I was very much interested to buy pigeon products. Already bought induction stove, still working well. But bought a pigeon glass top (Favourite 2 burner model) through online. It blasted and scattered into small pieces when cooking... Thankfully no injury noted but highly disappointed as the reputed company sells such life threatening products... Was taken away by good looks... Still i hope pigeon products are good one. Unfornately, it will happened. So please replace the product as soon as possible.

Replacement needed.

I have purchased 4 burner gas stove on Flipkart, its was good but from past few days the 1 burner is not heating properly. And my utensils getting black after cook on it.
Please send ur technician so resolve it asap. the product is under warrenty.

    I purchased a gas stove on 15.04.19.when I started to use, found that the glass was already damaged.immediately complained to the service centre at purasawalkam.Mr. David([protected]) attended the complaint and promised to get the spare within 10 days. I called him several times but he did not respond and forwarded me Mr.Mahesh's number ([protected]) and when I called him, he said that the spare stove will be delivered within a week.Mr.Mahesh whenever I called is not responding and just sending a SMS that he is driving.when called from another number he said the stove will be delivered within 2days. It looks like they are expecting tip from me. I therefore request the top officials to look into my grievance and do the needful.

    I had buyed this induction cook top via flipkart online shopping site on date 05_06_2019 but when i switch on the device it runs for 2 or 3 min only and it automatically shut downs that's the problem i am facing so please resolve my problem soon as possible.

    Dear sir i bought pigeon 3 burner stove at big bazaar. now i was a problem for big hole for burner connecting pipe under the stove. some time flame leaking in the hole. so pls solve the problem needful.
    The electric kettle has stopped working suddenly. Not sure about the reason.

      One month later I call to the stovecraft customer care to tell about the problem of my induction cooktop but you employee can't talk to me properly and they cut the call during conversation so, that I can not share the problem to you.The problem of my induction cooktop is it can't work properly on some utensils.When I start my induction cooktop it work for 15 min and then can't work for the 2-3min but electricity is remain in the cooktop and it's warranty period is not expire so, I request to you please help me

      I ordered the rapido induction cook top from Amazon. Exactly, after 1 month it stopped working. Did multiple complaints no result. Nobody replied. It is fraud with customer and I never expected it from pegeon

      Don't know if it will help but wanted to share my experience.

        I bought pigeon swift cooker on feb 2019 through flipkart. Till now i approached pigeon service centre at purasaiwalkam, mangal marketing. The cooker lid was not good including safety valve. Two times they serviced but the problem is not sort out till now. Now i approached them, no response such a irresponsible service. Useless product for me now. Please arrange to sort out this problem immediately.

          Sir i have bought my pigeon induction base 5 litre pressure cooker white 2 months earlier from online amazon and now i am facing the problem of its bottom which has got come out and leave darkening spot i want to replace the item. Once i have started using this product both on my gas stove and on my induction cooktop it's efficiency of the capacity to restore heat to cook food decreases and now now it's really very hard cooking with it

          The knob for lighting the burner has come off when then burner was on.. the stove is under warranty. Know the stove cannot be turned off as the knob is not in place and the cylinder has been put off. Pigeon customer care number mentioned on warranty card and on google is invalid.               I have purchased pigeon fresco personal blender, invoice no. Fabywc[protected] dated[protected]. After couple o[censored]se i faced some technical problem as blender base was unable to rotate blade assembly and it became useless for me. It's under warranty so please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Product i'd having worldwide 2 years guarantee and i hoping this product will be replaced with new one. Even i haven't used this product much, i took proper care of it's assemblies, even after protecting so much this product stop working. It's purely disappointing, brand must take the responsibility to resolve this problem as soon as possible. After this i am also having trust issues with pigeon whether they are proving us genuine product or they have degraded their quality.

                Manufacturing defect for pigeon stove. Complaining about stove for the company requesting for resolution as the fire is leaking from one of the burner even after repairing for 2 times with our own expenses as it was a gift. Not providing satisfactory resolution and also not able to provide any confirmation for resolution saying that they won't be able to provide any confirmation.

                  Registerd a service complaint on 23rd april 2019 regarding my stove with the request id 1183890. Two days later one person contacted us, introduced himself as pigeon service man and asked the details of complaint and our location. But sorry to inform that nobody has turned up here yet for servicing. Please make arrangements for servicing our stove.

                      I have purchased Piegon 12412 GRILL(sandwich grill maker) on 06/03/18.my grill plates oxidised within three months.i give it in asansol service center on 19/12/18.Till date he is not giving response. I am giving invoice copy.please short out my problem

                          We have purchased two burner stove from Amazon. When we received, it was already having issue of gas leakage from knob. Complaint for the same was done and they came for services after some days of complaint. Even after service has done, the problem remained. Because of this problem my glass top stove and knob were burnt while cooking. Thankfully no injury noted but disappointed with company as it is totally company's fault. I again contacted pigeon customer care and manager, but the attitude of company was bad. Now The service manager Mr.Rakeshbhai is not receiving our call. The company refused to replace the burnt parts just because we had bought it online as their say. Please do the best as soon as possible or else we will go to consumer forum court. Seriously very dissatisfied with the product.

                            My glass top stove from pigeon got burst while cooking, and my wife got injured. I have videos, photos and witnesses for this. The attitude of the company was bad and they refused to change the product. They even told me to proceed legally. It is a clear safety issue. I am ready to submit the videos and photos and the product is also available with me.

                              I bought pigeon 3 burner glass stove last year. While my wife was cooking food on it, glass top suddenly cracked and the fragments of glass fled in air. Luckily my wife got saved and none of the pieces got to her. I asked the manufacturer for the replacement, but they just were repeating the non inclusion of glass in warranty. Nor were they indulging in matter properly. Customer service is worst, i recommend not to choose the pigeon stoves.

                                Purchased a 4 burner stove manufactured by the company. The warranty provided is for 2 years. It has only been 1 year and it has malfunctioned. Registered a complaint for the same to request for service and claim warranty. None of the numbers provided by the company are responsive, no one will ever answer. Further, on writing to them on the provided email. They refuse to provide a timeline for when the issue will be resolved. Repeatedly apologise for delay but never attend to it. I have sent 6 emails in last three days but there has been absolutely no action from the company.

                                Claims were made that their technician will visit me at the earliest but neither the company or any of their employees has contacted me yet. I have already provided all details of the product, purchase invoice and details of the malfunction. Yet the company has failed to resolve the issue or give me a definite date when they will fix this.

                                  An induction cooktop (Cooker) was purchased in oct 2018 through bestprice located at sikandara agra. The model was manufactured and marketed by stove kraft pvt ltd, banglore. Induction cooktop is not getting powered on from last one month and product is under warranty. Toll free no.                                     I have bought the induction cooktop from flipkart, on 23 dec, 2018. And it stopped working after one month. I contacted the flipkart customer care they gave me the toll free number of pigeon customer care.
                                    After trying a lot i was able to connect to pigeon customer care, they took my complaint and said technician will call you.
                                    I has been 13 days and no technician called me, i tried contacting customer care again on number provided and no one responded.
                                    My request id is-1125992.
                                    Then i contacted flipkart agin they provided another number and even on theat number i got no reply.
                                    Number provided by flipkart was-[protected].
                                    I have mailed to stovekraft customer mail on 16 january only they gave me the service is as-1123554, after that i received no response then i went to complaint on phone.
                                    I am attaching photocopy of all proof

                                      We had purchased pigeon 4 burner gas stove from paytm. On 12 oct 2018. Till now we had not unpacked the stove. Because v had to shift to another house... Yest v unboxed it n started to use d gas stove..
                                      We were shocked to see fire coming out from d knobs... We immediately put water to d knobs... N close d gas cylinder... Till then... D knobs were already melted...
                                      We r trying to call customer service but no response... Classic anyone can help us to sort out this issue
