept 2013), and it was a faulty piece with a gas leak in all 4 valves of the cooktop. It has a 2 year warranty. I called the customer center, on[protected], and registered a complaint first in Oct, then in December then again in March 2014, and till date the problem is not solved. The gas stove has a 2 year warranty but Pigeon is not ready to replace the the stove. A technician came once and fixed "something" but did not fix the entire problem. After that the technician neither is picking the call nor coming to solve the problem. The service center, customer care and the technician all tell me that the spare is not available. It has been a year and i have not used the stove or used it with the gas leak which is a major life threat. I am very disappointed and i think this company is a major farse only here to make money and fool people.

              I purchased Pigeon Induction for Rs 1700. After using it for 15 days it suddenly stopped working. I sent it for service as it is in warranty for 1 year. After 15 days i got my induction back through vendor and when i opened it and checked, it was working fine but the side panel was broken. My appliance i sent in 1 piece before service and i get it broken in return. I asked them to either change the broken panel or give me the new device. They refused to take responsibility of it and tried to hand me over as it is. Kindly help me in this regard, i am not satisfied with the kind of service they have provided me with.

                Hello, I had a Pigeon brand(Stove Kraft) Induction Cooktop which went dead within two days o[censored]sing it. Since then I am following up with them.. The call center does not register the complaint and say they can only take enquiries. The local service center says they are closed and provided me the technician number. Called the technician and he says they dont have service center and he will visit onsite.. Since last one month everyday he is giving false promises that he will visit my house and not have till now. I have a sereis of emails with the customer care and they rarely respond with some positive approach.. Lastly I got a number of Mumbai office who again assured that my equipment will be repaired today and again the same old story. The technician never visited. This has become pathetic now and I am fed up with daily emails and calls to them. No response for the emails or also to my calls.
