Hi,
I have raised a complaint regarding gas stove leakage problem on 15th december 2018, my request id is 1098923. It's been 8 days till now no action has been taken.
Every day i need to spend at least 30 mins to follow up on the request, and every time i heard the same apology and new promise saying that technician will visit and fix the problem by today.
What is the sla for the request?
If you are not supporting a product which is within warranty then what is the use of giving warranty? And what is the use of raising request?
And one more thing i want to highlight here is the customer care[protected] will not keep track whether the technician visited or not, they will get to know when i call them and ask them, which is irritating.
Can you please take this on high priority?

You again reverted back this mail to StoveCraft, which is irresponsible.
No one has contacted me till now nor the problem is resolved.
Gas leakage from stove is increasing day by day.
YOU PEOPLE ARE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS.
