Sir, I have complaint against the Induction cooktop when lockdown is started then I have complaint through customer care and they have provided me a Ticket number-id:1434897.Hence after some days later one person have called me and said this time not possible and suggested that we have extended six months warranty then you can repair this next time and after some days later that number is not reachable and I'm very dissatisfied with the same.Hence please help into the same and send a machanic to repair my induction asap.

Gas stove is not working properly

Pigeon radiance led torch is not working

I have been trying to get a service for more than 2 months. Registered service request (Request id: 1467471) twice since mid-june but no one visited. I need an urgent service for my gas stove as it is not working properly, two of the burners are completely not working for more than two months and the product has been giving problems since it was bought. It is still under warranty, it was bought on 11/06/2019 from flipkart. It is the pigeon ultra glass, stainless steel manual gas stove. The address where the service is to be provided is dr. S. N. Q. Nasar, (Opposite molvi tola masjid), molvi tola, madhubani, purnea, bihar (Pin: 854301), mobile no. - [protected]. Take this on an urgent basis or otherwise provide me the information where i can file complaints against the company.

On 8th june, i lodged a complaint regarding the pigeon cookware set i purchased.
But till date, the product is not replaced by the concerned team.
For the last two months i am calling the customer care on every alternate days but i never received any call from them later.
The concerned managers handling the replacement are shanmuganatham and sumithra.

My Pigeon 3 burner stove id not working fine

Bought this infinity gas burner cooktop from dealer m/s amrapali, city center, sector 4 - bokaro steel city-827013 on 05.11.18. Burner is under two year warranty. Its a three burner stove. From initially one burner is having issue of low flame and gas leakage. We made 1st complaint on which they repaired. After few months same issue arises and burner and burner pipe catches fire also which is very dangerous for us and after lot of follow up they made visit and said part need to be replaced and part will come from bangalore which will take time. Meanwhile after three week time later they replaced the part that also after lot of follow up. Now again third same issue arises in same burner and we give complain for same on 18th june, 2020 on which they given us complain/service request id no 1459592 and after many reminder till date they have not responded to our complain. We request to kindly address our above complaint against m/s stovekraft and as this product has issue from beginning so give us full replacement. Today our pigeon gas stove with 3 burners which was bought in april 2019 blasted and small glass pieces were scattered. One of my friend got injuries in hand while it took place. We are scared with the incident. I am trying to reach at customer care from last couple of hours but my call went unanswered. It happened so fast that the pieces of glass flew nearabout 10ft. Do you have any explanation for this. How come suddenly this can happen. Very angry and highly disappointed with the product. We heard 4-5 customers that glass quality is poor although we bought pigeon gas on the trust of company and brand value but the same incident happened. Do exchange our gas stove or refund my amount for this.

I have purchased pigeon induction stove 1800v from Flipkart.

Now, I face short-circuit & fire issue from this product.

I had purchased a pigeon cooktop through amazon in july last year and product is covered under 1 year warranty. It became nonfunctional.

I raised a customer complaint id 1444664 on 1st june'20. The engineer called me next day but refused to cater as there is no service centre in faridabad these days. He even refused home service due to staff issues. When i again complained to customer care they asked to contact service manager. He too asked for time as they were trying to appoint a centre in faridabad and showed inability to send an engineer due to acute staff shortage which is not my problem as they should not sell product if they are not able to provide after sale service. After that he or the mechanic stopped picking my call.

I have sent a number of emails to customer care and called them number of times to no avail. They give promises and new complaint numbers but no service till date after almost a month.

Please dont ever buy any stovekraft or pigeon product.

I bought a pigeon acer plus induction cooktop on 19th jan 2020. After using a few days it was showing e6 error and working sometimes but now it's showing e0 all the time. Its not in the working condition anymore.
Plz arrange a service exicutive for the repairing work asap.

Induction cooktop stops working suddenly.

Id:1435058 escalation reason: till date the issue has not been resolved, have spoken to the regional manager jayanta panda multiple times, he seems to be least bothered. He says that due to lock down the engineer cannot visit. However, have given him the copy of the order where service engineers are allowed from may 18th to attend service calls. He does not bother to even reply back to the messages sent to him. This is severely unacceptable and truly unprofessional. Never expected such low and poor quality service from pigeon. Would think twice to recommend anyone in future.
