I have bought the induction cooktop from flipkart, on 23 dec, 2018. And it stopped working after one month. I contacted the flipkart customer care they gave me the toll free number of pigeon customer care.
After trying a lot i was able to connect to pigeon customer care, they took my complaint and said technician will call you.
I has been 13 days and no technician called me, i tried contacting customer care again on number provided and no one responded.
My request id is-1125992.
Then i contacted flipkart agin they provided another number and even on theat number i got no reply.
Number provided by flipkart was-[protected].
I have mailed to stovekraft customer mail on 16 january only they gave me the service is as-1123554, after that i received no response then i went to complaint on phone.
I am attaching photocopy of all proof

    We had purchased pigeon 4 burner gas stove from paytm. On 12 oct 2018. Till now we had not unpacked the stove. Because v had to shift to another house... Yest v unboxed it n started to use d gas stove..
    We were shocked to see fire coming out from d knobs... We immediately put water to d knobs... N close d gas cylinder... Till then... D knobs were already melted...
    We r trying to call customer service but no response... Classic anyone can help us to sort out this issue

    I have purchase pigeon by stovekraft brio 2100 watt induction 15 oct.2018 but now it is not working properly sound comes very much when i start induction i am not getting response from customer care now please tell me what i do for this induction any chance to replacement or guaranty card and warranty card which is eligible for this
    I have purchased a 3 burner stove but the small burner is not working properly and some times flame flashed thrugh the regulator. it is most dangerous for use. so kindly check the problem and solve it. also the burner stand is not properly balanced. so replace the stand.

      A shot circuit had happened in the motherboard of the induction due to high voltage.please solve it as well as possible, i am suffering from difficulties in cold, I am a student So I need Milk, tea, breakfast and hot water and some other things at least one timesin a day I complained in amazon but they said that this is not our responsibility so you direct contain with pigeon customer care and I called several times to a customer care but he is not my pick up the phone

        We bought pigeon mixer on Amazon and after 1 use it stopped working. Let us know your service center details to get it repaired. Brands like pigeon cannot ignore after sales. It has 2 years warranty. I tried calling customer care multiple times and no response. Either your contact number is wrong or it is not working. I don't see any details of authorized service centers on website in Hyderabad. Pls call back on [protected] or [protected]. Expecting a quick resolution of my complaint.

          The product was installed 17th may 2018
          Product was not functioned on 20th june 2018

          They taken the mother board and front panel of the chimney
          Till now the issue is not sort-out. I am unable to communicate with the call center. Because they are not answering my calls. Simply disconnecting my calls. When i communicate with service center, they are not pick up my calls.
          Almost 6 months completed. The product i purchased not at all used more than
          One months.

            I have 3 complaints.
            We bought 3 burner gas stove from retail shop. The middle burner is not placed exactly in middle.
            Gas stand is not plain, it moves so much that we face difficulty while cooking.
            Leakage of gas from gas stove.
            Kindly replace the stove, it's under warranty period only. Already once we have placed request for gas leakage but next day itself again leakage started. We try calling pigeon toll free number but it get disconnected.

            Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
            We brought a pigeon GS infinity 3B stove on 20-Jan. The knobs have started to melt due to hear o[censored]telsils within 4 days. Extremely poor quality of material, am concerned for safety of my family who uses Ur product. Pls attend ASAP. To be honest, we have decided to repair and use our older stove than living in fear by using pigeon product now.

              I bought gas stove recently in december from flipkart and found it had leakage issue at the knob after a amonth and hence could not return it back. Thereafter called customer care and raised request 1115236 on jan 3 and still no updates on the request from them. Called them again and kept me waiting without resolving the query. No updates so far. Please take a note of it and get it resolved.

                Date of purchase - 22 — nov-2018
                Product - pigeon 3 burner steel top gas stove - model neptune
                Purchased from dealer - mahaveer home appliances.
                Issue detail - the product has been having series of problems like gas leakage etc.. From day 1 of purchase nearly almost 8 times service request has been logged with stove kraft customer care & their service personal have not been able to fix it.
                Problem - gas smell originating from the product
                Request id - 1110906 & 1095835, some more request nos that i have no record.
                Recently the service personal visited the complaint has been very arrogant & turned down that the product is working well & we are wasting their time reporting issues. It's a very rude response from stovekraft service engineer.
                Resolution - it's very risky to continue with this product as it might lead to gas explosion and endangering to life & property.
                Request to replace the product or refund the product cost.

                  I bought a pigeon trioka 3 burner gas stove. Form the day i started using it its one burner is not working. I call a pigeon worker he repaired it but again when i change the cylinder it's again become worst. Kindly send someone to repair it. Or exchange it. 3rd one is not working it is in its warranty period do something. My pigeon appliances experience is not good.

                    It not even 1 year completed and today morning we faced worst moment due to your bad gas stove manufactured by pegion.

                    Its really shocked that brand product which we believe, have delivered so bad quality.

                    Today my mother got harmed as your three burner stove blasted.

                    I tried multiple time to call customer care but no luck.

                    Who are responsible for this?

                    My Gas Stove is not working properly. I have raised a complaint 3 weeks back, it was intimated that the issue will be resolved in 3 days. But even though it has been 3 weeks, I am continuously calling them to know the status... every they will tell me that they will look into it but i did not receive any response till now.
                    While cooking, glass blasted suddenly. This is very scary and did not expect this from branded company. We brought this 3 to 4 years back.

                    I just brought a new pigeon stove from Flipkart. from starting the switches were too tight to move but I thought it is a new one, after using some days it will be proper. But now the stove switches are not working.it's completely damaged.

                      Recently I have purchased Pigeon Spark 4 burner gas stove and Initially i found some issues as below and also day before yesterday when we light up one burner, it suddenly glass on stove got blown with sound and damaged completely. Those glass broken pieces are hitted my wife. I have attached corresponding gas stove photos as well.

                      I found below issues as below

                      1. in one burner getting gas leakage and when we light up that burner, automatically coming to burner Switch. So we stopped using that burner.

                      2. Another burner getting very low flame if we put that switch at high indicator also. This is not useful for cooking.

                      I have called to customer care and reported this incident and they given reuqest ticket ID 1094959 .

                      Hello i complaint many time to coustomer care that my induction is not working & i want to home service they tell me u would to pay 150 rupee for service charge then i say afcorse i pay, but they did not send any technician to check my indiction plz help i complaint many time but they did not respond me.

                        Hi,

                        I have raised a complaint regarding gas stove leakage problem on 15th december 2018, my request id is 1098923. It's been 8 days till now no action has been taken.
                        Every day i need to spend at least 30 mins to follow up on the request, and every time i heard the same apology and new promise saying that technician will visit and fix the problem by today.

                        What is the sla for the request?
                        If you are not supporting a product which is within warranty then what is the use of giving warranty? And what is the use of raising request?

                        And one more thing i want to highlight here is the customer care[protected] will not keep track whether the technician visited or not, they will get to know when i call them and ask them, which is irritating.

                        Can you please take this on high priority?

                        No one has contacted me till now nor the problem is resolved.

                        Gas leakage from stove is increasing day by day.

                          I have purchase pigeon four burner gas stove from flip cart on 26/10/2018. Knobs of same stopped working properly after a week time only. Complaint for same was done on your toll free no. On 12th nov. Req id:-1074036 but till date my services request is not resolved, on call on your toll free no again they gave me number of your technician mr. Raj kumar mob. No:-[protected] whom i am following since last one month but every time on call he is giving time but no visit is made by your technician for complaint resolution.
                          Pls get the same resolve asap. Mail marked on your customer care id on 14/dec/2018 but there is no revert from there side also

                            I purchase pigeon infinity gas stove (3 burner) on 11 nov 2018 from aapno bazar bhiwadi after 7 or 8 daysthe largest burner started to provide lowest flame amont other two burners.
                            I tried to raise complaint to pifeon but no one picked my call.
                            The customer care is useless unless they pick any consumer call.
                            Then i raised complaint to aapno bazar theycalled some other person but till now there is no action.
                            So i told aapno bazar bhiwadi to replace or repair the gas stove and they didnot gave any suitable answer to me.
                            Please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Hi, i have purchased a induction based cooker on 7th of nov from amazon/pigeon/stovekraft and it delivered on 10th of nov 2018, it's bottom damage on 24th nov, it damaged within 14 days only means quality of product is very poor. Now customer care is telling to send cooker to bengaluru via courier by my money, means again i have to pay rs 480 within 14 days only.
                              Order id in amazon is[protected]​20.
                              And dear viewers plz don't but anything via amazon/pigeon/stovekraft. These websites will not take care after payment.

                                I called the customer care and told them that the new gas stove i bought isn't working properly on 20th november but all i got was an assurance that their mechanic will be contacting us soon. On the following day i called again but again i got the same response. On 23 when i got the number of the mechanic after i called again, the mechanic said he is not in bhubaneswar. When i called him the next day he didn't pick up the phone.

                                When i called again on 26th to the customer care. They gave me a number of another mechanic and literally hung up on me before i could respond. When i called that mechanic he said he doesn't service for bhubaneswar region and suggested me to call the previous mechanic i was assigned. Although this time the person came but the kind of service i got is disappointing as if i did some crime buying the product.

                                  I will buy the stovekraft pigeon induction cooktop. But this cooktop is not working now within 15 days from buying this product of pigeon is automatically disabled and not working. I will buy this product from amazon. I will be very disappointed from your services. So can you solve this problem quickly. There are one year warranty of this product.

                                        Ultra black line cooktop has some issues with gas regulator, so it is prone to catch fire and had already been a cause of accident of catching fire..
                                        Please send man to repair it as it's in warranty period.. It was very horrible experience, i had to rush through kitchen and shut the main valve immediately..
                                        This is very rubbish from pigeon..
                                        Please help me to resolve this issue..
