      I have Raised complaint on 26th Sep 2023. Today is 21st Nov 2023 and it almost like 2 months. we did not received the exchange in the part. Unable to reach the customer care no. Service center person not responding to the calls.

      There is no link to track the status also.

        I have purchased a Gas Stove on 8th June 2023. Till now 5 complaints registered to resolve my gas stove issue. But nothing happened. Still the issue not resolved.

        Stove Kraft doesn't take any responsibility to resolve the customer issue.

          I have ordered pigeon pressure cooker sets of 3 from amazon with 5 years of warranty, but unfortunately cooker was not working within 2 months from date of purchase, I have try many times to contact customer service but call was not connected also send mail to [protected]@pigeonindia.in but also there no reply and no response from there side. so I will kindly request you to take a action against this company.

            Hi
            I had given to the local service centre in Chennai for replacement or servicing the pressure cooker lid which is under 1 year warranty on 23 September 23 and in spite of repeated requests, emails they have not replaced or sent the serviced part.
            Hence this complaint after nearly 50 days.

              Pigeon airfryer stopped working in 2 months

              Tried contacting the customer service number but none of them are giving the place where I have to drop. Each time I call them they ask me to go to other centre but when I go or call they say they don't do the service.

              I sent an email too no response to this.

              Very disappointed sustomer...

              On February 2023. I had purchased this product as a gift for my Brother in law's house warming ceremony. It stopped working within a few days and I submitted the same to their service center in TC Palya on 4th March 2023.                 I am writing to report a very concerning incident that occurred recently in our kitchen involving one of our pressure-cooker that we bought from DMart, NIBM, Pune on the 7th of September 2023. The product is very well within the warranty of the appliance and attached you will find the receipts and the warranty card of the same. It's crucial to bring this to your attention, as it poses a significant safety risk to our family members and potentially to many others who use similar pressure cookers.

                On 4th October 2023 while my mother, who is 63 years old, was using the Pigeon pressure cooker, an unexpected and highly dangerous situation unfolded. The pressure cooker malfunctioned, and its safety valve failed to operate as it should have. As a result, the pressure cooker exploded, propelling itself forcefully to the ceiling, and came crashing down to the kitchen floor. Fortunately, my mother escaped this incident with only minor injuries, but the potential consequences could have been fatal. We are deeply shaken by this experience and genuinely concerned about the safety o[censored]sing the same pressure cooker or similar models of Pigeon.

                I believe it is imperative that we take immediate action and prevent any potential harm in the future
                Cease Use of the Affected Pressure Cooker: I profusely recommend that a public notice be issued immediately asking everyone using Pigeon pressure cookers to refrain from using the pressure cooker to prevent any further mishaps & possible fatalities.
                Inspection by a Professional: We should arrange for a professional inspection of the pressure cooker to determine the exact cause of the malfunction.
                Contact the Manufacturer: Urgently report this incident to the manufacturer of the pressure cooker "Pigeon" so they can investigate and take the necessary corrective actions immediately.
                Review of Safety Procedures: DMart should immediately review and reinforce safety procedures related to pressure cooker usage to prevent such incidents from happening in the future as this is being sold by DMart so the onus of security is upon DMart.
                Consider Legal Recourse: We are currently exploring our options for pursuing a legal recourse.

                I wanted to ask stovekraft do they think people life is so worthless in india that they report a life theatening incident and on behalf of itt they are looking for repair of the product. pathetic. shame on you stovecraft and pigeon

                  They took it very lightly and I got an email saying back please submit your cooker to a near by service center for repair.

                  Seriously, I wonder how can they take it so lightly it was a life-threatening incident where my mother could be a victim, and what I am looking for to repair my 20-day-old under warranty cooker.

                  Stovecraft should come forward to repair whatever damage has been done plus stop this faulty product production where safety valve intact and cooker exploded

                    I have purchased a stainless steel induction cooker from pigeon. It is a combo for 3 cooker - 2, 3&5 Liter.
                    The 2 of 3 product are having manufacturing defect. They have induction plate at the bottom. And the induction plate is getting detach from rest of cooker.
                    2&3 Liter both cooker have problem with the induction plate. They both are required to be replaced.

                      I purchased a 3 burner Pigeon gas stove from Flipkart on November 13, 2022. However, after few months o[censored]sage, the knobs stopped working as they got jammed and the burners were also not working properly. For this issue, I raised the complaint on Flipkart and on the Stovekraft portal on September 10, 2023. On September 12, 20223, the technician visited my premised and informed that the stove needs parts replacement. I called the technician on September 25, 2023 after waiting for almost 2 weeks to hear back from him and he informed that it will be done today. Since that day, I have been calling him daily and he has giving same response that it will be resolved today. Now as of October 6, 2023, I have called them numerous times but they have stopped picking up my phone. This is a ridiculously poor service and a I feel cheated as a customer. A brand like this is really not living up to the expectations.

                            It's been more than 3 months since I have claimed replacement of Pigeon Cooker combo and the product is still not delivered. The customer service is pathetic. Donot answer our question and just cut the call. Also the company gives on the spot replacement for customers who purchased the cooker offline whereas for online customers they are not providing replacement since more than 3 months. If you cannot give replacement then simply refund our money. Nowhere in the world it would take more than 3 months for a cooker replacement to be delivered.

                                  I had bought a Induction stove from BHARAT TRADING CO. on month of March 2023 and while I was cooking the induction, the induction started to malfunction and stopped working. I raised complaint, they told the repairing will be done at service center in July 2023 Also the service center has not generated any complaint number that time. Then after getting it repaired it again stopped working after 5 days and then I went to BHARAT ELECTRICALS CO. again and they said that we can't do any thing and not attended properly then after arguing for half hour they send me to the service center. There I have asked for last complaint number they said they do not have any. We asked for replacement but they told me that they will repair this time and can't do replacement. They after that I have made them generate complaint number at that time only. Now this is the third time the induction again stopped working. I do not want this product as this product is creating problem for me. If possible provide me with new induction otherwise we have lost hope on pegion product. Either provide refund or do the replacement.

                                  We wrote on Twitter, Instagram, to customer care, terrible service.
                                  Please find attached of complaint done 2nd time as they have not registered the complaint for the 1st time. I have also not asked for it in trust on pegion company of getting induction repaired but the service is very poor. Kindly see into the issue and provide me with solution

                                    I have bought the stove from pigeon which did not work with gas pipeline, requested a service using there link and they assigned the technician.
                                    The technician is not picking the call for last 4 days and there is no update since then. I am out of food and have to order from out side every day.

                                    There customer service is so pathetic, called them for last 4 days every time they are telling that they are escalating. When I asked them to connect with manager then the last lady mentioned she does not have manager and you have to wait until engineer doesn't response and disconnected my call.

                                    I don't know how do they hire such useless people who does not do there work properly.

                                    Can you help me to get this resolved.
