It not even 1 year completed and today morning we faced worst moment due to your bad gas stove manufactured by pegion.

Its really shocked that brand product which we believe, have delivered so bad quality.

Today my mother got harmed as your three burner stove blasted.

I tried multiple time to call customer care but no luck.

Who are responsible for this?

I have raised a complaint regarding gas stove leakage problem on 15th december 2018, my request id is 1098923. It's been 8 days till now no action has been taken.

Hi, i have purchased a induction based cooker on 7th of nov from amazon/pigeon/stovekraft and it delivered on 10th of nov 2018, it's bottom damage on 24th nov, it damaged within 14 days only means quality of product is very poor. Ultra black line cooktop has some issues with gas regulator, so it is prone to catch fire and had already been a cause of accident of catching fire..
Please send man to repair it as it's in warranty period.. It was very horrible experience, i had to rush through kitchen and shut the main valve immediately..
This is very rubbish from pigeon..
Please help me to resolve this issue..

I just used your prime grinder once and while removing the jar the plastic thing of the motor came out along with the jar. Its very much disappointing. The product is in the warranty period. Its going to be only 1 week since i got it. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Can u replace it? Or repair it? The mixer grinder is also too noisy and the lid is not tight....

This is to inform that stovecraft has looted my father. I was not in home and there representative who came to my house on 14/08/2018 did't solve the issue, which is one of my gas burner is broken. I have registered my complaint on 5th july 2018 with images of my gas stove from which there is a gas leakage from knob and from the pipe below the stove it was third time in a year so iam not satisfied with the product seriously there is no response regarding my complaint i want the response as soon as possible. Recently we purchased pigeon smart 2 burner smart gas stove. Worked 10 days well and after that one burner is not working i. Purchased a pigeon 2 burner stove on amazon.in and received it on 27th of july. 2018. It's the worst ever stove which could have ended up in someone in the family dying coz the stove caught on fire.. I had given complaint regarding to the product in the month of june 11 2018, you have given me the number of the employee name babu. I contacted him on the day of my complaint as he said i had given my product to dealer who is suggested by him. Yet my product is not repaired and the dealer is telling that they don't have spare part to do the work if babu sir will send the product then i will repair your product i am very frustrated with them...

With amazon which covered 6 month warranty but while contacting pigeon customer care they are disconnecting the calls
Want my pigeon chopper to get repaired there is no way to contact and register a complaint of a product which is underwarranty

Purchased pigeon kitchen hub at ashapura, aquem, margao, goa india. After two years found badly corroded the bottom plate and the piping looks like wrong materiel used in steel, seals and piping or made by fake manufacturer. It price was indian rupees 12000 above indian rupees.
